Missing kids meal. One of my kid have to watch like another have dinner. My partner have drive to collect missing chicken nuggets and eat cold yours food. When I ring them to ask if they think is right the just put phone down ! Absolutely ridiculous! Not recommended!

Food was horrendous I've had nicer San Marco £1 frozen pizza. Over cooked, dry and tasteless. Kebab wrap was cold and again bland. Also arrived late which makes me wonder how long the driver actually had it for. On a plus the lady who answered the phone was nice when I checked but I could hear her boss in the background who sounded horrid as I was chasing my food. Avoid, I thought I'd try somewhere different as cheaper than others however pointless being cheap if you food rubbish and you get no return custom. Safe to say I'll not be ordering again. 2 star service is purely for the polite woman on the phone otherwise that would be 1 star also

Food was uncooked, however their service was quite appauling. The driver was rude because they didn't state there was an extra delivery charge on top of the original price til they was at the door. I probably will not order from these guys again, they need to get this put on their food apps before trying to rob the customers at the door. Prior update to this, We started eating the pizza and we found it was still uncooked. Absolutely appauling!

i had a pizza palace the other day and it was beyond repair the bag of chips was soaked in grease with sloppy chips and the same for the pizza they didnt have a table in the box so the lid touched the pizza and all of the cheese stuck to the lid, i decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and have it again tonight but it is the exact same 0 effort was made in the making of this pizza i want everyone to know not to waste money on this effortless pizza place

Absolutely vile cost a living crisis 20 pound down drain soggy pizza soggy chips even dog turned his nose up and its defo not buy one get one free false advertisement that never go here again vile!!!!!!!

This place is always on point when it comes to inconsistent food quality. 60/40 split 60 good 40 bad so not worth the risk. When a place sends limp soggy fries... guess it depends on how old the food was, prepared and who the cook is. Pizza base soggy and inedible, cheese heavily processed, donner urgh, food all tasted the same 'awful'. The only thing that appeared fresh was the salad. When somebody ordered again from here when had a get together last week. We all vowed to never order from here again. Ever.

I ordered from.this place quite offen but noticed I few times the person on phone has givin me one price and when food comes its more expensive and I have asked the driver why for him.to call his boss and get insulted down the phone calling me a lier and a crazy lady even though the delivery driver had the recite with him that had the original price I was given on the phone be prepared to pay more then your told

Another beautifully fresh and piping hot kebab from Pizza Palace and your fries are beautiful too, well worth the money.

Food come half hour late the chips was soggy and horrible kebab was horrible and so was the burger

We have been using this place for a while. We had a cold meal a few weeks ago, and when we complained, we got barred from using them any more. Arrogant staff. Don't use.

Bolognase pizza really nice and the cheesy garlic bread was nice even cold.

Used to love this place used it for many years until the delivery driver came to my door on 2 occasions and insulted me started to argue with my partner all because he was annoyed because he assumed he could keep the change! Wouldn’t mind but don’t come to my door and assume I will let you keep it! Spoke to the shop and they didn’t care all that much just said they will speak to him! Then sent him again to verbally abuse me at my own door step! Not good enough! Very sad to say we are looking for a new regular pizza shop would rather stick pins in my eyes then use them again.

Wasnt happy at all, chips were horrible tasted like they had been fried in dirty chicken oil, pizza boxes was soggy as ever when he delivered, pizzas its self was covered in grease to the point it was dripping off the slice, it was that bad it all went in the bin after realising what a discrace it was, total waste of money. Would give 0 stars if it was a option

Well im never ordering from here again the pizzas are shocking they put way to much cheese on to the point can't even slice the pizza your self the pizzas are soggy and got no taste at all (if i could give 0 stars i would)

The pizzas are as good as from Pizza Hut, so that means they are delicious, never had a bad one yet. I always go for the veggie ones as i hate meat, and they are delicious.

TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR A PIZZA TO BE COOKED AND DELIVERD AND FOOD WAS COLD NEVER AGAIN

Ordered a pizza and when it arrived it was cremated on top and like sandwich bread underneath! Customer service was terrible and the lady we spoke to was rude and was shouting down the phone at me! I asked her to stop shouting and being rude to which she swore at me ... I asked for her name and she refused to tell me and hung up!! I will be reporting to Food Hygiene as uncooked, Poor hygiene!!!

This is the greatest burger I have ever experienced in my 42 years on this planet. Delivery guy was fast as lightening. Perfectly grilled burger. Crispy salad. Spot on...compliments to the chef😁

I ordered today about 21:00 pm and i asked for a chicken shish meat and chips but they kept saying chicken shish kebab even on the leaflet it said chicken shish meat and chips they charged me extra 1 pound for the chips this is some kind of a joke im not ordering from them anymore and one more thing there was a womans hair in my chips. the worst takeaway that there is in sutton. this is how they ruin their reputation.

We don’t order much but when we do I always choose this place when I’m asked what my family should eat. But lately it’s been going down hill. I’m debating wether to risk going again today. Last time we ordered a family member ordered kebab. Only to find that it was very, very late. There was no Kebab it was all the chicken but kebab and chicken are supposed to be both in there not just chicken. (Hence the name Kebab) There was no salad so it was a huge plate of chicken without anything else! How can someone just eat a pile of chicken? If It was cold due to it taking so long and furthermore it went stone cold by the time they brought the salad round. And once again like every other time Throughout the second half of 2018 the fries I get with my burger aren’t as seasoned as they used to be and a lot of them are bad or not cooked. Down to the good side. I LOVE the burgers! I just order a half pound burger with onions but a burger as simple as that tastes sooo good. There was one time an edge was burnt and I had to cut it off but I’m glad it’s a 1 time thing. The buns are never soggy which is great and it’s not as greasy as I thought which is good. The salad is clean and they stuff plenty of onions in my burger. They cram it all in the box which is great because your getting your moneys worth. Please sort the issues out as I am going to risk going again today because I do love the place and I have high hopes that it will be as good as it used to be again and I just hope that last year was just a slip up. I’m still going to be going because I don’t expect you to read this strait away. But a note about this issue would be appreciated.

I buy food from you for 5 years ... in after the fries chips began to prepare some kind of alcoholic, i dont want to order food from you. The fries chips are constantly raw and almost without seasoning. Teach him to cook !!!

Lovely pizza but was missing some toppings off one. The chicken shish with salad was really poor hardly anything for the price. Only ordered because our local takeaway is shut as there on holiday. Unlikely to order from here again though quite expensive for what you get.

We ordered 2 pizzas, the woman was extremely rude down the phone, when we came we couldn’t even eat the pizza it wasn’t very nice at all. Ended up chucking both, it was a waste of money.

Too much cheese!!!! The pizzas were of a good size and are well worth the value and have a large amount of fat greesy chese on them which is amazing. also the buy on get one free deal is great. sides were also good quality and delivery was free and promt. would recomend to anyone!

This is the best pizza palace around. It has amazing service and you fell welcome. The quality of the chicken nuggets, chips, donner meat, pizzas, and burgers are to excellent quality. The time it takes to cook is fast and when busy they still get the food to excellent standards.

Lost a star due to no free bottle of pop after spending over the amount on food not a bad meal quiet fresh cracking service friendly staff straight to the point with our order delivered hot value for money have used these a,few times without any issues would recommend to anybody that wants a quick fast meal after a long day at work

Don't order from here!!!! They put my bottle of Pepsi in the bag with the food making the Pepsi warm and not nice to drink! I ordered four pieces of chicken and two of them had hardly any chicken on them!! The chicken, chips, sauces and pizza are disgusting along with the service! I complained and they offered me a free can of pop. Absolutely pathetic!!! I will not be ordering food from here ever again!!!

Lovely food, always delivered on time! Had it Sunday night and 24 hours after eating it I have been throwing up, abdominal pains and feel very tired and weak! I haven't eaten out anywhere else and my partner is fine and the only thing we've had different is the food from here! Please be careful

Found a spider in my food .i understand these things happen but it was the response from them that i did not like.

absolutely disgusting customer service ,been using for 3 years, today they got the order wrong and sent the wrong pizzas out so we rang up and told them about it they said they would send the order out again with the 2 pizzas that were wrong and fresh chips and onion rings has by the time the pizzas would have come the chips and onion rings would have been cold so they said yes we will do that they only sent 2 pizza no onion rings no chips so the delivery driver took them back ,20 minutes later we got a phone call to say that they were sending the money back ,we asked why they said because they have lost 4 pizzas now so we said yes but this is not our fault because the order was wrong both times we told them we had used thier service for 3 years every week they said we still have to have the money back with no food :/ i would not recomend thier service at all they would sooner send the money back with no food rather than keep a customer who had used thier service for 3 years
