KFC Sutton in Ashfield - Forest Street in Ashfield

Avoid this place. Completely useless. Staff at front of house seem uninterested, waited 21 mins for a mini fillet snack box and corn. At one point staff was aimlessly talking to someone about the day she’d had while paying customers were waiting to be served. Toilets looked like they’d been nuked. Seemed more interested in deliveries going out then customers stood waiting. Worst customer service I’ve ever received

Had to wait 30 minutes for a small order, while staff were stood around chatting and my food was just sat there waiting to be bagged up.

Shocking service. Ordered food and delivery driver still hadn’t picked the order up after over an hour! Even though the app said he was on his way he ended up further away than when he started. Won’t ever order through uber eats again. Could have drove there and back in 20 mins!

Not many options for me but in terms of drinks, your Pepsi max tastes nothing like Pepsi max, it should be illegal to call it Pepsi max. It tastes like sparkling water (which I hate) with a smidge of a hint of flavouring. Kid you not, when I was passed it and I took one sip. I threw it in the bin on the way out that’s how bad it was. 1 sip and that was it I walked out shoving it straight into the bin after taking that sip. Your fountain machine is either broken or you’re calling it something it isn’t. Food didn’t come packaged correctly and everything was wet and slimy from the steam. All shoved into 1 bag. You shouldn’t need to be trained on this. This is common sense. Hot foods sweat, therefore, picking correctly is important

Went through the drive through. Waited 15 minutes for food for then to get home to find out they gave me sweetcorn when I asked for no corn in the rice box I can't eat it medical reasons now my foods been wasted theses are little things they should be getting right it's not the first time this has happened 1 day someone will have a severe allergic reaction and it will be because your staff are being careless

The delivery person nearly left without delivering my order. They called me from outside but immediately hung up before I could answer. I went outside to see if it had been them calling and they were driving away, I only just caught them.

Ordered a Zinger salad box which came half way filled, the salad was literally just covering the bottom of the box with a tiny fillet on tip...tried to report it but no box to tick for lack of food just missing items. What a waste of money

Worst KFC I’ve visited, food was ordered via the self service, couple of burgers with chips and their save burger. Hygiene at this store is non existent, tables, floor and chairs are filthy. The counter by the tills is cluttered with bits and bobs, the staff however pleasant are not being managed/supervised, young lad packaging the food is man handling the chips in a manner that would require the use of gloves. If I was a health inspector, I believe this KFC would be a highlight of my career. The burger was over seasoned and cold. The “ seasoned fries “ were cold and uncooked. £30 for a meal that was in all honesty not fit for human consumption. Shame on you all working in the store.

a whole rice box is missing and no option for them to deliver it, just a refund available, but now I've got a whole piece of our dinner missing and cant order just that cause it doesnt meet minimum spend plus more delivery fees. its not hard to read an order and pack it.

Delivery driver was sat outside of the Hewitts stores shops for over 10 mins trying to find my location. I’ve had to go to the shops myself to collect my order 10 mins after he got on to my street, my house isn’t complicated to find as I’ve ordered from you plenty of times before with no issue & my food being delivered to my door. The food was cold meaning the quality of my food was unpleasant to eat. Delivery code 0009. I’m pretty sure the next order this guy had will also be cold

Went to KFC Sutton in Ashfield ordered a Bargain Bucket came home with it & found hairs on the chicken underneath the crispy coating so made a complaint via email sent pics that they asked for & nothing from them since rude & I'm £17:99 out of pocket & had to order a Mcdonalds for the family will never purchase from here again

I wouldn’t bother. Sent the completely wrong order and when we tried to call the number provided on google it turns out the number isn’t active. If you’re looking forward to enjoy good food you actually ordered then I’d stay far away from this shocking place.

Delivery time was good, but the order received was incomplete; I had ordered a drink as part of my meal, this was not delivered. Shame.

Tracker out of sync, not working. I informed the delivery person who couldn't be any less interested. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

When ordering app stated 15 - 30 minutes. food turned up after 46 minutes eventually. no updates on the app other than to say your delivery driver is at the store. at least I should be grateful they got the order right this time. it's the last time I'll be bothering with Just Eat. sorry. ps. it's not the delivery drivers fault.

10/10 nearly hired somebody to wash my car. Chatted with a lady about the watery gravy and reheating last nights Indian food in the car park. But seriously, the gravy is not good, far too watery. Everything else was KFC-like. The car park is a bit cramped, but it was clean.
