Quick delivery and tasty food. Lovely staff and good pricing. Will be ordering again.

Ordered this evening and it was terrible, never seen so much garlic mayo on a kebab there was more than meat, was inedible and went in the bin, pizza was slightly better but so greasy used to be good but god knows what's happened, sauces should come in pots we wont be going back

Amazing food always come hot and the food always is well presented and the quality is very good staff are very friendly and always willing to help

We order alot from Pizza pronto but today the chicken kebab was awful. I really think they have used chicken sandwich meat and just spiced it up . I have never seen a chicken kebab like it ,sorry but lost me as a customer.

Fast service, friendly staff. We had the 8” pizza platter and there was loads of food! Pizza’s were very good and food was piping hot! Would recommend

Been using while this place really enjoy their chicken kebab till tonight . Ordered usual large chicken kebab garlic cheese bread salad and chips. Got everything but the chicken kebab as they sent donner meat which can’t stand . Rang them to get told that’s what says on ticket we can send a chicken kebab but pay again no chance never using this place again

Absolutely amazing food!! Everything about the food was outstanding! Best kebab and pizza I’ve tasted. The garlic yogurt and garlic mayo was unreal and the chilli sauce was proper chilli sauce with a proper kick to it. Forgot to order cheese on my chips so rang them up and the staff were very friendly and polite. Will never order from anywhere else again. Thank you very much! If you are thinking about ordering from here DO IT. You will not be disappointed

Awful food awful takeaway orderd a meal deal of pizza all came cold and uncooked also order a munch box donner was cold all chips and onion rings was solid and cold pizza burger was cold pizza bit dead hard and burger still frozen didn't eat it not going to be order from here again delivery is less than 5 mins away so should definitely not be turning up cold for £50 I expect better

The woman behind the counter was rude to the point of being borderline hostile. Pizza was average. Very greasy.

If your hungry and hoping for something to eat you should eat your own feet. The staff are unbelievably rude. Shocking from start to finish

Just had the large chicken kebab meat and chips with chilli and garlic mayo spot on as always the best marinated chicken in the town cut nice and thin. The best chilli and garlic sauces in town too. always my go too 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A local takway to where I am and I have been ordering from there for bit of time but today of all has defo make me think I should take my custom somewhere els all staff are nice apart from the women that work there she had a attitude. Only because she got cort out for not listening to me and make my oder nothing what I ask for than blame me for saying I ask for doner meat in my calzone even tho I said nothing about that I ask for a Bolognese calzone don't think be going back there sorry

love this takeaway but we avoid it due to one problem, donner meat! pizzas,chicken kebabs,kids meals and chips all perfect.. the sauces are also lovely, but the donner meat is awful! its been this way now for a few years was a constant customer that lives in scartho, asked them personally to change the donner but to no avail sadly, were not the only one! we all want the donner meat change, do it for us pronto!!! great delivery drivers too always have good banter :) 8/10

Order a pizza burger box and a calzone food came within 35 minutes and pipping hot and plenty of, only issue was it was 15.60 on the phone and it was 15.90 at the door nevermind

Good customer service easy to understand the staff over the phone. Staff are polite and friendly listened to my order and repeated it to ensure that it was correct. Food arrived in allocated time given still hot really filling meals cooked well never had any problems

I like using pizza pronto as I find the staff are very polite and are easy to understand. I love how my food comes wrapped up in kitchen foil to help keep it warm the kids meals are more than enough to fill up two toddlers I love the menu choices and lay out

I used to use this place all the time. The best calzones in Grimsby. Always fast delivery, hot and tasty... However the last time I ordered my food didn't arrive, after an hour I rang up only to be met by a very very rude obnoxious woman who told me I told her I lived at house number 14 so they couldn't deliver it. I explained I lived at 40 and she started shouting that I told her 14... Clearly a misunderstanding on their behalf but I was being shouted at. I explained I knew what number I lived at only to be told my food would be there soon and phone slammed down. Sadly... A regular customer will now never return despite the good quality food! Someone needs to learn how to say 'sorry I misheard you'.

Cracking pizza takeaway! Good selection and prices.

Every time I place an order they say an hour, always been 20 to 30 mins ( sometime Quicker) and to top it's been delicious .... pizza or kebab. It's a must try far better than some I can mention.

Brilliant vegetarian selection.

Food is always scrummy and my favourite is their Pronto Special Calzone with spicy chips. I normally collect my order but i was without a car bonfire weekend and the delivery came super fast and still boiling hot.

Ordered all over town moved to enfeild road scartho and have to say this is the best in town will never order from anywhere else again by far the best takeaway in town ever !!!! So tasty so fresh by far the best pizza I've ever had fab meal deals great staff meal deal with two pizzas and two kebabs is out this world 100% needs some awards 👌

Nice food, generous fillings and toppings. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the delivery service is usually prompt with food nice and warm. Definitely recommend.

Used this establishment for years. Never had a bad meal in all that time. Very pleasant staff and food reasonably priced. Delivery service is very convenient when you can't be bothered to cook.
