Alessandro, Dounia, Fabiana, and Khawla truly went above and beyond to help make my mom's 60th birthday an unforgettable experience. I wanted to surprise her with a large banner I brought to the restaurant last minute, and the team eagerly jumped in to help, despite it being completely outside their typical responsibilities. They held up the banner and even arranged to play "Happy Birthday" over the loudspeaker as she walked down the stairs. The level of care and attention they showed was far beyond what you'd expect from a restaurant, and it added such a personal touch that made the day so special for both my mom and I. I can't recommend this Pizza Pilgrims highly enough—this was hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had in all my years living in London!

Pilgrim’s Pizza on Dean Street is an absolute gem—not only for its stellar and mouthwatering pizza but for its exceptional and thoughtful staff who go above and beyond to create a truly memorable experience! The warm and attentive manager, Alessandro, along with his friendly and professional team—Fabiana, Dounia, and Khawla—coordinated with my son to surprise me with a heartwarming birthday greeting upon arrival. I was completely blown away! As always, our pizzas were outstanding, but they elevated the night even more by treating us to scrumptious ice cream with crisp Italian cookies—on the house! It was such a generous and delightful touch. It truly made for the best customer experience ever. This was my last night in London, and they made it unforgettable!

Family atmosphere, not luxury, excellent service, friendly and fast. I ate the pizza and I really liked it.

My daughter had been here previously and loved it, so wanted to take me too. We were served quickly as it was fairly empty, by a pleasant and polite waitress. I ordered a margarita pizza with mushrooms as an additional topping. This was £3 extra, which would have been fine, except the mushrooms were the slimy ones you get from a tin, rather than fresh! Disappointing!! Also the toilets are tiny!!

Great service by Martina and mia.spinach pizza was excellent .and the double pepperoni was to die for. Great idea teas . No room for dessert but they sounded tempting.

How is that the pizzerias in central London serve badly cooked pizza with just traces of ingredients? But then all the other one serve great pizza with good amounts toppings? Normally you can count on food being the same in all locations of chain restaurants.

I didn't really like this establishment and the more we sat at the front door we were very cold for the duration of the meal. The pizzas are not exceptional and the garlic bread is finally a bite. This is the only establishment that we didn't like during our vacation in London.

pretty yummy with a grungy ambience in the basement, the pricing is also fair for the central location, but the existence of "carbonara pizza" on the menu will likely make the Italians cry 😂

We've been eating at Pizza Pilgrims restaurants for about ten years now, including their Dean St restaurant, one of, if not, THE first. I'm going to preface my review by stating that ten years ago, it was without doubt the best pizza in london and outside of Naples for authentic, Italian pizza. However, over the years, the quality has diminished somewhat. It's still a really good pizza. But the dough and the crust isn't quite what it once was, sometimes the toppings will come overcooked and the pizza lacks that punch from the fresh produce. Also, they used to make an amazing Calzone. I hardly ever order canzone in a pizza restaurant but PPs was 👌 I used to add some extra nduja to it and it was amazing. Such a shame they took that off the menu and it never returned. Back to my recent visit to Dean Street, the service was amazing and the standard of the food was definitely an improvement on what we've come to expect from pizza Pilgrims over the past few years. Maybe they've turned a corner, or maybe we haven't been coming to their Dean Street kitchen/chef enough.

Five of us got takeaway pizzas from the Dean Street restaurant on Saturday and we were so impressed. My gluten free pizza was honestly the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. The base was crisp and nicely charred yet soft and fluffy on the inside. We took our pizzas across to the park for a picnic with a few drinks and it was the perfect way to enjoy them. The staff were friendly and accommodating, I can't wait to return to try a different pizza next time! Thanks guys

Good pizza 🍕, very original, different from traditional flavors. Good beer, 🍺 exceptional atmosphere A place for a well-deserved rest for the warrior ⚔️ (tourist who has been kicking around London all day) The best thing is that it is located in the middle of Soho, an impressive area to visit.

Fabiana is the G.O.A.T.! 😃🤘 first of all she sat me next to a Super Nintendo Classic. I’m an old school kid so imagine my excitement playing SNES while eating a tasty truffle oil n’ mushroom pizza! ps: the dessert recommendation included pistachio ice cream, one of my favourites, with coffee; and when I told her that I need to sleep, she did a decaf version for me. Respect, Fabiana! 🫡

Big fan of Pizza Pilgrims, but unfortunately last night visit was such a let down. All three pizzas were incredibly disappointing. Margarita with such little tomato sauce (nothing like the marketing photos) and overcooked base. Mushroom pizza was uncooked and need probably a minute longer. No check back done on table! Come on guys, you’re so much better.

Amazing pizza! We took a basic margarita with pepperoni, and it was excellent. Ate it in the soho park right next to it.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Pizza made by Antonio I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Pilgrims, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. But what really stole the show was the pizza. Antonio clearly takes pride in his craft, and it shows in every bite. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the balance of cheese and sauce was just right. It’s evident that Antonio puts a lot of care and attention into making his pizzas, and it makes all the difference. On top of the amazing food, the atmosphere at Antonio’s was welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The staff was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the evening. Overall, Antonio, thank you for such a wonderful dining experience – I’ll definitely be back

The pizza is absolutely amazing. We had the double pepperoni and hot honey; highly recommend. And the pitcher of beer says 4 pints but it is wayyy more than 4 pints. We we pointed this way by our concierge at The Resident SoHo and he did not do us wrong. He said the pizza place across the street is frozen crusts. Check this place out.

Spectacular pizza, we stumbled upon it by chance while looking for a pizzeria and we returned once again during our stay in London. Very friendly Italian staff, high edge pizzas with excellent high quality ingredients. I was positively impressed by "The Eight Cheese". What can I say.... super recommended!

Went to have lunch, ended up waiting an hour and a half without getting anything, wasted our day and all we got was a "sorry" from the manager, terrible experience wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Stopped in by myself for a bite after visiting a few of London’s Pubs. Manager got me seated quickly on the window bench and provided great service. We chatted it up a bit. He ran a well oiled machine. Pizza was great brick oven fired. Double Pepperoni with hot honey was delicious. Great place!

I tried their gluten free pizza. The dough is crispier and less "fluffy" than their normal pizza dough but it is still very good. The products are of quality, you can feel it. I had a blast! Top service: friendly and responsive. Be careful, the air conditioning is very strong, I was freezing and I was not the only one...

It's neapolitan pizza so it's like consuming a loaf of an artisan's thick breadcrust with sparsely thrown on ingredients (fresh mozzarella in a wood oven).. like a mixture between Chicago deep-dish and an actual New York pie cooked in a proper coal oven. If that's your thing this is your jazz, it's good for Londinium. I'll stick to my Lombardi's, Regina's, Joe's and John's of Bleecker Street back in the Big 🍎! 🍕

Had a lovely time here the other night had to wait for a table as was very busy but waitress upstairs was very kind and kept us entertained and upto date, our server was so nice and kind even drew this lovely cute image of Pikachu on the review card they both made our night so much better (Believe there names where Alex and Amy )
