Pizza Kingdom in Middlesbrough

Let me be clear pizza kingdom is trading under the name Napolita. It was sold 1 year ago and for those who didn’t know, the name has only recently changed which im guessing is due to the number of returns by locals. I have been going to pizza kingdom since i was 16 years old and im now 37. I loved the place, food and staff. But last year the owner decided to move on and sold it on. It was trading under the same name but i decided not to use them until recently. I figured they deserved a chance. I wish I hadn’t! Shops layout had changed, the quality equipment that was once ghere was replaced by mediocre stuff. The burger grill had gone and i was shocked to see my burger being cooked on a pizza tray and in the pizza oven. I felt and wished id of walked away there and then! But having paid for it I decided to try it. 100% disappointing! The burger was like jelly, rubbery as if was out of can. Cheap thin meat. I ordered a double but the two burger slices were the equivalent to a single burger of the past owners. It may as well of had more salad than burger, chips under cooked and i could see the oil when being cooked had not been changed in a while. Having used them for so long, I would NEVER go there again. In fact it has somewhat tainted my memory of the last 20 years service. And is only too happy to see its name change to napolita! R.I.P PIZZA KINGDOM YOU SERVED US WELL

Just to let you know, when i took the salad out of the bag it was dripping wet, which went all over me! (not an overstatement). the parmo fell through the box because of the grease, or lack of grease proof paper. You dont really expect to have to change your leggings because a salad p'd all over you. Also you forgot my garlic sauce. js

The food was delicious and piping hot.

Ordered the meal deal for £11, paid for extra doner meat didn't get it, ordered chicken kebab, chicken wasn't cooked properly, parmo was half decent tho

Food is always good ordered time and again.

Rang up to see were my order was and all i kept getting was same excuse it had been sent out

Great food. It's been quite a while since the last time I ordered from here but the food is still as good. The only issue is that it's a little more expensive than other pizza places.

Got a Parmo but ask for garlic separate cause my son dose not like garlic and it came with garlic all over the Parmo and ask for no onions on salads and the where onions on it

Pizza Kingdom are an amazing takeaway. they've been my local for more than I can remember and always go above and beyond for me! I genuinely will never go anywhere else. food quality and taste is amazing. best in boro x

food was horrible Hot shot Parmesan didn't have no jalepenos on it, chips were cold best thing about it was my two cans of warm Fanta!!! not impressed

Only place I'll go but last couple times don't know what's going on With the chicken they use in the chicken kebab. Twice now the chicken has not been cooked properly baring in mind I left a note on last order asking for my chicken to be cooked properly unlike last time

Food was lovely as usual, all the staff are friendly. Can't fault anything.

when the order arrived we had been given the wrong drinks, chips where cold and you were looking for the garlic sauces. Won't be ordering again very disappointed

My order arrived 20 minutes after the stated time and the order was not complete. I ordered and paid for chilli sauce, unfortunately it was missing from my order.

Parmo was great, these guys do the best chicken kebab in Middlesbrough!

Food was spot on as usual. Never had any issues with these guys and delivery was 20 mins early! Awesome!!

As our local pizza shop we regularly order food from here and have it delivered to our house. Never has any of orders come to our door anything other than hot and having been to other local pizza shops before we first tried here, the prices are by far the best in the local area. Delivery is also quick, coming no longer than in 30-45 minutes.

My order was late but when I rang up to ask why it's late they explained that they had been really busy for the night it's only the first time they have been late with my order so no complaints

Best pizza in Teesside. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Pizza Kingdom is my regular pizza shop the staff are always friendly and food is excellent and always on time

Proper chicken parmo kebab meat and garlic was gorgeous to

Parmo was stone cold had to re heat it, chips were warm cold but garlic bread was good and garlic sauce was nice

Normally love this place but they seem to have changed the cheese they use and it's not as nice, still hot decent size portions though

Parmo burger was disappointing, chicken was tough and rubbery and the cheese tasted like it hasn't melted was big lumps of cheese on it!

Chips were cold and uncooked pizza wasn't bad but the chip scenario let the whole thing down

They didn't give me my garlic sauce witch ruined my experience

Parmo burger was tiny and bits of it were hard! spicy burger had no spice.....Usually ok from here but won't be in a hurry to order again!! overall Disappointed!

Ordered the food which initially came within an hour. To find the part of the order was wrong. So we called up and they advised they would send someone out with the correct pizza. As soon as the driver got back. 1 hour later the pizza turned up after a second phone call to them. They did try to compensate us with a free bottle of coke however the pizza turned up without the garlic requested. Which let the meal down. Again

Parmo and pizza was lovely and the cheese is amazing realy stringy

Quality as usual one of the best parmos in town and do a top chicken kebab highly recomend !!!!

All went in the bin was orderd for 7.00 as I was out with my children, it was there tea for when we got in. When I got back at 6.45 I found the food had been deliverd at 5.30 I was fuming it all got shot in the bin £17.50 won't be ordering again

Only one criticism I ordered it to be delivered for 9pm it arrived an hour early but I still enjoyed the food I ordered

Delivery time was good but the food it's self was not good the Parmo has a strange taste to it and the burger tasted like it had been sat there all night and re-heated, the salad was appalling the lettuce was brown and not good at all, used to go here all the time years ago how the standards have changed, won't order from here again!

Ordered 2 large cheese and chips, only delivered 1. Garlic bread was too soft and gooey the dog wouldn't even eat it!

Pizza is always hot and lush!.... Burgers always decent chips are amazing :) delivery time is always spot either comes before or just on time whenever we order and lovely service... definitly recomend

Usually great food but last week found big bone in the parmo and this week part of a staple on top of the donner pizza

0 ordered food before 7 2 hours later no food then to be told be at least another 20 mins but I'll shot a few extra tubs of garlic in haha I'm waiting to put my kids to bed what a joke

I've used these guys for a long time and have never failed to impress, good delivery times, chicken kebabs are awesome and a really nice parmo, I recommend to anyone

Order took 1.5 hours to arrive, phoned the shop up after an hour and the guy on phone said its just leaving the shop now. Ordered a meat feast pizza, it only had pepperoni and chicken on, also parmo came with a handful of chips. Disappointment to say the least

the chicken burger on this occasion had some form of plastic attached to a piece of the chicken. it put me right off and will not be ordering from these again

Disappointed i have always loved takeaway from here but last night my donner and chips looked like a dogs dinner , i never Received COCA COLA I PAID FOR ! overall put me off ordering from here .

Pizza kingdoms parmos have got to be the best in the area right now . . Trust me ive tried most of them & as far as im concerned none compare to sams, Always freshly cooked to order with crisp fresh salad & if delivered nearly always within the hour by a lovely & friendly delivery guy.Im not goingvto be going anywhere else from now on.

Service is appalling twice I have not received my drinks then to ring and say there will be delivered and still not been delivered 1hr 30 mins later asked for refund and said will put it on next bill well I won't be ordering again to put if on next bill ! Feeling angry

I always order from Pizza Kingdom, its my fav take away and only one i trust when it comes to Parmos i would 100% recommend to anyone, the staff are very friendly, and delivery is on time with a friendly smile :), the quality of food is great, they don't cut you short
