Every single time I order from this store I have items missing, the most recent time I ordered more than half of my order has been missing. Tried to discuss this with the store for them to accuse me of lying, said they would get a manager to get back to me but didn't receive any further communication. This will be the last time I order from this store. Would put 0 ⭐️ if I could.

Placed order at this dominoes by accident. Rang them up to cancel and to request a refund. They said it’ll take 2-3 days. Haven’t received it

Bit of a funny one but I made a telephone order for a 13inch mighty meaty with the £12 deal when I went to collect it the Instore who came the the desk Leah she brought my pizza and said it’s already paid for all though it was half cold I can’t complain about free food my order number is 029 ordered on 05/01/24 05:41 pm

Ordered 🍕 it's always been a very fast delivery hot and fresh..

£55 food order was terrible, I think they were running out of cheese as both pizzas and the 2 garlic breads, had nearly no cheese which made the meal horrible.

The pizzas are nice, but I have ordered with extra green and red peppers and that wasn’t added on, and i had to pay extra £2 for it… disappointing!

Great food, came really quick and was hot when arrived, can’t fault this branch at all, will be ordered again soon :)

Delivery is apparently a scam. We placed an order at 10:20pm and an hour later it showed as complete, yet we never received any food. I hope the driver "Danny The Unstoppable" had a lovely evening with the food that we paid for and he never delivered to us.......

All though the price is ridiculous we usually love dominos as our monthly treat. But last night was absolutely awful, one side of my pizza was so soggy, the dough went mushy so it was inedible. The other half I had a bite out and as I pulled it away I had the longest dark hair stuck in my mouth and still in the pizza I had moved away from my mouth. Knocked me sick, I don’t get how whoever prepared this didn’t know they was a 16” long dark hair buried underneath all the cheese & toppings. Couldn’t eat the rest of the pizza as I felt physically sick. Absolutely disgusting. Do not let the person with dark long hair make your food!!

What I'm tending to see with this reviews is that the lower quality ratings are those who got it delivered. We ordered a pizza, wings and a diet Coke for 10:30 pickup and it was on time and cooked fresh. Customer service was excellent, and informed us that they ran out of pineapple for our Hawaiian and asked if we wanted to change our order. The seating area was clean and vibrant, and we all really enjoyed our meal. There is a difference of opinion on this particular restaurant and the chain of Dominoes. 6 pound for a small pizza is ridiculous but they are not in control of that, so five stars.

Never ordered from Dominos before and having read some reviews of this store I nearly changed my mind. Anyway I am glad I didn't. I phone my order for collection and the phone was answered after a couple of rings and the lad introduced himself politely and took my order. I was told when it would be ready for collection and to my surprise it was waiting for me when I arrived. Excellent service and great pizza as well.

If I could give this domino's zero stars I would. Ordered a gluten free bbq pizza. They may as well have sent a piece of cardboard! It should of had chicken, bacon, peppers, onions and bbq sauce, this little frisby had nothing on it but a couple of pepper slices and a slither of ham, no sauce and it wasn't even cut into slices! Absolute waste of money.

I agree with other customers, are they using cheaper ingredients, it didn't taste like a dominos should, overflowing with tomato sauce and the thickness of the bases have altered, will go elsewhere in future.

Been in Mexborough with some business and because of the limited choices for lunch we went to Domino's. Clean place with fast service. A few tables to dine in but unfortunately they closed the toilet so we had to rush out. It looks like the place was open for take away only despite the few tables indoor

After placing an order I decided to read the reviews and thought I'm after making a mistake. I was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was fast, food was piping hot. Everything was perfect. Would order again

Only takes card payments. how do you pay if you don't have a card. domino's are discrimination to people that don't use cards

Pizza and garlic bread not cut.. Basic task..

Absolute rubbish! Only used the Mexborough shop twice and won’t bother again. Waited nearly 2 hours both times just to get badly made cold pizza! Barely any toppings and we had to microwave it both times. Never had this issues with wath!

delivery was sent out at 19:11, still no food an hour later, rang them and said my food has been delivered so i informed them it hadn’t been sent to the address i gave, they cooked my order again, to then send it out with the same driver, who delivered it to the same address as last time, then for my neighbour bringing me my food. i was stood in my garden trying to get the delivery drivers attention but was having none of it.

Last time I ordered , food order was wrong ! Was promised a free pizza next time , gone to pick up today !! No order , sent it out to another address by mistake & had to sit another 20 mins while the re made the order Guy just stood & shrugged his shoulders! Poor service , not the best domino’s food Will be taking it up with domino’s customer service Monday !!!

Gotta be the worst dominos I've had. Ordered for delivery was 10 mins late. Total 55 mins waiting. Pizza needed warming up. Also the pizza didn't take like a usual dominos, smothered with tomato sauce and as you can see from my picture the cookies were burnt. Won't be using this mexborough branch anymore

Cold and burnt pizza, side of pepperoni dough balls and no cheese no pepperoni? Constant disappointment, every time I risk ordering from this store majority of the time it’s cold , missing sides. Rare to get get what you pay for. Think the cold pizza is due to using moped drivers in freezing cold weather

Had problems last week with stone cold pizza but contacted corey the manager who did exactly what he said he would do. Had our free pizza tonight really nice as it should be. Thanks to corey he did well good customer service from the lad

Was late by nearly half an hour, food was tepid. Half the original cheese and tomato had barely any cheese. How it passed the "quality check" is beyond me.

Constantly phoning up over the last 5 months saying they’re short staffed and having to go and collect rather than being delivered. If you don’t have the staff either hire more staff or close.

Took an hour and 40 minutes to be delivered including being out for delivery for 45 minutes. No apology on the phone just the excuse that it is busy but no warning of this on the app. Also incorrect order when it was delivered.

Absoulte joke of a franchise, 2 hour wait cold food, despite having issues previously and avoiding ordering for a few months, tried again tonight and par for the course cold food delivery over an hour after driver had left with the order. Food turned away save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Ordered mighty meaty which is what I always order from here instead I received a meatior (bbq bade) which I don’t like, the bbq sauce tastes funny on it and it is not the pizza which I ordered. Paid £21.00 for one pizza and a dip which I cannot eat and customer service unwilling to accept responsibility. Full pizza in the bin.

Bits of order missing. Order out for delivery for a total of 40 minutes, there were multiple deliveries before us. Pizza was, not surprisingly, stone cold. Uselesz, don't offer delivery of you can't deliver, stick to Gino's pizza instead 💪💪💪

Would have been a 5 but disappointed no baby changing facilities 😞 had to change my granddaughter on the seating which wasn't appropriate. This is my only negative as the young lad that served us was lovely & the food was nice 👌

Very good pizza first time but not my last

Waited nearly 2 hours for a freezing cold pizza. One slightly burnt and the other had huge dollops of mustard on it making it inedible. Massive disappointment. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

If you want to wait for 2 hours while your order is messed up not once but twice then order from here..........

Lovely big space to sit and eat! Just feels like a restaurant in a way where a group can come and eat Lunch time deal is amazing too, 4 toppings!?! Yes please

Such lovely place, you can go in eat and there's some great offers and the Habernero Wings are amazing!
