Eltham Kebab Express in Greenwich

I’ve ordered from here for a while now but recently the food has been absolutely amazing! THE CHILLI SAUCE IS INCREDIBLE! they make their sauce fresh and it’s the perfect spice! I don’t know what you’ve changed in your kebab but whatever it is KEEP IT!!!

He usado a estos muchachos muchas veces antes y decepcionadamente tuve crujiente carne y papas negras quemadas la última vez que ordené. Después de llamar y explicar y quejarse cortésmente, dijeron que podría tener un descuento la próxima vez. . . . Esto nunca sucedió. Tuve que gastar un mínimo para llegar a un cargo de entrega que no estaba contento de hacer. Como dije, normalmente genial, pero asaltado una noche y nada en su lugar para hacer las paces. No volveremos

Fuimos a la tienda por encargo. La comida era muy buena y servida rápidamente. Había asientos en la tienda pero nos llevamos. El personal no es muy amable o comunicativo.

Les había ordenado a ellos antes, la entrega extremadamente tardía, la malgasté la última vez, pero NO hay excusa esta noche. Nunca volveré a ordenar de ellos, el tiempo de entrega de 90 minutos es inaceptable, no se disculpa, y la comida llegó fría y poco apetecible. Error costoso, no puedo creer que pagué sus precios por comida basura y servicio de basura, ¡pero nunca más!

Ordered through Just Eat, food took a little while to come but was tasty and worth the money, although certain things on the menu are abit over priced. Overall food is nice for a takeaway after a night out.

Food was like warm, took nearly two hours to be delivered over all I will not be ordering from here again

We ordered from them over the phone, and although there food is delicious thy can take quite a while to deliver, I've waited over an hour before for 2 kebab wraps however there food is fab.

Used this place twice first time great second time was ok food was 20min late and cold. I ask for them to knock as i have a one year old, and not ring the bell but they didn't check the message left and rung the bell very frustrating.

Food was over 50 minutes late. Argumentative employee on the phone when I contacted them to complain. Very bad service, full of excuses and they had the cheek to blame Just Eat for unreal delivery times.

Great food and fast delivery. The only kabab shop that sold rumbaba love it.

Our takeaway was delivered within the predicted time and it was cooked perfectly.

Food was lovely if luke warm. A bit surprising given I'm 5 mins drive away. I'll still order from here again. The food is huge, tasty and well priced. Easily the best kebab shop round here!

I suggest anyone who is thinking of ordering their food from here think again they recook their chips a dozen times so they come back crunch and burnt and their kebabs are greasy as anything better off going to Atlantic grill in eltham

These used to be good a few years ago, dunno what's happened the food is Terrible, at 4 bits of chicken cremated, limp chips, not worth the money.

Food came later than expected and was stone cold needed warming up and the chips were re-heated not fresh won't be ordering from here again

Usually their food is delicious, however this time the meat was full of cartiledge so i ended up not eaten bf most of it.

No sauce or salad on kebabs as specified but the restaurant did offer to sort something out for next time Kebab just isn't the same without the salad and sauce

Food was cold , soggy and oily wouldn't order from them again took over a hour and 20mins for 4 chips onion rings and kebab..

Forgot the drinks then only returned with one drink when there should have been 2! Delivery time was set at the standard 45 minutes but the restaurant added an extra 30! Considering no drinks came with the delivery this was inconvenient although the drive did try to help by returning with one drink out of 2!

Food was delivered fresh and before the time given will definitely be ordering from them again.

My food was well over an hour to arrive and when it did it wasn't hot (but wasn't cokd) and the sauce was missing I feel disappointed as I use this place regularly

Delivery took 2hrs. Despite calling the restaurant& being assured it was on the way, still didn't turn up so got JustEat to intervene. 15mins later the food arrived. Unfortunately the chicken shish was dry, the rice was one lump. The lamb doner meat & chips was ok. The pot of mint sauce was nice tho & the restaurant did notice our special request.

I ordered 2 cans but only received one. Hope this will be considered with my next order

kebabs state of you want salad in it meat and chips don't I didn't want salad and I received salad all over my meat and chips if it don't state it don't put it on te meat and chips

Restaurant added an extra 40 mins on top of delivery time ... Ordered at 17.45 and delivery wasn't until 19.10!

The chips were burnt but the meat was nice. I was given coke but had ordered Dr pepper.

Ordered a Shish kebab expecting it to be a chicken Shish (there was no meat description on menu but it was next to a picture of a chicken Shish kebab) but it arrived as lamb. Called the take away who said there was an error on the leaflet but there was nothing they can do. Therefore will be reporting them to Greenwich trading standards as its a clear breach of the Trade Description Act 1968. Probably the worst customer service from a fast food outlet I've ever encountered. The other chicken kebab was ok. Delivery time was fast.

Prices have gone up, portions have got smaller. And the quality of the meat was appalling. The lamb shish was just fat. And the few bits of meat i could salvage were chewy and burnt. The chicken shish pieces were half the size they used to be. The Kofte was almost half as thick as it used to be. The 1/4 peri peri chicken was supposed to be mild but it was bland at best, and tiny. Ive been ordering from here for the last 8 years, how it managed to drop so much i'll never know. Im guessing new owners.... Also a one hour and fourty minute delivery time on a tuesday evening is ridiculous. The driver was new as well. Shame because this used to be a great kebab shop with top notch service but for the money i paid last night it just wasnt worth it. I get sometimes things change, i run my own business so know how it is, but this was too much and non of it positive im afraid.

The food took over an hour and when it arrived the lamb in the sheesh kebab was so chewy i couldn't eat it and they left out the two sauces I paid for. Won't be making this mistake again. Stay away

Nearly an hour later than first quoted. And late with it then. Left out my sauce It was so packed into one box it's put me off. Hardly any salad Sorry but won't order again.

Horrible service. Took 1.5 hours to bring a simple wrap. Rude on the phone and did not help to resolve problem. Driver, when he turned up, apologized in a flippant way which showed he didn't care in any way. Worst- the wait wasn't worth it. Food was horrible.

Fantastic as always, the Chicken doner was absolutely gorgeous today.

Forgot my chilli sauce. Kebab still gorgeous. Wouldn't use anywhere else.

After waiting nearly two hours for our food, it arrived luke warm & soggy, there was no sauce on the doner wrap as requested and very little lettuce, all in all a very disappointing meal.

I would not order from any other kebab place , tried before when eltham kebab's have not been online and it has been dissapointing . My only problem is that eltham kebab is not always showing online and my only way off ordering is through the app

When ever I order time always gets added to my delivery. I have to wait an hour and a half for my food

The food order was wrong, the order for a burger to have no salad and no mayo turns out to have mayo so my friend couldn't eat it at all. Also, the chips and cheese didn't have much cheese so it was pretty much just chips instead therefore not matching the prices paid for

Will never order from this kebab shop again salad wasn't worth putting on the kaban meat wasn't cooked properly stay clear

Today's food order wasn't the best. I ordered a chicken shish kebab and didn't get much salad and the pitta was cold. The food wasn't that hot at all. Generally I like ordering from here as I think they do really good tasty food, but just not today. Delivery was on time.

Took almost 2 hours from order to delivery. The mozzarella dippers were over cooked, they delivered a chicken shish instead of a lamb donner, which was dry and cold. I tried to call the restaurant for almost an hour and the line was constantly busy!

Absolutely awful service tonight ordered my food at 8.10pm it arrived at 10.00pm. No cheese on my cheesey chips, and the delivery driver told me he gave my sons juice to the last customer so had to do without. Waited nearly two hours for food that obvioisly was cold by the time it got here! My son is 4 years old also had to wait that long for food. They told me they would put a note on the system for free food next time but don't want to be waiting 2 hours for food thanks!!

After ordering lamb chops online, had a phone call to say no lamb chops, early evening at the start of the weekend. Was asked to order something else and difference would be put back into my account. This has not happened.

Order was not delivered. They were not able to find the address. Did not call. When we call back informed us we would have to pay an extra charge for a "re-delivery". We will never use this service gain.
