What a lovely service I received from Andrew. Polite, thoughtful and helpful even at 9pm on a Saturday night! And his colleague (sorry, I can’t remember her name) went out of her way to see if the restroom was open on the platform.

What a lad Andrew was with the service, and Natasha was great too. Definitely will come again.😀

When I visited Upper Crust, I was initially unsure about which drink to choose. That's when Natasha, one of the lovely team members, recommended Andrew's Special Mocha. Trusting her suggestion, I went for it, and Andrew prepared it promptly with care. The result? Absolutely amazing! The mocha was rich, flavorful, and simply delicious. If I could, I would leave a 10-star review, but since Google only allows 5, I’ll happily give the full 5 stars. Fantastic service and even better drinks—thank you, Natasha and Andrew!

Best place I’ve been to for sandwiches and pastries. I normally get a too good to go bad from here, many places I have been to for a too good to go bag are very judgemental but here the staff are so friendly and amazing. Yesterday I was served by Natasha, I was very tired and in a rush but she made my day, she’s so friendly and nice and gave me the option of choosing which bag I’d like. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick bite to eat while travelling or in a rush to work, there’s never too much of a wait. Amazing place!

We had a few baguettes and a couple of pastries in our order. The food was so fresh and full of different flavours, it was amazing actually! Natasha, the lady who served me, was really friendly and extremely helpful! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Cardiff!
