Exceptional Service from Jack and Aston! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Jack and Aston. From the moment I walked in, their warm, friendly energy made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Jack was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail of our order was perfect, and Aston went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed,always with a smile. What really stood out was their teamwork and professionalism. They handled everything with such ease and genuine care that it elevated the whole dining experience. Pizza Hut is lucky to have team members like Jack and Aston. They didn’t just serve food they delivered a great time. I’ll definitely be returning, and I hope to see them again! Highly recommend!

My wife and I attended this pizza hut whilst it was quiet, and were served by Alice & Tyreese. The service was brilliant and the food was very tasty. In addition, the food came out very quickly, which was ideal for our hungry stomachs. Would return again!

Welcomed and seated by Emily, chat about the menu options for plant based /vegan. Emily was polite, efficient and friendly. Kids had kids menu... salad bar is a great bonus before dinner arrived... kids can eat quickly and lots of veggies before the pizza splurge! Loved getting up n down to get our drinks and salads! Ambience is great, music played at suitable volume so we could chat at ease! Pizzas and sides all cooked to perfection and fresh n hot. The Biscoff cheesecake is incredible... will definitely be back!

Very friendly restaurant, the service is fast, Alice and Tyreese are charming, the buffet is very fresh, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Arrived just after 2pm on Easter Monday & decided to give the buffet a go as it was before 3pm. The restaurant was fairly busy but not heaving so we were greeted & seated almost immediately then directed to the menu & the app to place our order. The app kindly asks if you'd like to tip but seeing as you haven't actually received anything but a table being pointed out, it was a bit premature. Although our server said to give him a shout if we needed anything, we didn't actually see him again as our drinks were delivered whilst we were at the salad bar. We were seated directly opposite the salad bar which didn't seem like a problem when we were seated but once other people were skirting round each other & filling their bowls, it was not the best place to be. Also the fixed seats are not very far away from the fixed table so you feel like you are hemmed in as you cannot moved. We grabbed our salads bowls expecting a variety of items like the days of old but were sadly disappointed as it basically consists of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn, coleslaw, bacon bits, soggy tortilla chips & insipid looking dips. We popped them on the table, where the drinks were waiting, & joined the queue for the hot buffet, dodging all of the impatient, pushy children that forced their way past to the ice cream factory. The pizza buffet was all but empty apart from a couple of pieces of vegetable pizza & some hard strips of garlic bread so we complimented them with a bowl of pasta each, which was frankly pretty tasteless & disappointing. When more pizza started to eventually come out, it was obvious that it wasn't just us that were waiting for the refill as the area became swamped again so we waited... Finally, more pizza started coming out so we got the chance to have a proper selection which was OK but no idea what anything was as nothing was labelled. At this point, our appetite's had pretty much disappeared so we had a couple of pieces each & left, without leaving a tip! I remember the lunchtime buffet as being really good value for money with quick service, excellent pizza & a really great salad bar but unfortunately it is not what it was & we should have gone with the chicken across the road.

I went here yesterday with my son, We were served by Tyreese, what a lovely helpful lad. Really helpful and polite, we couldn't find the lighter lunch on the app. The food was lovely and a great friendly atmosphere in there. The girl with the red hair was also really nice, she helped me find a comfy seat and table as I suffer with my back. It was just a lovely experience, all the staff seems super friendly, both when we arrived and when we left. I would definitely visit again.

Ordered by phone for collection, collected & paid, got home to eat, tasted, no tomato/pizza sauce on the Margarita Pizza, & fries had pepper on! both tasted awful, finally when they answered the phone I had driven back into Banbury to return, not paying £25.99 for shite food, they did refund, but ungraciously, no offer of replacement food or anything so now no dinner! and really too late to eat very unhappy Previously regular customer

Our servers Alice and Tyreese were very polite and attentive. The food was hot and delicious, having been prepared and served in a timely manner. Ordering via the app worked well. The only slight niggle was the temperature was a little chilly for my wife but I appreciate that is purely subjective. Bring layers 😄

Alice, Aston and Tyrese were fantastic staff. Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for our large table. They were attentive and made sure we were happy with our food... which we were! As a large family we don’t often get out, so thanks guys for making the experience more enjoyable.

We visited with 3 children, all of our options were well detailed to us on arrival. Staff were friendly, fast and efficient. We had pre booked a table but the restraint was quite quiet on arrival. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun and our kids enjoyed their food, especially the ice cream factory. The kids eat free deal is amazing!

Went during the Easter holidays with my 4 year old and husband for first time and had a great experience. The team (David, Kitty and Alice) were lovely and helpful when we were rubbish at ordering and when there was a tiny mix up with the pizza they just cooked us another one fresh no issues. All the pizza was super fresh and all adapted for vegans.

We went to Pizzahut yesterday anticipating that we'd have a buffet lunch. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that an alternative lunch was available for the same price, namely a choice of several flatbread pizzas, and this alternative included not only salad but unlimited drinks as well. Very, very good value, we thought. Also, we must mention Emily who looked after us - a very elderly couple, helped us order on line and was so friendly, helpful and kind all the time we were there. Altogether, a really pleasant experience!

Food is nirmal as any Pizza Hut, Alice and Tyreese were fantastic in service.

Staff were lovely and attentive, in particular Kitty, Alice, Michelle and Sam. Good variety of food including vegan options. Only downside is that corn on the cob came half hot, half cold.

Went on a date night mid week with my girlfriend and had a lovely man called Jack and lovely lady called Alice serving us, they gave us brilliant service being super attentive and polite being very helpful and pleasant to be served by xx

I came in for the buffet for the first time today it was amazing. David greeted me and sat me down, he even got me my drink basically as soon as I ordered it. The waitress, I think her name was Angie, was lovely. Helped me and my family with ordering as we struggled a little bit. And then the chef ,Jack, was so kind, my 5 year old loves cheesey garlic bread, so he made a portion specifically for her. Can't wait to come back.

Awful. This used to be good years ago but has gone downhil massively. The only thing that hasn't gone downhill is the price... Service was almost non existent. I had to ask for our deserts and our plates to be collected as we were just sat left waiting with empty plates on the table. They let us order the ice cream for desert knowing that the ice cream machine wasn't even working. My children got 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream instead which wasn't the soft scoop type they were expecting. Won't be coming back here unfortunately. Shame to see a place I enjoyed so much in my childhood go so downhill

I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut in Banbury today. I visited with my wife and 14-month-old baby, expecting a smooth dining experience. Unfortunately, I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order, and even after doing so, I found out later that my order was never processed. When I followed up after another 15 minutes of waiting, the staff member (a British woman) casually told me that my order didn’t go through and that it would take even longer. Meanwhile, I noticed that British customers who ordered after me were receiving their food without any issues. This experience left me feeling singled out and discriminated against. It’s deeply disappointing that in 2025, such treatment still exists in a well-known international brand like Pizza Hut. Was my order overlooked because I am Indian? It certainly felt that way. I hope Pizza Hut takes this issue seriously and ensures fair and equal treatment for all customers, regardless of their background. No one should feel unwelcome in a place meant for dining and hospitality.

We had fabulous service from Tyrese, very attentive and great to see a smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Ben was my main server for tonight. I came in alone and he was absolutely incredible. Helped me order a half and half pizza on my phone. Sam and Mia also were the best. Mia brought my drink over basically as soon as I ordered and Sam helped me with the salad bar.

Tyreese was such a lovely polite boy who gave amazing customer service which is rare these days! We really enjoyed our meal and will look forward to next time!

The service we recieved from Emily and Toby and other members of the customer service team were excellent all smiles and polite. All queries were answered with clear explanations. The food came out timely and was perfect. Added a photo of the cookie dough desert because it was fantastic and just nice to finish a wonderful family meal.

I went for the nostalgia but it's now about £25-30 for a 14inch pizza which is crazy (recently got hand made sourdough pizza which was amazing in Manchester from an independent pizzeria for £13-15 (Nell's) for 14inch so there is literally no excuse for this price) The pizzas are fine and exactly as I remember and if you play it right with the deals the price isn't too bad but its now basically kids meals or buffet are the only way you can eat here at a sensible price.

We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut for a while so I treated the kids. The restaurant was spotless, including the salad bar which is a good sign. Ordered online at table. Food was fresh and arrived quickly. Emily and Sam are clearly proud about the place and good to chat to.

Had a really good experience today,Was seated straight away by a really nice chap called Sam very friendly and very polite,Other staff were very polite and efficient Kitty, Alice!! There was no cheesy garlic bread so Sam said he would bring it over to me when it was ready but also told the server who was putting Pizza out on all you could eat.As Sam was busy seating people he got my attention and put some on a plate for me and I went and picked it up very good service!! Will definitely be back again

We hadn’t been for ages, but we took our little boy for his birthday dinner, because that’s what he chose :) It still has that nice relaxed & family atmosphere - that I remember and have fond memories of from being young.The two servers (Emily & Sam) couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful! They even took our small cake & candle, and came out with a happy birthday plate & sang happy birthday! P.s the food was delicious!

We were served by the these lovely staff, Alice, Nicole, Toby and Leanne. They were exceptional, let us know food was going to be 20mins wait, had restocked salad bar for us and made sure we were happy with out food (which we were). Very fast with clearing up and supported my disability needs definitely deserve the recommendation for their hard work this evening

Perfectly placed, and with Jack at the helm, this pizza spot is all you need for an unforgettable meal! The buffet was loaded with options, plus a special Manager’s Choice pizza that was a delicious surprise. Loved every bite!

Pizza was good, pizza hut have definitely improved there. Service was slow though, had to ask again for drink glasses, and take an order. Daughters birthday so ordered the birthday cookie which in the picture had a candle in it. Yeap, no candle in it when it arrived, couldn't be bothered to ask for it after previous slow service. Music a little too loud.

Nicole was wonderful and polite when we arrived, food was excellent also! Definitely recommend!
