Best pizza and kebab place in the ashfield area and wouldn't go any where else for a kebab or pizza

Wouldn't bother ordering, won't be ordering again after being a frequent customer, arguing back with me down the phone and being rude, food has gone down hill too

Used to be a great place , food is not the best anymore and one member of staff is so rude it's unbelievable he never gets order right then when you tell him it's wrong he thinks he's got the right to shout down the phone at you! Been going there for last 8 years not anymore

Got told my food will be 45mins so rang up 1 hour later asked how long food Would me they said 5-10 mins for it to come half hour later so rang them back to make a comment because it was soggy but would take another 45 mins to hour so asked for my money back and refused my money back and said they can get food to me in 15 mins and kept putting phone down

We have been using them since I moved to Sutton around 6 years ago. Always good food and quick delivery. We had a problem with our order today (regular chips instead of cheesy chips) and they were happy to replace, even though i saod i was happy just to have the cheese dropped off. Always order using the app as I think its still cash only in store. 2 for 1 on pizza is great too. Would recommend.

So we ordered from here last night and we had the mixed grill special thing and some fried chicken and chips the the chicken and chips came well cooked and piping hot however there wasn't much flavour but the kebab was on point, hot with plenty to eat we were thoroughly stuffed afterwards so a very well done for that would highly recommend

Bit late but not by much . Food worth the wait. Best we have had locally 👍 had a follow up order was going to make it a regular. But no. Got 2 pizza same as last week horrible smells n taste. I’m not a expert but I know right from wrong. Wish I could identify problem !!

After paying £16 at Efes for a kebab last week (no choice for salad, rice or sauces) and being very disappointed we decided to try here. It was lovely! Lots of choice on the site to order salad, bread and 2 sauces. The salad was fresh and the naan huge. Meat was tasty, not fatty and there was lots! The kebab itself was £9.50 and the fries £1.50. Delivery was fast too. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Always been great food I ordered a jacket potato with beans for my wife I asked for no butter as my wife is dairy free, it subsequently came with butter on so she couldn't have it I rang up to complain and was greeted with the managers not here to give you a refund ring tomorrow so rang the next day he wasn't so looks like I'm not getting my money back

I don’t like tuna mayo and ordered the jacket potato with cheese and extra tuna and there was nothing when ordering online saying it was tuna mayo and my mum didn’t have the option for no butter

Ordered asked for no cheese on the chips part as meal and was covered I'm allergic to dairy because I order cheese and chips separately could of got mixed up but I never asked for cheese in my meal other than that food what did get ate was nice

Awful 2 pizzas burger and 2 bits of chicken ordered put order through 4.55pm 6.10pm still nothing rang up 3 times all was getting were excuses. 6.20pm still nothing. Delivered really not impressed

Banging kebabs can't fault it one bit, decent deals on and aswell for family's etc and well priced

Spend £33 on 4 kebabs and drink, can honestly say, the food poisoning has been enough to nearly put one of us in hospital. Been going here for years, this one experience is enough to keep us all away for life. Do not recommend

Yet another superb order from this eatery..love the full jalapenos on the burgers and the hot and spicy pizza was to die for.food arrived within time and piping hot as always..dont get peoples complaints about the chips mine have always been fresh and bang on.can not recommend enough.

Took nearly an hour for delivery, when called to chase where order would be received, was greeted by a rude person who couldn’t wait to hang the phone up once given minimal information. Pizza over cooked on top and raw base- chips cold and dry (would say they’re old reheated) good can of pop thou. Stomach is churning WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN AND WILL SPREED THE WORD OF SERVICE TO EXPECT

Really impressed with the kebabs we ordered, it’s the first time we have ordered here and definitely the best we’ve had in a very long time by far. Really fast delivery too and food was hot. 💯 % happy customers 😋

We always order from here but tonight wow , it’s the best I’ve had so far, beef & chicken shish with salad but also came with some bits of roast veg , it was delicious. Never had a problem with anything but tonight’s really hit the spot . Thank you 😊

Every time they forget something, the website says that a free drink or garlic bread for orders over £ 16 and when I ordered it for £ 19, they told me when I called it was over £ 20 for extras, so they are not entirely honest also chips are not fresh but they are heated until the next customer orders - not nice at all

We was regular customers at this takeaway 👍 until today we have just been fully over charged on our food I spoke to one of the staff members what was very rude and was not willing to sort the issue. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CHOOSING TO HAVE FOOD FROM HERE TO CHECK FULL PRICE LIST AS THEY LIKE TO MAKE PIRICES UP AND DO NOT EXPECT A FREE DELIVERY WHAT IS ON THERE WEBSITE AS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NOT TELL YOU. Totally disgusting. 🤮

Moved to the area recently..got their leaflet couple of weeks ago (which obviously means, business is not going great) anyways, i thought i give it a try. Food felt fresh, but i ordered chicken doner and got lamb. Regarding the taste..nothing special really. Its ok, but had better before. Customer service over the phone wasn't the greatest..but wasn't horrible either.. I was told, delivery gonna take 30min, 30 min passed, no food...so i started to read google reviews, i wish i read them before placing the order.. anyways, food came in 40min...not too bad. Feels like an average place really..which is a shame coz here isnt high competition.. i don't think it would be that hard to become a bit outstanding..this isnt London, after all. Pricing felt somewhat reasonable (not for pizza tho) Currently they accept cash payment. Thats a good point. Probably the place is run by Turkish people. Well...lets hope the delivery service is gonna become quicker in future, and the food will have a bit more ,, personality,,

Food took an hour to arrive was really nice but delivery driver screeching tyres to stop, loud music playing and some order missing, so phoned up complaining and person apologised said rest of order will be sent out immediately, waited an hour for the rest of the order, not the first time nor second time delivery has let them down

Will not be ordering again,,over priced ordered from a 2020 menu was told we had a old menu, food cold,,five unhappy grandkids.

I’ve had a very decent portion of am chicken doner kebab and by far one of the best. Chicken was very flavoursome without being greasy! All salad wasn’t soggy but fresh and nicely laid out without being messy and the pitta itself is very crispy but yet soft at the same time. I’ll definitely order it again!

I have been to Lovely Jubilee since it first opened. Nice food and nice open kitchen. I walked into the shop on 3/4/20. I ordered a Bacon cheese Burger with Fries. Waited a few mins then I got asked what sauce I wanted on my burger, I said ketchup. I then asked if he had any mustard, that's when the guy serving me let loose on me. He said I have got 20 orders to complete and I'm under pressure. Firstly you don't have a go at any customer for whatever reason and use some kind of attitude. Secondly if you can't cope working under pressure then you shouldn't be working in that role. CUSTOMERS BEWARE if you decide to order any food from this place as this maybe the Response they will give you. I will give two stars for the Burger as it was nice.

Always enjoyed good food from here... unfortunately, this evening they are too busy to take of a large order from a previously loyal customer... unfortunately the order was wrong and incomplete on this occasion, when I called to let them know that my order of over £50 was slightly wrong, I was met with.... we have been busy! That was the reason order was wrong! The reason I can order food from you is because when I'm at work, I too am busy, and everything is still done correctly! The attitude and lack of empathy was disgusting, I will NEVER use this place again!! Customer service goes a long way, it's a shame you lack that this evening.

I really love your pizza !! But Chicken kebab with hairs and full of chicken skin is terribly abominable and disgusting ... And that almost every time you mess up the orders made through the site ... and I'm a regular weekly client ... Disappointing !!! Badly !! 😡😦

Very unhappy and hangry. Order confirmed online and countdown begins.... over an hour later I call to ask about where the food is. The response was that they didnt deliver to our area and that they had sent our order to somewhere else to deliver to us and that they had called us.... they hadnt! They then said then that they could do the order in 10 mins.... well funny that if they couldnt do it before! And it wasnt going to be at my house in 10 minutes was it? Very unhappy and told them not to bother

Ordered two buy one get one free pizzas and only received two pizzas on two occasions having already paid by card rang up to see what had gone off, later on received an email saying another payment had been taken out of my account without my knowledge about 2 hours later the delivery driver turned up with pizza to which I told them to take back, won't be using them again

We are very loyal customers and have been enjoying your food since you opened. The past few times we have ordered our order has come incorrect or not come at all. the customer service on the other end of the phone has been shocking by one member of female staff personly I think she is not doing your business any favours and should not be working along side the public with a childish attitude to customer service like she has, left me very angry and will not be returning for that reason !! SHE NEEDS THE SACK !! Find someone polite and friendly with a welcoming voice and attitude to your business. customers are going to complain if things go wrong and she can not handle that not good at her job AT ALL

Ordered 2 kebabs and large chips.. forgot the chips, came back 20 mins later with the chips.. and no apologies.. tea ruined... shoddy service.. shocking food also.. DO. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Worst food I have ever had. Was told it would be half an hour, 50 minutes later our food arrives (we live 6 minutes away). The kebabs weren't wrapped properly just shoved in a box. the meat was dry and cold, the bread was stale and soggy on one side and hard on the other and the salad consisted of 2 different types of lettuce with half a slice of cucumber and tomato, also had onion on which I asked not to put on. This was finished with a small squirt of mayo which we'did asked for plenty of. Our pizza was also cold and very poorly made! When we rang to complain we got hung up on. overall the worst takeaway I've ever had. The one star is for the can of tango and the lettuce...the lettuce was actually nice 😂
