Nice atmosphere. I ate outside and it was very busy. Pizza was very good as was the spaghetti balls. Friendly service, would return.

After reading the previous few reviews, I’m not surprised we had the exact same disappointing experience. On a Wednesday night at 9pm when there are less than 15 customers in the restaurant you wouldn’t expect to wait 1 and a half hours for 4 pizzas. Unfortunately this was the case for us. After watching countless delivery drivers and takeaway orders come in and out for an hour, we knew something was wrong since we hadn’t received our pizzas (which take 15 minutes max to cook). Only after we checked on the whereabouts of our food did the staff realise they hadn’t bothered to put our order through to the kitchen - not once did they take the initiative to question why only our table had not been given our food after all this time. We finally received our food at 10:30pm (by the way, we all had work the following day and had to travel home, by this time it was very late and we were hungry and tired). The food was very nice but we were not happy to see on our bill that a service charge had been added for abysmal service. Had we not asked for our food who knows when we would’ve received it. I’ve worked in hospitality for many years and understand mistakes and miscommunication happen, but at no point did any staff member apologise for the error or offer any kind of discount. Instead we had to ask for this ourselves and when we were not satisfied with the ‘best offer’ he could give us of taking off the service charge, he said that if we kept removing items from the bill his manager would not be happy. Super unprofessional, rude service, nice food but not worth the poor experience. Senior management should have a review of this branch because it’s easily the worst one I’ve been to by a mile.

Regularly come in Pizza Pilgrims, food amazing as always! Came in on a particularly busy night where the kitchen was running behind schedule a tad. Our server Sara was incredibly apologetic for the situation (which was no issue at all, as we were told beforehand). So a great meal with fantastic customer service!

Arrived for our booking and stood waiting for 5 minutes before anyone decided to greet and seat us, despite multiple staff standing around and looking at us. Once we sat down, we waited 5 more minutes before anyone took our order only to be be told that half of the menu wasn’t available. After that was cleared, we then informed the waiter that a member of our party had a peanut allergy, to which he checked with the kitchen and then informed us that we wouldn’t be able to order anything. He told us the chef wasn’t willing to take the risk to serve us if we had any allergies. We left without any apology or goodbye from staff. Was a real shame because the place looked cool, however this was spoilt by the unprofessional behaviour of the staff!

In general I like pizza pilgrims but this time was disappointing. The service was impersonal and inattentive. We waited about 15 minutes for two soft drinks and when we asked about them we were told they didn’t have them in stock. Would have been nice for them to let us know that before. Our pizzas came out slowly as well (shortly after we checked on them) and were pretty lukewarm, so obviously not the best tasting. We also didn’t get the chance to mention this as no one came to check up on everything either during or after our meal. The prices are average and I believe fair, but we were pretty annoyed that a 12.5% service charge was automatically added to the bill given the service we received for the meal was substandard. As a server myself, I don’t think you should assume the right to a service charge without providing the service to match.

Great little find. Fresh authentic pizza at really competitive prices. Between us we had one with salami ( and honey !) another with nduja. Both great . Each was less than £13. Really friendly staff - lovely feel to the restaurant. Throughly recommend.

Fantastic pizza, cocktails and desserts and even better service. The manager and deputy manager were both in and really looked after us, and all the other customers - it was busy! Even one of the chefs asked about our meal as he passed with more ingredients for the kitchen. The Mac N Cheese balls were off the scale gorgeous. The two ladies in charge were excellent and really made my daughters night; they were so good we went back for lunch the next day before getting our train out of London. We will be back next time we go to London.

The pizzas were ok as was the kids pizza, the service was rubbish , they forgot part of the order, after reminding them it finally arrived after everyone else was almost finished eating. First time at Pizza Pilgrims and tried the “Pepperoni and Honey” which was pretty amazing. My colleague had the Margarita which was also very good. A very nice lunch and will definitely return!

We ate here by chance but are so glad we did! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the pizzas were just fantastic! I had the double pepperoni with spicy honey and added ‘nduja sausage and my wife had pesto pizza with added ‘nduja. The spicy honey “just works”, and the combination of that and the pepperoni and the ‘nduja was just amazing. We both tried each other’s and both liked both of them so much we swapped half and half! We also had their “crust dippers”, which were thickened dipping sauces, in white truffle, pesto and ‘nduja flavours. Our son had a small margarita which was likewise very tasty. Really cannot recommend this place highly enough - really delicious! The three pizzas plus two soft drinks each only came to £55 too - cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic meal and I would highly recommend to anyone. Legit the best pizza I have ever had! Mark and Andrez and fabio the best hosts! Pizza pilgrim are incredibly lucky to have them! I will be Back!
