I visited Pizza Pilgrims a couple of weeks ago after a solo date at the British Museum and from the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I was seated right away and the staff were incredibly friendly, there was this unspoken “don’t worry, I’ve got you” energy that made me feel truly looked after. The pizza with aubergine (or melanzane as they say in Italy) was probably the best I’ve ever had and pairing it with a pale ale made it even better. As someone on a solo date, all you really want is to enjoy your own company and this place made it so easy. It didn’t just fill my stomach, it filled my heart. Great service, amazing food and an atmosphere that feels like being teleported to Nonna’s house. Thank you!

Went there with my friends. Love the Halal pepperoni and the nutella ring . Staffs were very nice as well especially Saad for taking care of us and his recommendation . 10/10!

The place downstairs is so cute, we had the best pizza like our childhood in Italy with chips and wustel which is very difficult to find in London. Antonio made the best pizza and Alessandro gave us the best welcome. I will defo go back ☺️

The pizza is amazing!! So nice, so tasty and the dough is so light. The best pizza in town to be honest. We also tried some fried artichokes and few other starts and they were all yummy! The service was so good. The waitresses were very attentive and they looked after our table very nicely. But the cherry on top of the cake was Antonio and Alessandro. Very welcoming and professional. They made sure everything ran smoothly and we had the perfect dinner with friends. ❤️ I will be back soon! Thank you team xx

What a wonderful authentic delicious pizza!! We had a double pepperoni and a 8 cheeses pizza with a whole burrata on top!!! (I mean... the 4 cheeses pizza is so last season!!!). Truly fantastic and fresh ingredients. I also recommend a pistachio affogato.

I have been there Saturday night with my partner and we loved the atmosphere, the food and service. Giampiero made our night even more special spending time to explain all the different dishes and he gave us a good recommendation for the cocktails as well. Dear potential customer, Located in the heart of London, not far from Tottenham court Dean street exit , there is a delightful little place that serves a pizza that will satisfy most, that place is pizza express, across from there is an even better place called pizza pilgrims. My my my I do love me a lovely pizza from the pizza pilgrims restaurant pizzeria establishment near Dean street exit of the tube station called Tottenham Court Road, served by sinead (she is new I believe- wow). The experience was unforgettable. The staff were helpful. Manager illustrated the choices of menu. You made my day and guess what? They didn't even know, it was my birthday.

The staff was awesome, when we asked for the discontinued burrata in pesto side dish, they were happy to make it for us anyway, thanks Giompiero and gang!

I had dinner with my family, the environment is friendly and nice. They also have gluten free pizza. Khawla welcomed us, she’s really kind and polite

The gluten-free pizza is solid but not groundbreaking—better than Pizza Express or Domino's, with unique and enjoyable flavor options. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe, though we were seated in a small, shed-like area that amplified noise, which detracted from the atmosphere. Dessert-wise, the pistachio affogato had good coffee, but the ice cream was too firm, and I've had better versions elsewhere. Overall, it's a good spot if you're in the area with limited choices, but not a must-visit.

Took my friends to pizza pilgrims dean st. for their first time and was so excited as I’ve been to a couple of branches and the pizza/service has always been great…unfortunately that’s not the case with this branch…the service is very odd, either the staff don’t want to be there or they are just rude in general; they did not even smile once or just give basic customer service, my friend asked a question about a pizza and was met with a very weird huff by the waitress which wasn't nice. It’s a real shame as the pizza is lovely. I definitely won’t be eating there myself again unfortunately. The service can really make or break a restaurant and it’s the latter for this branch.

Not the first time eating at Pizza Pilgrims, but it was the first time here on Dean Street. I was served by a lovely staff, lead by Giampiero who was very knowledgeable and tailored my meal exceptionally well with great recommendations and top nudge service! Definitely recommend, definitely be back!

I used to come here all the time but I haven’t been for a while - there are new pizzas on the menu and they look delicious. I have the Smoked aubergine and it was really yummy. Great staff - Giampiero especially! And much faster service than before. I’ll be sure to make this my go-to place again!

Love their pizza, it’s made like what you would have in a restaurant in Italy, and they have vegan options! The staff are super nice also and very welcoming! I’ve been here a few times and will definitely come back again with friends. Thanks guys for everything you do.

The best Italian pizza I tried in London, in a very busy area you can find this fabulous Neapolitan pizza option🍕. We ordered margarita and Pepperoni and both were good size, good quality dough and flavor of delicious ingredients. There are many tables inside and a few outside. The service outside can improve and pay more attention to its customers.

Service was slow and poor attitude from staff, had to look for someone to order and to pay, but the pizza was very tasty and presented nicely. Shame about the service.

We went to this pizzeria on the recommendation of Lonely Planet. Here you can eat REAL pizza. Friendly staff, the owner is Italian and we also exchanged a few chats while sipping a good coffee. Advised!
