We order regularly from here. Usually for kebabs but the occasional pizza. The food is of high standard and is very consistent. Last night we ordered x2 mixed kebab wraps and x2 mixed kebabs. Mum said it was the best she had ever had. My only complaint and its only a little one is I don't like the garlic mayo. Its bitter. Other than that cannot recommend this place enough. Fab food every time.

ordered food at 7, rang up at 7:45 they said it was on its way, waited another half an hour so I rang up again for them to say it would be 15 minutes, it’s currently 8:50 and still not food, kids are hungry and tired, nearly 2 hours for a plain pizza. Ridiculous.

Not worth the money food wasn’t all that great! Never again. Only thing that was ok was the delivery on time! Food wasn’t hot but ok.

ordered a large mixed kebab,pizza and a kebab wrap with cheese wedges. cost £37.50. i was expecting fantastic food with good portions as friends from work had nothing but good words about this place. i can’t put into words how disappointed i was!! the house special mixed keba was small literally a few pieces of donna & chicken on a garlic bread. the hot sauce must be made for a newborn and the wedges tasted like they had been cooked 2-3 times previously. i wouldn’t go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend what’s so ever. absolute dog 💩 never again.

We had a big family do away at a nearby holiday park and needed to cater for a party on the Saturday night. For ease, we decided to order some take aways, the vast majority of which were pizzas from Pizza Italia. We called through our order for 15 pizzas & garlic breads, chips etc. The order process was very quick and easy, card payment was available and we were told our order would be with us within 45 minutes. I did doubt this given the size of the order but they arrived as promised. All pizzas were piping hot and really tasty. Hats off to delivery guy as well who was a really friendly chap. They went down an absolute treat amd contributed to a very good night indeed! Many thanks - we really enjoyed where we stayed (Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest) and will be going again. When we do, we'll certainly be ordering from Pizza Italia again (albeit on a much smaller scale next time)!

We bought 3 pizzas online from Pizza Italia in Ollerton. We did it online so we didn't have to handle cash. The payment was made through PayPal and included the cost of the 3 pizzas and a delivery charge. When the delivery was made (half an hour late), the driver asked for extra money for the delivery! I explained that I had paid through the website and delivery was included and paid for in full. He went on to try and say every delivery had an additional delivery charge, irrespective of what was paid for online! Who is he trying to kid!!! I suspect he or they do this on every delivery. Why have an online payment system that includes a delivery charge and still try and demand more cash. I sent him on his way with no extra money, and he left the slightly warm pizzas with me! If this is the policy of Pizza Italia to try and get more money from every paying customer I will not be using them again. If there is an additional delivery charge make this clear when you order. This was not the case. All customers ordering online beware!! Just get in the car and pick it up, at least you will get hot food and avoid a delivery charge scam.

This is the best takeaway in Ollerton you guys must try it I’m sure you will love it too as we always do and get a pizza from here

Absolutely beautiful food! Came here about 5 times in a row! Cheeseburgers are so good! And all the staff are just great! No complaints!

Having just moved into the area we visited the Italian for our anniversary. It was mid week in October so was very quiet. The meal was good and the service friendly and professional.

Still my favourite, still the best, this is the pizza I judge all others by.Forget all the others in Ollerton and surrounding areas, this is the best. Fantastic value, fantastic pizza and friendly smiling service. Gush Gush!! We sometimes have a burger meal and they are pretty good too!

I love this place, the food is amazing and it's always red hot, the waiting time is nothing and of you have it delivered it doesn't take long at all. The staff are friendly all in all fantastic.

It doesn't look like much at all. It's on a parade of similar take away places but I would have to say that you should not judge a book by its cover! The staff are really friendly, the food comes out fast and fresh and for not a lot of money we got some tasty pizzas. I'd definitely go back and get the donner pizza next time.

Pizza Italia es la mejor llevar alguna vez, he estado pidiendo desde aquí durante años y nunca me ha decepcionado es la comida siempre caliente y sabrosa a la llegada!Los propietarios también dio una botella de gaseosa para mi cumpleaños este año en enero, lo cual me pareció encantador, personal de atención al cliente es muy amable. Recomiendo este lugar!

Que yo uso este sitio sobre una base regular, sólo una vez he tenido un problema que era una mezcla de ordenar, propietario me pidió disculpas y arreglado, la comida siempre es justo, no puede ser culpada, total y absolutamente recomendaría a cualquiera. Nada más que decir. Bien, supongo que puedo decir que es mucho mejor que el otro sitio pizza, Milano, no te molestes con ella.

Always use pizza italia they are always friendly helpful and offer good service ? I have never had and complaints regarding the floor Wether it be takeaway or delivered. All I can say is its a fantastic place to eat in new ollerton 😀

We had a takeaway from here for our tea on our first night at the sherwood hideaway. There are a few places that deliver to the retreat from the nearby town. We ordered pizza and chips that was delivered by Shaun who was a lovely man, very chatty and polite. The food is amazing.

We ordered twice from here it was that nice. The doner kebab and salad was the best I have ever tasted. Even got a chillie in the salad and sauce separate which was not stated but nice to put own on. Good portion size, great value for money. The delivery drivers know where you are at Sherwood Hideaway and must have their own pass to get access by the barrier. Not bad waiting times - no longer than 45 mins. Certainly recommend.

For a takeaway pizza restaurant, this is absolutely incredible food. I ordered the first time last week thinking it would taste like your average takeaway pizza, bland and greasy. Oh, how I was wrong. The chefs in here are amazing at cooking and they know how to make a great pizza!

Ordered food which was then mixed up, so called manager not bothered, ended up with no food from their had to go elsewhere in the end, better service from the other pizza shop in Ollerton
