Pizza Knight in Brighton and Hove

One of the WORST places to order from. I ordered 10 wings (meal) and Mega Burger with Salad & Sauce. I called and asked for the garlic sauce and the guy who worked there named Khaleel misbehaved and said I cannot give to you because you have not paid, I said brother I always get 2-3 sauce dips, he then said there is no wings ill cancel the order. One of the worst experiences ever in Brighton. These guys have zero respect for the customers and doesn't even know how to behave and treat customers. NEVER order again. May ALLAH show you the consequences of this Ameen.

Paid £28 for my order and it never arrived and I was refused a refund. Shocking. Avoid at all costs

Good food, good price, friendly staff

I find it astonishing that employees at a fast-food restaurant can handle food after touching dirty surfaces, their skin, beard, mobile phone, and even their nose. It is absolutely disgusting. When I politely suggested that the employee use hand sanitiser, he took great offence and went to the back to speak in Arabic with his colleague, as though he was complaining about me. It is not my fault that I have OCD, nor that you lack basic fast-food hygiene etiquette. When I worked at another fast-food restaurant, I always wore gloves and never used my mobile phone while handling food. I will never eat here again due to the lack of cleanliness. I feel nauseous just thinking about how unkempt and unpleasant the men behind the counter looked and smelled. No wonder they hardly have anyone ordering food from there.

They took my money and no food arrived. There not willing to pay back what they owe. I'd avoid this place by a mile if I was you. Unless you want money to be stolen from you. AVOID!!!!

The pizzas are banging wouldn’t go anywhere else

We had two pizzas from here and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Kebab Feast and Mexican Hot! Generous portions and toppings. Plenty of cheese how we like them not like Domino’s pizza. This is our place for pizzas from now on. Thank you all at Pizza Knight!

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great fried chicken and really crispy fries. Chicken fillet burgers were juicy and pizzas were well received

One of my favourite local places that I use a lot. We were given one slightly wrong pizza today but they agreed a replacement and both deliveries were so speedy. Their Pizzas and Burgers are both great, use their website for the best value! We always seem to get the same driver who is so friendly. See you again soon!

Unbelievably good service. Was offered some free hot wings to try, which were delicious. Had a lovely meal of two pieces of fried chicken and chips. I was asked what bits of the chicken I wanted. Well impressed. I'll definitely be going back. Never had such good service in a takeaway before.

They mistreat people over the phone, and I've observed that it's not advisable to visit this shop with family members due to their rude and unprofessional staff. The BEST pizza and folks in town!

I ordered via Deliveroo. I received no call when the delivery man got here, I couldn't hear the knock on the door because my room is upstairs. I was told I was called 7 times and have not 1 SINGLE MISSED CALL FROM ANYONE. I ordered over 20 times from this restaurant in the last year and will never be ordering again. Bad service. Disappointed.

Decided to pop in after a long days work, bit of a journey as I'm not local but so worth it. Friendly, fast service & food was fantastic!

Not A good Pizza And Very expensive

The truth is I give it one star because I can't put less, the order is super late, and the delivery man.....what to say about the delivery man.....ill-mannered, rude, he doesn't know how to read the address.....I do I had the whole boy screaming at me, I will never order from here again and I do not recommend it at all.

Made an order trough uber eat, they didn’t find the address (I was outside the hole time) so they cancelled my order. I cannot even get a refund.

Their pizzas are really good but the fries are awful

We placed an order for two large pizzas. We called after nearly an hour to see where our food was, only to be greeted by an extremely rude individual who did not know our order number and was frantically re-confirming our order. Despite this, they claimed the driver had already arrived. Still no sign 40 minutes later. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver just two pizzas. Worse, the chicken was barely cooked, and they had messed up our order by putting no sauce on the pizza.They were so clueless on the phone that they might as well call it dry cheese bread rather than pizza. They also said they would give us thin crust instead of thick, and on the phone said there was no difference, so what was the point of giving us the option?! When we called after the delivery to discuss the poor food quality, instead of listening, the person on the phone started an entire debate and refused to take any responsibility. Why bother if you can't meet the needs of your customers and sell decent food? We have encountered every aspect of the similar complaints made via Google reviews. When you consider how they make their money, the arrogant tone used in phone calls is quite pitiful. I strongly advise you not to order from here. *reference This pizza was NOT ordered on a busy day or during a public holiday.

Bad shops we ordered before got a large it was good but we ordered again and it’s was a medium and we needed that large because I have kids and it’s wasn’t enough and now they won’t answer the phone if they do answer we’re gonna ask for a refund or a large pizza and it’s took about 2 hours

Price was too high for a pizza so small arrived late and a bottle of Coke was over priced too

By far my favourite pizza in all of Brighton. Always fast delivery, always hot, always delicious. Spoken to the owner on the phone once or twice and he was very friendly and helpful. I HATE mayo usually but their garlic mayo is to die for I can’t live without it

This business is constantly parking there delivery vehicle in the cycle lane forcing cyclists into the bus lane, upon being asked to move the car out of the bike lane(also double yellow lines) both the driver and the front of house staff were extremely rude, saying how they ‘don’t care’ and I should take it up with the council, after the driver left the bicycle lane he proceeded to drive down lewes road scrolling on his phone!!! Pizza Knight should only hire drivers that know, understand and follow the Highway Code - images have been forwarded to traffic police :)

Customer service wasn’t great last time I went in but it’s cheap which is a selling point. I got a grilled burger which was dry and inedible too :/ needs someone checking the quality of the food to have some sense of care in what goes out. The fried chicken burger and the pizza deals are decent especially for the price 👍

The taste of magic and quality. If the Norse gods were to dine together, they'd order from Pizza Knight. Boss man makes all his pizza fresh and serves them with a smile. All ingredients are fresh and fast service is what you'll receive. Buy one get one free.

Ordered via Uber. They marked it as out for delivery, but it didn't arrive for over 40mins after being "out for delivery", and even when it did arrive (after two calls to find out where it was), one pizza was missing all of the meat, another was overcooked, and the chips were freezing cold. They will lie about delivery times, and send out incorrect and substandard food.

Would wish that they didn’t ignore brown people to serve white people, was waiting there for ages whilst he sucked off white people instead of putting vinegar on my chips. If ur white then they LOVE YOU GUYS! - you’ll get the express service for sure

It's very disappointing experience with the restaurant, I ordered from Uber Eats and then got a call from the deliveryman that he is in front of my door, I asked him to leave the food in front of the door and in less than a minute I opened the door, but I didn't find anything!! Which logically means that he didn't really leave it!! So, I called the restaurant and they said it's not their problems and might be someone took my food!! And I'm 100% sure they didn't deliver it! So it's really disappointing and frustrating experience

I always pop into pizza knight when I'm passing or feeling a bit hungry, i have always recieved top quality service from some really nice guys, the food is really good and the prices are too. They have a big selection on the menus so there is something for everyone.

Delicious pizza at a cheap price. Quick service, and friendly staff with a wide variety of options. Always give an extra wing, and delivery is also quick. Definitely recommend this 10/10.

Best Double Pepperoni in Town. 10/10 And its buy one get one free so if you're getting a medium pizza (good size) for only about £6.50. so that's very cheap. Best Pizza In Town give then a try, you will not be disappointed :)

Just got a chicken fillet burger from here it's probably the driest non succulent chicken ive ever tasted... I get that your a pizza place so maybe you should just stick with pizzas because that was awful

Food was great, only thing I’d change is the kebab pizza should have the proper donner meat instead of small chunks . Other than that great .

Done a pick up on the food and they missed one thing and came and dropped it to my door within 5 min will always use again great service 👍🏻

Great service and pizzas from Hassan and the team. Delivered to work on-time at set times throughout the day for team celebrations. Pizzas were excellent and Hassan is such a nice, helpful man. Can't thank them enough!

Most venues/restaraunts in this category (for example your local kebab shop) are dire in quality, always get things wrong and run late on deliveries. I have to say this is not the case for pizza knight, on only 1 occasion did I have a delivery go wrong in the **2 YEARS** that I have been ordering from here and the only problem there was food running around half an hour late. Yes when you call up they are very to the point and firm but this is the service you pay for when going for low budget food. Often whoever is answering happens to be a manager on shift, shop owner or kitchen chef. They do not have time for extensive Customer Relationship Management. In regards to that, they are very good with special requests. I am a bit of a pain when it comes to special requests as I always request a specific batch of Dr pepper and I sometimes as them to call instead of ring the doorbell. I even one time gave them a handful of pennies and 2p's to pay for a £10 delivery. Every single time they have been very reasonable and happy with me (personally I would have been annoyed with the last incident). You cannot fault them whatsoever. Firstly understand you're ordering on dirt cheap and then take your perceptions from there.

Very, very rude when called to check when pizza was going to be delivered as it hadn't been delivered at the time asked for. Called after waiting for 30 minutes. The man whom I could hardly understand shouted at me to go and report to "justice" and started miming me "pardon?" "pardon?" and disconnected the calls many times without saying when food was going to be delivered. Then cancelled the order!!! Never order from here if you are going to have a large party as they will leave you in a right mess without taking any responsibility!

Amazing pizza, tasted soo nice, fresh and tasty. Really cheap. Friendly and speedy service. Would choose this 100% over dominos or pizza hut.

The ingredients were of appalling quality and tasted cheap and synthetic, the whole pizza tasted of cardboard and I was simply left feeling sick. There's usually no stopping my friend and I from wolfing down a pizza and neither of us had eaten since the night before, yet there were two slices left at the end and leaving them was the only thing I didn't regret about the experience.

Ate here often on my trip to Brighton. Best cheesy bites crust pizzas and beef burgers were great too

The worker Ibrahim swore at me and they where at fault for messing up my order. Never get food from pizza knight they serve pigeon instead of chicken and i will take it to the lab to get verified because the chicken they told me to keep and give me money bk aint chicken. Who knows what else there serving. Could be human meat for all we know

This is not food. The crust is carton, the cheese has no taste, this is simply the worst pizza I had in my entire life. It was cold because we had to wait 2 hours for a bite before to... vomit. I swear, I don't complain usually, but I wouldn't​ even want a voucher from that place. To think about their pizza gives me shiver. Just avoid

These guys work well, timely and consistently. Dough is nice, not so much of an Italian style thing but more American style. But I am Italian and I like it eheh. My favourite is my version of pizza kebab: doner meat, tomatoes, jalapeños & onions. Their fried chicken is very good, one of the best in town. Prices are fair. Keep it up

Food is good but the customer service by the guy over the phone is appalling! Called up to chase up our order as already 15mins past the time they agreed, said it would be another 10-15mins, when I said asked why every time there always late, he's response was"then don't order" then tells me I should cook my own food too!
