Not my type, 1) pizza should be spicy chicken but just few white cube and sauce too hot not spicy, they dont understand spucy hot sauce and direct hot chili sauce. 2) Chicken portions just supermarkets deli type chicken from frozen without marinated direct fried in hot oil so disappointed as first time visited. I'm not blaming might be local customer choice but not my type totally wasting of my valuable hard earnings money. Will never go again Thank you

Placed order on app and paid for food and delivery. When nothing arrived and I called to query this was told they didn’t use their app anymore and I’d be refunded, over a week has passed and still no refund. Absolute con.

Do not recommend this place for having a pizza. They put too much sauce on pizza base, leading to all the topping falling off. Not good experience. Never will I eat here again yuk .👎👎

Absolutely disgusted with this place 🤮 used to be my go to place for a chippy but after last night's special fish order where again my dietary requirements weren't followed they will never be getting my custom again, I don't eat salt n vinegar I placed this on every order and last night's special fish has me being literally sick because of it 🤮 it's the 1 rule I have if I order a chippie you don't place salt n vinegar on my food 🤢 You've lost a customer for life and I will not be back as it's the 1 rule I have for my food 🤢 if you put salt n vinegar on it despite instructions on every order then you don't deserve my custom and won't have it ever again after the rotten soaked in salt n vinegar special fish supper last night at £15 😡 I'm fxxxing raging at that 🤬 Most people would be yeh free food I'll give you a chance, but I'm so annoyed that it keeps getting put on my food despite a dietary requirement note, I really don't know what to do, I think I'm gonna pass to be honest it's the 1 rule I have with chippies if you put it on my food you lose my custom, it makes me literally sick and I've got enough stomach problems as it is without being sick cause of a chippie throwing salt n vinegar on all my orders, so it's a pass on the food and future orders I'm not messing around with anywhere when this was a dietary requirement on all orders 😞

Ordered pizza and chips and a coke. Coke missing, order over an hour late, cold and poor quality (Pizza was a sweaty mess). Don’t order from here.

These guys are the go to for pizza's in this area. Always reliable, always tasty and it's great to support a local business

Ordered through Uber eats. Pizza fell to bits, stuffed crust is like dairy lee cheese, a soggy mess. Fritters are tasteless , chips and cheese typical basic. Wouldnt bother folks.

Battered smoked sausage and chips: lovely and very fresh as well as good portion size at a reasonable price. Best I have had in this area for a while to be honest - will definitely be back to this chippy!

Saw the advert on Facebook my husband bought a sausage supper and was very impressed. Staff were great, food was delicious and price was excellent. Great value for money. Definitely recommend.

Have had 2 orders so far, top notch on quality, pretty big pieces of perfectly cooked fish (tried both battered and breadcrumbed and too hard to pick a favourite) On top of the excellent food, have to compliment the unrivalled customer service. Really went above and beyond to be honest, even compensating an order for being late when they weren't even complained to! 100/10 definitely recommend :D

Do not order from here. Ordered a carbonara for £5.50, and asked for no mushrooms. Arrived full of mushrooms so phoned to complain only to be told they're pre made and come that way... £5.50 for a microwave meal? Then they sent a macaroni up for a replacement, and they left the sticker on the tub that says "after defrosting do not refreeze, supplied frozen" so I was right, paying money for a frozen microwave meal. Btw the macaroni was an absolute disgrace I wouldn't have fed it to the dog. Garlic bread came burnt to a crisp as well. Never again will I order from here, and if you're thinking about ordering pasta then seriously think again. Disgrace.

a bit hit & miss, sometimes nice other times not, just your luck what you actually receive, chips/fish etc can be fresh then other times almost black reheats or greasy, pizza is usually ok though!

A great chippy, lovely food, but sadly they bump your can of juice now and again, called to let them know, understandably busy on a Friday night, and 35 minutes after the food, the lukewarm can arrived. Told the wee guy to take it back to them and will see if I actually get credited back on just eat. It's a real shame as sometimes it's perfect. You've lost a loyal customer tonight.

Girl on the phone hung up when I was in the middle of talking. They also told me that they couldn't cancel the order and that I had to go through just eat (this was within minutes of ordering) and then told just eat customer service that the food was ready after 4 minutes and refused to refund and cancel the order. I then received an email notification about the order being cancelled by the restaurant proving that they could have done this from the beginning.

Nice chippy, their Batter is beautiful and crispy, lovely fritters and fresh fish, the pasta was OK. Pity they don't take card payments.

An hour and a quarter for pizza delivery,from Croftfoot Roundabout to Castlemilk Drive?l could have walked it quicker,lovely pizza,,spoiled when l had to heat in the microwave,get your act together,my bag had number 29 written on it,cold and unappetising

I ordered a pizza meal for 3 which comes with 3 bags of chips and 3 cans, and the pizza come with two toppings- I then asked if I could have extra toppings on my pizza and I would pay the differnce however the staff were refusing to let me add more toppings and would not allow me to pay for extra toppings. I found this to be rude and unprofessional as any other chip shop lets you add toppings and pay the differnce, who refuses money for extra food? I won't be ordering this again!

The only nice guy is the Scottish guy frying the fish the owners are the worst people I have even meet. I would give is know star but for that fry guy cheeko he is the best

Ordered a fish supper tonight the fish was almost black and solid hard called to complain and was told we will send out another but no apology then waited another 30minutes for it and it was just edible will not be using this place again

Used to be quite good. Took an hour and twenty minutes to deliver 1 pizza to my address which according to Google maps,is a 1.2,7 minute drive.the order was more than £4 more than the price of the pizza without the delivery.meaning delivery would be £4.20.called the shop and encountered horrendous customer service.the employee said it was an old menu and prices had been altered but i have only stayed in house for 2 months and the menu came through the post.the phone seemed to then be passed around different employees,each with their own ridiculous excuses for not letting me speak to a manager.i was then told to call back another time as there were customers to deal with and he proceeded to put the phone down on me.

Food was nice quick delivery but cheeky member of staff on the phone plus no salt and vinger when i asked and she said it back to me prices are shocking aswell.

Chips were disgusting and price for gravy ridiculous and they charged a bag 10p when it wasn't a proper bag plus the law is no charging for a bag with hot food inside

Sausage supper was tastey. Nice crispy batter and the chips were good too, just the way I like them ;)
