Pizza Rama in Sunderland

They got my order wrong. I ordered 2 fish suppers, 1 large coke and 2 ben and jerry ice creams and I ended up with 2 fish suppers, 1 large coke and 14 bacon rolls. It cost £192.37. It was so good though, it was tasty, it was juicy, it tasted just right. Highly recommend and worth every penny

A "Portion of kebab meat" is ridiculously small it was mainly chips and when I ask for chiken with no chips I don't want chips with them

Food was given a long delivery time and has yet to arrive. The restaurant is closed and no longer taking calls. Going to bed now and will escalate tomorrow for a refund

Late order and banged on the door very loudly twice.. I said I was coming after the first time. I have small children in bed. Very inconsiderate. I would say rude. I mentioned I had children in bed… he shrugged and said he didn’t care

It was horrible worst food ever my kid can cook better than that and he cant even cook 😫

Order was about half an hour late. Can live with that but the food wasn’t very good. Chips soggy and half cooked. Chicken in the wrap far too salty but also somehow bland and only had 2 small chunks of chicken. Nice wedges and garlic dip though.

Didn't arrive waited over an hour and a half delayed the order very unhappy

Waited and waited for our food, my partner went and let the dogs out and our food was on the floor outside. No one knocked as we checked the CCTV. Absolute joke.

I did not receive what I ordered. I wanted a cheese and bacon burger, what turned up was foul! It was a hard burger with cheese but no bacon, instead it was strips of peck or spam, truly disgusting and false advert.

The driver went to the wrong address twice kept saying he was outside when he’s not so the food was freezing when it eventually arrived after I had to come outside onto the street to guide him, the smell coming off the burger bun was absolutely disgusting salad tasted like it had been left sitting out for hours before they served it so everything got binned, such a shame because we’ve had decent food here everytime we’ve ordered but after tonight will never be ordering again

Ordered very late so was unsure if the food would even arrive. Waited and waited and attempted to call to cancel but apparently they closed 2 hours before. Food was delivered when we were in bed. I don’t know if they were closed for the night and accepted this order but we received a thimble of chips and our 2 chicken wraps had 3 chunks of chicken in each. For £21 in total it was an absolute disgrace. In the bin

Over an hour late. How can a pizza be completely tasteless but also taste burnt? Be completely overcooked and undercooked at the same time, this pizza needs to be researched by NASA.

I ordered from this place and they are closed it states on google they close at 1am but are still operating on just eat platform taking orders they are stating to yous that they are closing at 3am when this is not the case now I am sat here with no order!!!! I asked yous to contact the shop in which yous said you couldn’t I have tried contacting the shop in which I did and couldn’t get through to them!!! I am left with no order and it’s disgusting how I have been treated as a customer!! I have photo evidence that the shop closes at 1am and not 3am on Sundays they also state they are closed on Mondays yet how can they close on Sunday / Monday morning when they are closed!!! I want a full refund for this order I suggest yous contact the business and read there reviews this shop should be taken down from just eat platform as it is very misleading to customers who want to order through your site!!

Disgrace, paid £13.80 for kebab and chips, only just say got half a tray or chips and about 6 long pieces of kebab! Rip off

I scheduled my order for 2am. The driver showed up to my address at 1:30am despite this. I told him he would have to come back at 2am. He then showed up at 2:15 with a now stone cold order.

Honestly the worst delivery I’ve ever had tbhwy I ordered chicken breast and ended up with chicken wings. No salad no chips and no dips sent. The batter on the wing’s was volcanic and the sauce on the Kiev pizza was inferno. In edible. I would definitely recommend DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

First time I have ever ordered from this take away, the pizza base was hard to bite through and the toppings were salty and sparse. Both portions of onion rings were put in the same container not two separate containers.

Food used to be good but has just declined the garlic sauce is no different from the garlic mayo and the pizza ingredients have been changed likely to the cheapest possible alternative word is the old owner left

My food wasn't delivered at all. Ordered before 1am was due and 1.40 I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited until 2.05 and then contacted them, got told it was on the way and would be 2.25.. now 2.38 still no food and nothing from the restaurant.. wouldn't even waste your time ordering, obviously don't care about their customers will never be trying here again

Ordered the mixed kebab which cost me 20 quid with delivery being a fiver to Seaham. The kebab itself was £11 and it arrived late, and without any donner meat. One kofta which was tasteless, the shish was grey and very questionable and the chicken had gristle in it. The only decent thing out of it all was the chilli

I wish I had read the reviews. Soggy onion rings. Vile mixed kebab went in the bin. Late delivery. Rock hard stale nan bread. Soggy chips. The only thing they got right was the lettuce I did ask for separately. Never got the extra sauce I paid for. Not that I needed it. Hope I get a refund. This place needs closing. Sorry but I have to be honest.

Food was really late, the pizza was cold, and felt as though it had been reheated in a microwave, the chips were definitely reheated and the kebab was extremely greasy and undercooked and the naan bread/pitta felt like a piece of cold wet cardboard

On the description of the chicken burger it states you get salad and relish in the burger it came plain nothing on ect no mayo or anything as it was chicken burger, tasted disgusting.

Although I ordered past midnight, I assumed a takeaway would still have a relatively decent standard regardless of the ocean of negative feedback and reviews littered on their just eat page. Well I was totally (and obviously) wrong. The delivery was extremely late, ringing twice and lied to multiple times by multiple people. After losing all hope that it would come, I gave up hope and went to bed when I had a knock at the door at 2am in which I was given THE WORST takeaway food I've ever had. Dry, strange tasting, day old kebab meat in a wrap so stale you could've thrown like a frisbee. Chicken that had the texture of a leather boot. AND THE GARLIC SAUCE.. I really I can't comment on because it was so scarce thoughout my dry stale doc martin textured wrap. Needless to say it was thrown out 5 minutes after recieving. If you have any self respect, you will avoid this takeaway, next time it's over midnight and you ask yourself "do I REALLY need a takeaway?" And you come across this place, just get some cereal. It isn't worth it. Trust me...

Food hasnt turned up again, it came last time i ordered from here but not the time before. They dont even cancel the order they just say its came however its been 20 minutes after when it should have been here and now ive got nothing to eat again

Chips are under cooked, missing both cakes we ordered with no indication to why, gave us ice cream instead but would rather have been told abour the change, chicken wings are way too spicy to be bbq with no spice level indication - one is needed with the spice of these wings

£70 order, 2/3 order missing. Hung up on me and now won't pick up the phone. Absolute disgrace.

Food didn’t arrive AT ALL rang to ask where it was , got told that the driver got pulled over by the police and it wouldn’t be long , rang back again and they stated it had been delivered to a guy in the house ( no men live here) and then they said if we ordered tomorrow we’ll get it . I want my money back normally used to be my go to take away before Christmas but now definitely going to be looking for somewhere else and 100% will not be recommending in the future food was supposed to arrive at 1:30-1:50

Absolutely amazing bolognaise pizza. Superb chips and cheese. Beautiful fresh chilli dip and garlic dip was generational. I can't rate this place highly enough. Order from here. You will not be sorry. 10/10
