Milkshake-fantastic Pizza-cheap and cheerful Burger-cheap and cheerful Chips-cheap and cheerful Chicken-wouldn't feed it to a dog It's a cheap delivery place in a town with no options. The fact that they keep fair prices when they have no competition makes them tops in my books. But please, stay away from the chicken.

Cheap and cheerful. Great tasting pizza, couldn't of asked for much more. Would definitely recommend just going to the place was super quick!

waited over 45 minutes for food to be delivered when it is 5 minute drive from me

Waited over an hour for delivery, called them and was told they were delivering to a different address! They then said they would come to deliver it to the right address, proceeded to take over an hour again and said they couldn’t contact the number - of which they could as they were the the ones to call. Finally they lied by saying they delivered to a security guard and stated they would never deliver to us again bear in mind they did not even manage to get the pizza to us in the first place! Terrible!!!!

Terrible - we haven’t used them for 2 years as they were awful previously - but we heard they’d improved under new management. They haven’t! 1h 45 mins for a pizza delivery?

I order semi regularly from Pizza Planet and the food always arrives hot and in the time they give. We had the Hawaiian pizza tonight which was deeeelish! Delivery driver was lovely too 😊

Ordered at 9.38. Says 15-25 mins, had a rude and abrupt phone call at 9.56 saying can only hold for 5 mins can you collect asap. Collected at 9.58 and they was closing even though website states 11pm!!

Great pizza, speedy delivery and very polite service

Speaking on behalf of my friend she order some cheesy chips for collection and it said 15 to 25 minutes for pick up so we went there for about 10pm and the guy who was working that evening was switching off the lights even though it clearly states online they close at 11pm and he starts shouting at us telling my friend that she needed to fix her phone as he had called her 3 times well we checked her phone and there are 0 missed calls he was using harsh language telling us to F off will be heading back there tomorrow to make a formal complaint

Great but your business hours on Google are incorrect! They say open until 11.30 today (Saturday) but the website says 10 :(

Absolutely disgusted. I never go out of my way to leave a bad review but I'm so upset I've literally gone to every source I can to leave this to save others money time and dissapointment. Just spent £40 on god knows what, and that was with discount!? The smallest pizza that was the completely wrong pizza. Ordered one with chicken got meatballs, what equates to a bag of chips, one overdone box of popcorn chicken and 8 pieces of garlic bread the only saviour was the milkshakes (3) but not as pictured at all very very misleading and to top it all off absolutely terrible service the man who delivered was very rude bearly acknowledged me and looked annoyed he had to deliver at all. Don't waste your money.

forgot to make our order, 2 hours late. NEVER got a refund instead offered a free pizza however when called didn’t alow us to order. RUDE RUDE staff hung up the phone on us

After I order I had a call from them for a £10 delivery charge, but this was not mentioned on the website. Once food got to my door the chicken bites fell out and the driver picked them up with his bare hands to put then back I the box 🤢. I tired to ring up but could only get through to the driver phone. The whole order was Disgusting and will never order from here again.

We thought we'd try this because it's the only one on just eat. I really wish we hadn't bothered. The food was badly cooked and very overpriced. It wasn't enjoyable at all. The chicken seemed very much like it was left over from yesterday and deep fried until it was almost burned. The burger was the only part of the order which was good. For the price the pizza was tiny and the website doesn't give the sizes in inches for reference. I'd assumed fit the price it would have been twice the size Although the process of ordering on just eat is very straight forward and it was delivered on time, I was asked to pay an additional delivery charge to the driver. I honestly wouldn't have even ordered from them if I hadn't thought the delivery would be free I'd have ordered locally instead. Take my advice and avoid this place, it's really not worth it at all

Absolutely love the food from here, easily one of the best takeaways around. Always getting it delivered to malmesbury and the food always arrives fresh and hot. Love the selection of pizzas and the choice of burgers is incredible, proper gourmet burgers too. Cant speak highly enough.

Yo I couldn't believe the size of the X large pizza with a stuffed crust, and it was the best tasting pizza in the area! Perfect for a party, nice one pizza planet 😊🍕

Honestly the greatest takeaway I have ever eaten. The burger is think and cooked perfect the Pizzas are not greesy just tasty omg..... The chessy chips where outstanding I cannot fault this place 100 % best place in the UK

Went tonight for two milkshakes they made one then said they was out of ice cream so they went to get some so all in all was parked there for 35 minutes waiting not very fast

I've currently been waiting 2 hours for my pizza, and still no sign..

45 minutes late for delivery, and instead of delivering 1 small half and half and 2 large pizzas, they delivered 1 small and 1 large half and half meaning the large pizza cost me nearly £35!!! Not answering phone and now the line has been busy for over half an hour. Will not be using ever again.

Over an hour late. Got a call from the driver telling me he couldn't find the house. At the time there was temp traffic lights directly outside which he denyed even though he said he was driving up and down the 200yard stretch for 25mins. Won't ever use them again as clearly they lie to get business and nothing but an insult.. more scarily what the food would be like if the deliver service is like that.

Was nervous about the poor reviews but i collected my pizza and it was really good.

This is a great place to eat. Unfortunately it doesn't have anything to do with space or the universe

Ordered and payed online food did not turn up for 2 1/2 hours

It had a distinctly pre-made feel about the base. I had to return my delivery as it felt hollow and stale. They were happy to replace with a fresh one. However, they do cook on a conveyor belt akin to a huge hotel toaster so you'll never get the classic pizza feel. Obviously it was edible and the shop is immaculately clean.

Ordered my food online. Had a email confirmation saying food will be delivered by 17:45. Still waiting at 18:10 and was refused refund. Will not be using again

Good prices to portion size and friendly people

Ordered my food at 5:30 for 6:30. No food at 7 so rung to see what the issue was to be rudely told it was on its way. Waited and waited still no food. Wouldn’t recommend if you want quick food as you won’t get it.

Over half an hour late and was refused refund on the Delivery charge. Was a "just eat" Order which are usually priority, Not the case. Food arrived cold and really not that nice. Don't waste your time here

Been ordering from you lot for 2 years or more and the customer service is not any good no more I had hair in my food and the manager didnt want to listen all he was saying was you want another pizza .I will never be ordering food from this place a again 1 star is no good you need half a star

Delivery staff very beyond very rude! Came across threatening to a white single person then laughed when I felt uncomfortable! Manager at Wotton branch a bit "rapey".... Attempted to ply two 16 year old girls he'd employed with vodka and opiates in a room above the shop. Thankfully one refused and they made good their escape, after he'd tried to force himself on the other one. He then refused to pay them for the time they had worked, as they had not allowed him to have sex with them.

Ordered pizza, paid for pizza, got pizza. Pizza tasted great.
