John and Eloise Had the place spotless with on point service and greeting. Want value and attentive staff? You can't out hut the hut. Not in Cardiff anyway.

Cardiff Queen Street Pizza hut, Saturday lunchtime. It's the first time we visited as a family. The children loved the pizza, lots of different options. The staff were all exceptional, very attentive. It was very busy , but didn't have to wait long at all. Great service, nice pizza, excellent value for money.

Went in a quiet night hence the atmosphere score, staff were amazing and very friendly, after going to many Huts in the coarse of a couple of weeks this one is by far the friendliest !

I called the pizza hut place, they said order was ready since long time, but no one came to receive the order. food came all after more than 1:30 hour, guest all left, cold food, I want full refund. very disappointed and unsatisfactied.

They managed to squeeze us in despite being fully booked, which I appreciate. Really good gluten free pizza (tasted like a proper pizza!). The kids buffet is good value and a nice experience.

My iPhone run out of battery, the waiter (a lady) lent me her own iPhone cable and charger. Found that it’s not compatible with my new iPhone, she found the type-C USB cable for me. Actually it’s from her own notebook computer. She’s so helpful and nice. Thank you again.

Pizza Hut in central Cardiff is a pretty decent experience, it’s a nice place to go for food that will fill you up! The food itself though has often disappointed, mostly from lack of taste. The restaurant is quite a compact experience and it is quite difficult to navigate at times.

The fact that you can't customise the vegan pizzas is ridiculous.

I had my first visit here yesterday with my daughter, niece and their two babies. We arrived early and were greeted by a very friendly, helpful, male member of staff who carried the pushchairs downstairs for us. The salads and pizzas were freshly made and the two pasta dishes were delicious. We opted for the unlimited buffet which included drinks and ice cream. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. We can’t wait to visit again!

Really nice and cozy place to eat. It's a level below queen street which makes you escape the busy street for a bit. The buffet had a wide options to choose from, for everyone's taste for a really good price of £10.99, from pizzas, to pasta, to salada.

First time at this Pizza Hut as the others in Cardiff have shut down. Took my teenage autistic son for a treat as a charity for my son gave us Pizza Hut vouchers of £40. When we arrived the stench from the toilets at the bottom of the stairs of the entrance was horrendous, so we chose to sit as far away from there as possible, the price was daylight robbery for two individual pizzas, two Pepsis, two sides & a glass of wine… £65 … the salad bar tasted off & stale with a swarm of fruit flies that also continued to irritate us whilst seated, my pizza was swamped with oil, the base was uncooked & limp, I couldn’t finish it after two/three bites, my side of honey chicken tasted gone off, and was dry, my sons basic pepperoni pizza with fries was ok, I’m assuming that’s a safer option to have from the menu… we left early as the fruit flies were an absolute nightmare constantly landing on our food and landing in our drinks that we couldn’t finish. I’ve also ended up very unwell with food poisoning since eating there. It’s absolutely disgusting there and my family & I will not ever dine there again.

Tasty food, great service. Not the biggest but I prefer the cosiness to be fair. Food was abit expensive but I think that's 2024 all over to be fair.

No shade to the servers within this review. It’s not their fault corporate decided to rob their customers. The prices are unbelievably bad. Paid £16 for a 9” deep dish pizza that was 80% bread and would only feed a kid. We only considered this place because of 25% off with cineworld discount. Not even that made it an affordable dinner. Do not come here unless you want a hole burnt in your pocket.

I'm regular customer here and I've never get this wonderful service before. Mia she is a best 👌 her service was outstanding, I request to give her a pay rise.

Slightly off putting odour Weirdly you had to leave a tip prior to dining which I feel makes the tip less We had chips as a side which I think I have never had before - it was strange Pizzas were lovely as were the staff.

The pizza and garlic bread are still much better than rivals. The salad bar is still good but less variety than it used to have. Service is excellent but this restaurant has no atmosphere as it's in a basement so no windows.

Staff were friendly and really helpful. Seems silly that I had to wait for a cheese pizza and pepperoni, poor choice of pizza. Only one toilet was working and someone was being sick in there making it unbearable.

I believe this was the first Pizza Hut in Cardiff and unfortunately I think it is one of the last. Most have closed down. This is a shame as they do great pizzas here. Always great food and the staff are always friendly.

My pizza wasn’t flat in the box, it had all the slices had been tipped on top of each other in a pile. Not really hot only warm.

The staff were very friendly and they apologised for the length of time it for my dessert to come out, other than that it was a good trip. They recommended things for the kids to do and seemed interested before it got busy.

I love pizza hut. Shame most of them are closing down. Few bad points. Not disabled friendly, and you have to order from the QR code , the staff don’t care even if you ask nicely. …. So for me who is not techno savvy. It took me 30 mins to order food… but gotta say was worth the wait….

Pizza Hut on Queen St. is alright for a quick bite. Ordering on the app was super easy, and the food came out fast. The salad bar was a bonus, and the drink refills with all the flavors were great. The place could definitely use an update, but hey, it's the last Pizza Hut in Cardiff! A bit sad to see it in this state.

Got service from John and his team member as well as Jamie in the kitchen. I lost my receipt so couldn't leave a glowing review, but they were extremely accommodating. I was on a first date and extremely nervous, but they were great and it really helped. P.S. we're now a couple... It was a great way to end an awesome date

Had the all you can eat lunch buffet. Only a choice of five pizzas and not the best ones. Was expensive really for what it is but was ok food to be fair. Needs more pizza choices. I'd advise asking what's available before committing to eating there 👀 Card only in Cardiff city centre one, not sure about other venues.

Shah was a wonderful host, it was my birthday and we were there as a family. He surprised me with a lovely cheese cake, conjectured by my wife and daughter

I used the buffet option today which is cost me like £15.99 with drink. I was really disappointed because the quality wasn’t good and the selection of the pizzas(6) and salads wasn’t enough. I’m not recommend this place.

Went in to pizza hut in Cardiff with my daughter, greeted and sat quickly, was told how to use the mobile app, I had the Buffett, daughter had the melt meal deal, hers was delivered quickly. The pizza was piping hot, and the salad bar was well stocked. Absolutely value for money, would most definitely have another visit

Booked up in advance. Used tastecard which meant the cheaper main course (lasagne) was free. I had a pizza which was delicious and the free salad bar was a tasty addition.

Usually go for the weekday buffet - great value for money. Cannot fault the staff who always go the extra mile and keep us coming back!

This was enjoyable experience seeing the staff all working together especially as it was busy. Even seeing the host Matthew helping out old couple and helping a woman with a pram. Also as I ordered a flatbread I ask if some ingredients could be left off. The chef who made the flatbread made it outstanding.

It was due at 7.20 then it went up to 7.50 pm but came at 7.32 but the driver at the restaurant was on time waiting for my order and when I received it, it was cold! I was not very pleased as I was starving!

Whats not to love about a Pizza Hut?? Its a shame to see so little of these resteraunts around South Wales anymore. Great food at competitive prices. Pizza hut are currently my go to.

It's a pity my pizza was a bit soggy and there was something spicy in my pizza! But the onion rings were nice but there was no sauce to go with them!

Me and my partner had a brilliant time at this pizza hut today. Everyone was super friendly and gave excellent service. We will definitely be returning! Especially since the one in Bristol near me is nowhere near as friendly!
