Driver was going round in circles he must be doing multiple orders when my order was deliver it was cold

I recieved my order completely wrong. Not happy with the order as i did not recieve what ive ordered.

One star because it says buy one get 2 free. I only hot one pizza!!! I wanted 2 and that’s why I ordered. False advertising going on!!!!!

The delivery was late and The pizza was cold the taste was horrible

I’ve ordered plan chicken one and received chicken tandoori

I ask for thick base pizza , you gave me thin one . I am paying for quality. Don't fool costumers

I told them coke they gave Pepsi instead and the wings was of very low quality and half cooked 😞😞

Pizza would have been nice if Just Eat would have delivered within 2 hours

They set out the wrong pizza even though I put on the order I am allergic to mushrooms...

The driver was late and my food was getting cold in the restaurant. I am not happy at all

the delivery man took more than 20 minutes to deliver the order to me, and when he arrived at my building he refused to come to my flat and deliver the order. He was rude to me and made me go downstairs and meet him outside otherwise I would be without my food. He even told me I needed to pick up my order soon because he had another order to deliver!

Wings weren’t cooked properly we could see redish colour on them. Wings went straight to the bin

Not happy with quality of pizza today. Dough was not cooked properly. We were sent x2 seafood pizzas but we ordered x1 with tango. Restaurant apologised but pizza turned out poor quality. Waste of 2nd pizza.

I ordered two pizzas to be thick, And I get thin crust, Then I get the wrong toppings and a whole different pizza with no toppings at all, I am very disappointed with today order, And I would like to receive my money back, as u guys did not deliver what I ordered.

The delivery boy did not want to come and go up to my apartment. Detail, my doorbell works perfectly.

We only order pizza from here. They always taste good, reasonably priced and delivery is on time.

Pizza was so burn wen I call back didn’t offer me some of exchange or solution I use to order from this restaurant was no problem before but today like I said my pizza was un edible. Shame

This is the second time ordering and on both occasions the pizza was barely warm.. as for the BBC chicken wings, those were definitely NOT bbq wings at all.

I order every time extra dips and they never deliver them, food is nice and all , but never on time

Missing items! Pizza was not hot when arrived didn’t taste great

First of all the pizzas arrived Burnt, with black bits all around both pizzas. I called the restaurant and spoke to one guy and all he said was next time! I replied what about this time as we are not going to eat these pizzas. He the. Got someone else to talk to me. I explained it again, I felt like I had to argue my case as he didn’t believe the pizzas were burnt. He did however send some new pizzas and collected the burnt pizzas from us. The new pizzas were not as bad but it frustrated us.

Disappointed i Waited an hour and a half for a cold pizza n cold garlic bread only thing slightly warm was the chicken wings.

The food was late, I ordered around 12.30 and food turned up at 3. With items missing which was really frustrating. Will not shop here again.

Excuse me !!!you need to know that the wrap the was given to me was so good no exaggeration Too good

Excellent pizza every time. Ordered for friends who were helping with packing and they loved it. Instructions are always followed. We have no complaints, just a shame we will be moving soon!

The food was nice but even after they had 80 minutes to deliver the food they were still late by 15 minutes and only send 2 dips of sauces with 3 burger meals

Delivered burnt pizza. complaint and was first fobbed off saying it's not burnt when I could see it was I had two pizzas. After having a discussion was told they would send a new one after an hour! but the driver who saw me first time went to the wrong address and no one bothered calling me. Only found out after I called them. So in all we waited for 3 hours.. disgusting and on top they put the phone down after accusing me of not wanting the order and making them waste a pizza .

Their pizza is about as delicious as you can get in the UK, great prices, too. Friend in the area recommended them to me.

Lovely pizza, I wasn’t left disappointed

We usually love pizza from this place but food today was disappointing. Too many onions, cold food and they forgot our drinks. Thanks to driver for returning with them.

My delivery was late more than 25 minutes therefore I cancelled my order and I want my money. refund it. This is second time, first time my order was late and cold but I did not complete about it because shop maybe busy but for second time. It is really something is wrong.

The food was frankly inedible, poorly made and lukewarm. It arrived half an hour late and the restaurant were highly unhelpful when I phoned enquiring where it was- they told me it was 5 minutes away without even asking what order I was referring to.

I was given the wrong toppings however I have been promised another pizza

The food was awful the burger bun was soggy covered in sauce all of the chips are cold and card with no taste and the pizza's are all burnt and the kids pizza's are missing items didn't get drinks either massive let down

It took 45 minutes to make a 9" pizza and deliver to me... I'm a 5 minute walk away. .. Pizza turned up and was cold. Obvious that the delivery driver had several deliveries and I was last on the list..My pizza must have been in his bag for at least 1/4 hour.. very poor and partially burnt to add

The wings were outstanding. The pizzas I ordered were really really poor. Overcook, only tomato based, lots of cheese and almost none meat (pepperoni) I got deal of -%30 discount. I would admit that should not suffer quality as it came to mine. I will never order again from that place. Many thanks . K.

Delivery wasn't on time, late more than 10 minutes

My two previous orders have missed drinks. Today chicken dippers was missing. I was sent Mozzarella sticks and a burned pizza. Sticks were awful and dry. Burned pizza was binned.

Missed our garlic bread and mixed an item up with something else as they didn’t have enough of the original item. When I called about the missing item was told to contact Just Eat when to Just eat they sent me back to the restaurant who guess what - sent me back to Just eat! After 2 calls to the restaurant and 3 chats with just eat still don’t have my refund as the restaurants won’t mark my order as delivered! Save your self time & money & order somewhere else

UNACCEPTABLE STANDARD OF SERVICE!!! Took an hour and a half to deliver the food, delivered the wrong food and said they don't have any chicken left after delivering a different meat completely and refused a refund and then hung up on me???

The garlic bread was excellently made . The family deal was worth the price .

This is the worst place I've ever ordered from. Food took 1 hour 50 mins. I got a driver calling me that spoke no english at all and didn't know where he was. Then the shop told me it would be 10 minutes and it ended up being another 40 minutes. Food finally arrived and it was all wrong. Wrong toppings on both pizzas, no stuffed crust or cheese bites which i paid extra for. Cold, terrible food. Never again...

Turned up late after having to direct driver even though I gave clear instructions on the notes to restaurant. Short changed me only by a £1 so I think the driver needs some maths skills. Food was very poor. Ordered chicken wings but there is more meat on a stick than on the wings. Box that pizza came in was two sizes to big and pizza was crispy with hardly any tomato paste baste. Will not be ordering from here again and would advise anyone else not to order unless they have a very poor taste palate

My food turned up late without my drinks or dips and pizza was overdone when I rang to ask if they could cook me another pizza they said it would be the same as that one disgusting attitude and food!

The pizzas were so over cooked and smelt so bad they were inedible. The seafood one smelt as if something was rotten and the pineapple on another tasted of plastic. Items were exchanged on the order without asking me first. Overall quality is extremely poor. When I called them, they offered to add something to my next order ... I would never order from them again! However, the delivery driver was very pleasant and it arrived at exactly at the time stated.

Pizzas all overcooked.cheese was browned and edges of pizza dark brown..everything was luke warm instead of hot as delivery driver couldn't find address...plus on the order there was 1 portion of spicy wings 1 portion of bbq spicy wings...all wings thrown in a bag together...they were all spicy wings I'm assuming no hint of bbq... highly unlikely to reorder fromantic this pizza conpany

Salad in my quarter pounder constituted limp lettuce only the chips were soggy and the onion rings tasted cheap and nasty, and they forgot to give a bottle of Pepsi to the driver that I ordered then when I called the shop to complain they blamed the driver!! Driver was a diamond and went to the local shop to get me a bottle but won't be ordering of them again

Order came in earlier than expected and estimated. However, our drink wasn't delivered so we had to call them again. While we were waiting for the drink, we realised that there was no cheese crust on one of the pizzas that we ordered and paid for. Had to call them again and they only said sorry we ran out of it! We had to ask for money back from the driver and he kept on saying he can't give it back even though we didn't receive what we paid extra for! However, he gave it back at the end. Both pizzas were same even though we ordered deep pan and thin crust. Food was tasty, but minding all of the above, I don't think I will order from them again..

Ordered from here as was showing good reviews only for the food to be sent to a different address, then once arrives the pizza base was extremely under cooked, toppings all dry and seemingly off? When I rang up the restaurant to ask for a refund I was told I was wrong and there was nothing wrong with the food? I beg to differ other wise as the food is completely unedable. never have I been spoken to so rudely as a customer trying to resolve my issue, I have worked in fast food before and let me tell you that it is completely UNACCEPTABLE ! I Will be putting a word into food hygiene. Would definitely NOT reccomend this place. Disgusting.
