After not having a meal at Pizza Hut since being a young child, me and my friend thought that this would be an interesting option to revisit as the Taco Bell opposite was completely crammed. Immediately upon entering, I had a feeling not so dissimilar to what I felt when walking through the aisles of Wilko shortly before their nationwide closures - the place feels like it's days away from closing. The staff seemed less than pleased to be there, giving off most of the signs of being improperly trained and managed. After waiting for only a couple of minutes, one of the waitresses took us over to our table. The table itself seemed clean enough and being given physical menus was a nice touch. However, there wasn't any kind of instruction from our server on how to place an order - I'm assuming that it must be possible somehow to order without using the QR codes placed on the tables but it certainly wasn't made obvious to us. The pricing on the menu was incredibly expensive and frankly quite bold considering that you could spend the same money at the Pizza Express directly opposite and get full, smiling service and higher quality food for your money. I couldn't help but laugh at the fact that there was also a suggested tip section - for minimal service? I believe wholeheartedly in tipping generously when it's been earned, however asking for a tip before giving any service makes little sense to me. Alas, we placed our order - coming to almost £50 for a More for Me deal and a Margherita. The food took around 20 minutes - and so did the drink. One of the waitresses in the restaurant approached us with an empty glass a mere 20 seconds before the food came out - apologizing insincerely that the ticket had apparently not come through. Having worked in hospitality for a few years now I'm assuming that was most likely a lie - she probably just forgot - but everybody makes mistakes, and telling a customer that you forgot something doesn't always go down well if the customer is short-fused. fair enough. The food looked alright at first glance and the first couple of bites were fine, unfortunately I then noticed a hair in my Pizza but I wasn't entirely confident that anyone working would care enough and just left that slice to one side. I then decided that i needed a drink, so walked up to the counter and asked for one. The lady behind the bar didn't even ask me what kind of drink I'd like, just handed me a glass for the soft drink dispenser. I asked if i needed to pay for this, to which she said it was fine. Thanks! I'm happy to report that the Pepsi Max was top notch. We didn't end up waiting around for the dessert we'd ordered in the meal deal so cannot comment on this.

Disgusting, overpriced with limited customer service. Over £70 for raw pink slimy chicken bites, whenever asked for something was told yes then ignored not even busy. 5 year old ate 1 of the pieces of raw chicken before I realised so I hope she doesn’t get sick. £20 for a tiny pizza with burnt pepperonis. Had better pizza from the supermarket. Was told about a refund but has not happened and had no goodbye!

Awful experience at poole restaurant, we weren’t greeted when we entered, after 10 mins we were spoken to and offered a table, the table was dirty and wasn’t clean even though it was empty when we came in. We were told to order through the app as it would be faster which I did. After order there was no staff confirmation of the order or that we could eat. We helped ourselves to the salad but had no cutlery or serviette brought over. I asked about the refill drinks but was told I hadn’t included it so paid the additional £8 for 2 refill drinks, making it more expensive than the offer price. Limited pizza and no garlic break. Asked when they would have more and they said they had no more going in. Ate what little was on offer. I asked about the ice cream factory and was told that wasn’t in the price, even though by this point I had paid over the ‘bottomless buffet unlimited’ price so we went without. On leaving, my daughter who I was with, had more manners than the staff and still said thank you to the employee now at the door and was completely ignored. £45 spent for some left over scraps of pizza, I definitely won’t be going back to the Poole restaurant in a hurry. We visited for the Pizza Hut buffet and overall it was decent but I wouldn’t describe the overall experience as nothing more than average, not amazing but not bad. The salad bar was decent and has an array of different choices with plenty of dressings to choose from. There are 2 drinks machines available for where you fill up your bottomless drinks which tasted good. The ice cream machine was also good and offers your standard soft serve ice cream: quite creamy and refreshing. The pizza though was a bit hit and miss as was the service. When we first had pizza from the buffet it seemed that it had sat there for some time and there seemed to be quite a wait until they cooked and put out more pizzas. When they put out more pizza, it was hot, fresh and overall quite good. The service was a bit slow. We noticed some tables were left with dirty plates which were yet to be cleared away. Our sever, although pleasant enough seemed to forget about us and when she said she would return to take our order she was no where to be seen. To conclude, it was a bit hit and miss but I wouldn’t describe it as bad. I would return in the future but not in a hurry.

The establishment is in need of a face lift, which I can partly excuse considering the financial position of the Pizza Hut group in the UK. What I can’t really excuse is the overall cleanliness of everything else. Went to the salad bar and had to rummage through 6 bowls before I found one without food residue on it. Everything is dusty! The lampshade above the booth we sat was just covered in dust. Not something you want to look at when eating your meal. Ordered through the app as instructed and waited. The food came before the drinks, all while the manager was just standing at the end of the bar fiddling about on his tablet. So had to ask for the drinks to be brought when the food came. The food is really not great, I’ve had better oven pizzas. And the prices are astronomical for what you get. We had the pizza and sides, and piled all the dishes and crockery onto the pizza board to make it easier for a server to take it away. Multiple staff members, including the manager, and nobody bothered to clear the dishes away. We ordered deserts all together on the app at the start, but had to ask for them 3 times throughout a 25min period before they finally came. They were dropped off at the table, with the spoon inside the chocolate sauce, which I did find quite funny considering everything else. Now I worked in a few restaurants in my younger years, and know how busy it can get. But the manager was either just standing at the bar on his tablet, or walking around doing a whole lot of nothing. Walked past our table multiple times, but not once got anyone to clear our table. Just generally a tired, dirty, poorly run establishment, would not go back.

Don't bother , ordered 2 pizzas ,meat feast was fine but Margherita hardly any cheese or tomato sauce ,very dry waste if miney

Awful, ordered 2 large pizzas. 2 cokes. 2 bottles of bud, which supposedly on offer. £68. 99.! menu states a large pizza are £17, and something pence! when we went to pay bill, we’re told they are dearer than that, because it was a sharing meal, we left absolutely baffled, and a feeling of being robbed right there in that restaurant. so please be aware to check what you are paying for. The menu states a price, but the bill tells you completely different. Would never return..

Worst experience ever, was so insulted by the manager DAN! Walked out feeling extremely upset, would never eat in such a place, with employees that are so obviously prejudice. Dan assumed us to be travellers, we aren't travellers ( though that should not matter) one persons money is as good as anothers... We are just a large family and went away the weekend to Dorset with family and friends, a group of 16 of us. Half of the restaurant was empty my daughter in law asked for a table for 16. Dan refused the booking saying he wouldn't serve a big group booking ( company policy apparently). I couldn't believe my ears, so i went in asking for a table for four. Dan told me he didn't have a table for four. I could only have a table for six and a table for eight. So it went from you can't have a big group to you can't have a small group. So we said we would like to take the table of six and the table of eight as part of the group decided to go and eat elsewhere. Dan said we couldn't have the tables now. Asked us to leave the restaurant as he didn't want to serve a big group of 13 even though half the restaurant was empty. I asked to speak to a manager, someone above Dan. He said he was the manager😳 I could not believe that Pizza hut would hire a manager like that. So it seems that that Dan is typical of the quality of person Pizza Hut chose to run their establishments😳 Feel like we have gone back to the 1940's!!! Had a great time here last summer, returned this year expecting the same but were met with an entirely different experience. My friends and I waited at the door for a good while and assumed, despite the sign, that we could just seat ourselves and it was only because of this that a staff member (Suzie) came up to us and, rather rudely, told us to go back to the entrance. After this experience Suzie continues to be unpleasant to my friends and I saying there was no current availability and to come back in half an hour. I left the restaurant to chat with my friends about the game plan for the day, we decided we’d wait the half an hour, I return back inside to book the table we’d just spoken about and was greeted by a much nicer waitress (who I didn’t get the name of sadly), and we spoke for a short while with her saying she had room for us rather quickly. Suzie quickly returned replacing the much nicer waitress asking what I wanted. I then attempted to book the promised table, Suzie then asked me what time and I said any time works, then all of a sudden Suzie announces, without looking at the screen, that there is no availability. Whilst waiting I then saw Suzie admit two ‘walk in’ groups despite there being no availability. My friends and I will not be returning and this is purely down to the way we were treated by Suzie, I sincerely hope one of her managers reads this.

Came here with my family after a couple of hours of bowling, was super hungry. Ordering on the app was a real nightmare, especially for a child who has allergies and the waiting staff were just in a massive rush to get back to chatting rather than just take your order or help. Food came out within a reasonable time frame but, the chips were like standard oven chips you could cook at home (and we're not cooked fully), onion rings were under cooked, garlic bread wasn't too awful, my meat feast pizza was chewy, but tasted okay (wasn't very hot though but put that down to how long it took them to bring everything out, one thing at a time). Anyway fast forward 6 hours later, SEVERE food poisoning! Awful stomach cramps and pains, sickness - the lot, was NOT having a good time. Both me and my daughter shared my pizza and she was also throwing up (everyone else who ate different foods were okay). Overall as a place I used to visit alot as a child and absolutely loved, completely let me down, not only on the standard of the food but clearly the lack of hygiene care and food handling for the fact both myself and daughter were so poorly after eating here is shocking and I will NEVER be returning. Complaint has been made and doctors notes submitted as evidence it was food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE 🤢

We took the grandsons here to have Pizza Hut's buffet lunch. All the food was fresh and piping hot. A great choice of pizzas and salad. We went up to the counter many times to have more pizza, pasta and salad. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant tables were clean. The only downside was the loos were not very clean. Will definitely return with the family.

Staff aren't very pleasnt and looked miserable. There were multiple dirty tables with fruit flies hovering around. The toilets looked like a bomb had gone off, toilet roll all over the floor, and dirty toilets and doors. Food took well over 45 minutes. No wonder this place takes bookings only, nobody wants to come here.

What a horrible experience this was. 7 of us + a baby visited for a friend's birthday at the start of October, greeted at the door and shown to our table where we were told to "order on the app as we're too busy" even though the restaurant was half full at best. Delightful start I must say. After we all had decided what we were having we all ordered at the same time hoping it would come out together, how very wrong we were. The first pizza came out after 40 minutes followed by 2 more 5 minutes later, now one of the party is lactose free so she ordered a pizza with no cheese like she does every time we have pizza and obviously the chef can't read as out it came drenched in cheese, called the young and obviously inexperienced waitress over who said she would sort it but couldn't make promises it won't take another 45 minutes before it came out. I went to get a drink and the 2 young waiters obviously found the whole thing funny as they were giggling like school kids at the food pass about the whole thing. The other 4 meals all came out after an hour of waiting from ordering (again the restaurant is half full at best) none of us really enjoyed the food it was sloppy and not well seasoned or flavoured. We asked to speak to the manager (we weren't the first ones, as another customer had complained about the wait even saying her food had been sat in the pass for 5 minutes before being collected by the waitress) and when she finally came over she was about as useful as chocolate fireguard to be honest. So fed up and let down we decided to skip the ice cream we'd paid for and leave as soon as we could. All in all it was a terrible experience and the food was mediocre at best. Shame as it ruined our friends birthday. Pizza express opposite was heaving, perhaps to no suprise seeing how bad pizza hut was.

It was a good family meal out, service was a little slow considering it wasn't hugely busy but I enjoyed being able to relax rather than feeling rushed. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and the desserts were lovely

I would just like to mention that although we had to wait quite a ling time , the staff were all amazing! Food was delicious, perfectly cooked and again all the staff couldn't do enough and stayed calm and worked themselves like trogans..The manager himself was also working really hard and the young lad who was working the customer as they came through the door ,well he was impeccable..!polite and literally running around ..calm and seeing to everyone's need ..Bless all your hearts and thankyou for a lovely evening.

Visited for the lunchtime buffet. Staff seemed a bit stretched as not that quick to acknowledge us or seat us. Ordered using the qpp which was nice and easy. The pizza counter was well stocked and pizzas replaced promptly. The salad bar was mostly re stocked when needed. However when we all got our drinks, one was warm , the others totally flat. We spoke to a member of staff who just said it was because it was warm and that ice will help- my cup was half ice and it still tasted awful. She said we should have been told when seated. Then pointed out we could have squash. Basically the machine was faulty and we paid for a choice of drinks that weren't available. We did ask at the bar but they said it was the same issue there. So we just had water. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

We'd just gotten out of swimming and were hungry, we went to pizza hut and asked for a table for 5 people, unfortunately she didn't have any space and offered us a slot at 1:40pm she alos took our number and told us if a space became available before that time she'd let us know. We went for a awalk around the complex and sure enough we got a call about 10/15mins after and got seated. We all ordered the buffet, there was always pizza out never running out, salad bar was fullt stocked and the pasta was beautiful (my fave) Staff were friendly and the place was busy. Lovely food and atmosphere.

Went for a meal there tonight and although the food was nice the whole place was dirty and unclean. All round the ice cream factory the floor was filthy with spillages. Toilets also disgusting too.....staff didn't seem to have a clue. Don't bother going here go to Pizza Express opposite.

We watched as the chef impatiently waited for the staff (who have been doing nothing and swearing) to collect our food just waiting on the side. Took myself to say something to staff to actually get our food but not a word from them at all not welcoming. They all looked like they'd rather be else where.

Gross is all I can say. How on earth they are still open, I don't know. Don't eat from the salad cart, buffet, ice cream factory or use the toilets. Clearly nothing get cleaned, ever. The service is non existent. 3 staff members sat chatting...

Came in today for my friend’s 16th birthday and we were appalled by the buffet that we had for lunch today. We were very disappointed as the service was very slow, we had to ask 3-4 times to bring our Garlic bread that was included...

The food I had was quite nice however the prices i found were too high. I work at Dominos, one of the biggest pizza chains in the world and their Garlic Breads are 3.99. The ones at pizza hut are 4.29 and 5.29 with cheese. Bit extortionate really. Also when seated we were told to order online. It was a bit of a hassle really as the signal is bad here so it made ordering slow! I dont see why they cant just write down our orders, itd be much quicker. Took 20 minutes to arrive. Other than that the staff were friendly and food was nice. However its a 3 star from me.

Had a booking for 8.30 but had to queue outside for 30 mins and finally got in at 9 by this time the whole family was so hungry and staff didn’t even come to order for 20 mins! Finally when they managed to come we ordered our food but wasn’t given it for another long 30 mins with the youngest child being only 10 she was so hungry! Staff seemed friendly but were so rushed off their feet! Food was ok but not especially restaurant quality. Could’ve been a lot better.

Arrived 18.30. Seated at really wobbly tables which the waitress (who was lovely, by the way) tried to rectify but failed. Perused the menu and ordered our meals. Was told there was no ham. Chose alternatives and ordered drinks. Specifically asked for an ordinary tonic and a glass of tap water amongst other drinks. Received a slimline tonic and no tap water. Meals arrived. Philly steak pizza not really to my liking but it was my second choice as they had no ham for my first choice. The flatbreads were inedible and missing the rocket salad as they had also run out of that as well! Bare in mind this was at the start of evening service.

Lovely greeting and service by Manager on arrival. Order taken promptly and food came out quickly. Unlimited salad and fizzy drinks and ice cream for kids is always a winner. Delicious hot pizza and menu had plenty of choice. Clean and tidy inside—the service was excellent.

It was very busy here and although we had booked a table, we had to wait 15 mins in a queue. However on entering the dining space there were many tables free so I'm assuming more staff are needed. Our waitress was lovely though and so were our pizzas. Great that they have gf and vegan options. We had the jack fruit and mushroom ones and they didn't disappoint. We didn't have to wait long for our food order to arrive either.

Arrived and waited to be seated. The restaurant was mostly empty last night but plenty of staff however we waited for a good few minutes for them to come over and get us seated. Meanwhile several members of staff walked past us without acknowledging us. Pizza was somewhat undercooked with slightly soggy bottom. Lettuce was brown up at the salad station. Ice cream factory only had raspberry sauce. Waiter brought our desserts over before clearing the pizza plates etc away so struggled to put the desserts on the table as there was no room and looked somewhat disgruntled by us not clearing some space. We finished the pizza 10 minutes prior and the main course plates could have been cleared before the desserts came over, that would have been easier. Overall wouldn’t go to this particular Pizza Hut again.

Tower Park has numerous food outlets, but the children’s choice was Pizza Hut which is guaranteed standard!

Film and food package. Looking for something quick and easy at tower park. Pizza hut! A chain. But full of charm. Waitresses all really nice. Salad bar, thats new since the decade ive been in one! Its stunning. Has about 12 items on. All looking beautiful, vibrant and fresh. Unlike a harvester (when u think salad bar) i went to a month ago. Was awful. I think pizza hut has snatched the platinum prize of salad bars. Def brownie point. Mix of starters was awesome . Good size. Hot. Fresh. No long wait. Mains of individuals pizza's were nice. All for half price! Its decor is def keeping pace and it isnt the dated lack lustre chain i thought. Def be back. Probably on another tuesday!

Our visit was a spare of the moment decision and it was fantastic! The food was incredible, we definitely recommend the flat bread and the shared cookie dough dessert! The lovely gentleman with dark hair and glasses served us, we was so polite, attentive and just an incredible waiter! Thank you so much, we definitely didn't leave hungry!

Not been to a pizza hut for a good 4 yrs as the kids are grown up and I wasn't that impressed then. Tonight however I see it's not improved a jot. If you closed your eyes you would have sworn you were eating the placemat. I ordered a normal large with stuffed crust. The base was so thin and stiff it was like trying to cut tracing paper with a spoon. Certainly the last time I will go there. If I want a poor pizza I'll just eat a spare flip flop. Save me 22 quid

Lovely and attentive staff were (almost) the only redeeming feature in this Pizza Hut. That and the pizza itself. Otherwise...The place was filthy. The floors, tables, walls, plates, glasses, toilets - all needed a damn good clean. Such a shame. Come on Pizza Hut. You can do better than this.

We popped in here for my daughters birthday lunch. We had the big sharing deal & 3 kids meals - very reasonably priced, more than enough food, absolutely delicious, very friendly & polite staff. My children said it was their new favourite place to visit. We will definitely be returning in the near future!!

Went to Lemur landings Sunday morning with my children and wanted to treat them to a Pizza Lunch, the service was ok, non invasive, given what we needed and left to it, the food was hot and plentiful, but the place could do with a proper deep clean, this was demonstrated by myself and my daughter both having very bad sickness top and bottom the following day, the only common thing we had was the endless drinks, so from working in the industry for many years I would suggest they clean the Ice machine and dispenser as per guidelines. Or nasty little bugs grow and make people sick.

Whilst Pizza Hut is one of the best tasting pizzas around it is expensive if you are eating out with family,drinks are also quite expensive. the salad bar is quite limited with choice would only go very infrequently. Seems a lot of money for what you get.

I popped into pizza hut for some lunch and the food was amazing..I asked who was cooking and making these pizzas and I was told Joe. He's amazing at his job and he desveres a recognition. I will definatly be back again

For £15.99 you can have any starter, any main course, a salad and a cocktail. Whilst the service was a little slow the food and cocktails were great as was the earlier film, Creed 2. Best to book if you want eat before or after a film.

Thought we’d go for a treat after the movies! When we arrived there was no one to greet us so waited a moment and then seated ourselves. We began to settle down and decide on food and drink .

We came here for buffet (normally do moordown) the waitress we had as moody as can be, as for the food, well there was none, kept cooking half of a pizza, (see pic) no pizza on the buffet for at least 20 mins and when the pizzas came out it was the old boring margarita, the time we qued up to get food the pizza was empty again, absolute disappointed, asked the waitress if there would be anything to eat she said "ummmm" let me see, then never saw her until we had the bill, £17.80 for about 4 pieces of pizza, oh and went to the toilet, went to lock door behind me and the lock was missing/broken, the place is a dump

We decided to visit this establishment after a visit to the cinema. Welcome was good, asked for cider as a drink, NO CIDER! Next told an visit to the salad bar, NO TOMATO! Asked why not told we can’t purchase from the local Tesco as all purchased items have to be sanctioned by Pizza Hut. Due to traceability? For tomatoes??? It’s not a salad with out them!!

We visited on Wednesday night's unlimited buffet night and found the pizzas were distinctly average and the salad bar was a disappointment. We were here to celebrate my son's 12th birthday and he absolutely loved it all, which was the main thing, but the adults in the party were less enthusiastic about the experience. That said, our waiter was very good and we have absolutely no complaints about the service.

It was my 8 year olds choice to come here as a treat for lunch after bowling at Tower Park, I decided on the buffet, the salad was ok nothing spectacular & the pizzas being put out for the buffet were hot & fresh but very little choice & very little toppings, very disappointed.

Food was OK but service was awful. Waited ages for pizza to come and the sides weren't ready with it. Now waiting ages for server to come and take our dessert order. It's not that busy either!

Due to the location this Hut is always very full. The staff are used to this though, so are patient to help and answer any queries. The staff are well used to people not coming from the area. We have a fantastic Splash Park at Tower Park visited by many non locals. They all appear to love our Hut too.

Food good and staff polite. The service in terms of getting the food was very slow. It was busy, but service was surprisingly slow even considering that. The place ought to also be cleaner, especially near and in the toilets..which almost dragged the rating down to 3. But I will be generous and give 4 due to the very good pizza.

We went here on Monday to celebrate my sons third birthday.

After an hours swim - we headed here for Tea, arrived about 7.30pm. The noise level was awful, despite asking for a quiet table.

We visited Pizza Hut on a weekend, just before going to the nearby pool. In spite of it being pretty quiet, it took quite a while to be seated, even longer to be served and a pretty long time for our food to be delivered. We had the cheese and crisps as a side and they were so salty as to be inedible. The pizza was fine but nothing special. Salad and ice cream for the children were the highlight of the visit. All in all, fine for what it is but pretty underwhelming.

Frist time back for a while, was impressed with the staff in how quick we was taken to our table, and the professionalism of the staff is top notch, can highly recommend going, but is best to reserve a table as can be busy. Food is good and reasonable was well cooked.

I visited with my young family and the food was delish! Unfortunately the service wasn’t the best however it was a bank holiday and super busy in the restaurant so understandable please most things you help your self too anyway, salad, drinks and ice cream.

After having difficulty booking at Bournemouth Castle Lane pizza hut I decided to ring here to book a meal for my daughters birthday, I was greeted on the phone by a very nice lady who was more than happy to book a table for 16 of us. On arrive we had a few more join us and in total there was 18 of us. Our waitress was lovely, very helpful and great with the kids. Food ordered and nothing was to much trouble. I was surprised when all our orders came out at the same time with no Issues of a wrong order and all really hot and cooked to perfection. The lady kept checking everything was OK and was happy to take more drink orders. I'm so pleased we came here, service was very good and we shall be returning again, my daughter said it was the best birthday meal ever. Thank you tower park pizza hut.

This is a great restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. It can be busy at times due to being part of a bigger complex with cinema etc. The food was really great. Would recommend.

We order our food and started on the salad. Needed to go to the loo. Oh the smell almost put me off eating. I popped my head thru the disabled toilet door and that was even worse and I was told the women's also smelled horrible. Told the staff she said she'd check them. Other than that not bad service

I have not been to Pizza Hut, for years and it has changed a lot and I was very impressed with the service, food and the meal deal. You get a starter, Main Course, salad bar and a drink for £14.99, which I thought was a good deal and if you wanted a dessert that was extra. If you had the starter, pizza or pasta, dessert and a drink, that could be more, however, I am not too sure if the salad bar is included like the Harvester? The Waiter was very helpful, asked if we wanted drink and to order before the others got there. My friend and I said we would and they were very good by being patient. I a lovely meal and next time I will come in the week for the buffett, which I hard it good and look forward to coming again. One remark is the disabled toilet, the dryer is too near to the toilet and my friend struggled to get her hands dry in the wheelchair and the dryer started up on me when I was holding the rail to get up and down from the toilet, since I am Regardered blind. Apart from that very good.

Lovely easy and quick meal with free salads what more could you want. Really enjoyed our meal and the girls in there were lovely. Pizza nice and perfect way to end a good day. On site free parking.

Visited yesterday lunchtime and service was quick and efficient. There were 4 of us so we shared a triple pepperoni on a thin base with the cheesy bites around the edge and it was very tasty. All of us had fizzy drinks which you can refill as often as you like. You can fill up on salad as well but we didn't bother this time I'm glad though as the pizza was really filling. I used the facilities whilst I was there and they were clean and tidy so good news on my that score. Whole mean was £34 so not bad at all.

As with another pizza Hut branch, I was charged extra because I have coeliac disease. No gluten free goods on the buffet menu, so its either pay £5 extra for main menu or £2 extra to eat off kids menu and be offered side orders that I can't eat! Come on Pizza Hut.. stop discriminating. Unfortunately this problem has marred my view of the whole visit!

Went in today for a pizza for my hubbies birthday treat as we dont get to go out much and the pizza was really really greasy and soggy, had Pizza Hut before and same pizza but never like this, service great though but Pizza not so good, would we go back NOT A CHANCE not this one anyhow it was that bad we had it repeating all the way home :-( Not nice

Service was good and intensive, food was also very nice. However if I had visited the toilets before ordering then I would not have eaten there.On closer inspection the general hygiene standard throughout was poor, on bringing it to the Duty Managers attention was absolutely a waste of time. He thought he was doing me a favour by getting it sorted and didn't understand the importance or Implications. Will never eat there again.

Friendly welcome and short wait for table.They were busy ! We got seated and went for the Wednesday buffet option. Polite waitress and plentiful food options.To be honest I always regarded Pizza Hut buffets as a bun fight but i was pleasantly surprised. Great new refit , great staff, great food and well done Pizza Hut tower park....They really care about there customers !

Went here after going to splashdown. Was perfect for a quick eat. Was seated within seconds, we both opted for an individual pizza. Our server told us where to receive our drinks and to make sure we head over to the salad and pasta bar to get some food as well. By the time we had gotten our drinks and chosen some pasta our pizzas we just being delivered to our table. Our server checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Wasn't rushed to finish our food quickly and didn't feel hounded by our server either. Service and food was great would definitely go again!

Two of us had a meal here after a visit to the cinema. Polite staff, we didn't have long to wait for our shared pizza - which was piping hot & very tasty - good choice of salad ingredients to go with it.The restaurant was clean & welcoming. We ate early evening & were probably two of the first diners there.Overall, a good experience & I would go back again.

Went Wednesday 14th December 2016 and I was disappointed with the standard of the pizzas that were part of the buffet lunch.I would go for a pizza(s) and share between you.Service was slow even though the restaurant was not busy.

Cheryl our server was awesome. She is very friendly, professional, and we enjoyed her service. The food was hot and very tasty. The hot chocolate chip cookie is what brings us back ❤️. Thank you for a fast and excellent meal after a stressful day.

This restaurant is a great favourite with us "oldies" after we come out of the Tower Park Senior Cinema on a Wednesday or Thursday morning. We've discovered that for a reasonable price (about £8.), we can have as much pizza as we like plus a huge variety of freshly prepared salad items and sauces - and it can be a very filling and healthy meal for those of us on a fairly tight budget. We can also help ourselves (OK, maybe not those of us - like me - who have an appointment with WeightWatchers the following day perhaps!) to the lovely soft calorie packed ice-cream....yum! There is also another fairly wide menu to choose from - it doesn't have to be just pizza. - What I really like about this Pizza Hut is the smiling welcome we invariably get from the friendly waitresses, one of whom has recently been made a young grandmother and is absolutely thrilled to bits about it!

Went for Buffet Lunch. Pizza and pastas hard and cold. And it was shortly after mid-day.Won't bother again.

Lovely meal out at 9pm-10pm on a Friday night, there were about 3 other tables in at this time and our waitress Colleen was great. As it was late at night there wasn't a large selection of salads at the bar but it wasn't a great issue. Our pepperoni cheesy bite pizza came quickly and as usual was too much for one sitting, we were able to take the rest away with us. Good service and being open late for very little custom was well worth a tip. Will visit again.

Had a great time, loved the stuffed crust and cheesy bites on the buffet and unlimited fries to the table. Great for a quick bite before the cinema! Dessert was included in the price too!!

After seeing a film arrived at pizza hut at 2.50.. not that hungry but my 6 year old Grandaughter fancied a pizza. Went for the buffet which finished at 3pm.. what no one told us was that the food had been standing a while & nothing fresh was being prepared. It was a joke we had 5 small slices between the 3 of us and some on our plates..WHAT A RIP OFF

the salad bar had clearly been sat a while, the cucumber had discoloured, the lettuce was limp. we had to wait for nearly ten minutes to be be seated, and another twenty minutes waiting for them to take our order, was not busy, staff was all standing around chatting. there was two managers on shift and one had really dirty hair. The toilets smelt strongly of bleach but was clearly very dirty,toilet roll scattered over the floor, grimey sinks, dirt all of the floor which was flooded and one toilet door out of the three in the ladies would not lock

Looking for somewhere to eat, google recommended this venue, walked straight in, american themed diner with a bar attached. Very welcoming staff, fast and efficient with the orders, food was brilliant. Caters for all types. Situated on a retail park, with free parking.

This is not my normal food choice at all and I'm glad it isn't. The lady that took us to the table was one of the only good thing about this trip. She was the black hair checker shirt lady! Told us the deals and was lovely. Now the hard bit. All around was dirt, from the tables that had been whipped and put all over the chair (which I had to get a napkin to whip filth off) to getting a glass with LIPSTICK ON IT! I know it is a food chain but standards should be met and the CEO would be highly disgusted of the efforts to keep hygiene up in front of house. Not doubting some of the staff because the blond lady was lovely and asked how our food was!

I visit here quite a lot as its my closest Pizza Hut. Whenever going always enjoy myself and found the staff really friendly and helpful. Sometimes it can be a little slow service, but that's only when it's busy which I completely understand. Totally recommend the cookie dough for dessert and their cocktails

The food is generally good however the service can be quiet slow and there are sometimes big queues outside. Would recommend having a back up plan. The food is quite nice, there are some self service areas for drink refills and ice cream for the kids.

Everything was ok, liked the buffet idea just takes ages to get drinks but everything the rest was pretty good
