I order through Food Hub. Pizza Lodge do the best kebabs in town and I have never had any problems with delivery. Staff are courteous and polite and the food is fresh and tasty. No complaints.

My go to takeaway! They make the best food ever! I will always order from here 😍. The size portions are big which is fab! Please keep pizza lodge open forever i need it 😂. Worse place ever to get food from stay well away order from deliveroo and never got it just money wasted tried to contact them and never answer the phone

i would not recommend Pizza Lodge at all horrible customer service the man on the phone was absolutely rude to me my food has come cold and missing garlic cheese bread. he said he would send the garlic cheesebread which they have. but the customer service was disgusting it doesn't matter if i live close or far from the restaurant if my foods cold its cold and i was stupid enough to pay cash. Wouldn't Recommend at all

Took ages. Was compensated but the kids had to go to bed before it arrived. Won’t use again. Lack of consistency.

Ordered food at 8pm which the shop accepted immediately a hour and forty minutes later still waiting for food which initially said 45 minutes

After 80 minutes wait, we chased the order only to find it would be at least another 20 minutes as it was still being prepared. Cancelled and will never bother again.

Ordered through just eat. 2.5 hours later my food still hadn’t arrived and the restaurant is refusing to cancel my order and refund!!!! Luckily Just eat are amazing and overfilled them issuing a full refund. Avoid if you want your food that same day!

Disaster! I was waiting for order 2h . When i make order its show 48min. I order sos it wasnt sos inside. Never again !!!

Ordered food through just eat at 7:30 to be given the delivery time of 8:45,it gets to 9:15 and we ring up they say that our order is next out it got to 9:30 by this time we have been waiting 2 hours since we had placed the order the food had finally arrived at 9:45 1 hour later than it should have and it was barely warm ! Will not be ordering from here again!! Shocking service

Appalling service. Ordered food via Just Eat. Order accepted and given a delivery time. 40 minutes after it was due to be delivered, it was showing on the Just Eat app as having been delivered on time. Just Eat contacted them and they said that they were busy. No other explanation. They couldn’t even give a revised delivery time so they just decided to cancel my order. I would advise anybody to steer clear of this place.

Go to their own website for 10% off your order!! Our go to place for everything from pizza, kebabs and burgers. Food is always hot and delicious! Love, love, love the free cheese garlic bread when you spend over £10 :-D The double chicken fillet burger with chips is lovely, I prefer this to KFC burgers...and cheaper.

the food - good. The experience - poor! The online system allowed the order of pizza using a deal and also a garlic bread. they didnt deliver the garlic bread saying the deal does not apply - only one deal possible. When challenged, the driver didnt care and the guy on the phone said his boss said so, so not possible to have the deal. why allow me to add it to the order when you will not deliver??? also there was a charge for using paypal. Thats unheard of! eventually, they fulfilled the order exactly as I made it. They need to fix the website to reflect the deals they give. The food was decent. well made. cant complain on that front. all three stars for the food!

Firstly there was a bit of an issue with the online order. But I think it was well compensated, ended up getting my pizza size bumped up and they threw in another pizza ontop! Which i was really grateful for, I will definetley consider from here again! Thank you for the great first impression! Pizza was great chips were great! Friendly service, would recommend.
