Very disappointed. The fish we got was too greasy with an unpleasant taste. Batter too dense and soggy. Chips also very greasy and soggy, they seemed fresh but way too much oil. Just not worth the money, could only eat a bit of the fish and had to throw the rest.

Can’t fault this place, i get out of it regularly and the food and staff are amazing as always!

Delivery driver was lovely food was meh Christmas chip was a disappointment, the pasties were beaut though

Browns Van came to our Annual Christmas Fair at St Teresa's Primary school. They were, as always, very friendly and professional and always serving with a small and a good word to everyone. Great choice of food and milkshakes. The food was delicious and just as amazing quality as in the shop. Would welcome them to any event in the future. Thank you

We had Gavin and his team drive their chippy van to our Open Day in Lisburn at the end of August and we were very happy with his services. Gavin from the first chat has been extremely clear and helpful as to what they can do for our corporate event. He was professional and made sure to understand our requirements, in which he then followed up with tailored options for us to choose from. Both him and his team served around 500 people within 4 hours and the feedback was the same all throughout - DELICIOUS. Can't complain with the variety of options for our guests and their portions either. To Gavin and his team, apologies for the delay in review but we absolutely thank you for your services! ☺️ If you're looking for delicious food for your event, definitely give them a go. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ordered a Christmas chip wasn't that warm when it arrived and there were only 2 cocktail sausages in it. Disappointed over all.

Placed this order at 7.30 and it took an hour and 15mins to arrive. When we received it the food was freezing and we had to reheat it which was really disappointing. Chips don’t reheat well and it left the batter and burger bun soggy.

Order wrong, no curry dip when had paid for the 7oz, battered mushrooms instead of onion rings. Waiting an hour and a half, food cold.

I ordered 2 chips I did not receive. Didn’t notice until I got home and too far to go back. Just Eat told me my order would be ready to collect at half 5 and order wasn’t ready until 5 to 6.

Had the Christmas chip. It was delicious. Would have done five stars but they forgot my cranberry sauce. 😋

Was in the shop today, was seen by staff walking in, waited at lest 15 mins to be asked my order, I then listened to them talk about the night out they were having while they made half my order and continued to talk for a further 10 minutes befor finishing my order after being reminded I was standing there Bere in mind this was 2 sausages with souce I was in the shop at lest 30 mins for this

Nearly 3 hours waiting on food is unacceptable. If your too busy dont take the orders!

No peas onions and mushrooms on chicken - curry was cold and no Gravy on the steak on chips as per order

FINALLY a taco chip without mushrooms! will never venture anywhere else for our tacos. only downside measly amount of the taco sauce lol though I will give yous it best one we've had in ages just more sauce next time

Delivery was on time and delievery lady was very nice! Got a spice bag - it was okay, quite salty for me.

I received ice cold greasy food, wouldn't recommend Edit - In reply to Brown's, I did indeed receive cold and greasy food, I ate two chips and binned it. Why are you asking for proof of cold food? I don't have a thermometer on hand. No dramatic claims were made, just an overall poor experience.

Food was cold had to reheat everything. Chips that came with battered sausage supper were all crispy scraps. Would see past if if it wasn’t £7.20 for two battered sausages and a load of scraps. Second time we’ve been disappointed with here won’t be ordered again.

after 6 years of being a customer this would be the last time I order from browns nearly two hours for a delivery and 38 minutes for your driver to bring it I could walk there and back quicker I do not live more than 5 minutes driving from your place but the calzone was lukewarm and the dough balls were burnt and cold very disappointing!

Just got a fish supper and taco chip for my wife, my food was nice but 75% of the chips had no potato in them, just crispy , my wife said the taco chip was very nice and I have given this chippy 5 🌟 in the past so hopefully just a one off with the chips.

The food was cold and stuck to the packaging, the fish hadn’t been skinned properly either. The quality of food was just horrible. The pepper sauce was cold and like paste and the chips and fish were like mush. The battered mushrooms were more batter than mushrooms too.

We used Browns chip van for day two of our wedding celebrations and it went down so well. Everyone was raving about the food, as well as the speed, efficiency & friendliness of the staff. Would highly recommend!

Guys this is not the normal great service that i usually get from Browns. Over an hour for delivery of a fry, which was later even that the delivery time quoted. I only live a mile away 😃. Food was freezing, had to heat it up on the microwave. Don’t think it will stop me from ordering again but I just wanted to give you guys the honest heads up this time. This is not the norm though from Browns so don’t know what went wrong today

Absolutely love treating myself to a Brownes. The loaded wedges are just incredible, although I'm sorry to say they accidentally gave me 2 of them! Not complaining at all but just in case they realise they're low on stock I got 2 loaded wedges :) Battered sausage lovely and crispy and curry out of this world with a wee bit of spice. Stunning chippy 10/10.
