Pizza Jim in Doncaster

Staff tremendously disrespectful I asked for tissue politely as it was an emergency since they had none in the bathroom and my girl was there, staff wouldn’t give me any and tried to kick me out

They don't give u an option to select no sauce my burger came with mayo tomato's and the worker was so disrespectful and put the phone down while I was speaking

Ordered food tonight I ordered cheesy chips, a chicken strip wrap and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It turns up to then be the just a tomato pizza no cheese or nothing?? I then rang them up about it and asked if they would also swap the chips and wrap as they would be cold by the time I got back bare in mind i had to pay for a taxi my self to go and collect the correct food. I then got there to be handed just a pizza and a bag of chips? No wrap, no cheesy chips. Some chips what I didn’t ask for? The service is shambles. Order from these at least once a week. Won’t be ordering again👍🏼

Shocking takeaway good took 1.5 when we was told 45 minutes. Food was cold when it came and got short changed because the driver didn’t have enough change. Called them shop multiples times no offer was made to resolve this. Disgusting

Ordered 2 donor wraps for delivery and there was hair in both of them....Pizzas are good though but unfortunately after the hair experience we won't be ordering again

firstly the 1 star is for the delivery driver that handled this awful situation as best as possible. me and my friend ordered 2 children's meals for our 5yr old boys, it arrived without a drink or toy/lolly and was more expensive than stated on their menu, I rang to say items were missing which caused the children to cry, the man on the phoned apologised and said we could have a free meal tomorrow, we rang the nxt evening to be told nothing can be done without speaking to their manager and its too late til tomorrow now, which is today, I've rang to request the free meal, to be told it wasn't what was said, I explained the call is recored and I was cut off and told I'm just yrying to get free food, i very politely explained that its upsetting and wrong to do yhis znd asked to make a formal complaint, he then said u make it to me and if i order food he will send the drinks and lolly, I said no i am not satisfied and will take it further, the phone was hung up on me

The food was average, hence, three stars. There was nothing special or exceptional about the experience, but it was more than adequate after a night out in Doncaster.

Just had 2 mixed donker wraps delivered with a bag of paprika chips. The meal was excellent, best kebabs we have ever had.The chips were perfectly cooked, very pleased, very polite delivery driver thank-you

So after waiting 1hr 20 mins, the driver turned up and couldn't offer any change (order £32, I only had x2 £20 notes). He then said "sorry, no change" and drove off with my order. I called pizza jim and explained for them to send him back 15 mins later and the driver said he'll go and get change if I give him the money...... and no food..... well hello! The food will surely be more cold by now...! Won't be using these again as this is now the second issue we have had

I prefer the outlet in Bentley the customer service is spot on. Silver street branch says one thing and does another and they paint you as the villian when they get it wrong.

Order took 40 mins to arrive when it eventually arrived everything was cold they say sorry contact us via email where is the bloody email address

Just ordered, Never ever have I had any bad meals from here until today, ordered at 18.30 told delivery 40 mins, took over an hour, it was burnt and cold, rang up to complain they said it was not burnt just over cooked and will send another one out, I asked how long they said 40 mins, it's now 8pm let's see. Overall I'm not happy 👎

We always order on just eat but this place is really good! Don't know what the 1 star reviews are for as we have ordered from this place many times since the beginning of this year and they have all been 5 star worthy, especially for the pizzas. We ordered tonight at 7.29 and we got our order by 7.55 which was early, still piping hot as always and we live in bentley. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Ordered for delivery took 2 hours ordered abit of all sorts kebab,pizza,burger every single thing was cold taste like rubber beat part about the whole takeaway was the onion on the salad definitely WOULDNT recomend for delivery only good to eat inside or get after a night out on the town

One of the most shocking experiences I’ve had from any takeaway when you state in note you are allergic to tomato n lettuce but you place them on the salad of my order, if I didn’t see them at all and started eating the salad it would of killed me that’s how bad I am but it ruined my food which I couldn’t eat any of it, food and hygiene from DMBC will be in touch with you Pizza Jim you are f##king shocking

Do yourself a massive favour and find another take away service, or alternatively eat from your closest bin. The food is completely inconsistent and bland, you do not get your moneys worth and they always miss items off your order then give you an attitude for asking where it is which in my case was apart off my sons meal. Further more, who in the right minds covers a Children's meal with spices over the chips! No child would want that and how much chicken is in the nuggets? Texture was like porridge! Ordered sauce on my food and told me it hadn't came through, then gave me attitude and put the phone down. Looked at my order after it clearly said garlic mayo and chili sauce so rang them back and just gave me more attitude... never ordering again from here. Learn some customer service skills...

Nearly every time we order something comes wrong, last night we should of had a free garlic bread with cheese and fetched pop instead rang them they said they will fetch it out...they didn't fetch it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Ordered from here for the first time tonight in the hopes of a good meal, no such luck. Our meal came early but two of our meals were wrong. Called the shop only to be given attitude and was made to sound like I had not asked for the food that was sent wrong. The tag line on the order Menu is "since 2001 freshly made", the kebab meat was the taste and consistency of a doner made in 2001. Will never order from here again, pathetic joke of a takeaway !!!!!

shocking customer service and telephone manner. Food didn’t turn up had to wait over an hour then re phoned back up and they said they it would be 10 minutes,30 minutes then past still no food so phoned back up and they had apparently lost are order and had no order for our address, so re order our food and now 2 hours later still no food!! then order from somewhere else came in 15 minutes

Shocking service. Driver turns up with no change and expects me to sort it. Phoned the shop and was told to sort it between the driver. Maybe next time send your driver out with a decent float!! Absolutely shocking!

ordered food at 00:34, hot wings, nuggets, chips, and 2 can of coke, they told me it will be delivered in 45 minutes! It is 1:30 now and no food arrived, and I’m pretty sure I won’t get the food tonight! unbelievable

worst customer service I’ve ever revived. Didn’t get our food, said they knocked, they didn’t, when I rang I got shouted at by the staff.The guy was ridiculously rude, refused to help and hung up, leaving us without the food we had already paid for. Wouldn’t have been so angry if there was an ounce of professionalism but the way we were treated was apaulling.

Absolutely terrible, placed and order for a chicken wrap and donner kebab plain with cheesey chips and they forgot the chips but when we rang back they said that we didn't order them and it was £16.60 for a wrap and a tray of donner meat. How do you work that out ? Will never order from hear again!!!!!!
