Pizza Jim's in Brigg is getting better and better, the food is really good and the delivery service has been spot on lately only wait no more than 30 minutes for food to arrive.

Great service and just what you want after work, kind and helpful staff and great food it hits the spot. Short waiting time ready in no time.

They fo amazing kebabs they have a good selection lamb donner and kofte and the pizza is top notch and the garlic bread is my favourite

Ordered for first time. Food arrived hot and chips was still crispy considering how far they'd travelled. Nothing soggy. Large portions the mix kebab was amazing .

Not the best took 2 hours and I get that weekends are busy but after waiting that’s long for food to be missing when I phoned all I got was what can I do to make you happy I said send the missing food he said I carnt do that 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ So 2 of us didn’t eat

We ordered a meal for our family at 5pm it came to 8pm and still no food delivered, baring in mind there were children that hadn’t eaten!! Kept telling me the food was on its way every time I rang which clearly it wasn’t!! I rang back at 8.45 and the manager came on the phone and spoke to me like a piece of rubbish absolutely unprofessional to say he was a “business man” what a load of tosh! We will never be ordering from this takeaway again it’s an absolute disgrace of a place no respect for the customers at all. 9.30pm and it arrived by that time my family had gone home and had to go to the shop to get something to eat! Disgusting service to say the least!! If you don’t have the staff to produce food on time then employ more staff!!

Waited over 2 hours for 2 pizza platters a children’s meal and a 12” pizza for it to turn up with a handful of chips no spice on the chips and looking like it had just been delivered by a dpd delivery driver

Normally I have nothing but a pleasant experience ordering from Pizza Jim however this evening the standard was very low. I ordered a pizza, my son a burger, and after eating it we have both had the worst tummy pain ever. It has certainly put us off ordering again, I don’t think my toilet would let us anyway.

Excellent pizza had the pepperoni and cheese it was delicious 😋 properly cooked. Staff were lovely and friendly👍Would recommend. One of the loveliest pizzas I’ve ever tasted. Thank you 🙏🙏
