Convinced my food wasn’t even cooked

Only popped in for a quick bite to eat to takeaway. Staff were all friendly and the service was quick and smooth. All what you need if your in a hurry . Great work

Another delivery letdown. Ordered before dinner rush on Sunday to minimise chances of delays. Website showed estimated delivery time. After that had been missed, got an SMS to say it was taking longer and they'd be in touch when it was on the way. Didn't get another SMS, just driver landing a lot later. Kids ended up picking a lot of topping off as they were over done. Filled in survey and did a customer contact email, but got no reply. Cheeky part is, got a follow up email asking if we wanted to send driver a tip. We've had some issues with this branch in the past and thought we'd give them another try. Doubt we'll bother again and will just stick with The Curry House. Fully expecting a comment from social media team apologising and asking to get in touch. Let's see if you actually read these properly. I already mailed the LACL address and no-one has responded.

They charged me extra and staff wasn't very friendly. Also the food didn't even taste good. Bad experience
