Really friendly team, told them exactly what kind of pizza I wanted and they knocked it straight up. Extra spice wasn’t a problem, pizza tasted great when I got it home. Would recommend

Having ordered online and given a delivery time of 1 hr from ordering i was disappointed, not as disappointed as i was when the order actually took 2 hrs and 15 minutes to arrive. The worst part of my experience was being lied to every time i rang to get an update on my delivery, the staff told me on the 3 times i had to ring that my order was out for delivery and would be 5 minutes, it wasn't, they lied each time. I wont be ordering from Pizza One again.

Ordered 2 x 12 inch pizza’s and fries for delivery and was told it would be 45 mins. Food arrived after an hour and I’d rather it hadn’t arrived at all. The pizzas somehow managed to be burnt on top and horrendously soggy on the bottom. It was both the first and last time I will be getting food from here.

I was told the food would arrive an hour after ordering which I completely understand due to the current situation! Unfortunately the food took almost 2 hours to arrive, and when it did the order I received is just not the one I placed. Items were missing from certain things I had ordered, and when you are paying for extras it is slightly irritating to find it just hasn’t been done and you have wasted your money, so ended up spending almost an extra £10 more for the same order! A real shame but unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.

We ordered 3 pizzas, 3 chips and a portion of chicken nuggets, which we were told would take 40 mins to be made and delivered. However, the food came an hour and a half later so double the time. When the driver finally got to the house he said he was late as they forgot 1 of the pizzas then it turns out he had forgot the chicken nuggets as well. We asked to have a few pounds off of the final amount as he took so long and messed up the order. The driver laughed in our faces and refused to take money off. He finally realised the missing food was in the back of his car but in a different car but said he couldn’t be bothered to get it out. This resulted in the food being cold except for the 1 pizza they had to make last minute, also the cheese on the chips seemed artificial as when picked up it would come off the chips in a block.

Ordered a few pizzas and burgers for a party. Said it should take about 30 minutes and arrived in 20, all food was good and was enjoyed by everyone. Will be back

My wife and I called in tonight, I chose a pizza advertised as having a spicy beef topping, it was the blandest pizza I have ever had £12.40 too. Part of my wifes meal came at the same time as mine and the rest was left on the service desk, approximately 6 minutes later it was still there going cold, finally I had to ask a waitress to bring it, she did and I said thanks for the cold meal, she said it’s ok there’s still a bit of steam coming off that bit!! It’s a shame as pizza express are normally quite good but not this one, finally asked for the bill which took ten minutes to arrive, she said I’ll just go get the machine, 20 minutes later the waitress arrived with the machine, won’t be back.

These pizzas are amazing,the service excellent in that you can have home delivery...no charge locally. The chioce is wide,or you can have them made to your own choice.Reasonable prices.

Ordered two Doner Kebabs with pitta. The pitta bread was inedible in both meals and was rock hard in most places from being over cooked. Meat/salad was fine but the point of the kebab is being able to fill the pitta. Also unusual that the pitta comes separately , tucked under the meat instead of partly filled. Ate what we could and left the pitta but called Pizza 1 after and told them about this. They did apologise and offer to deliver 2 new pitta breads but we'd now eaten and therefore no point to this. Whoever cooks the pitta should have noticed and cooked two new ones before sending the meal out. The meal was not worth the cost so after trying Pizza 1 for the first time, I will not be ordering again.

We've used pizza one a few times now and it's very good. If you go through the Just Eat app you can get 20% off your order if it's over £20, which if you're buying for the whole family is easy to do. There's a great choice of toppings and you can create a truly bespoke pizza. The burgers are pretty good too. I have not used them for delivery, as always picked up. I would highly recommend, nicer and better value than dominos.

Loads of topping and great crisp base ready on time with friendly service. What more could you want?!

Absolutely delicious pizza and speedy service. Our local pizza place and genuinely some of the best pizzas we have had!! Very lucky to have this place on our doorstep. The Rustica is my personal favourite with the very tasty garlic dip and my mum loved the greek salad - it was huge with plenty of olives and feta!

For a fiver you get a good size pizza. Especially like the vegi one. Always great taste and full of topping.
