Without question this is the best pizza in the world

Food was cooked fresh, nice too.

I called to query missing item and to complain the food was cold the man insisted it was hot (strange as he was no where near it) I asked for a refund he hung up on me 12 attempts to call later he said someone would come with refund that was 2 hrs ago when I called back he refused to refund as I had left a poor review ....apparently not liking cold food , incomplete order and being hung up on should.be accepted ..... I called again and he used the f word 3 times I never swore once he sarcastically said he would send someone to refund me at midnight appealing service avoid at all costs

Despise being 3 hours away from my hometown, Milanos has unbelievably good pizza and worth the travel! Highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful when ordering as a few food intolarnces in the family ,but sorry to say the food was unedible . Although the dog seemed to enjoy some of it .the humans and the cats went hungry so disappointing

Great food, great prices, great portions and friendly staff. After moving just down the road, I was lucky to find this gem. I hate to admit it but my best friends and I got food from daily to weekly just after we moved. We also started calling it 'Essi's' because the guy that usually serves you is a guy called Essi. Also kind of sounds better. Considering the amount of times I've gone for "The usual, please.", they have never messed up once. Have and will recommend to a friend.

I’ve not been here for a while and now I know why. The chips were cold and chewy and the burger was hard. I can only imagine what it would be like if I had it delivered

Had a menu posted through the door! Wrong number on it.. When I did find the number on the internet I was greeted on the phone with hello! That was it.

Burger was good but was smothered in way too much cheap mayo. Chips were excellent. Delivery was quick but they forgot the pizza so had to go back and get it. Over all could do better but will use again.

My trust in humanity restored this evening by an act of kindness..please let me explain. i went out to get some food tonight on Whitchurch rd, as I ordered my food I noticed a homeless man sitting outside the co-op sat in freezing condition. I approached the man and asked him if I could get him something and he replied that hot food would be fantasti, I walke down to a place called Pizza Milano 2 and asked what they had available quickly...expla why the rush as did not want to seem rude. when they cooked the food and I got a drink..I took money out to pay and said thanks for being quick........the guy in there said I will only charge you £1 as its for a homeless man.... so 2 things tonight Thank you gentlemen from PizzaMilano 2 in Whitchurch rd Cardiff...a random act of kindness has touched my heart....and good luck to the homeless man I met tonight....may God help you find your way

We ordered from Pizza Milano for the first time and got the 2 for 1 deal. We ordered a large After Burner Pizza, Milano Special Pizza, Potato Wedges and Garlic bread. We requested thin crust on both pizzas as we prefer thin crust on our pizza and they accommodated. The food was great for the price and the delivery chap was great! The order took longer - 25 mins was added to the order so it was about 1 1/2 wait. I guess they must have been super busy but our order arrived about 10 minutes ahead. The food was hot when it arrived which is awesome b/c we were afraid it'll be cold and stale given how long. Will definitely order again when we get the pizza munchies :)

We ordered the pizza meal deal. veg pizza, chicken wings, drink, garlic bread and ordered medium chips. I have ordered from Pizza Milanos 2 a while ago and the food was of a decent standard, however this time, the pizza was edible but considering it was a veg pizza I was expecting it to be more colourful and have more than pineapple and yellow and red pepper. The garlic bread was stale and burnt around the edges so we couldn't eat that. The chips were fries again stale looking and very greasy and the chicken wings were too salty and was definitely not from a healthy chicken. I am absolutely disgusted with the massive standard drop from this place and their audacity to serve a customer food of such low standard. I will not reorder ever again and not recommend it anymore.

Pizza isn't the best but it's not the worst, delivery driver is very rude, and apparently asking for no cheese on a pizza due to allergies is not allowed according to the driver

I ordered a pineapple and mushroom pizza which was cooked freshly to order. It was piping hot and full of flavour. Will certainly return.

ordered chicken shish kebab with salad and it was very tasty and fresh.

The pizza was magnificent. The order was effectively delivered. The delivery man was very polite. In a word, the best pizza in Cardiff.

Couldn't find us despite giving detailed instructions in the comment box, spent 20 minutes trying to direct the driver to a common place in Cardiff. Food then arrived cold and soggy, never will I order from here ever again!!

Pizza and chips were amazing, could be a bit on the warmer side. Would not recommend the chicken wings however, one of the worst chicken I've ever tasted. Delivery time was phenomenal, came in about 20-25 mins.

The taste of the pizza was average at least but the service was HORRIBLE! One of the two pizzas that arrived was wrecked, half the cheese had slid off the pizza and stuck to the box. When I called them, the man insisted that it was my fault and I had mishandled the pizza. The man even claimed that the driver allegedly saw me hold it sideways and told me to hold it straight when my friend and i both have no such recollection. If I had carried the pizzas sideways, how come the other one was perfectly intact? Also, his tone was very accusatory and not appropriate at all. The way this company treats customers is disappointing. I didnt want my Sunday night to be ruined even further so I didn't push the matter more and relented. I'm definitely not ordering from here again, though.

No cheese in a half pound burger?? Just garlic sauce which made it a " garlic burger " , wings tasted bland, chicken breast rubbery/old. Would not order again..

Ordered food from here two nights In a row this week as I was staying in a nearby hotel and the food was very tasty and nice. Could not fault this longish wait time but wasn't a problem as they called when they arrived at the hotel and I met them at reception would use again if I stay in the area again.

Chips over cooked /old. The burger buns was not baked it was soggy.

Feeling absolutely horrified at what happened this evening. I placed an order with this restaurant for the very first time. The food which was delivered is not in question as it met my expectations. However, the delivery driver did not. He knocked on my door, and then attempted to OPEN my front door. Now, his intent was obviously to deliver pizzas, that is not in doubt. However, implied right of access only extends to visitors knocking on my door to alert me to their presence. It certainly does NOT extend as far as attempting to gain access to my property without my permission. When I confronted the delivery driver, he admitted turning the handle on my front door, and I asked him why. He replied "Because it was dark". Now, it doesn't take Superman's powers of sight to see the light from my living room reflected in the hallway and clearly visible through the glass of my white uPVC door. I ought to know, I've lived at this address for over ten years. I immediately called the restaurant asking to speak with the manager, and as of an hour later after this very serious complaint, I am as yet to receive a telephone call back even just as a courtesy. Very poor service, will not be using again.

I didn't have the exact change and the delivery woman said she didn't have change, so we just stood there for a while while I counted the change in my purse. I only had two £20 pound notes and the meal came to £27. I didn't have enough change and the woman just stood there. Then I suddenly remembered I had a £10 note on my living room table thank goodness. If I didn't have the £10, I honestly think she would have taken the meal away and I would have had a very upset 6 year old. I find it strange that a delivery driver doesn't have change when the order specifically stated I would be paying cash.

Very poor quality pizza, and simply rubbish garlic bread. Garlic bread arrived cold, along with no garlic taste. Pizza too greasy. If you pizza for the money they charge go elsewhere. :)

First time we ordered. They got one pizza wrong. The pizzas are good but definitely not worth the price they are sold for. £12,99 for a cheese pizza, that's the price you would get in a restaurant.You do get buy 1 get 1 free offer but the original prices are still unreasonnable. This was a miss for us.

Ordered at 14:15, we were told it would arrive at 3pm but it didn't arrive until 3:50pm.. We rang twice during this period to be told that the driver was stuck in traffic when there wasn't any and the during the second call we asked several questions which were ignored and we were hung up on.. Food was also cold, will not order from this place again.

Ordered one meatball pizza, got 2 completely different (but delicious) pizzas. Also got garlic bread that we didn't order, maybe as a peace offering for not giving us the meatball pizza, who knows. All in all the food was really good, it arrived in good time, we got way more than we paid for and the delivery driver came back after half an hour because he realised he had forgotten our drinks. 10/10 would order again

It was a bit doughy / soggy... might benefit from it being a little bit more firmer. i thought the desert - chocolate fudge cake, was under priced. it was the best thing i have had. i had a buy one get one free so that was a benefit. i thought the base was a bit tasteless though. overall i was happy. i would go again

Food was of excellent standard. Delicious and hot. Also received a free garlic bread which was nice. Delivery time was 40 minuets late with no apology. Still, food quality and previous uses of this shop deserve a high rating.

Food was good, but had to wait for it even though I arrived to collect it after the time I was told it would be ready. They ignored my note about my choice of free pizza on a BOGOF deal where I was told to write the choice in the additional info page, so I got a margarita as the default.

Pizza was lovely and we got free chips which was lucky because we'd ordered a vegetarian supreme but got the ordinary one. We don't like peppers and our little girl only likes picking all the pineapple off so was disappointed to get the wrong order. Other two pizzas were yummy though. Garlic bread was a bit soggy too

bog standard, better than a grotty kebab, worse than Frankies by a country mile. There are only a few places better in all fairness but they do still exist. papa johns and pizza go go are generic and do the job especially for large groups, these are better options than here. Most of the rest are actually worse than here by a long shot also though, on a par with Sicilian pizza down canton way which is good value on the cheaper end of the scale if that is what you are after.
