Superb food & very quickly delivered

The lamb Donna was unedable! I threw up just from the smell

I ordered a Mexican hot special, no pepperoni and it wasn't jalapeno, it was green chillies, if you don't have the right ingredients, say that you cannot deliver, we couldn't eat the pizza as my friend can't eat chilli.

£2 delivery charge and the rider can’t even find my address

In short we never received the pizza.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza but instead of a milder cheese it tasted like a mature cheese which was Melted way to much and tasted vile. Will never order from them again

Conclusion : Wont order again, sorry! Positive : Stuffed mushrooms were quite tasty Negative : Disappointing as order arrived 15min late, Pizza prawns and sweetcorn had literally 3 small prawn tails cut in half so they seem more, the rest filled with sweetcorn, 10" pizza charged £14

We ordered from Deliveroo and instead of green salad we got coleslaw and the chicken as you can see is undone, which is very dangerous as it has salmonella. We called the restaurant and the guy on the phone said that we are sorry it’s very busy we send whatever we have and next time I can give you free salad. When it gives me the option to choose between the salad and the coleslaw, could it be more specific? Also I explained him about the chicken and he said that they are doing the chicken in 280 degrees. So almost burned outside and undone inside. I told him that I can send him the pictures and see that we almost didn’t touch anything and I want refund but he was keep saying that he is busy and he can give me free salad next time. I couldn’t be bothered so I told him thanks but no and Bye. My boyfriend called him and he was keeping saying that he was busy and hanged up the phone. And when my boyfriend called again he said, ooo maybe the line was cut off. Very bad food and very bad behaviour

Absolutely disgusting service. Rude workers. Payed for food I didn’t even receive as I walked out of the shop as I was waiting 10 minutes over how long it was suppose to be. And I was also refused my money back.

No quería darles una calificación, pero tuve que hacerlo para dejar un comentario. MANTENTE ALEJADO. Ordené de Deliveroo DOS VECES y dos veces fingieron llamar a mi teléfono y al número de mi casa y "no pudieron entregar" a pesar de que los estaba esperando. Tomaron mi dinero las dos veces e incluso cuando discutí con Deliveroo para que me reembolsaran, esta llamada "pizza a la carta" se negó y dijo que habían dado la comida a las personas sin hogar (en 20 minutos). Mentirosos. Horrible, horrible lugar y es desagradable que se les permita operar y mucho menos en Deliveroo.

We had delivery of the the pizza from this establishment. Very good pizzas, had thin base. Veg somasas were excellent, service with a smile. Had meat & veg pizzas along with veggies & veg samosas.

I only order from this pizza outlet because their meat is "supposedly" halal and in Willesden I believe that they are the only Halal meat Pizza delivery outlet. Every time I have ordered from this place, there is always an issue: staff who take the order on phone can not speak English, wrong pizza delivered, discourteous delivery driver etc etc etc. If you do not remind them on the phone that it is "buy one get one free" they will not volunteer this offer. While their pricing seems attractive compared to Dominos (who by the way use halal chicken) and Pizza hut, it is a false economy as Pizza on Demand have also started scrimping on the quality and volume of ingredients they use on their Pizzas. I actually should open a Pizza restaurant which serves Halal meat and put this outfit out of business. One very unhappy customer , who has no choice

I specifically left a note saying how the previous order was missing dips, and what happens... order arrives but again with NO dips. Please read order comments or remove the box and just deliver them as you wish.

U forget my fresh tomatoes extra on my pizza and i paid the 1 pound for it......

I ordered a diet coke but they delivered regular; other than that, all was fine.

So I ordered and was sent the wrong item. I called up and was told that it wasn't on the receipt. I called Just Eat about the situation to then be told by Just Eat who contacted the restaurant that the restaurant will send me the item on the next delivery. Strange that they will do this when they just said it wasn't on my receipt! At least be honest and say that it was a mistake, sending the wrong item! Is this how regulars are treated? Sadly won't be ordering anymore from here.

Ordered a home alone deal... Pizza was not as described - was supposed to be doner meat, ham, bacon, pepperoni but there was a bit of doner meat, none of the other meats. Instead was onion, tomato and pepper, none of which were listed on description. Chips were awful - like they'd been reheated a few times, quite a few were just hollow... Disappointing.

I will defo order the vegeterian delight again.

The pizza was to small (sent the next size down) and they got my dip wrong, I can't enjoy a pizza without a chilli dip and they sent herb and garlic.... poor,

What a joke. Took well over an hour and a half to arrive. Called them twice to find out where food was to be told 1st time driver had left already will be 10 minutes 2nd time was told driver had been already only to find out that driver had not left and was in way would be 5 minutes which was actually 15 minutes. Food arrived stone cold and I was told that they would have another pizza to me within 20 minutes. Kindly refused as if the second pizza will take 20 minutes why didn't the first. WHAT A JOKE

I would like to say I was very disappointed with the food ordered from Pizza On Demand. The pizza was very oily and the chips weren't cooked properly. I am very upset as I was ill and couldn't go out, therefore I trusted this place for food and wouldn't order from there again. If they felt any remorse they would offer me my money back!

Ordered Jalepeno Peppers..they were something you would get in Iceland really. They weren:t even hot upon arrival. Tried calling but this place doesn´t even pick up the phone. Wouldn´t order from here ever again

The food came really quickly, it was delicious and well cooked, we shall definetly order again.

The thin crust pizza were really nice. Loved the potato wedges too. One of the better pizza places in the area.

We never got any feedback and never got the food we ordered. That was the first and the last time we order something from you.

Was good however did ask no cherry tomatoes, so wasn´t happy when I saw then scattered over the pizza, but other than that it was good.

I ordered my pizza at 14.40 and it arrived at 16.15pm quality of the food not looked good, and they even managed to misplace one item from the food and still the guy was stubborn over the phone. I would never ever order from this restaurant.
