Pizza Power in St. Helens

Great service, quick and friendly, gorgeous food love the option to add salad and relish to the wings and chips, best pizzas I've ever had thanks x

Food arrive burnt! Charcoal. Theirs not option for charcoal as no one would order burnt pizza. They did send me another 45 minutes later

So we ordered two waffles in which was fantastic. The customer service was great, wasn’t rude or anything. We had got what we asked for in which was a great price. Overall brilliant!!

Daughter ordered via Just Eat at 9.46pm She rang at 11.11pm to be told it had just been sent out, 11.34 still no delivery and was told had been out with driver for 15-20mins. She then rang again at 11.55 and was told she would get a phone call in a few mins. I rang at 00.01 to be told they were just getting it ready (after her previously being told twice it was out for delivery). When I complained about the ridiculous delivery time I was told they been really busy. 2hrs 30mins and still no order and lied to by the staff. Asked for a refund to be told no as you will be getting your food. Absolutely disgusting service!!!

I visit Pizza power quit often.We ordered two chicken kebabs, one with hot chili and one with mild sweet chilli.I asked the the guy serving us to write on the kebab wrap which was which.Apparently, I got the sweet Chilli and my girlfriend got the hot Chilli. When it should have been the other way around.Besides this, there was a bone in my chicken kebab and when I bit into it, by accident of course, it didn't taste like chicken at all, it tasted like somthing I'd never tasted before.I have always eaten chicken but this bone tasted nothing like chicken, it was horrible. Quite worrying. Put me off coming back. Bit having said this the staff are very nice.
