Ordered 2 chicken shish kebabs with chips salad and sauce "home made chilli sauce is divine" absolutely A1 once again and the portions are fantastic

Amazing food. Burgers are delicious 😋. Haven't been before. So fresh. Would definitely return gonna recon to friends

Brilliant kebabs, warm and on time.

We stopped using Topkapi after their quality took a nose-dive and we've tried a several Kebab/Pizza shops since. I must say this is easily the best we've tried. Ordered 2 lamb/chicken shish kebabs, a portion of chips and a veggie pizza. All absolutely superb. The portion size is very generous and the food quality is excellent. Will definitely use again.

Food was amazing. forgot BBQ sauce in the burger. It was lovely without it though.

Outstanding quality for the price. Never had a pizza that good for that price! Very happily surprised when everything arrived. Doner meat was nice and moist and the chips were nice and crispy. We would definitely order from here again when visiting the area.

Called for update when delivery was late, app said "enjoy your food" that I didn't have. Lady at end of phone said "we get busy Friday night, so delays to be expected" so either don't take an order or set the right expectations with your customers - Food was lukewarm, ice cream melted. Delivery chap went and replaced ice cream, thank you but with wrong flavours.

After I paid I noticed delivery had gone up to £4!

Have ordered from here before several times and been really happy but in this order. It was late and only arrived after I complained to just eat. When it was finally delivered we had a chicken burger instead of a cheese burger. The wrong pizza and two 1.5l bottles of pop missing. Not good enough. Another order like this and I won’t use this restaurant again!

Pizza very nice. Came 45 minutes before the time i asked for but wasn’t a huge concern.

My pizza was cold and onion rings weren't properly cooked and were soggy.

Food arrived 30 minutes late, tried to ring and got no answer, asked for order updates and received non. Food said it has been delivered on time when the store closed too.

Very good pizza, was meant to take a while but got here early. Everything was cooked well and the delivery driver was very friendly. Ordering again tonight!

Chips cold and no cheese on the cheesy chips

Great taste BUT...ordered Pepperoni Pizza and received Pizza with NO pepperoni or the tomato sauce so it tasted more like cheese flatbread. Also, found a piece of WIRE in our kebab!!!

Delivery only a little late, but food was cold. Ordered when take away opened, I think the food drove all round Worksop b4 it reached me. Love their pizza, but like my food hot so won’t be ordering again 😞

I made some orders to this restaurant. On the first one they forgot the drink. On second order was ok. Now o oaid extra for add olives on pizza, but no olives there, because they dont care about customers or they cant read english. Other explanations i cant find. Definitely i do not recommend.

The food is adequate, if unremarkable. Delivery time is unacceptable. Estimate was up to 50 minutes and it took almost double that to arrive and when I rang up to enquire the response I was given was "it should be with you." followed by dial tone as they had hung up. There's upwards of 20 other takeaways in Worksop so I'll be ordering from one of them from now on.

Always order from here! Never have a problem. Had one problem with a burger tonight and customer service was fab! Sorted it out quickly and sent a new meal ASAP! Can’t fault them! Will be back again soon

I have ordered at 18:00, cold food arrived at 20:00. no even compensation was offered.

Really disappointed with our recent order and the customer service received. This used to be our favourite take away but after the food been delivered over 1 hour late I don't think we will order from here again. After 30mins late I called the restaurant to find out where our order was to which the reply was "it's already gone" it then took another 45mins to be delivered. I would have rather them just be honest with me as clearly this hadn't been the case. This was made even worse by no apology from the gentleman I spoke to on the phone or the delivery driver.

Didn’t send all the food!! Spicy wing comes whit fries and they didn’t sent !!! It’s not the first time!!!

Normally love this place, always good timing for delivery and pizzas are normally great but the last 2 weeks the calzone pizzas have been disgusting. Inedible last week so received a refund and only mildly better this week. It's like the dough hasn't risen at all, flat burnt and compacted and tasted awful. Don't know if you have a new batch of dough or someone's not making them right but I'd change it quick. Will try again in a few weeks and hopefully sorted by then.

First off, completely unbiased review: I feel compelled to start off with the 1pc of chicken, as somebody who works with chicken every day (fast food, you know the one) I have to say this is one of the worst pieces of chicken I have ever tasted, burnt breading and devoid of taste barring the oil it had been fried in (shortening of oil was obvious). The pizza itself was just "ok" it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything special. I had ordered extra Jalapeños but it appears the restaurant had forgotten, easy mistake so its not anything to be triggered over. However if it had them on, the pizza would have certainly been a lot tastier. In short, this isn't the worst food I've eaten, but it's not the best, or even good. Perhaps on a better day with fresh oil and everything as requested it would have been much better. P.s ever get that feeling you wish you just had some beans on toast instead of wasting £22? That's what my dinner made me feel today.

Order from here many times, the last time was poor, we decided to give it another try... big mistake, the chips felt like they had gone cold then microwaved, chicken if you could call it that was awful, the Milo burger... the hawian burger didn’t even have pineapple on and was cold... like everything else.

Always great food. The comment below stating I am involved with the shop I am not. I work at a comeplete different takeaway I just use my boyfriends name. Food was late and only just warm enough. Very poor and really disappointed. Will not be using Just Eat for Pizza Milano again.

Absolutely awful service over an hour late then refused to answer the phone. Never experienced anything like it!! Avoid at all cost!

Been using you lot for years, but never had food late and got a thin crust 10 inch pepperoni instead of the 14 inch deep pan pepperoni i paid for, not happy, hungry so keep ya 14 inch pizza!!

Received chips instead of rice and and missed a drink. Called restaurant and they agreed to sort it out on the next order. Perfect.

My order was wrong I ordered a wrap with Mayo I got dry meat and a pitta bread

This is the second time we ordered and it was late without informing us, We also ordered Tango and receive Pepsi. We have Pepsi Max in our house which is precisely why we ordered Tango.

Fast delivery and really nice food

Order from here regularly, first let me be fair, the food here is 85% excellent. Sometimes they forget to toast the burger burns etc when busy but it's sort of forgivable under current circumstances. Otherwise, this is a brilliant restaurant. However despite this last time I ordered they cancelled on me for no reason at all. I'd have been happy waiting an extra hour if they needed it but they simply cancelled, so for that reason I won't be ordering again.

Not the greatest pizzas. Very greasy. Choc cake was frozen I think if not it was hard in the middle... weird!!

Definitely my favourite place to order from but the delivery guy asked for an extra 40p which I thought was a bit odd as my total came to £11.50. I even stated that it said £11.50 on my order confirmation as well as the email but he said it was £11.90. it was only more of an issue as I had the exact change but had to spend a few minutes trying to find the extra 40p.

No issues with the food as such but for the price it's poor quality. I paid special £7 for a kebab, usually I get naan, actual meat and fresh salad. This one was donner meat on a very small dry shop bought pitta bread, no bigger than my hand. It came with a good amount of filling and tasted ok but it reminded me of the cheap kebabs you'd get after a night out, definitely not speciality. Curry House is amazing compared. No complaints with the pizza, it was just a cheap pizza.

Nice food but when I went to collect was told the item I’d ordered was unavailable. Had a different item and refunded the diff but we all know what it’s like when you fancy something and order it and then can’t have it.

Usually spot on,but this time quite disappointed. Phoned to ask was food on way and was told yeah,in about 5 minutes,asked why when I placed the order 2hours previous and he said,we've been busy,ok?. No,not ok. The delivery man wasn't bothered either,just shrugged his shoulders when I asked why it was late. Not what I was expecting as they are usually on time plus the food was not very hot.
