Ordered from here for years service and food usually brilliant and outstanding but the person on the phone today was rude and just did not listen spent 50 pound and phoned back to say one of the pizzas was burnt and dry, the person on the phone did not listen and was adamant on saying the pizza was fine and he could do nothing about it,not normally the service we get and are truly disappointed.

The donner was very cold and felt like it was a few days old.

Food was fresh and nice ,my new go to place for pizza .

Pizza quality was not good and it was less cheesy and chicken was less in quantity. Overall experience was not satisfactory.

I’ve had frozen pizza’s at a tenth of the price, that are far superior to what we have just received. When you call yourself Pizza Land and fail to provide a quality margarita, you have serious issues.

Just by chance,passed by pizza shop and my family decided to give a try. We were a bit concerned about quality but honestly, pizza quality, taste and service was fantastic. Maybe few negative reviews had bad experience but I have to leave 5 stars. Staff was respectful, generous and dealt very professionally. Indeed, will be a permanent customer.

Unfortunately the worst pizza 🍕 ever 😪 I have tried my Partner's kebab and hasn't been good as well, at least driver was very friendly and positive

Go to Pizza Land on almost every Dewsbury visit. The best tasting pizza in NW. I don’t how they manage to make such delicious sauce for the base.

First time ordering from here. The pizzas were very nice and delivery was on time would definitely order again.

Should be an option of NO STARS Ordered 2, 16inch pizzas. Told me 50mins. 1 hour later they said the food is on the way. 2 hours later still no food. And not answering the phone. Now kids have eaten later so bed later on a school night. Time wasters will never use again. Stay well clear.

Awesome pizzas, highly recommended: 1. Great customer service - polite and courteous, pick up only don’t expect comfy seating / waiting room with toilets 🤣 2. Awesome pizzas - thin base, plenty of toppings; we usually go for the mixed grill, marakesh and BBQ chicken (always a winner with the family) - HMC certified for those inclined that way 👍 3. Tricky find, but plenty of parking - we usually like to collect; it’s off the main road through some industrial units (bed manufacturing) and a wobbly road 😁 - a small hut like building with plenty of parking spaces further on

Best Takeaway for Food, Try their Donner Meat and Chips and Pizza's! Staff is absolutely brilliant!

Ordered from here a few times now and it has been consistently tasty every time we have. We usually get the marrakech pizza and it’s nice and saucy with a bit of a kick to it. They also do a variety of other items and deliver for free if the order is over £8. Delivery was fast and efficient and all items were hot with sauces provided. The only slight weakness would be how watered down the sauces were. I couldn’t actually taste any of them because they were that watery. Otherwise everything else was faultless. They’re friendly and helpful on the phone and are also friendly when delivering to the door.

Given full marks because we order from here often and the quality and consistency has always been excellent. This time, the marrakech parmesan was fabulous. The hotshot parmesan wasn’t as good as it normally is though. And we ordered a chicken burger, but got a beef burger instead. Couldn’t be bothered ringing back up, mistakes happen, however like I said we’ve ordered from here regularly for over a year and this was the first time there was a blip.

First time ordering from here the mixed kabab was very good and big portions for a medium and chicken wings were nice too but the strawberry cheesecake i ordered was very frozen literally had ice on it which i wasn't expecting id still order again but leave of dessert just because i dont want to wait for it to defrost.

I visit to Wakefield fair and stay around theses area at weekends, I eat there pizza is pizza land batley ,was surprise from there very unique style of pizza baked and the test of there pizza delicious and fresh food standard very high quality which I never found even London and any where in uk too ,

I have ordered previously and never had a problem with the food. But the chicken tikka today was so dry I could barely swallow it. The peanut stack seemed stale, ended up in the bin. The rest of the order was fine. Honestly never had an issue before but part of this order was a disappointment. Delivery driver friendly.

I went into Pizza Land at 17:30 to place an order to be delivered at 20:30. The worker took my order and said it would be fine, I also left my phone number with them so they could ring me incase if any delay. Comes 20:30 no sign of my food, gets to 9 o’clock still no sign of my food. By this time the time to break my fast has passed at 20:54. During this period I tried to contact pizza land but they disconnected their phone lines. Gets to 21:15 still no sign of my food so I decided to drive down to pizza land. I get their enquiry about my food and they says it on its way not acknowledging the fact I ordered to be delivered over an hour ago, at no point during the visit I got an apology. On top of this the manager had the nerve to blame my wife and tried to force her to take the food for a lower price. All we wanted was an apology and for them to realise their mistake not food for a cheaper price as it about the principle, at this point the manager cut me of the phone which was just downright rude! I am a regular customer with pizza land ordering Atleast once a week on either Uber eat or collection. However, I won’t be ordering from them again after this incident, an apology would have gone a long way but I guess this was too much to ask!

I just had the most flavoursome food it was absolutely a dream i pretty sure i have had everything from this menu, ive been eating from pizza land since the beginning and i just love it The workers have so much comitment and it really makes me want their lovely creation of food I seriously recommend you people try it I dont really write reviews but this one just had to be written.
