I love the food , but ordered large kebabs and they came so small

The poor score is just this order. It's unusual, it's normally early. But this one was way late and the meat was barely warm. Left most of it but nuked it the day after. Although I will order from them again. By far the best kebab in Burton.

This was the first and last time i will be ordering from pizza plaza. I placed my order at 5.10pm to get it delivered for 6pm so its enough time to make 2 pizzas. My 6 and 7 year old kept a fast and this was my treat for them, it was 45mins late. I called and was told it had left the shop at 6pm, still hadn't arrived so had to call several times again, instead of contacting the driver, he kept brushing me off saying it'll be there in 5mins. I even heard a guy in the background saying "we can't track him, they'll just have to wait." Err yes you can by contacting him!! Eventually I got my husband to call and he managed to get them to contact the driver whilst he was on the phone however when the food arrived, it was cold! Worst experience ever, never ordering from them again

genuinely annoyed by the service, nearly 1 hour late and delivered to the wrong address, thankfully they brought it to me

PizzaPlaza did a fantastic job for us today! We had an important meeting at work, and their prompt, on-time delivery was exactly what we needed. Reliability is key, and they proved we can depend on them. On top of that, the pizza was absolutely delicious, and the sauce provided was excellent. Great service and great food – highly recommended!

Ordered mint sauce on the kebab and 2 small dip pots of mint, plus others. No mint sauce on the kebab and none sent in pots. Very naughty. Its the first time they've got anything wrong. Will always have their kebabs though.

Order has not turned up been waiting 1 hour ten minutes for a delivery to suddenly change to enjoy your food with nothing delivered shall not be using again

I was passing through this lovely little town and was looking for some Halal food and found this place and first of all Mr Haroon and all his colleagues make you feel so comfortable and to Top that the food I mean the Pizza was soooo nice and The Mix Kebab in Naan was delicious aswell as their complementary salad and sauces over all it was a great experience and would definitely visit again Thank you Mr Haroon & Team 😊

1.30 hrs delivery, cold full of grease absolutely terrible

Good was lovely as always but it took nearly 1 hour and 45 mins and then they forgot one of the items I ordered so was not happy.

I don't normally leave reviews, these guys absolutely smash it with their takeaway. The portions are massive, even with JustEat prices you don't feel like you're being ripped off at all, amazing to say that in 2024. I'll never use anyone else while I live here! The large Doner Wrap basically looks like the size of a rugby ball when you get it, great stuff!

Order was delivered earlier than estimated..I order for a friend, i was waiting for update online, it didnt update after delivery, not until an hour after delivery. Service was brilliant, need to pay attention on the tracking.

25 pound for 2 smal pizza 2 cans of coke and some Ben and Jerry's absolutely overpriced quality of the pizza was trash won't be coming here again And a couple of years ago this was my go to place...not anymore to expensive didn't even fill me ...was cooking a few hours later

Driver was so rude!! Never had him before kept knocking, didn’t even give us chance to open the door and when we did he just said come on please! Soooo rude!! I would think about your delivery drivers!! We normally have such a lovely guy as well, might put people off, as little as it is still very rude!!

amazing food as always only knocked a star off because i was given the pizza with a tomato base instead of the BBQ base I asked for but the pizzas a too good to be annoyed at.

I order from Pizza Plaza often so its a shame its come to this but this time my pizza was cut up like a jigsaw puzzle and it was rediculous! Every peice was a different shape and even had a square peice in the middle, no one cared while doing this and no one cared about sending it to me, how hard is it to cut a pizza correctly.....i wish i taken a picture now to laugh at if im ever feeling down 😂

very pleased with what i ordered and how it came. The food was amazing and great portions. The only thing i would say is the chicken was hard and wasn’t the nicest and wasn’t enjoyable but the burger and chips wear amazing!

Leaving this review to say I enjoyed the food and was worth it. However you recently raised your prices on some items by 20%, with that I’m no longer ordering from you. Ordered from another place that is cheaper and quality is same as yours… congrats greed lost you a regular customer.

I ordered 2 large pizzas but I received 2 medium.

We have kebabs of you every few weeks. This is the 1st time you put salad on the kebab and my patner hates the salad which meant he had not of it. There was no option to get rid of the salad.

DRINK PURCHASED A YEAR OUT OF DATE. what else has not been stock checked?
