Service, friendly and approachable. Makes all the difference. Food was very nice and lots of choice on buffet which in the past there wasn't, not even basic potato salad sometimes and not enough pizza for the amount of customers, also a nice varied choice. The manager I believe may have been called Jake and our waitress Annie were lovely and friendly. They have really upped their game here.

Staff are great .food average at best

Raw chips, raw onion rings, veggie pizza with non cooked veg, Mac n cheese I've tasted better from Aldi but after all this the service was first class esp LaurenF that served us. Last thing, why air-conditioning on, gale force wind where we sat near the fire exit, was nice to leave to warm up at home.

Had an amazing experience today at banbury Pizza Hut. We had the lovely Aston serve us our food. He smiled and ensured we had everything we needed. Would definitely come here again and hope we have him serve us again.

Ordered online 2 pizzas and 2 cheesey garlic bread. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and so it was - they handed my order to me as soon as I got there! So 5 out of 5 for service - excellent! Sadly everything else was not so good..... Cheesy garlic bread was ever so slightly warm, which I could accept - but it wasn't great. The pizzas.... Both of them were completely cold and hard. It wasn't possible to bite through them, I had to hack through them with a knife. Not a pleasant experience for me or my 2 house guests and not at all appetising. I would probably have to say for anyone reading this to try another pizza provider. :(

AFTER EXPERIENCING YOUR VERY RUDE DRIVER YESTERDAY MY NEIGHBOUR HAS JUST FOUND MY ORDER AT THE END OF MY DRIVE. I'M REGISTERED DISABLED AND HOUSEBOUND.

I had to chase the delivery driver as they marked this as delivered but hadn’t!! No phone call or even attempted to ring the doorbell. Not impressed

The foods ok but the value for money ambience and servoce is non exostant now you have to order everything on an app

Good pizza, nice people, clean, tidy place. The whole salad bar is vegan, including all the topping (e.g. bacon bits & croutons) *and* all the dressings, including blue cheese and ranch! (It says so on the allergens list and I verified with an employee.) Several vegan pizza options, including Violife vegan cheese. We had the Vegan Veggie pizza on pan pizza crust, which turned out to be not nearly as oily as the American version, which I was told by a friend who worked at Pizza Hut in the US that they started by dumping 4 cups (!) of oil into the pan. Also, to my US-conditioned taste buds, it needed salt (which was provided at the table). Everything was very good. Bottomless salad was included with the pizza.

Great location - great food and service

Really disappointed with our visit on Saturday afternoon. Having not been to Pizza Hut for at least ten years, I thought we’d take our 18 month old for a spontaneous bite to eat. There were only two staff serving a pretty full restaurant. We were left standing at the door without being acknowledged for ten minutes on arrival. My child’s dinner was clearly microwaved and arrived 5 mins after the adult meals. It was fridge cold in parts and hot in others. The ice cream factory was out of use. It was just a really poor and expensive (for what it is) experience.

Can’t comment on the food because it didn’t arrive but service was not good. Tried to order through the website multiple times and with different cards but it failed every time. I called the restaurant a few times and they provided no solution, I asked if I could order over the phone and said there was nothing they could do as the £10 deal didn’t exist on their till. Wouldn't recommend!

Floor dirty, service was rubbish. 2024 Well first time back here in years not much has changed service bloody awful. No atmosphere. No communication with staff as all ordering done online. I think it will take another 4 years before I come back.

We loved the original glass tube real neon signs! Especially the red pizza and purple ice cream factory! Food was great and friendly staff for our lunch experience.

Was given an estimated delivery time of 1930 which got later and later. Final estimate give was 2016. Food arrived at 2000 and was, without exaggeration, stone cold. Instructions provided for the driver were also completely ignored.

Horrible serving. We’ve been waiting 45 minutes just for a dessert, they give it to us just after We asked after 45 minutes for the dessert. Obviously we paid for 2 and they only bring one , very bad service /serving . I totally not recommended!!!!

Really annoyed, me n my Mrs ordered a pizza for collection between 6-6:15 as we had football until 6 o’clock, but on picking the pizza n gettin home it was stone cold They obviously cooked it far too early And they never put it under a heat lamp to keep it hot Complete waste of money Really disappointed as was lookin forward to it

The food was delicious and our server for the night, called Jack was top class. Nothing was to much trouble and he served all rowdy 12 of us with patience and a smile. We'll definitely be back.

Had to call Pizza Hut as our delivery never turned up, despite being “delivered” they have no control over just eat delivery and they were very helpful. Can’t say that for just eat!! Never had this problem before, after waiting for over an hour for nothing. Pizza Hut great just eat rubbish.

Very quiet but good solid buffet with very helpful service

Both seals were open on my delivery boxes. Which put me off of the food as well as the driver just handed the boxes to me without taking them out of a normal delivery bag. One of the boxes has holes in so my food was open.

Absolutely dreadful, the meal took over 90 minutes to arrive, when it did the pizzas were stone cold as were the sides and the drink was missing. How is this service, please pass this on to the manager of Pizza Hut

The food was amazing, the service very good and the staff were very friendly.

It was OK but sat for ages before someone said you order online!! Lack of communication I think plus a new girl who shoed us to our table clearly didn't tell us what we had to do. If you order online I don't see the point of giving us a menu. Salad bar was nothing special either and we had to find a staff member to ask for cutlery.

I do like a pizza hut. But at the moment they are just screaming "closures!". Minimal staff on hand. Forced ordering thru QR code. No REAL blue light discount (doesn't work on deals). Finally, I just wasn't impressed with the quality of food this time. 😔

I had to go up and get my own pizza that was sitting under the heat lamps watching waiters walk by... Pizza hut is just somewhere for food, you get some eventually, and its ok but thats all. Asking for a tip before the food had even arrived is hilarious - jog on

Took the family out to eat on a weekday evening, food was on point as we haven’t been there to eat for couple of years as most of the sit in restaurants have been closed. Service was great too. We will definitely visit again next month. It’s a little pricy however its worth it 😀😀😀

Banbury Retail Park. Friday evening. Pizza Hut is 2/3 full and being served by two teenagers who are about as concerned for the reputation of the large faceless business as you'd expect. If there was a manager they were nowhere to be seen. Imagine how long it would take for service as a result and double it and add 5 for good measure. You'll still be waiting. Food is nice, when it eventually arrives. Avoid.

Food was pretty decent and tasty. Staff were young and energetic but lacked some experience I think as weren’t very urgent to clear the table for example. But we’re overall very polite and friendly.

Pizza was good, pizza hut have definitely improved there. Service was slow though, had to ask again for drink glasses, and take an order. Daughters birthday so ordered the birthday cookie which in the picture had a candle in it. Yeap, no candle in it when it arrived, couldn't be bothered to ask for it after previous slow service. Music a little too loud.

Really nice pizzas but disappointed with the chips, they taste nice but I got hardly any in the box for the price I paid for them.

Wasn’t happy with our pizzas today we have never had any problems before but today we ordered 2 large pizzas and the pictures are the pizzas we received just don’t think it was value for money (we ordered collection we didn’t eat in the restaurant)

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS RETAIL PARK I’ve been a customer of Banbury cross retail park since moving to Banbury in 2021, on the 11th June I made a trip to the retail park, spending £60+ on shopping at the food warehouse, £100+ at Currys, £20+ at Hobbycraft, £10+ at Costa and £50+ at Pizza Hut (where service was extremely slow), me and my partner are also members of the PureGym and our entire family are registered at the Boots chemist. I will not be visiting this retail park again, will take my custom elsewhere, will cancel both gym memberships and register at a different chemist. This is due to the absolutely pathetic car park charges enforced by this retail park - my visit supposedly lasted 3hrs 11 minutes; conveniently 1 minute longer than the allowed time (due to the 10 minute grace period allowed by law). This seems oddly calculated and potentially manipulated by these crooks. The car park is always empty and is displayed as a free car park for customers - for ALLEGEDLY staying 1 minute over the allowed time, I have been given a £100 fine (reduced to £60 for early payment). This is absolutely disgraceful and I can assure the owners that they will only drive away custom from this retail park by allowing the farcical crooks ‘Euro Car Parks’ to control its parking

Bufet in week is briliant 9.99 a person all you can eat... all warm and good quality

Extremely good pizza very enthusiastic staffs as well! Definitely recommend coming here I was definitely not expecting such generous portions of sides and salad toppings. The staffs are polite and waited for us even though it was close to closing time.

Lack of staff made service extremely slow. Hardly anyone in but they had to contend with the takeaway at the sane time. Unfortunately no coleslaw again.

Monster meal was perfect size and variety for my 11 year old and 7 year old. Choice of pizza toppings great. Choice of drinks great. Comfortable seating. Kids noticed the cleanliness of restaurant and said it was the best pizza ever (and they've tried a few!).

Was ready to place a very large order for a family gathering, however I was informed they don't accept cash. As far back as I can remember cash is LEGAL TENDER !!!

The food was good , I must say since covid and the non cash payments , and self order system Pizza Hut has reduced its staff levels and staff are not receiving tips . I have seen more and more Pizza Hut restaurants close which is a real shame . Bring back the restaurant experience and let the staff have cash tips . I fear if Pizza Hut Carry’s on with this approach soon Pizza Hut will close all of its doors !!!

Ordered a take out and given a 20 minute wait. We arrived to collect and were told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. I went back after 10 minutes and was told the same again. There were other people waiting and there was a clear issue with the kitchen. I don't see why orders were taken if this was the case. This is not a place I'll be returning to.

I did leave a 1 star review, but it has disappeared... The fact I am prepared to write it out again tells you how awful it was. Everything you have to order online, no table service, they don't tell you this, so you have to sit there like a lemon for an hour before you ask someone to take your order then they tell you. The website is slow and disorganised so it takes forever to find what you want. The place is not particularly clean, they ask for a tip (for what service I had to do it myself online). They don't offer cutlery nor napkins, had to use the toilet tissue. You could find a half decent pub, get much better service and pay less. Just avoid, there is a KFC round the corner there is no way it could be worse.

Needs a bit of an overhaul. Table was filthy but little point in being moved to another as they weren't any better. Old crumbs on the seats, crunchy floor when you walked, salad bar looked like it had been wiped with a dirty dishcloth, not enough staff so tables were left covered in plates, glasses etc. and you couldn't get anyone's attention when you needed something. The food was as expected at a pizza hut, can't stand the ordering by app though. Shame as it used to be alright here.
