Pizza Paradise in East Lindsey

Honestly this is the second time we have ordered and been very dissapointed. After the last time when I ordered a chicken burger with garlic mayo, which came burnt, dry and a blob of mayo the size of a 5p piece, I shouldn't have given a second chance. Weve just ordered pizzas and of it wasn't for the fact we had a voucher to pay I'd be extermly angry and paying almost £10 a pizza. My pepperoni pizza was dry, cold and and very stingy amount of pepperoni. And as for it being 10 inch ot looked very small. We waited over an hour and a half for delivery to be left very dissapointed. We won't be ordering again. I'd rather spend my money on a couple of Aldi pizzas as to be quite honest they are far better. Pizza Paradise has certainly gone down hill.

Enjoyed the food except we asked for salad on donner meat and it came without and with mayo but got none

60 minutes late, chips soggy, not good enough

Received an order 1 1/2hrs after placing order. And it they got it wrong. Mixed kebab ordered. Only chicken received. Very poor

delivery was early and food was hot 🔥 and really nice

Tonight my order never arrive. I waited for over 1 hour and 15 minutes before calling. I was then told that just eat was down and my order had never come through. My wife is 8 months pregnant and didn't receive any food. Shocking service

disappointed greeted by the person serving sat on the food preparation area on his phone swearing“F@“&&cking hell” used by staff, I was with my children?

Always ordered cheesy chips from here, lately they have been VERY inconsistent! Sometimes we get a decent portion, the last order we only got a small portion of chips with barely any cheese on it! Very disappointing as we like the food

Was missing items and old Not much chicken at all for the price I paid

Not shops fault, app said it had been delivered after a phone call was given a time and it arrived and it was amazing

everything I ordered was as you'd expect kebab and chips can't go far wrong, I didn't think the portion of chips was a little small for the price I paid but all tasted lovely and arrived on time.

zero updates about it being late had to ring to find out what was going on. though this is unusual for this place.

Pizza and fries were ordered 45 minutes in advance of requested delivery time, after texting and phoning it arrived 35 minutes late. Both items were cold and had to be reheated. Don't think I'll bother again.

Had 4 bits of chicken in each kebab. It must be weight watches Kebab, good job I wasn’t very hungry. Won’t be going back

Great Pizza, especially the sauce. Base 9/10 Cheese 9/10 Sauce 10/10. If you're looking for the best pizza in town with unmatchable consistency, this is your place.

First started ordering a couple of month ago as this was the only place open that night and wasn’t disappointed at all best place we’ve had by far been ordering from here ever since won’t go back to the other places now amazing place

Absolutely love the food from here, ordered loads the last few weeks!! Please don't ever change how you cook your burgers - best in Louth! Got such a nice taste! My 5 year old said it was tasty (and he's really picky!!) Great quality food!!

Food was cold freezing , not fresh , the chips was like eating rubber so was the onion rings

The 12 inch mushroom and sweetcorn was nice however the garlic bread was dry and disgusting to be honest

It was really tasty and I love it but I wish the delivery was quicker.

Food plentiful, hot and very early ,courteous delivery

I ordered extras on my pizza and at £3.20 per extra I expect plenty - however the garlic was tasteless and I had zero jalapeños . I’m not keen on the cheese flavour either - bit soapy ! Very expensive takeaway and not used you for a while and I’m disappointed that you’ve changed so much . The fries were cold and the food lukewarm even though we’re only 15 mins from town. To sum up - mega expensive, add-ons not included so at least £6.40 overcharged and the cheese supplier needs changing !

I made a mistake with the delivery address and this was quickly rectified, food is always good highly recommended!

We haven’t ordered from here in a while. We used to order quite often as the food is top quality. On this occasion however it wasn’t as good as it normally is don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad but I’ve had a lot better from you

Kebabs were lovely Garlic tomato bread, far too much tomato sauce on Ruined it , just slapped in middle, Was soggy Not how it normally is Only ate one slice

Pizza dough was not cooked properly, we have ordered multiple times from this place and I don’t think there hasn’t been something wrong.

Brilliant pizza, they've regained top spot as best in Louth I think.

if you can't meet dietary requirements why ask for them. 3 times now asked for burgers with no onions as allergic 3 times received burgers with onions if you can't read properly maybe you aren't safe to be cooking for others !

Beautiful pizza but almost cold

Sauces missing and one of the mixed kebabs came as just a chicken kebab.

Fabulous food. Topping was amazing.

Service was quick and staff polite. The take away was well presented and clean. I should have ordered a pizza, instead I went for the kebab. Big mistake, the mark was dry and tasteless, salad was chopped cabbage (not pickled) it had the cores in?!, limp, tasteless and utterly disgusting. I was totally sober, maybe that was the mistake?

The order was slightly late due to roadworks the driver did very well

That mixed kebab was by far the best kebab I have ever ever had from anywhere ever and that chicken is 100% fresh and grilled to order you can even taste it’s come from the grill well done guys another 10/10 sckre from me

I am in love with this place I’ve had many takeaways where the chips arrive and there soft and soggy BUT NOT from here there always hot and crispy that’s hard to do when delivering food as the food sweats I understand that so it can’t be helped but never had a bad chip or anything from here

Louths best I’ve tried multiple places since moving here and this is our local now won’t be ordering from anywhere else again

Top quality food pizzas are amazing garlic mayo is to die for got to have a pot of that on every orde and the garlic bread with cheese is out of this world

The most expensive pizza place I have ever seen

I have ordered from a lot of places in Lincolnshire inc Skegness ingdmells chapel Burgh. But this places tops it all ordered a few times only just moved to the area but this will be our local from now on. And that garlic mayo I don’t know if you make it yourself but that is amazing

Ordered 2 pizzas, but the waiting time was a little long according to the App. Delivery was here within 15 mins. Friendly delivery guy, lovely food. Well done!

They got the order wrong cheese burger with salad when told no salad n cheese burger with no salad when asked ,chilli burger with no salad when asked for salad and Donna burger with no salad mayo no chips they brought Donna burger with salad n chips so rang them up they came and told me they cooking new food for us brought the “new”food out we marked the box’s with little pen to see if they would change the food but came with the same box’s ended up binning it as I didn’t like idea of someone playing with my food not replace it like they said they did which clearly didn’t
