It was very good! The pizza was surprising. The place had an unpleasant, smeI had to go to the waiter twice to order. The tables were dirty. That's not cool.ll, of sweat, but that's not their fault, right!? Go and eat the pepperoni pizza. They could have had the option of Coca-Cola to drink.

Was struck by the warmth of the welcome and how efficient the service was. Our pizzas turned up within 5 minutes.

This was the best sour dough pizza we have ever had !!! 💯 % recommend this place - staff are happy and helpful - restaurant has a real good vibe!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. We went for the bottomless brunch offer which was brilliant value for money and the waitress (Aoibh) looked after us and kept the drinks flowing.

We recently dined in Pizza Punks and had the Friday payday deal - the pizzas tasted amazing and the drinks were great. The highlight of the night was our waitress, Aoibh, she was absolutely amazing - she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our drinks were always flowing. Would definitely be back and would ask to be sat in Aoibh’s section.

Was served primarily by Aoibh, who was very lovely to us and helpful when we needed assistance. The pizza was delicious and the cocktails were extremely varied and tasty. The music and atmosphere was very enjoyable. Would come back again !

We visited here as a group of 20 on a Sunday evening. Graeme had been in communication about a pre order before we arrived as it was for a big group. On the night, the service was first class, Kiera i think was the name of our main server. All the food we had pre-ordered was served with efficiency and was all correct. The food was hot and tasted great. As with a big group, there were lots of drinks orders and the service was perfect and nothing was too much of a hassle. Thank you to all the team who took care of us so well and for the great food. We had a great experience and would definately visit again.

We booked a table for four on a Sunday evening at 5pm, but it took over 30 minutes for staff to take our order, and our food didn’t arrive until 5:55pm. While the food was excellent, the service was extremely poor. We struggled to get the attention of staff to bring the bill, and when it came time to pay, we noticed that a 10% gratuity had been automatically added to the total without any prior mention. Given the level of service we received, this charge was completely undeserved, and it felt presumptuous for it to be added in this way. Worse still, when we reached out to Pizza Punks with our feedback, they ignored us entirely. With that kind of attitude toward customers, we won’t be returning.

Paige was an absolutely amazing server!! She was super attentive and thoroughly explained both the pizza and cocktail menu and answered all of our questions we had all while training up a new colleague. She was very friendly and made it a brilliant experience!!

Amazing pizza and overall food but we couldn't get the drinks we originally had ordered because of an outdated menu but friendly staff. Recommend going to get the unlimited topping pizza.

First time being there and I was pleasantly surprised. Fun atmosphere and welcoming staff. Food was brilliant, would go again :)

Delivery direct via website, pizzas took around 8mins via bike from the restaurant and turned up stone cold. We phoned the restaurant to complain and was told they couldn't process any refund. This is the only way I can find to complain.

Pizza Punks was a fantastic spot for a casual meal. I had the cheeseburger pizza, which was packed with flavor—way better than most takeaway pizzas. The crust was just right, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. I also tried the buffalo wings, and they were done perfectly. You could tell they were cooked in the hot sauce rather than just dipped at the last minute, giving them a deep, rich flavor. Another item I ordered (though I can't recall the name) was a mini pizza with garlic and cheese, and it was just as impressive—loaded with cheese and full of flavor. To drink, I went for the Dazed and Confused, which was tasty and paired really well with the food. The place itself had a cool atmosphere, was very clean and tidy, and the table service was great. Definitely a place I’d return to!

Nothing screams punk rock like paying out the nose for a singular 330ml can of Kopparberg and a garlic bread that is 50% air bubbles and 50% horrible aftertaste - about as punk as that Brewdog dishwater they sell claims to be 🤘🏻🤘🏻 P.S. train your staff properly please!! I have never seen a more confused group of teenagers in my life since sitting GCSE maths. Also wtf happened to the bartender - when we asked the waitress when our drinks would be served she just said “uh the bartender… don’t worry, they’ll be with you soon.” Ominous…

Amazing first experience of a Pizza Punks!🔥 Seated straight away, but it initially took some time to get served after that. However, from then on, the experience was top tier! Considering they were quite busy, it didn't take too long for the food (which was VERY tasty), all the staff were friendly and Nick was awesome! He really looked after us, and made the visit even better. My only issue... the card machine wouldn't let us tip! So we were stuck with a tiny service charge, as I never carry cash anymore. Lovely stuff, thanks guys!👌🍕💙

we had a wonderful time at pizza punks for our friend’s birthday. ciara was our server and was so lovely. she helped us bring out a cake secretly and was the loveliest server. she was patient for us to split the bill amongst many of us and truly made it a great night for us. food was amazing too. thank you !!

Food was good. Why is it OK to add a 10% surcharge on a bill for party of 4 eithout prior consent? It is a US culture where restaurant staff members are not paid enough. Do you not pay your staff enough as well?

My Wife chose Pizza Punks for her Birthday meal tonight, whilst we’re in Belfast. Although they were very busy (which was great to see) the Manager offered us a table in the bar area, and even brought us a glass of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch, I’m sure he was called Graham. We had a great chat with him and had a lovely evening, the atmosphere was as amazing as the pizza! This place is highly recommendable, thank you!

Perfect service from Ciara, awesome food and really nice atmosphere. Would have given a perfect 5 on atmosphere too without the queue for the loo and the music not always so punk... But I want to highlight how great the service was. Top stars for Ciara.

The pizza was okay, but the wait was very long, probably the longest I've ever waited for food to arrive. Also, the music is extremely loud, it's very hard to have a conversation.

Service horrendous. 35 mins for a drinks order. Staff rude, pizza wrong twice. £27 service charge ridiculous when service is so slow. Pizza just ok. Staff need training in customer service. I am in the industry and they really don't have a clue what they are doing here. Very disappointing will never return

What's not to love about anarchy in the kitchen! We chose our own toppings for a vegan pizza and went wild lol. It was delicious. The crust was perfect too! They add a small service charge at the end.

Very disappointed as we were looking forward to meal, it was very busy so service slow which could look past but the chicken on pizza was very poor quality chewy n grey in colour. I had ordered salt&chilli pizza picked most of chicken off and she had make your own with chicken on top too, one bit I did try got spat into napkin. Was a full pizza worth of food left over waiter offered to box up but we politely declined. My missus didn't want to make a fuss and it was her birthday so I didn't. On plus side Drinks were good and so was mac & cheese.. but the chicken topping just ruined it all. Staff also friendly enough but overwhelmed with busy rush. (seemed calmer when they paused the just eat machine which didn't stop beeping whole time we were there)

Ordered from too good to go from here (tue 7th jan) , they close at 10 (said as much on google, if incorrect please amend) got there at 9.35 as the collection time slot was 9.30-10 & when I got there the door was locked & people inside cleaning , they saw me standing there , I showed my order on my phone & a man shrugged at me & walked away. Don’t mind that the food wasn’t available as I understand it’s about getting rid of waste & in this case there may not have been any , however I would have appreciated being notified before I drove into Belfast & stood outside in the cold at the shop before being rudely dismissed

I enjoyed the food and the waiting staff were very tentive considering it was very busy. Some of our food didn't turn up at the same time. I would eat there again, though.

Really disappointing. Went here 30/12/24 and the service was terrible, the pizzas took an hour and 15 to get to us and when they did it was obvious they had run out of ingredients and something had happened in the kitchen. 3 of the pizzas were supposed to be the same but arrived with completely different (minimal) toppings and were covered in burnt lumps of pizza underneath. It then took us about 45mins to get the bill as the staff kept ignoring us. It would have been okay if someone had come over to explain the problem or apologise. The cocktails were good but that was about it.

One of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had and service was fairly quick despite it being busy. Music was a wee bit too loud for mine and my group's preference but other than that very enjoyable!

Had a table booked for 7.45. We were seated and 10 minutes later the waitress tells us because they were busy our food wouldn’t arrive until at least 50mins later. Should have been told of the delay upon entering, at that stage we decided to wait as it was getting later. Mac and cheese tasteless. Pizza not good. We were overcharged also, but manager rectified this. He was pleasant but the young girls serving need training big time. Do not recommend.

Great menu with out-of-the-norm choices. All well prepared and quality ingredients. Particularly enjoyed the Punk sodas. Good service and easy booking online. We were accommodated early despite it being very busy at 4.30pm on Sat. The team dealt with large parties perfectly. Positive and quite unique dining experience. Well done Team!

Absolutely awful! Pizza burnt. Waitress didn't even care or apologise when told and asked if wanted to pay service charge. What an absolute joke!

We waited approximately 2 hours despite paying for express delivery. They then deliberately sent the wrong order (clearly because they couldn't cope with their orders) and left the delivery driver to take the flack. We essentials waited 2 hours and paid £62 for a single pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas and a maccaroni cheese.

Graeme and his team were nothing short of fantastic. Even on an extremely busy night the service was top notch!

The most amazing pizza that I have ever tasted . The masala chicken with poppadom spiced onions and chutney on top of it was so delicious, the service was great quick and efficient. The staff were very friendly thank you.

My pizza was very greasy and not very tasteful the service was good but did have to ask three to four time for our chicken wings to come in future try to cook all pizzas the same and not greasy The waitress Paige was super she was very friendly and sweet and made sure she doubled checked our order

My sister reserved a table for our bridal party (5 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant). Despite my sister informing the restaurant that we needed a table with space for a high chair and two buggies, we were crammed into a corner table which had inadequate space and was next to a speaker despite making a reservation as we know we would need extra space due to young children. Then we placed our order around 6:30 (15 minutes after we were seated). We got our drinks fairly promptly and they were nice. We proceeded to wait 45 minutes with no food service. In this time, a central table with a party of around 15 were seated after us, ordered after us and received mains and sides while we still only had drinks. I called a waitress to enquire about our order and she said the chefs were behind as it was busy. Funny enough, not too busy that the central table could get all their orders delivered. This waitress was not seen again until our exit. Our sides were served shortly after. At this point, the children were actively upset due to the space and noise issues, so my mum had to get another waiter. After another 20 minutes, we received our mains. As we didn’t want to further disrupt guests due to very distressed children, we asked for boxes to go and we took our mains home before we even started to eat them. Despite the appalling service and subpar explanations over lack of service, my sister was still charged FULL PRICE. We would have had a nicer evening ordering Deliveroo. This night was an act of humiliation to my family and to my sister who wanted to do something nice for us. I am furious at how poorly she was treated with NO COMPENSATION. The staff took advantage of a kind woman who didn’t want to cause bother and denied her of a nice meal before her wedding day. I’m absolutely disgusted at her treatment tonight.

A big fan of the pizza here. Really crispy and packed with flavoursome topping combinations. Menu might need updated as an item I wanted to order apparently didn't come up on the system. Otherwise superb.

We (table for 2) walked in without a booking early Tuesday evening and were warmly greeted by James and shown to a table immediately. We were celebrating a 40th birthday and had just been let down by another local restaurant, which we explained to James. He then went out of his way to make it a very special occasion for the birthday girl. James provided outstanding customer service, we eat out a lot and can both honestly say we haven't received such standard anywhere else in Belfast. It was our first time to Pizza Punks and we will return. We both had 1/2 & 1/2 Pizza, mac n cheese and I had brought a sparkler which James took discreetly and then bought out in a dessert of cookies and icecream, especially loved the effort of even singing hbd! I also need to mention that I ordered a mocktail and as some ingredients were unavailable, James asked what flavours I liked and made up a mocktail concoction for me, which was lovely! He did explain what was in it but I can't remember! We were honestly so touched by the service and care we received, it really saved the night and made it such an enjoyable evening for a special occasion. It got busy later in the evening, but the fantastic customer service didn't waver. Just really want to say a massive thank you to James especially, and all staff, we really appreciate the efforts. Especially taking into account, zero notice and on a busy enough evening. Thank you.

I had the chicken chili pizza and it was okay but not a ton of flavor. Restaurant is large with plenty of seating and attentive staff.

After having my 40th birthday dinner with my friend spoilt by Six By Nico, a special shout out to the team at pizza punks (especially James) who did everything possible to make the evening special. Couldn't recommend them enough. The food was also great!

What a great experience! As soon as we walked in, the employees were so cheerful, friendly, and easy going. The atmosphere is so relaxed. Great music coming from their stereo system! They have an extensive selection of wonderful sauces and toppings to choose from to create your own personalized pizza! This was the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life! I'm so pleased that I decided to give Pizza Punks a visit!

Horrific company, nothing short of a circus. If you’re ever offered a job here, for the love of God don’t take it. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry myself for 5 years and I’ve never seen such inept management. My sister began working here 3 weeks ago. She’s 17 and this was her first job. She did 5 shifts before she was onboarded on to their system - in other words, she worked her first few shifts illegally all because management continually postponed taking her passport and national insurance number off her. She was also never given a contract to sign at any point. Slave labour + no contract = first red flags 🚩 For context, this place is a mess. Critically understaffed (for example, waiters can be seen doing bartender, kitchen porter and host duties because they literally have no one else to do them), no training provided to new starts, existing staff expected to work 60+ hour weeks to make up for it. Due to the lack of staff and inefficient upper management, my sister wasn’t trained. She was thrown in and expected to know how to do everything. Given it’s her first job, it won’t be so easy for her in comparison to more experienced people. But irrespective of that, every new start in ANY job in the world needs training! Like what are yous doing? Pizza Punks fired her tonight. Their reasoning? “We need staff that will take orders from tables”. That’s funny because she was never trained on how to do this? She’s worked here for 3 weeks and nobody in management told her nor taught her to take orders - instead she was told to clear tables, run food and drinks, help in the kitchen etc. basically like a support staff. Could they not have tried maybe training her first? Please note they never previously expressed their concerns to her. They just pulled her into the office tonight and told her they were letting her go with immediate effect. The funniest bit is, they told her, “It’s coming up to Christmas, we’ll get busier, we need people taking orders”. Ah yes, Christmas is approaching, you’re going to get busier, so your answer to that is to sack your staff? When you barely have staff as it is? The jokes write themselves. Never seen the likes of it. If they’d just trained her in the first place, or even begun training her now, she’d be all set! I will be so surprised if this company lasts by continuing on like this. An increasing number of recent customers have reported excruciatingly long waits and poor service. You have management to thank for that!

Worst service ever! I have been here lots of times and it has been great! However tonight I went with my dad before a concert and we waited over an hour for food. When we complained the girl said there was a 45 minute wait that we had not been told about! We waited longer than that'! Absolute awful service and we were late for our concert!! Absolutely shocking service and wait time for food!!

Honestly the BEST pizza I've ever had, the taste was just unbelievable and NO SOGGY BOTTOM, fast delivery too. Really can't fault it, if you like a good Artisan pizza this is your place. 5 Stars

Consistently good deals, food, and service. Had family visiting Belfast and this was their favourite place we ate. Really good value considering location, quality, and the Create Your Own pizza is so class.

For Belfast city centre the price was excellent, staff were friendly but everything was a bit slow. The pizza was very good but the toilets really let the place down, need a few quid to improve them!

I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment last night in celebration of my birthday. I must say, it is one of the friendliest places in Belfast. The owner, Conor, was exceptionally gracious and welcoming as well as our waitress. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning.

Food is fantastic every time we go! As are the drinks! We have two Vegans in our friend group and they always have a great range of options to choose from, as do we!
