Pizza Pilgrims in City of London, Westminster

Have this pizza shop saved on my list for so long and finally got a chance to try their Double pepperoni and hot honey pizza! It did not disappointed me, the dough of the pizza is seriously one of the most chewy and soft pizza dough in london! The staff were extremely nice and welcoming, had really really good time there plus the interior and everything are so aesthetic. The only thing I hope to be better if I have to be picky is that I hope there will be more pepperoni on the pizza but I will definitely return for that pizza dough and try other pizza! Special thanks to Giampiero and the manager (didn’t get his name I’m sorry) for an amazing night!

Great pizzas, good price considering you’re in London, fast friendly service, we didn’t book and they found a table for us. Only downside was toilets could do with a bit of maintenance.

visited yesterday, and enjoyed our time! although we had booked, we turned up slightly early, and had a confusing interaction with the staff who told us that we could start eating but would then be moved half way through, which was disappointing (although then didn’t happen …). food was served extremely quickly, and was tasty and authentic, particularly the garlic and herb crust dip! staff were friendly, and would have been a five star if we hadn’t have had the impending worry of being moved table!

We have been to this restaurant twice, mentioning the attention of Jeanpiero who was very kind to us and even played the guitar for us on the birthday of one of the group. Everything was very good and all the staff were very friendly. Thank you!

Second day that we ate pizza at pizza pilgrims and for some reason we repeated🤣🤣, they make delicious pizzas especially the 8 cheese ones. Giampiero, the waiter at the Sojo restaurant, was super friendly and as soon as he found out about the birthday of one of the group, he went for his guitar and appeared with a cake with a candle and the entire dining room sang Happy Birdday, a detail that we will not forget. Amazing staff! Delicious pizza! Alessandro is a very nice waiter, lovely and smiling 😊 also the other members of the staff where very friendly and the dough is really like the one in Napoli's pizzerias. I felt really back in Italy. My favourite pizza is Salsiccia e friarielli! So tasty!!

As regular customers of Pilgrims, we can confidently say that the pizza never fails to meet expectations. The quality, flavour, and consistency are always outstanding. Last night, I took my other half here for dinner. We like trying new things and we fancied pizza. I have never had wood fired pizza before, it was the best pizza we have ever had before. It is a highly recommended place to go eat, amazing quality food for great prices. We will definitely be returning again for more. The customer service was amazing, the staff were very friendly. 10/10 service all round.

We’ve visited Pizza Pilgrims several times and the pizza is always good, however this was the first time I used the toilets in this restaurant and they were absolutely shocking - it was like going into some disgusting toilets in a run down club or somewhere! Toilets leaking all over the floor, lock half hanging off the door, you have to physically squeeze yourself into the cubicle (I’m pretty small too!) seat hanging off, the whole thing needs ripping out! This has seriously put me off visiting this place again and the restaurant should be embarrassed at that state. The aperol spritz was also pretty watered down and the first table they gave us was rammed right up against the wall with people walking right behind it through to another part - not a pleasant place to sit at all and we asked to move.

Stopped in for a quick bite after doing some shopping, super surprised when i saw fresh brick oven pizza.. the smell roamed the streets & did not disappoint, the pizza was 10/10 the service as 10/10 thank you khawla for your recommendations and your wonderful service. I will be back next time i visit london.

We went to eat pizza with two children, aged 5 and two and a half. Arm yourself with patience if you have a stroller, the room is downstairs with a narrow staircase, but it can be done. The pizza was very good, quality ingredients. Pleasant, easy-going environment; polite and helpful service, the boy who looked after us made dinner more peaceful. It is suitable for children, they have an ad hoc menu with a mini pizza box with various stickers all to take home. 2 margheritas, two pizza children's menus, two beers: just under 60 pounds. All in all, I definitely recommend it.

Great location, solid pizzas and proper fresh lemonades. The lads who greeted us were sound, but the waitress who served us? Honestly, not sure she earned that automatic service charge they slapped on the bill. Shame, ’cause service is half the experience and ours could’ve been miles better.

Very welcoming atmosphere and amazing and caring service by Giovanni who took care of us from beginning to end. The pizza made by the incredible Antonio was sublime, photo attached! As an Italian, I could not recommend this place more. We were outside, enjoying the dinner and the SoHo buzz, and even though the restaurant was busy, we always got a moment of care and a friendly smile from the staff. Try the extra extra and the Nutella Turamisù😍 and wrap it up with a Limoncello shot. You won’t regret it! ⭐️

Giovanni was incredibly kind and welcoming, he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Antonio at the oven is a true master, the pizza was outstanding, especially the “Americana” with Italian sausages and fries…a nostalgic treat only a real Italian would truly understand! The Nutella tiramisu was next-level delicious, topped with crumbled Pan di Stelle biscuits, just perfect. We sat outside and the vibe was vibrant and full of life. To top it all off, the limoncello shot was divine. Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back!

Ben was fantastic, saw pizza pilgrims on YouTube and always wanted to try Pizza Pilgrims and so glad I did! Definitely recommend!

We got our pizza as takeaway and ate them at Soho Square Gardens, which is just a minute’s walk from the restaurant. I had the vegan Margherita—it tasted average.

I used to love the brand and the pizza, unfortunately tonight we went there after long time and we had an horrible experience. First thing I order the margherita extra extra and it arrived a marinara because they assumed I was lactose intolerant... realising their mistake they just throw on the pizza a burrata and some pesto... the pizza was completely wrong and tasteless... I said that to the waitress and she answer me that they could re-do the pizza but it would be the same because apparently the margherita extra extra is tasteless so I answer what is the point if it would be the same... I left half pizza and I would have expected a little discount for their mistakes. No discount we spent 50 pound for 2 pizzas and a coke which is ridiculous... we won't be back soon, horrible experience.

How many times have you had an amazing experience in a restaurant that you call your friends and family and tell em about it? Well I had an amazing experience at Pizza Pilgrims last week. We had an amazing host GIAMPIERO who had extensive knowledge about pizzas. As I'm vegetarian he recommended to go with mushroom truffle with NDUJA vegan sauce and it was 11/10. We also had chef Antonio around and asked if we liked the food. I would say it was not only the best pizza but the best experience ever.

The Carbonara pizza was absolutely incredible. The base was perfectly cooked with a great crust, the sauce was velvety goodness topped with delicious Parmesan and crispy pancetta on top. Cooked perfectly Flavour was off the charts and served by a lovely waiting staff. Well worth a visit!

Such an amazing find right next to our hotel! Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and they were able to find us a table on a busy Saturday night. The food and atmosphere were great and I would highly recommend this restaurant to all visitors!
