Paid for extra prawns as a topping but none on pizza

Went to common wood fishery arrived late so decided to order, very helpful lady when I phoned to confirm my order nice hot food Will order again.

Very happy, pizza was amazing. Food was still hot. Would order again!

This is out go to for takeaway. The food is always good and delivery quick. Can't recommend enough

This place is fab! Food is consistently great! Lovely fresh salad on kebabs & good quality meat. Had a lamb shish last night that was amazing. Delivered by a lovely polite chap too. My fav delivery by far 😋

We always wait a little for our delivery as we're out of town but the food here is worth it. Tonight our chips were forgotten - world over - meal ruined, a first for Charcoal too may I add. The lovely lady on the phone sent someone right out and they arrived whilst we were still eating! Fab service!

Order garlic bread with pepperoni but was missing the pepperoni

Food arrived late and lukewarm. Disappointing as never a bad meal in the past, must have been an off night.

Fabulous just fabulous hope you guys read these reviews cos you guys are awesome and can cook fried chicken was gorgeous I haven't tasted chicken like it for a long time....but if you do read them can I make one suggestion can you put tahini sauce on the sauce list that would be amazing. Definitely buy again for sure 5 stars and well worth it

Hello I'm getting bit fed with sending emails and messages as you not answering 9.04.2021 we order pizza's they were left by the front porch driver never knocked the door the reason I found them as I went out to look for the driver and found them by the front porch cold and hard they must have there for some time not happy . The food wasnt great, the chicken didnt taste quite right either. Quick delivery and polite delivery driver but Sorry guys wont be ordering again.

Food was awesome as always. BBQ chicken pizza is the best 🍕. This is the only kebab shop we will order from.

Staying in Wrexham, my first order from this restaurant. Delivery was a hour early! I was impressed. But the food was mediocre. Had a mixed grill and the meat was hot but plain. Kids chips and nuggets was okay but bland. Not our best take away experience, but not bad either.

Food was piping hot and really good food, only downside was the delivery time, ordered 7:55 didn’t turn up until 9:50 and was told at 9:30 it was around the corner only to wait another 20 minutes, other than that food spot on as always so will definitely order again

Hasn't even arrived yet. Been waiting over 20 minutes or so

Wait time was 1 hour 20 mins and it came half hour later than that. I have two small children waiting for their tea. pizza was cold, chips soggy and Donna meat was also cold. Tried phoning the restaurant over 30 times from two different phones and they just wouldn't answer. Just eat website said is was delivered way before it actually was!

Delivery was late and I literally have 3 pieces of chicken on my wrap I’ve got a photo to prove how small it is it’s rediculous I want a refund!!

Honestly didn’t expect much but it was really good for a great price and delivered fast. No complaints I’d definitely recommend.

Food was lovely and arrived well before it said it would. The only bad point is that the restaurant never reads the notes you leave for them. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Luckily no harm was done but it could have! Please read the notes next time guys

Food still isn’t here 2 hours later, ‘restaurant’ won’t answer the phone, just eat won’t sort a refund for days, pathetic.

Food was early which is great. The coleslaw was basically 1.50 for a tub of mayo it was disgusting! How can you serve that to a paying customer?

Cannot fault pizza palace! Always enjoy the food, generous portions, never had a late delivery! Ordered my food at 7:10 they said it will be delivered 8:20, food arrived at 7:35, piping hot and delicious 😋. Thankyou

Love the burgers here but there was no salad on either of the ones we ordered this time. Delivery was 30 minutes early which was great. Everything else on the order was correct.

Tried calling numerous times for clarification no answer, when it did finally turn up I refused it won’t be using there again, also contacted just eat themselves for a full refund as had to order from another take away to get food in the meantime

Food arrived much early than estimated which was really good for us. Chicken kebab was tasty and hot. Wish there was more salad but that's just personal preference.

Generally fast delivery, easy-to-use online site. Food for medium pizzas, trace ingredients. In my case, a tuna that could neither be seen nor tasted either visually.

Ordered online and advised it was ready to collect, the takeaway was closed. Staff just stared at me and walked away

I loved the cheeseburger! The bun and burger were grilled and it makes all the difference from your average takeout burger. I ordered some chicken as a side and have been using the leftovers in sandwiches. That was also really tasty. It was a shame I had to share some with the dog since he was giving me the sad eyes though. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the size of the garlic mayo tubs but I’m a mayo fiend so that may just be me. The delivery was about 10 minutes early, I think and was dropped off according to social distancing rules. Thanks very much and I’ll be back for more soon! 🍔🍗🤏🤤

Food was ok, almost cold when delivered, ordered 2 mint and 2 garlic mayo sides , order came as 4 mint dips. Think the £10 mixed kebab is very disappointing, had more meat in the special burger

Once you order the delivery time changes to 90 minutes although it took about 80 minutes. Food was hot and fresh though. Restaurant followed notes. Delivery driver didn’t say a single thing no Hi, Thank you etc

Good food as always but their delivery times are constantly long. Don’t state 50-60 minutes delivery time but once you place the order and it is confirmed, the change it to 90 minutes. If I had known this before ordering I would have gone elsewhere, very misleading.
