What joke off a experience waiting 45 mins late for food then to when it come the driver didn’t even know my house number said order was for number 7 not 4 learn ya job properly seriesly then when food come it’s freezing what joke won’t be ordering again

I would have given it 0 stars if I could. Not a thing I liked. Best thing there was a can of pop. Chips were stuck together and freezing and the pizza tasted bad and was mush. I’m sorry I won’t be ordering again.

Really nice pizza, traditional thin and crispy base.

Good home made wrap, juicy meats, well seasoned and plentiful.

The lamb was burnted and the chicken was very burned the doner meat was not fresh and tastes like its days old .

This place is the best ever for pizzas. The stuff crust is simply amazing. How ever tonight, the quality of the stuffed cheese wasn’t 100% but we can all have off days. I chose this place over the big brands like domino’s or Pizza Hut. Price is ace

BUT THEY STILL KEEP GOING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, EVEN WHEN THE ADDRESS AND MODEL AND REG YEAR AND COLOUR OF MY CAR OUTSIDE IS ON THE INSTRUCTIONS TO FIND ME AND STILL CANT FIND ME. I EVEN GAVE THE GPS LOCATION ON JUST EAT APP TO FIND ME AND THEY GOTO A HOUSE AND NOT MY BUNGALOW BECAUSE THEY CANT BE ARSED TO READ TGE ADDRESS RIGHT AT ALL

shocking service,been regular customer, but after being lied to that apparently driver knocked on my door, when he clearly didn't and trying to charge me extra for resending the order out, when i shopped with them on weekly basis...hunged up on me twice and absolutely shocking customer service, feel sorry for the lady that works there as been pushed to deal with issue other person caused. lost customs from me

Never had an issue from here but tonight the nachos and donna were just crushed up badly with about two pieces of meat all dry too. Ordered a tuna jacket potato and put on the notes for coleslaw and cheese extra however just received a dry jacket potato with no tuna Mayo on at all. Coleslaw sour so couldn’t eat any of it. Just finished work too so starving and nothing else open.

Be warned when ordering from here. Food quality was absolutely atrocious. Chewing cardboard with a bit of cheese on it would taste better. It was late, and gross to say at the least. They said they delivered our food early when in fact it didnt come at all in the ETA , it came a lot later. Never again, im sorry, but im absolutely furious. No customer service at all. Definitely NOT a returning customer👎🏻 you’re a business, do better. If you want customers, make them happy.

Ordered online this evening placed the order paid for the order only to then receive a phone call from the restaurant Saying that I can't have the half and half pizza pie as I must pay extra as its more expensive, the lady on the phone was polite and understanding why Im not prepared to pay the extra, well massimo if you have a website that allows you to order what I did and I suggest you get some business morals and stand by your mistakes on your ordering system , I've ordered off yourselves for approximately 8 years or more and today you have lost a customer

When we called to inquire where our food was after 20 minutes after the latest delivery time given, we were offered to speak to the manager who shouted to the member of staff that we could just cancel our order pop with no other options. The staff member complained to us that there was only 3 people working today, and whilst I truly understand, this is not my fault and I would have been a lot more sympathetic if there had been any communication or empathy from the restaurant.

Meat was cold on kebab, no salad as ordered, possibly a 1 off as I’ve had many of orders without any issues. But this time not impressed..

Tried the man v food wrap It's so efficient, I've upgraded my bathroom to a five-star establishment. Who needs a cleanse when you can have this culinary masterpiece do the job? 10/10 for expedited digestion, 2/10 for life choices.

even though the order was early. did not enjoy my cheese and chips wrap couldn't eat the wrap it was hard and cut inside of my mouth because it was so tough and hurt my jaw. to say it was 6.50 for the wrap not really impressed cos I didn't it it all! then to top off the delivery driver was really rude. no hello how are you. just went light.... I couldn't hear him properly so I said excuse me and again rudely went light.... can say will not be ordering again...

What can I say. Delivers a menu to my house and breaks the letterbox. It's screwed shut for a reason don't try forcing it through you'll break it oooops you have. Don't try blaming other takeaways as only your menu in there the letterbox is at the bottom of the drive open your scotch eggs you'll see it. Keep an eye out for me menu boy!!!!. Owner doesn't care. Payback is always golden!!!!

Order two portions of nachos and wow, the ‘nachos’ were either cheap rubbish or out of a bag that was left open for a week proper rubbery and smelled weird and no flavour, gave me a funny belly the next day

Ordered a Pepperoni but received a Margarita!

Did ask for half n half bolognese and ham and mushroom with pepperoni , we got bolognese all over and two slices of ham and mushroom

Gone downhill over last few months, always order 20" kebab as have done fir the last year.. but lamb always too rubbery to eat so goes in the bin.. and chicken meat have to hunt to find any.. half handful of chips in it.. mostly kebab meat.. Becoming a waste to buy as not the big wrap we used to enjoy sharing.. As such we have started to explore other places to buy our food, shame really as used to be very nice.. My advice would be to stick to donner kebab if u want donner, chicken if u want chicken because your nit getting a very good mixed kebab

I ordered a chicken tikka last week and it was really nice. So I have ordered again.

Usually I love getting chips, cheese and coleslaw from there as their coleslaw is lovely and creamy but not tonight. I don’t know what happened but tonight’s food was pretty poor. The chips and cheese were cold and rubbery and the coleslaw was like the cheap stuff from the supermarket only full of carrots and very watery it was awful. I’m hoping this was just a one off.

no matter what we order it is always delish, hot and always early.

Food we ordered was amazing we won't be ordering from anywhere else anymore. Just hope it stays as nice as this and doesn't let standard's drop like other takeaways do after a while. I will recommend the chicken Parma and the massimo mix the massimo mix you could even share between 2 of you.
