Chicken was burnt and to hard to eat

Wrong order sent and the food was cold

Came hot and fresh, ten minutes late not at all a problem, Thankyou

Excellent food would recommend was delicious piping hot fresh and will be ordering again

Ordered a mixed kebab a small garlic bread pizza and chips which was £25. Chips were really nice and hot but kebab that I had requested with chilli and garlic mayo came absolutely smothered in yogurt, not even mint yogurt just plain yogurt. Was inedible unfortunately.

wrong sauce didn’t like how i put the sauce i wanted and got wrong one pizza was cold

Pre ordered at 4.45pm to arrive 6.05pm. Got to 6.35pm, nothing! Called them up, said they were busy and it would be another half hour. Got to 7.05pm, nothing, then told it will be 7.15pm. It got to 7.20pm and still nothing!! Rang back to be told it went ages ago & should have been delivered. I said nothing had turned up and Just Eat provide a 4 digit code for the driver for a reason! So clearly someone has accepted an order that isn't theirs.! Told order will be resent. 7.36pm arrived!!

MAYONAISE - tasted great. not sure what happened but the taste has been different last few months, but tonight it was back on point! might sound like a minor thing but I love your home made mayo and was gutted it wasn't the same. Rest of food was delicious too, of course! please keep mayo the same!

Wow this as to be the worse pizza I’ve ever eaten honestly how can you go wrong with a pizza and the garlic bread was literally dripping in grease but the cheese on the pizza was terrible and the pizza base was was not even cooked definitely will not order from this place again

Hot and tasty best burgers in town

This is the third time in few weeks that the chips have been cold and no seasoning. Also pots of sauce missing. This used to be our favourite takeaway but seems to have gone downhill recently. Last time I complained but replacement food was still cold. Not exactly cheap either.

Good quality food, a little bit later than stated, but no big deal really. Also missing some sauce we paid for.

Burgers tastes cheap, chips were stone cold and the garlic bread was burnt.

Ordered on the just eat site at 1700 requesting delivery at 19.30. Called twice to be told by a female” we are busy you will have to bear with us “ second call at 20.00 I mentioned we pre ordered at 5 pm for 7.30pm delivery for a reason, she replied

We got in there and noone attended to us, one of the chef was making pizza just ignored us, we had to walk away. Maybe because of our colour 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

delivery fantastic. quality of food for the price terrible. 3.30 for mushrooms to have ten slices on the whole pizza was a tad ridiculous. the chips were clearly taken out too soon as they were soggy. shame. won't be ordering again.

Rubbish service. The phone was put down on me when I phoned to complain that the order was late!!!!

I order from here all the time and I don't like to leave a negative review..normally I'll just call up, but unfortunately the food is hit and miss lately. I'm not sure what's happened with your grill but the burgers are pretty much cremated! I love the charcoal grill taste, but your sending then out not edible - just tasted awful. Please get this sorted because this only started happening in the last month.

Ordered a delivery. Came when it said it would. The kebab was very nice, chilli sauce was very very hot. Cheeseburger chips and onion rings all tasty. Was hot and overall very good. Excellent value.

Pizza was nice, low rating because when we opened the pizza boxes both pizzas had 50% of its topping off the pizza and in the corner of the box, delivery driver must of tipped them or dropped them. Everyone was too hungry to get replaced so just ate them.

Meat was very nice and the salad was fresh. No complaints. Thank you.

chips were very soggy couldn't even eat them. asked for chips and cheese had to ring up as they messed the order up. when new ones arrived but asked for mayo on the chips and cheese no mayo. cheese was rock hard and the chips again where soggy. meat feast pizza very dry. sadly won't be returning use to be an amazing place to go 🙁

The dilivery guy was a nice guy but the pizza had little cheese and was quite cold and tasted a bit funny

Have used this place for years pizza base was soggy too much pizza sauce cheap ham used and topping fell straight off pizza very dissapoi ted we were all hungry so ate most of it cheese was very yellow aswell and not melted properly

everything was perfect apart from the chips which didn't taste as I expected, was good besides this

usually fantastic everytime, but I wrote no tomatoes in salad usually alway listen 99% time (I really don't like them) however my burger had loads of tomatoes put in it's salad such a shame as they usually very good 😞

Good quality food pizza little too greasy but has a good texture, the coleslaw is amazing can tell it’s homemade overall a great experience

Very very greasy place seems dirty and staff with baggy jumpers that look years old, dirty pizza oven and charging a lot for the poor quality as I have a takeaway that sells pizza also, not bias as I wish the best for everybody but not those who provide service like this. Never going again, pizza loads of garlic cut in all different shapes and sizes, just dissapointed

The chicken tasted and smelt funny, salad was dry. Not impressed. Will not order again which is a shame as we regularly order.

Had to reheat chips but otherwise it was lovely.

Unfortunately our first time ordering from these, it was not a good one. The chicken on my kebab was dry plus the pitta bread too, and lack of salad choice was not good, the chips with my husband's scampi were just warm (lucky I had my airfryer to crisp and warm them up) but that was not the point of today!

I enjoyed the food. The donner pizza is really nice, but the chips and cheese are so small and expensive for such a small portion.

Been ordering from here for a long time and mainly been good but as of late it's been very disappointing. After paying nearly £5 for a portion of chips and cheese that is the same size as a small chips seems to me that they are getting/got very expensive.

Honestly this is the second time we have ordered and been very dissapointed. After the last time when I ordered a chicken burger with garlic mayo, which came burnt, dry and a blob of mayo the size of a 5p piece, I shouldn't have given a second chance. Weve just ordered pizzas and of it wasn't for the fact we had a voucher to pay I'd be extermly angry and paying almost £10 a pizza. My pepperoni pizza was dry, cold and and very stingy amount of pepperoni. And as for it being 10 inch ot looked very small. We waited over an hour and a half for delivery to be left very dissapointed. We won't be ordering again. I'd rather spend my money on a couple of Aldi pizzas as to be quite honest they are far better. Pizza Paradise has certainly gone down hill.

Received an order 1 1/2hrs after placing order. And it they got it wrong. Mixed kebab ordered. Only chicken received. Very poor

60 minutes late, chips soggy, not good enough

Enjoyed the food except we asked for salad on donner meat and it came without and with mayo but got none

Tonight my order never arrive. I waited for over 1 hour and 15 minutes before calling. I was then told that just eat was down and my order had never come through. My wife is 8 months pregnant and didn't receive any food. Shocking service

Always ordered cheesy chips from here, lately they have been VERY inconsistent! Sometimes we get a decent portion, the last order we only got a small portion of chips with barely any cheese on it! Very disappointing as we like the food
