Five Guys Boucher Crescent in Belfast

Great food. Bit quieter than Five Guys in Victoria Square. Speedy service.

Ordered a regular chip and the ordered didn't go through got a full refund and a large chip (they also offered me a drink) lovely staff fantastic people.

Me and my girlfriend visited Five Guys for the first time today and it lived up to the hype. She had a hotdog and I had a burger with fries. A friendly young man called Luke took our order and it was absolutely delicious 😋 I'm rarely in Belfast but will definitely make a point of returning to Five Guys.

The lady running the place today was fantastic. Her name was Emma I believe! Such a lovely person ❤️

No queue and easy to order food came quickly I ordered a chocolate milkshake I'm pretty sure they gave me a coffee milkshake (vile tasted like an espresso martini - £5 wasted) the burger was delicious

The patty was tasty and juicy, however in retrospect the jalapeños didn’t emanate a taste or spiciness, just texture. Fries were okay.. It would’ve tasted better if the temperature of the food wasn’t lukewarm considering the price.

Burgers are class in here And they give you loads of chips Mayo tastier here too

Absolutely disgraceful experience at Five Guys Boucher Road. Placed a click-and-collect order, paid online, and arrived to collect—only for the manager to claim I hadn’t been charged. Even after showing clear proof on my banking app that the payment had gone through, he still argued aggressively, refusing to acknowledge it. To make matters worse, he flat-out refused to give his name, all while waving his hands and raising his voice at both me and my partner in front of a full restaurant. The eight other staff members stood by, visibly shocked, but said nothing. Customers were left watching this ridiculous display of unprofessionalism. A manager should be resolving issues, not causing public scenes and treating paying customers with such disrespect. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being scammed and shouted at.

I ordered a double beef burger from them once, which was delicious 👌

100%Pure Beef burger, best I've ever tasted and their chips are excellent 👌

Can be a bit pricey for what is essentially fast food, but it's certainly quite the upgrade over McDonald's, as the burgers are juicy and succulent! The fries are lovely and seasoned, and you won't need to eat the rest of the day.

I arrived on behalf of a customer and was attempting to communicate with staff when a very rude little lady told be to leave and I wasn’t getting service

1st visit, Wow not enough stars to rate the food absolutely amazing pigged out with burger ( food for kings) & a hotdog can't describe how great it was . Our server was friendly , helpful and could not do enough to make my time there one to remember

Don't except UK gift cards sold by Tesco ,Sainsbury's here in Northern Ireland because they say they are completely Irish franchise in Belfast, Not a political view just a fact.

The most expensive and cheap burger, the meat was hard and totally tasteless, the cup of fries was miserable considering the price and finally the drinks... a wonderful dispenser that delivers fairly carbonated sodas with a light accent of the original flavours... Maybe it was the end of the day... we were the last customers, but it was a really poor experience...

The food is better in Victoria Square there wasn't very many people in shop I ordered 1 large cheese burger and spicy chips and 1 little cheese burger and 2 drinks and got 2 large burgers and plain chips and 2 drinks the girl didn't listen to what I asked for so paid more than I wanted to pay

It's 5 guys... You know what your getting, great burgers but rip off for drinks 😂 £4.25 for a soft drink.. ah well.

Can't go wrong with it always top drawer food

Had the kids in yesterday about 3pm staff are amazing very helpful and very friendly.

This is a decent Five Guys, but, in general, I'm not fond of Five Guys. While the food is good, it is overpriced, and the decor of the restaurants is appalling. The self-congratulatory stuff all over the walls was interesting many, many years ago, now it just looks odd and pathetic. If there was a McDonald's right beside it, while Five Guys' food is better, I would go to the McDonald's as the overall experience they offer is better.

This Five Guys is located in amongst lots of car dealerships. In the same food mall, there are several other restaurants, so competition is high. There is a big parking lot, the area was clean, parking spots were a little skinny but overall not bad. The layout, menu and ordering process is the same as all other Five Guys with 2 exceptions: - this is a debit/credit card only business - beer is sold on the menu (unlike the USA)! There was seating both indoors and outdoors, with plenty of clean, open tables to choose from. It wasn't an extremely busy Sunday evening but there was a definite steady stream of customers while we waited for our order and are it. If you like Five Guys, this won't disappoint!

Quick, excellent service. The staff were polite and helpful. There was good open-plan seating and the place was bright, too. I liked the atmosphere. Went during lunch and my colleagues and I were served in good time.

Poor hygiene. Staff were on phones whilst preparing food and creating burgers.

My friend and arrived to five guys for my first ever experience. Service was quick and the woman on the till was very helpful. After ordering my friend went to find a table. There was no tables that were clean so he had to get some paper towels and clean the table himself. Shocking! The food wasn't great, especially for the price of £34 for one chip and two burgers with drinks. Dont think i will be back!

Extremely disappointed. We were given the wrong order to take home. Could not eat what we were given. That was over 3 weeks ago ,have been promised vouchers for replacement meal , spoke to two managers and still nothing. Dreadful service

Went here for my big 16th, very greasy burger and too much salt on chips, very disappointed in their service considering their prices. The only good thing was milkshake

The food was awful. The fries were soggy, and not a full portion. My cheese dog was swimming in so much mayo it wouldn't stay in the bun. Really disappointed! For the money it was just bad.

Very good burger but the bun was just sat on, didn't survive, great milkshake with bits of strawberry, genuine flavours.

Food is good for sure, £19 for burger, fries and shake isn't good value but it's the best burger in that area. Bunsen is now on Botanic Ave and they have a similarly priced offering, maybe slightly cheaper but on the whole tastier.

Almost £19 for a burger & chips and a bottle of water! Wow! Besides that, it was nothing special.

Food is excellent 👌 no matter how many times I go in the staff have no personality. Just teenagers who don't really care about customer service or to even say hello. Management needs to sort out this issue

Always on point with food and service

Always phenomenal. Get the milkshake! Strawberry another level, my kid loves the chocolate one with oreo pieces.

I walked in waiting for my friend, but they were late. I used the can, then decided to go to Nando's next door. Technically I did not eat here but it is just an expensive version of fast food like McDonalds.

It's just too expensive for what you get. The portion of fries is generous, and the burger good, but I'd rather go to a real restaurant.

Been to all 3 Dive Guys around Belfast and for some reason this branch tastes the best. Not that the others are bad, just this one is superior

5 guys is the best place to go for a burger or hot dog. Its fully customisable and fast service, and top quality and flavour. The fries, mayo and milkshakes are also incredible. There are even roasted peanuts to snack on while you wait for your food. This is reflected in the price though, as it is pricier than other fast food chains. Worth it if you like a good burger though. This particular 5 guys was lacking in the service department though. Dont expect chipper, upbeat servers, this is the UK, not america, but aside from the less enthusiastic staff, which I am fine with, my milkshake wasnt ready until after I had finished my meal because the server kept taking orders rather than say please wait a moment while I make this milkshake. Perhaps she was new, and this is really my only gripe, otherwise 5 guys gets a 5 stars from me. Parking is fine and its wheelchair accessable, but obviously don't come here if youre vegan/vegetarian unless you love fries. They are fried in peanut oil and the cajun spice option is also delicious. Also the hot dogs are beef (which I love)

Staff are friendly, tables are clean and it's great as a Friday treat.

Heard loads of people raving about this place so was excited to try it. I have to say I was left disappointed. Burger was swimming in grease which was an immediate turn off. The chips though are top tier. But the best thing about he place is the peanuts. I have never tasted anything as nice.

5 Guys is a quite expensive for what it is, but it cannot be beaten in quality. Everyone knows what you are getting. The staff in Boucher are always friendly, the place is always tidy and never too busy. Always seating available as well as parking. Good spot just outside of Belfast City Centre to get a quick bite to eat.

Severely disappointed in being given a small cup of chips!!! ? What has happened they used to give you a good bag full and now a small cup of chips! It barley filled a small hole! SHRINKFLATION AT ITS BEST! And prices are higher! It’s a bloody disgrace and I won’t be back. £14 for a burger and measly chip!!! WISE UP.

Great Burgers, I don't even care that they are overly expensive but getting 1star for not accepting cash. No shop in the UK should dictate what payment method you use and discriminate against you for using cash.

Hey! What can I say, besides, some of the best burgers anywhere, generous portion of fries (excuse me, chips), as usual...and free peanuts! Go ahead, throw a few in your take out bag. Only draw back at all....price. A bit pricey, but oh so worth it. And their topping selection is second to none...like Subway, you build your own burger. I personally like my onions grilled, and they do it to perfection...so...go ahead, treat yourself!

The plastic cheese slices are dreadful.

Very poor service doesn’t accept cash and doesn’t have this advertised correctly in their shop or their website so if you don’t own a bank card or have money in your bank don’t go here cause you will end up foodless and disappointed!! Staff member stood and stared at me blankly when I asked why…. Very very poor for such a large company!!!

Seems to have gone down hill. Soggy fries, smaller portions, staff laughing at each other for failing to assemble a burger correctly

Una hamburguesería de la cadena, sin más. Lo mismo en todas partes. Hay que decir que las hamburguesas están buenas, y las patatas, también. Mejor que en otras cadenas. Por lo demás, no tiene nada de especial. Los precios algo caros en comparación con España. Puedes coger cacahuetes gratis y rellenar el vaso con bebida, aunque ninguna de las dos cosas es de una calidad destacable.

My first time at a 5 guys. It's been hyped up a lot. And that's just what it is hype. The price is high, so I expected quality. The burgers were very greasy, most of us felt ill an hour later. The frys cooked or should I say over cooked and dry. What a shame. Staff were nice, and the place clean. But as for the food. Odear, what a shame.

Well overpriced , burger OK nothing special, chips were good though but not worth the high expense, drinks good choice but expense again. £40 to have your food left in a bag getting cold the counter is laughable...Cleanliness of place was not great lots of nut shells on the floor and seats, and drinks machine touch screen never cleaned whilst we were there sitting right beside it. Tried it once never again.... Local cafes or pubs I think next time better value....

Seriously expensive for just burgers... But they are nice and they are fresh
