Got served by a member of staff Cameron, top service from him.. food was delicious and not one bad word to be said, Cameron helped me choose my meal from a variety of good deals.. very friendly and attentive I will defiently make this my regular & hopefully continue to be served by this guy

My husband & I called in for lunch here on Mon & were very disappointed. I went to the toilets before my food arrived & they were totally disgusting. 1 was ‘out of order’ & I used the disabled which wasn’t flushing & looked as if it had been like that for days. Another lady came out of the only other toilet looking for toilet roll. There were several tables uncleared, customers had left & dirty cups, cutlery etc lying around. Everywhere just looked very grubby & this was about noon so not even that busy There seemed to be ample staff around. Our food was ok but just the surroundings, toilets was very off putting. We definitely won’t return to this establishment though I have to say we do frequent the Coleraine restaurant & have never encountered any such issues.

Toilets filthy out of won’t go again, cold coffee and toast was really put off knowing that it just wasn’t what expected

Me and my mum had came into Bob and Bert’s in Belfast City Centre today to get some lunch, just after we were served our food an older man with clear mobility issues ( he had a walker) tripped on the matt while leaving. This caused him to fall completely over onto the ground and so did his walker. I am only 16 and me and my mum rushed over to help him up as he proceeded to fall again while trying to help himself up. we had to pull him up together and asked if he was okay, to which he explained his ribs were hurting. The whole of the restaurant including staff did not even try to help or even come over to ask if he was okay and just sat and watched. Me and my mother were so extremely disappointed and angry with the staff as they watched him struggle out of the restaurant. The man had no help other than my mum and I as well as another woman entering the restaurant who was equally appalled. Me and my mum were even further away than the staff themselves to this man. it was disgraceful. I am so disgusted by this, a clear lack of human decency and respect.

Excellent breakfast. Fresh and lots of choices. Great tasting coffee. Staff very friendly. Good value. Go here instead of Harlem which is overrated and over priced.

I popped in for a cappucino as I like the Lisburn branch of B&B, and it's a local company. Afraid I will not return. I ordered a small cappucino with oat milk and was charged £4.10, which I paid. Then I looked up at the price list (which is a screen and flicks between prices and pics, so I had not seen the price at first). "Small cappucino £3.25" I queried my bill with the barista who said they served a medium cappucino unless specified (thought "small" was specifying..) I pointed out that the price for medium was £3.50, not £4.10. "Oh, Oat Milk is 50p extra" this would of course be £4.00 not £4.10 but I gave up. Can't think of another place that charges 50p for Oat Milk these days, so will take my custom elsewhere. Sorry. Neighbourhood in the cathedral quarter would be my recommendation from now on.

They do a great breakfast here. We had just arrived in Belfast and wanted a quick breakfast. Service was timely and the food very tasty. Great location for visiting central Belfast. I wanted to go back and eat there again but we did not have time.

Food poisoning - avoid like the plague I ordered a chilli chicken wrap and fries yesterday (takeaway) from here, and was violently violently I’ll with food poisoning within around 90 minutes. Was vomiting from 5pm to 1am in the office and then at home. Contacted them and they were immediately dismissive - wasn’t our food.. Yea right. I know food poisoning when I get it and I had nothing else to eat all day apart since 8am when I felt 100% fine. Informed the council, and I will never ever eat anything from this chain again..AVOID

Ok food and friendly service. Just watch out for the avocado toast as it’s smothered in Mayo! Kids enjoyed the French toast.

Food was appalling, bacon was raw, gluten free bread was frozen, food was cold, table and chairs were dirty and full of crumbs, staff didn’t bother clean when I asked. Mum had to clean table. I have celiac disease. Don’t recommend

We have been going here for years and never had any negative experiences, but last two have been awful, food good but the service from staff were awful, coffee cold by time food arrived, asked second time to have coffee at same time as food we might as well been asking for the impossible, member of staff was rude, and the waiting time was twenty minutes for two frys, there were only ten other customers in, and not complicated orders, noticed another customer having to ask where her good was, it was only pancakes. Went to Bob and Berts today with my niece who is vegan we asked if the falafel salad was vegan. We were reassured it was but not garlic bread so we asked for it on a separate plate. My niece presumed the pot was hummus as per menu and put it on salad. She is 15. She ate it but said it doesn't taste right. I tasted it it was garlic mayo. I told a member of staff who said oh sorry meanwhile my niece is ringing her mum very distressed. I spoke to another staff member who went off and eventually returned with a cash refund on her meal. They said they ran out of hummus. This was unacceptable. We won't be back. Young staff inexperienced and luckily my niece wasn't allergic to egg etc . Disappointed on our day out.l
