Ordered a chicken wrap tonight and will not be ordering food from Pizza Jim again. The food was only Luke warm at best but I wasn't expecting the shard of plastic from the top of a sauce bottle that I almost swallowed I've reported them to Doncaster Council via the Food Standards Agency and still have the plastic shard as evidence. I called the takeaway to speak to the manager to alert that there could be plastic shards in other orders as it was clear I had only one piece, but he didn't seemed concerned and was sure my order was the only one affected. So for anyone ordering anything with chilli sauce or garlic mayo on you food tonight (29/03/2024) I would advise you to check your food. 0/5..... average food and extremely poor customer service. As I said to the manager on the phone, you get one chance when it comes to food.

Disgusting made order at 10.45 paid online rang to check the order and taking cash orders only. Robbery.

Ordered our first delivery. Only a portion of Jim Special Kebab. Food was decent. Chicken and shish kebab were juicy. Not too dry like other takeaways. Marinated nicely. Donee kebab was also good . If I was not on diet one portion would be enough for myself only but I shared it with husband and he also got full. :) finally I found a good takeaway near us for ordering sometimes.

Ordered chicken Shish skewers, chips and salad. Chips were really nice, came with spice on them which was a plus for me, but could have easily done with 10x more spice. If I’d have realised spiced chips were an option I’d have happily paid a little extra to have a decent coating. Chicken was a bit bland, but was cooked well which made up for it. Good salad too. Would go again but wouldn’t get the chicken skewers.

Food was great, got a large portion of fries also. Excellent customer service. They also substitute the mushrooms for chicken as I requested.

Being using on and off for a while now but,seams to have gone down hill. Ordered donner meat and pita bread donner meat looks like scrapings from bottom of pan pita dry . Not good at all would not recommend.

I don't have take a ways much but if I do I go to urban, BUT I tried pizza Jim's last night and it was great, bye bye urban, hello pizza Jim

Feeling let down and will not be spending my money again. Chips soggy and meat had a very strange taste, did not enjoy.

Give this a go despite mixed reviews. Turn out it’s a great pizza place, our pizza was soggy, kebabs were tenders and tasty. Spicy Fried chicken actually better than KFC! We were very happy with our meals 😀

Came in 35 minutes as they said, and with extra onion as requested. Wedges are banging, all rnd nice service. Used more than once, one of best about tbf🤟

Will never use these again. Was told delivery would be 30-45mins this was at 7.02pm on a Friday night. Rang at 8.20pm told that my food was only just getting sorted. Finally at 9.05pm food arrives. Delivery guy didn't even knock on door so if we hadn't of heard the car we wouldn't have known he was there and to top it off they forgot the extras we had paid for. I understand its Friday night but that is ridiculous. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered chicken burger with no mayo, chips and coleslaw , received chicken burger, with only lettuce, had to put my own onion and tomato on (stated as included on menu), chips were covered in spice, no mention of this coming as standard on the menu!!!!. Rang to advise and girl on telephone was very rude. Wont be using them again.

Pizzas ok , under cooked chips

Phoned up to order food which was over £40. Was told I couldn't have a free garlic bread or bottle of pop as I had ordered a burger deal in my order. Girl on phone was quite rude about me to her colleague. If she was going to speak about me she could of had the decency to put me on mute!! Foods beaut but customer service could be a whole lot better.

Always quality food and served with a huge smile. Accidentally ordered here instead of the Branton one and will now go always a little further to Pizza Jim's in Rosso

A nice clean takeaway where the staff are helpful and the service is quick.

If I could leave no stars I would . We’re stopping. in a hotel not too far from pizza Jim . We had issues ordering on Just Eat , the website telling us that they don’t deliver to the hotel mentioned . Although I called and confirmed that they indeed do. After some fafing around trying to get a menu on line we had to use the JustEat menu. So I called and spoke to a lass that proceeded to laugh at my request of a certain burger . One the JustEat website said they did . This call handler (and her friend in the background found this all good fun) couldn’t stop laughing at my request and to my annoyance I decided to end the call. In future how about treat all your customers with the respect they deserve!

Delivery driver assaulted me while I was wait for my pizza to be cook. All do with leaving the door open after he'd been asked to shut it. He is still employed by pizza Jim. I'll never go there again. Value their aggressive delivery drivers than their customers

food was a little cold and forgot cans of pop. come straight out with fresh food and 2 cans of pop. brilliant service

Easily the best pizza in the area. The fries in the brown paper bag with chip spice are exceptional. Always fast delivery.

Always great food,lovely service.a couple of times had the wrong drink or forgotten something but always sent a replacement straight away. Usually say 45 mins for delivery but always about 20 mins!

disgusting service, i placed an order for me and my family, the order was canceled and they "forgot" to let me know. they say they canceled it based on the fact i live too far away, this is a mere 2.5 miles away from the takeaway

Disgusting service.. Person on the phone struggled to understand a simple order 1/4 chicken burger no lettuce just tomato & mayonnaise 2 portion of chips and 1 10 inch HAM pizza Sent a margarita pizza - phoned to make simple complaint - I also said I can't leave my portion of chips here until you replace pizza as they would be cold!.. He started saying it was my fault! - No it wasn't he struggled to take the order but he repeated it back to me before hanging up so how is it my fault they sent out wrong pizza - refused to send out a portion of chips with pizza to swap for the cold chips & wrong pizza.. Said if I didn't like it he would only refund the WHOLE Order.. I did state I didn't want a refund just wanted their error correcting.. But nope!... Apparently sending driver out in 10 minutes to pick up this food and give me a refund !... Disgusting attitude & service.. ! Oh and if they want to state I didn't order a HAM Pizza - I have an app on my phone which automatically records ALL CALLS I make or receive. which will come in handy..
