Pizza Lodge in Sheffield

Garlic bread was good but the doner wrap was terrible barely the “wrap” was dry and crusty and stale.

Food came dropped!! All our pizzas were on their side and the topping stuck the the roof of the boxes! Spent nearly £70 aswell!!

Donor meat was bland and just looked bad quality. The donor was a strange colour and looked undercooked. Chips and cheese I had was very bland too.

Very good kebab meal but was disappointed by the portion size of the garlic mushrooms and cheese. Would order kebab again but not mushrooms with jalapeños.

Using the cardboard boxes for the snack box with cheese melts the cheese on the edges like cement

Food was ok but we was missing one burger and one chips which wasn’t good as we spent a lot and for that price i expect everything to be perfect also the burgers with the salad on all the salad was brown and old looking which i wasn’t very happy about. Thanks.

The pizza was very floppy and undercooked the dough was not cooked well and we could not eat it.

I didn’t receive what I ordered, upon meeting the delivery driver, to which I can’t complain about because he was very polite, but I rung the takeaway up to explain to them what I was missing and the owner swore at me and hung up. I needed to then ring back. He wasn’t very helpful whatsoever and I explained to him I was going to apply for a refund on, just eat he told me he doesn’t care. I would stay well clear of this place and go somewhere else if you are wanting a nice meal and to get what you have paid for

Just had 2 large donner kebabs, not very good at all I'm afraid, can tell it was last night's meat, not good enough, when paying good money out, disappointed.

I order from this place before and the food was good however ive ordered tonight and the pizza the onion rings and the mozzarella chips was so soggy and mushy. Until the chefs get better i wont be ordering again unfortunately.

Good donner kebab and very good customer service

Excellent pizza delivered freshly cooked and hot.

The pizza base literally takes like a short crust pastry made to make a steak pie. It is terribly greasy, flakey and weirdly tasting. The toppings are just falling off the greasy thing. Wasted the entire thing.

We ended up needing to head out so picked up the food on the way home. However, the service was friendly and amazing. The place was clean and the food was one of the best takeaways we have had in a while. Pizza had loads of filling and tasted beautiful! Thank you!

The delivery was early! And the food was really good but the only minus is the salad for all the dishes I ordered was soaked in oil. So that’s the 4 starts. On point out of 5 it’s = 4.5/5 :))

The food i got was not what i ordered im not even sure what was delivered to be honest and i spend 16 pounds on food i dont not order and was not worth the price as in it wound have cost me less to order that what ever it was

Very poor pizza and wrong i ordered a garlic and tomato pizza and it came with cheese on The hot tandoori pizza was soggy undercooked all the topping fell off after a bite of each slice almost no chicken on but 100s of jalapeños way over powering Cans were warm over all dissapointed

The food was freezing when it got to us, the chicken burger came with Mayo which we couldn’t eat as allergic when we specifically asked for no Mayo

Ordered one pizza that was tremendously greasy with the dough undercooked. The grease was literally dripping off it and the box was saturated in more grease. Had to leave it and cook something instead. Expensive too at £17+ including £1 delivery. First and last time trying this place unfortunately.

Ordered from here tonight on Uber Eats and my order was cancelled after the order was accepted and pending delivery 20 minutes before it was due. I rang the place and the person who answered told me that I was too far away because I was 1 mile over their delivery limit (4 miles). I checked my address against this place on AA Route Planner and I was a 14 minute drive away? Obviously my £20 order wasn’t good enough to justify a 14 minute drive. Why advertise on Uber Eats as an eligible place when they aren’t willing to provide the service. Very hungry now and quite frankly disgusted in this place which is a shame because the reviews looked great on Uber Eats. Very disappointed.

Part 1. 1 🌟 is not low enough. I've been ordering from this take away for year's. I've just ordered off just eat. My delivery has not turned up. I've called the Press lodge asking where my order was, and thier reply was. It has been delivered. It hasn't. They didn't believe me. Actually told me to shut up cos i was telling them, in no un certain terms (without abusive language) That my pizza had not been delivered. in other words they accuse me of lying. Shocking. Part 2. Just called them back. Got no where. He was just adamant that it's been delivered. I'm gob smacked. Can't even get abusive, it's that comical. Part 3. They just called back 1.5 hours after all the above. They've realised they were wrong. The person on the phone says he was going to sack the driver for accidentally delivering to the address. Nice man.

Chips soggy, pizza very doughy.

Pizza was underdone. Chips with mozzarella were more like mozzarella with chips, just too much cheese which stuck together. Bit of a waste of money unfortunately.

Delicious food as always! Food is to die for! Ordered to my old address by accident BUT driver and shop called me and delivered to my new address with no problem, no attitude, no hassle! Driver even text me afterwards to see if food was still ok and it was still perfectly hot! Won’t order from anywhere else 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 I’m very picky when it comes to takeaways and after a 12 hour shift I really appreciated their customer service as well as the lovely food. We always order from here but last night we were disappointed the kebab meat was so dry I’ve never had kebab meat so bad. I wouldn’t have fed it a dog it was that bad

We waited over an hour for our food for it not to turn up at all. Past 12am and still waiting

Only gripe is that I added a note for no sweet corn and it came with it. Not happy as I hate the stuff!

A hour or so late. Paper the food was wrapped in was drenched in fat or whatever it was. Havent even touched the food. Will not order again.
