drove to address then drove down the road.

I still not got my food and it’s says it’s been delivered

Late, pizzas burnt and freezing cold, chips cold under cooked and rock hard, stuffed crust was 80% air, bottle of tango was warmer than the pizzas, terrible

Just spent nearly £120 on 4 adults and one child and the kids chips was shocking 10 chips if he was lucky in a smaller metal tin. Then I asked the manager if this potion was correct he just said yeah. Then took 45 minutes to receive 2 cheesecakes that we ended up having to ask to be taken out as everyone was fed up of waiting.

Stone cold pizza. No care for my order in transit clearly thrown all over the place won't be coming back not for the price I just wasted.

Would have been a 5 ⭐ but the ice cream was more like cream as it was left in top of the chips. Other than that it hit the spot.

Pizza was fine, fries were not cooked correctly and seasoned with their own spice that the kids didn't like. When I told the server about the undercooked chips he smiled and said ok, then turned and said, sorry about that, but no offer of a replacement. Overall, £50 for 2x kids meal deal, 1x adult meal deal and 1x adult pizza and 1x drink. It's an expensive meal compared to how it used to be, but I'm not rushing back after that experience.

Placed my order through the Pizza Hut App around 19:26 for delivery from Kingswood Hull, still waiting at 9pm so I call the store, where they tell me there's problems with the app/drivers and they aren't able to fulfill the order. I asked why they accepted the order or did not call me to tell me about this and the gent said they can't do anything about it!! Also the first time i called the gent was giggling and put the phone down, I am absolutely furious at the customer service I have recieved!!

Everything from ordering to been delivered to tucking in was excellent

Orders two pizzas from uber eats and they looked like they have been in a boxing match… looked more like scrambled eggs

As usual....met by A friendly team member, Spotlessly clean environment, light, bright n airy. Went for the buffet selection on 22/3/25....DELICIOUS! Plenty of choice 2 pasta dishes, fresh n hot, a wide selection of pizza, well topped up. And my favourite...The salad bar...AWESOME! in between topping up the salad bar etc was cleaned n tidy. Love this particular pizza hut! Location n vibe. THANK YOU...To a great team, your hard work is appreciated! A credit to the Hospitality/ catering Industry. Much Respect. See you sooon.

Got a delivery off the website n absolutely disgusting haven't had a worse pizza in all my life barely no toppings n most definitely not fresh it gave me jaw ache just eating 1 slice with no flavour arrived cold and seals open and looked like it had been dropped so never touched mine had a slice of my sons was was tough as card board he wanted extra cheese which definitely wasn't and stuffed crust I was so excited to try pizza hut for the 1st time since been a kid and was the worst £70 iv ever used none of us could eat it I really wanted to believe that it would taste nice even though it didn't look nice and nothing was fresh this was supposed to be a treat for my sons and it all got wasted! Never again will I order from here

Pizza took an hour to arrive and was cold. Live chat is telling me to call the restaurant. The restaurant is telling me to speak to live chat 👎

I recently returned to Pizza Hut after a long break and was curious to see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. After a brief wait to be seated, I had to wait again for a server to bring the drinks and food menus. The pizzas were decent but overpriced at around £18. The salad bar was disappointing, with brown lettuce and a limited selection. The bathrooms were also quite dirty, which is always a red flag for me. Overall, I won’t be coming back to Pizza Hut anytime soon. With a few small improvements, the experience could be much better, but it's a shame that it fell short.

Very welcoming and tasty food :)

Firstly, the time it has taken to prep the food ready to deliver is ridiculous long, then to receive it cold, not good at all! No chocolate sauce on the cookies and the ice cream was missing. Dominos doesn't have this problem, think about it....

Order not delivered. They said it was left at the door - but we are a shop that was open all day!

Driver was exceptionally good. We were just on our way back from scouts. Delivery was few min early and he waited for us to drive up rather than leave it outside so that it didn't go cold :)

The pizza is very poor, doughy and heavy - no thin crust for vegan options. The vegan options were limited, a number seemed to be out of stock.

Absolutely awful. Firstly the delivery driver only had to go 4 kilometres. It took him over 30 minutes because he went to the wrong address. Secondly the food, cold, tiny pizzas with hardly any toppings. Ice-cream in the bag with the food, straight in the bin as melted and inedible. Massively overpriced and garbage. First and last time i will order from pizza hut Kingswood.

Half empty but still waited 5 mins for an acknowledgement of my existence. No soft drinks without aspartame in them. You order and pay on a Web based app. Very impersonal. Not so much a restaurant as a hub for eating takeaways in.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut located at Kingswood Retail Park and had a great experience. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent service. Food: The food was well-cooked and tasted great. It was served fresh and met the high standards I expect from Pizza Hut. Overall, I had an enjoyable visit and would definitely recommend this location for a pleasant dining experience.

Never been so disappointed ☹️ Came here Tuesday, October 15th and it was amazing. Just like it was in the 80s, flavoursome, golden crunchy crust in a deep pan. Couldn't wait to come back, fast forward 16 days, Thursday, October 31st. We were served up a burnt crusted deep pan pepperoni pizza. The ovens were obviously too hot any longer the crust was charcoal. Knock on effect was that the actual pizza hadn't time to rise, not cooked thoroughly. The desserts and salad were amazing.

Wrong order arrived. When we rang the restaurant they said the delivery driver picked up the wrong one. We received someone's gluten free pizza and it looked absolutely awful and was freezing cold. We obviously didn't eat it but absolutely awful service.

Absolutely brilliant place staff were great the food cannot grumble My wife and myself shared a pizza together it was more than enough with free salad bowl which you can go up as many times as you want We took my mother in law and my stepson and his girlfriend. The chicken supreme I ordered had 7 small torn bits of chicken on two and a half of the slices across the entire pizza, it’s almost as if it was a vegetarian pizza. This isn’t acceptable

The quality of the pizza was terible. It tasted half cooked. Normally good but not this time. As far as temperature its nomalley luke warm but this time, it was cold. In the notes I explaned I was disabled and could not meet the in the comunal area.

Atmosphere isn't what it used to be but the food and service are great. Buffet variety wasn't the best but I'm just picky lol

Everything was great, its awesome that the salad bar is free with every meal! The staff honestly made our visit today as a lot of places are too much for my autistic nephew, and he can be restless and not enjoy food due to being quite picky. First time he's ever said he enjoyed going out for food and I credit that to the way the staff treat him.

Jody made our experience fantastic. We were having issues with using the website along with our blue light discount code and she took our order for us. Arrived for a buffet lunch just before lunch ended. Prefer thin base, but that's my personal choice. I really enjoyed the deal in including unlimited drinks and ice cream - took me back to childhood, Mr Whippy, with sauce n sprinkles.

New handcrafted base is not very nice. Cookie dough picture and menu description shows it comes with ice cream when it no longer does so, yet they still charge you full price for half the dish.

Had a great meal there on a Sunday afternoon. Loved how it wasn't too busy and crowded.

we visited tonight for the 1st time, food was absolutely delicious and fast service. Staff was very helpful and the lady serving us (Jody) went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and enjoyed our food/service. Nice clean restaurant will definitely be visiting again.

food was excellent and salad bar always stocked up. clean restaurant. only had one server on at the time, I believe her name was Mia. However she was still attentive and always checking up on us and getting what we needed. A great credit to the company. Will be returning in the near future.

The food was lush, just a shame that the offer that clearly included 2x 1.5l bottles of drink were not delivered and instead we were given 2x tiny 500ml bottles.. the driver just said that was right and left our front gate wide open, so our puppy got out and almost got run over. not happy 😒

Pop in for a pizza for my little ones birthday today. Amy was amazing, very attentive and friendly and very helpful to accommodate. Absolutely no issues there at all. 10/10. The food. Pizzas let us down. Beside guys had done a table check but there was not much to complain about - quality itself is bad and even if they would bake it from scratch, it would be same, I guess. Tasted like frozen pizza express from the shop you chuck in the oven after school run. Dry, lack of ingridients and very average. Salad bar was nice though. But overall, we enjoyed our stay as it was a special occasion for us, it's just pizza wasn't that great Sorry

We booked a table for a suprise meal for a friend. All the staff was super welcoming, lovely and warm, but Helen in particular went above and beyond to enjoy we were happy with the service and our meals, even got a second flat bred for one of us due to the 1st not coming out just perfect. The food was also delish. I hope this review gets to the management and to her.

Staff rude unhelpful . Order came wrong shoulder s shrugged . Did not care . Then as you are eating food asked to pay the bill . Shall not be going again

Not been to a Pizza Hut for over ten years. Food was in fairness better than expected. However its a bit naff having to order on your phone. Its bad enough serving yourself at a supermarket let alone a meal out. Also does not take cash. So whilst the food was nice we probably wouldn't return for a meal out. Staff were very pleasant though.

Brilliant experience on a hot Wednesday lunchtime. The restaurant was quiet so there was only one member of staff on the floor but when I went to the buffet she asked what pizza I was looking for and had them freshly made. When they were ready she brought them to the table for us to take from, rather than me going to the buffet again. Attentive, friendly and efficient. Everything one wants in a dining experience.

Don't go often but when I do go it's always good staff very helpful scran is always good
