The menu as always with KFC is complicated to get the food you want on meal deals. No longer value for money for fast food. The staff however were really helpful.

This franchise in this location is a scam for a year now according to a staff member has been closing at 10pm every night even though it states on the Internet and front door it closes at 11pm. I have just been to the front door and much to my supprise got turned away. Change this it isn't hard. If you want to close at 10 then close at 10. But don't let people think they have more time kind regards gary.

Absolutely sick to death of this place. I have been let down numerous times at the kirk Sandall outlet. Every time my food has been wrong. And travelling back to thorne its too late to travel back a 17 mile round trip. I have complained numerous times and all you get is the same bollox. We will try to improve our staff and do better. My orders miss gravy. I order large. They mostly are not. I ordered the £14 - 8 or 9 piece bucket with fries. Got an 8 piece strip with no fries. Paid extra for large gravy. No bloody gravy. I also know I am not the first to complain I know many others who do. Ripped off all the time. Enraging me all the time as I am too tired to come back.

Terrible cold food , long wait , took payment for food they don't have and this is not a one off happening regularly avoid like the plaque

So, I went as a hungry I am, wishing for some good chicken with my boys, we spent £38 on absolute garbage, there was plenty of chicken strips to be served but I heard the employe on the desk say that he just couldn't be arsed to cook them, after a excruciating wait of over 45 minutes for the food to be given, I sat in my car thinking it would make up for the long wait, I open the box and see the chicken burger was the length of my index finger, IT WAS TINY, the chips were fairly nice, nicely salted, gravy slapped, bbq sauce was warmer than the flipping burger, the bread stale, the chicken tasted like chicken but it was not even room temp it was below that, no salad when I asked for it on the burger, cheese was not melted because of that cold chicken, I am still hungry after spending so much money on absolute rubbish, please take this review seriously as I am absolutely disgusted with the service of the rude employees and the terrible food, please learn and get better kid. not happy.

Food awful and dried out place was dismal, staff ok but will drive on by in future

Called in today on way back from car meet on our way home. Service absolutely horrible, ordered online still waiting 20 minutes to get order. The burgers gave halved In sized 16 chips and no value for money. Will definitely not be using again.

The place was empty!, the staff were all stood messing around behind the counter, and they've stopped doing coffee!, went to McDonald's

staff were friendly and helpful. Place was reasonably clean right after lunch (busy period) when we went.

Was served raw chicken showed manager and they gave me a voucher code to use then when i went back they refused the voucher code they gave me. A mickey mouse company avoid at all costs Online Customer service wasn't any better

This place needs friendlier staff and ones that know what that are doing I wanted a krushems didn't have it and wanted colslaw dident have it wanted pepsi original and got cherry insted

Half of the sides not available. Long wait,When I got home half of my chicken missing. Called numerous times only to have the call cut off. I won't be eating here anymore. Let's see if you contact me for a refund.

I say to myself, I won’t go again and if it wasn’t for my son loving KFC I wouldn’t. Such slow service when it’s not even busy. 20 minutes for a boneless banquet and a Pepsi, no one waiting just us. A lady even came outside and asked what we had ordered ? after 20 minutes. It’s a shame not all the staff work as fast and efficient as the manager.

Impolite staff and poor management.

Awfull customer service and management. Waiting for 1 hour for a collection. Then they put 5 orders in one packet which was torn. I asked can you put to another pack, they did after 10 min. No body responded to my complaint.

Complete incompetent staff don't read order notes sent food cold with what was requested not to be on it due allergies when phoned told to bring back to change or ask for refund no help whatsoever explained I ordered for delivery due to not driving

Food what food 25 mins later forgot my order gave money back no apology or nothing others whilst there order wrong ,burnt chicken and half a box of popcorn chicken avoid go to others in the town area

Yesterday came to this place which is 20min drive. All tables was dirty first what I notice but didn't matter because I ordering takeaway. But well surprised when drove back. They forgot 4 packs of chips. Was left with only meat and sauces. But no point driving back for that. Just a piss take that. Not coming back to that place.

Ordered from hear to my adress and nothing turned up ordered £30 pound so no refund gave us a number which could not get through to for the delivery driver to delivery our food to the wrong address so someone is enjoying our food we paid for and nothing can be done about it employee was not even bothered neither over the phone not ordering from hear again robbing should have a code sent to the email so no one can steal food

Waited ages despite ordering via app for collection. Order 6 piece bucket & got 4 drumsticks 1 thigh & 1 wing i.e. all the cheap stuff.

Just been in brought a 10 peice bucket just got home and only got 6 peices but charged the 18.99 for the bigger bucket. Not 1st time either from this one. Theres also rats running around the car park so not the best advertisement. Wont be going here again.

Second time visiting this branch, first time boneless chicken was very dry and fillet in the tower burger was extremely over cooked, was in thorne again today so decided to give it another go, unfortunately it was exactly the same out come as last time, chicken dry and cold, unfortunately I will have to make that my last time visiting the thorne branch

Since the local Taco Bell closed 😭😭 KFC next door had to become my new fast food place. (🖕🏼McDs ) The food is great as always and the service is even better! I went for the drive-thru twice in the last couple of days. The pretty lady who took both of my orders seems very kind and professional in what she does with a great attitude too! The food was made very quickly, only took a few minutes at most 5/5.

Honestly the worst KFC we have had! Every table was disgusting, no excuses as the restaurant was empty. The food was terrible and Customer service wasn't any better.

awful. all tables were filthy. boned chicken wasn’t even a real piece of chicken and also greasier then a chip pan. gravy was water and looked like cat sick. boneless chicken was as thin as a pencil and tiny. staff did absolutely nothing and wouldn’t even replace the “chicken” and apparently don’t even have a manager. wish i could put 0 starts worst food place i’ve ever been to 🤢 i mean come on what even is that ⬇️

Avoid don’t waste your money food quality is poor normally cold and every time I’ve ordered there’s always been something missing or wrong won’t ever be ordering again you have heard the phrase dogs dinner well even dog would turn its nose up

Well I thought I’d give this branch another chance after avoiding it since my last visit over a year ago! Big mistake! Paid £19.99 for 5 overcooked chicken legs , 1 tiny thigh, popcorn chicken and 4 tiny bags of chips! They forgot the 6 chicken fillets, I was home by this point so rang to complain they offered discount next time I go in! I won’t be going in again!!! This branch just can’t get itself sorted which is such a shame, last time it was so slow, this time it was fast but half order missing! It’s just a disaster. Never again. The chicken was nothing like other kfcs the gravy was a thick warmed up mush just totally horrid meal and gutted that it’s no better than it was last time!

Food is always overcooked and dry other ones further afield are a lot better.

Absolutely awful! The chicken was so greasy it was dripping! Waste of money and actually ruined the end of a perfect day up the moors. Staff were friendly but productivity was low.

Ordered a 4 piece meal, which I got but, 4 wings was a little less than I thought I'd get for my money

No hot Choc, no chicken hot wings, not good enough, if just a blip then fine, but we've had this more than once here

Only 1 self service machine working, and it couldn’t print receipts. The “order ready” display is being fudged so that it says your order is ready well before it actually is. No mash, no wifi, only one type of dip. Staff were apologetic and friendly.

Can’t fault this kfc , staff awesome but I had to comment on the heat, I was in there 5 mins and dripping with sweat, proper team players putting up with the heat and working in it

Great location for a quick bite to eat, but they always run out of items. The service is a bit slow. I've not eaten inside to rate the atmosphere, but I'm guessing it's like most KFC branches.

Service was terrible bagged most of order then told me 9 minute wait for corn or pick something else

Ordered on my phone for drive thru but the order got cancelled and money had been taken out, went inside to speak to a manager and she promptly rectified the issue without any problem at all

Can't say much about this place never got served so walked out.

After ordering we looked for a table and on doing so we found that all tables was dirty. We had to clean the table to be able to sit with kids. Then the food came and the chicken looked like it was last nights, the gravy tasted like it was off. Then I saw a member of staff emptying a bin, and take it outside. Then the same employee come back inside and go behind the counter and start getting somebody else's order ready without washing his hands. It's safe to say I will never come here again and I will not recommend this place to anybody.

All of the tables were empty but all were dirty. Had to ask for them to be wiped. Chicken was burnt and the gravy, bland

Food is good, the aircon still isn't working after 2 months so it's like an oven we had to sit in the car as it's unbearable. And the staff are miserable but I guess I would be working in those conditions.

Had to ring up as I’d forgotten to add something to my order, they didn’t have it in stock but was offered a substitution. Brilliant customer service from the lady I spoke to. Would recommend.

Took us 30 minutes to receive our food and chicken was dry and tasted as if it had been microwaved.

Once again items missing. Had to wait 20 minutes because chicken wasn’t ready. First no bottle of pop they had to go back and get it. Got all the way home to realise no gravy. This is the third time now items missing. So disappointed. That will be my last visit.

We have just visited the thorne restaurant & went through the drive thru. We had to park up & wait for our food for 15 minutes. And when it finally arrived chips were missing in one of the banquet boxes & gravy was missing from another. No serviettes or cutlery. And when I went into the restaurant it was like walking into an oven. Only one member of staff was on the till taking orders and there were at least 20 customers in the restaurant. Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible! I ask my husband to get me a 3 piece meal on the way home. The meal consisted of 2 drum sticks(dry and overcooked) and the smallest wing/breast, again dry and overcooked. I remember when KFC chicken meals were plump, juicy and in the 3 piece you get one drumstick, a breast and wing. NOT the scabby, minute meal I received. And certainly not worth the £10 for the meal. I will not be returning. Shame on you KFC

Visited this site several times and they rarely get the orders correctly. Always check your food before you leave or you will be back again.

OK so went in to order at the screens ,they need a software update and calibrating ,when we got food it looked like it had been thrown into the buns not what I expected

You should have the staff to clean and clear, simple! No response to this review is acceptable and no excuse can be used. Avoid.

Queuing and waiting for food 25 minutes .They give more time on the just eat type collections who take all the prepared food.And place was not even at full capacity. Won't be back.

All ways messing up the order and try and offer free gravy for their mistake and clearly the manager don’t do anything as all ways just chatting to the staff and not making the correct food Shocking service can’t believe I see people kicking food around in the kitchen last night disgusting not only that we had to wait a while to get the food and most off the food was missing! Food was hot, but not everything we wanted was available. Staff were polite and helpful, but seemed to "want to go home" after a busy day Atmosphere in drive through was a bit poor as windows were shut on us whilst waiting on food etc

All the staff is very professional, the food is very fast getting ready and a lot car park space.
