Tried calling as missing the kids meal from the order, but the phone number is not in service!

The lad with the glasses and tattoo on his arm was really helpful with my order today he also dose the best krushems

I had things missing in from my order

Staff were friendly, helped my overweight mate get his lunch swift and sharp, would come again

No dip i paid for and no can of pepsi i was ment to get with meal also food was cold

I ordered my food for pre delivery at 4:55pm , wanted it for 7 didnt come till 7:21 opening my order i was without coleslaw and corn on the cob.

The fillet burger was so salty I had to leave it.

all food freezing cold not even warm warm awfull waiting for nearly 2 hours

If I could leave zero stars I would. Drive thru speaker out of order with a bit saying go to window 1 or window 2 if no one there. Waited 20 minutes in the queue and moved no further forward so abandoned and ate elsewhere. Poor management of the situation

Absolutely freezing inside, blowers are blowing cold even when it's minus outside, staff friendly and doing the best they can, but food took ages because of the lack of workers.

Disgusting seemed Microwaved to me and not much for the money a 2 from me just to add full of salt taste imo chicken was a Rubery texture from my exsperience all for 18 plus pounds will not order again ! Avoid at all costs to your money imo !

Food arrived an hour & 15 mins after ordered. KFC only 10 mins away, could’ve fetched it myself.

Lovely food from KFC. Not impressed that the contact number on the receipt is not mine, so when I was asked the verification code or phone number, I didn't have either. I'm unsure as to what happened, when I checked on the just eat app, my contact details were correct.

food was cold, didn’t have all the things i ordered and paid for. this had happened many times now and i want a full refund. will not be ordering again.

Driver couldnt find address i presume as was driving up and down street. Once food arrived was freexing cold so all went in bin.

I have been to the drive through today around 4pm no staff on as usual and the staff that were on well really needed to look like they were awake never mind enjoy the job that they were doing i placed my order the change was then dropped on the floor not in my hand also i asked for unseasoned fries i was told to park up and wait in which i waited quite some time to come home to find the fries and all the food was very cold this is not acceptable ive worked in a food chain restraunte myself in the past the meals we were served today was appauling i dont know about a refurbishment youve had you need to train all the staff to retrain to cook fresh food i wont be returning ever again

Had to wait 30 minutes for a small order, while staff were stood around chatting and my food was just sat there waiting to be bagged up.

Avoid this place. Completely useless. Staff at front of house seem uninterested, waited 21 mins for a mini fillet snack box and corn. At one point staff was aimlessly talking to someone about the day she’d had while paying customers were waiting to be served. Toilets looked like they’d been nuked. Seemed more interested in deliveries going out then customers stood waiting. Worst customer service I’ve ever received

order was not delivered even though it says delivers on the app. there should be a way for customers to confirm that its delivered. In this day and age we still have to deal with issues like this. i will never use just eat ever again.

Took 2 hours for my food to arrive. Food was cold. Missing items including a can and chips

All of the chips were missing from the order and when I tred to phone the restaurant no one answered. 50 minutes is a long time to wait for only half your order especially when the restaurant is less than a mile away.

Shocking service. Ordered food and delivery driver still hadn’t picked the order up after over an hour! Even though the app said he was on his way he ended up further away than when he started. Won’t ever order through uber eats again. Could have drove there and back in 20 mins!

Delivery time changed as waiting for driver for around 15 mins, food was stone cold when it arrived had to heat it which I shouldn’t have to do, not pleased.

Everything was stone cold, grease dripping through boxes, all squashed. Tough tasteless chicken.

My food never arrived The driver rang me and said he was lost and asked for me to text him with my address. The just eat app said our food had been delivered so I tried calling the number the driver rang me off and he had blocked me.

Arrived with the correct order receipt attached to the bag but the food inside was not ours, was of lower value and stuff we wouldn’t eat.

Not all the items I ordered were delivered. I was given the wrong drink. The items that were delivered were not very warm.

Estimated delivery time kept changing. When did eventually did arrive it was only just warm. Would not use again.

Not many options for me but in terms of drinks, your Pepsi max tastes nothing like Pepsi max, it should be illegal to call it Pepsi max. It tastes like sparkling water (which I hate) with a smidge of a hint of flavouring. Kid you not, when I was passed it and I took one sip. I threw it in the bin on the way out that’s how bad it was. 1 sip and that was it I walked out shoving it straight into the bin after taking that sip. Your fountain machine is either broken or you’re calling it something it isn’t. Food didn’t come packaged correctly and everything was wet and slimy from the steam. All shoved into 1 bag. You shouldn’t need to be trained on this. This is common sense. Hot foods sweat, therefore, picking correctly is important

Went through the drive through. Waited 15 minutes for food for then to get home to find out they gave me sweetcorn when I asked for no corn in the rice box I can't eat it medical reasons now my foods been wasted theses are little things they should be getting right it's not the first time this has happened 1 day someone will have a severe allergic reaction and it will be because your staff are being careless

The delivery person nearly left without delivering my order. They called me from outside but immediately hung up before I could answer. I went outside to see if it had been them calling and they were driving away, I only just caught them.

Wrong order, Courier would not take back the wrong delivery. I had to go and get my order my self. Courier mistaken or dishonest. OR BOTH.
