Went on buffet, hardly any vegetables on a vegetable pizza

Buffet. Speed of food and choice. Friendly staff Drinks machine meant could get your own not having to wait. Sides good choices and all very good.

Not busy, very little attention from staff, rushed food, food very bland or covered in grease and very expensive, will not be using again

Great meal and we were served by Favour, I think that's her name. A lovely and very helpful waitress who was extremely friendly with us all. I would recommend the CE or managers get more staff to serve customers as not enough staff on last night, it put added pressure on those few that were working which is not fair on them. If you value and want to keep your staff I suggest you listen to customers suggestions. Well done to the few staff that were on last night. Another suggestion would be to offer more veggie options with the pasta, veggie lasagne.

buffET midweek so we ordered via the app. Was quiet but staff were friendly. Salad fresh but not allot of deep pan traditional pizza hut bases...lots of thin. Eleven quid for pizza and salad but no drink :) was great to catch up with a friend

Very quiet place due to prices We ended up leaving because of ridiculous overpriced food I never see many people in there as families are getting hit with £70 lunchtime for 2-2childen with is horrendous I would not return here any time soon Much better value for money out there

It's all you want and expect from a pizza hut. Restaurant and staff are ok. No frills but reasonably run. Food was good.

My wife & I with 3 grandchildren had a lovely time on Tuesday lunch time. All the staff were especially friendly and helpful. We will be back. Deryck Bedford

The staff was very good, very attentive of which I was not expecting. Have not been to pizza hut for a while but the two ladies working in front were brilliant they seem to have a good team working there. The reason I gave 4 stars was for something that was beyond their control and thats the cost of the meal. I think the chain must be going to through some kind of "shrinkflation" because £70 for the size of pizzas we received is not good and I can only hold the board of directors responsible for that. The bottomless salad and drinks helped but I think I will probably come back during the buffet times.

Staff attention was excellent and clean tables, great food tops it off nicely

The restaurant was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was fresh and tasty and quick to the table. The salad bar was well topped up and fresh, pleasing to the eye.

Ordered for delivery around 3:45pm, online it said my order would be delivered at 4:20-4:30. I work nights, so it was a quick thing to get for the family before my shift. It’s not 4:44pm. I called twice, the guy told me the driver left with our order. He called back to tell me something we ordered was out of stock which meant the order didn’t leave the store. I then called back to ask to speak to the manager which all of a sudden he became the manager and said he didn’t say the driver left on the first call, which 4 other people heard the conversation. Order took over an hour, food was cold. And a waste of money.

Lovely restaurant, hard working team and always nice food

Staff were lazy and kept making mistakes. Found the time specific blue light discount insulting. Either have it all the time or don't. Food is okay but very expensive for what you get.

Young lady serving us was very welcoming and particularly kind to my nearly 4 year old granddaughter who was tired.

Having gone out for lunch we found many places closed due to a local power cut. Just happened to pass Pizza Hut and saw the lights on. Had a lovely meal. Staff were great. Maybe we were just very hungry but it was perfect.

Service was Quick and the staff bought all bowls and drinks over immediately. Ordering was super convenient on the app. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Great cheap family meal. Only reason for 4 * was down to salad bar.

It is what it is!!! a last resort place to dine. Poor buffet, poor selection, dry salad bar.

The atmosphere is kind of "Going back in time", but that's not the main issue - if you want to visit this place - don't face the windows as you will see the rats sniffing and looking for food outside the premises and it ain't the best thing to see when you are with a pizza in front of you! The salad bar has plenty of choices, but the cherry tomatoes had a weird unpleasant taste. The other salad options and dressings were delicious! The ice cream factory is also a great idea and has some nice toppings. The only thing that can be improved maybe is to cover the topping, as currently every child can sneeze on them. If you order a pizza - chose one withoit bacon or just skip it, as it taste like an old freezer bacon. It ruined one of our pizzas. The vegan cheesecake was very delicious! The stafd though are amazing! Very friendly, helpful and are able to do their best to give you a pleasant experience! I gave an extra star for their politeness.

Availability of food and drink facilities was good, as it allows a lively family to enjoy lunch without too much wait time. I have 2 autistic sons and they like the independence.

Friendly and helpful staff . Easy to order and pay on the app. Food was hot and tasted good. My daughter is coeliac and enjoyed the pizza and brownie. Young lady who served us was lovely, really friendly and helpful.

What a depressing place, well in need of re-decoration and face lift to bring it up to date! Show your customers you value them NOT need them! The manager/front of house has face like a smacked a**e, not friendly or approachable at all (maybe having a bad day or perhaps every day is a bad day) service with a smile is left to the young servers who try their best, honestly if it wasn’t for the lunchtime buffet deal would go to this branch at all, but it tied in nicely with a film we were going to see at cineworld next door, c’mon Pizza Hut you can do better

Visited in school holidays. Restaurant was busy but fitted us in. Service was good considering how busy they were and food arrived in good time. Child's menu was good both children enjoyed Pizza , chips and icecream for £7.99. Adults buffet was £12.99 that included as many pieces of pizza as you want and free salad bar but as hubby and I ordered our own pizza to share no salad and no sides it was £30 which I thought was a bit overpriced for what we got. Would probably order buffet next time.

I visited your store in April 2023 Aspects Leisure Park, Bedford MK41 9LN. I was very shocked that you did not cater for gluten free people in the buffet option. I was invited to a birthday party there - and I was then subjected to paying £14 for a pizza and that the size was ridiculously small. I Then had to order a drink separately, so was Total of £17.69 at no point was I informed by my server that I was able to have salad I felt very left out and secluded to just the gluten free pizza I ordered Why was I singled out to pay £17.69 If an Adults buffet with salad and with a drink was £14.99. The adults buffet You could go up as many times as you wanted . I think for gluten free option for £14.00  We should have had option of three different gluten free pizzas and a drink  for the same price as the Buffet at £14.99 I felt very secluded from the funcion your restaurant make me feel unwanted Did not get any responce from store manager or higher management, once they did reply they said : Just to let you know that internal investigations are considered confidential to our business so we would be unable to disclose what feedback we have been sent after this email, Thank You

Fantastic service from ShayneF today. He could not have done more for us to make sure we were enjoying our experience. Will return purely from the service that he provided ... but still worth mentioning that the pizza was great as usual!

I dont normaly leave feedback but I was so desapointed. I havent been pizza hut in 5years+. In comparison to other awailable piza places they are so behind in quality that I would never visit again. Even my local takeaway does better piza and that place is poor also. It was empty on saturday. The quality of piza not great, the dough and cheese used for the piza doesbt go and has funny aftertaste. Its as if piza hut is tuck in time 10+ years ago. They need to re-invent themselves and quickly. On a positive note the ice cream factory kids loves, however on that also its not changed much since i remember being young. Tey should have some more choice of add ons : ) i am not leaving message because I am upset its purely a message to the pizza hut to wake up because you are heading for a crash and I am suprized you guys are still going.. : )

This pizza hut has gone down hill since my last visit which was probably 5 years ago. Gluten free pizza base was dry with very little topping. Grandchildren didn't complain but youngest didn't eat as much as usual. Won't go again, will bring home a Tesco pizza next time.

What made our meal great? Mia B. Was our server. She ensured we didn't want or wait without being overbearing. It really helped us celebrate an early birthday for our grandson.

Well we're do I start ordered a pizza hut website site took my money witch people you know is not cheap any way but lost connection for some reason and didn't get a order number so I'm still down 30 piu d witch still has not been refunded back have come to realise that this company when ordering off line is an absolute joke

Fabulous food and excellent service

The pizza wasn't the best quality, the staff were what could only be described as pretentious and rude, and worst of all, a staff member is the constant subject of mistreatment. I highly suggest against going there.

Food was tasty and plentiful (We needed a doggie bag!) but the standout was the service and attention we received. We will return.

I Came here with my family last week (the 24th) Matthew who served us was kind and really helpful when he took are orders. Overall good quick food and nice place to eat. However if I have to pick things apart I am disappointed that there is no pasta on the salad bar.

Service and food brilliant. Josh was a greater server and made the visit really enjoyable. UPDATE 18th March Standards have dropped. Staff and serviced started off well but as soon as they got busy we were ignored. More staff needed and they need to look after current customers.

The service was very quick and efficient. Checked in on us regularly if everything was OK with the meal. Very kind and friendly staff, especially FlynnB. FlynnB made the experience today 14th March even more special for our daughter Ellena on her 12th Birthday, by surprising her with her favourite chocolate brownie and ice cream for pudding. Ellena was so curious and still thinks we told Pizza hut it was her birthday :):):) Thanks so much FlynnB.

Lovely place.The salad bar was absolutely delicious and timely filled up. Staff were great. I love mac n cheese and it was perfect. Deep pan pizza,garlic bread were also good. Clean place . Only downfall they don't take cash so make sure you have your card with you.

Visited Bedford Pizza Hut today and served by shayne he was brilliant and really patient as we had an 18 month old with us . He’s a real credit to Pizza Hut as is the host (sorry didn’t get his name ) keep up the good work!

Never visited Pizza Hut before, but this branch made it worth the wait. We went after visiting cineworld to watch Black Panther 2. Friendly staff, no assumptions. Food was delicious. Good for family outing.

Food was great good atmosphere book on line earlier no hassle . But i will say if u book on line u are NOT priory before walk ins then never said anybody booked a table we had 5 mins till are table was ready for us and with luck there was a few tables left we had to family's walk in before us (4) in each party so we was lucky to get our table but nothing was on a table to say reserved for us . So it's a gamble . So I think this needs addressing . And pudding every thing choc/ carmel/ apart from raspberry ice what is that and ice cream and cookie dough options not very good

Been a while since I've been here. The food was good and tasty, although need to not get the jalapeño poppers next time. Didn't like them. Service was very good. Flynn was brilliant, warm welcoming and always on hand when needed. Thanks peeps.

Flynn was very friendly and has great customer service, he was very helpful on the phone when I called up and very kind when we arrived. He is a credit to the company.

My pizza was delivered sideways absolutely destroying it. It looked so disgusting I couldn't eat it and ordered from elsewhere.

Terrible service, staff pay more attention to takeout customers and are not present for dinning customers. If you want anything just help yourself or you would be waiting all day for a server to come

Visited with family, not so friendly customer service. Went with expectations of good pizza, no not so good.

Second time I've been here and they have messed up the order...again. they put right, but never any remuneration offered... Food is average tbh, service is however friendly but honestly, it's just an average pizza hut with average pizzas. I remember them being far better a few years ago.

The whole team were great. We had a party of Ten 8 year olds who were a little excited at times. So apologies to the other diners (luckily we dined early) But the whole team were attentive and accommodating. Special shout out to Shane who went above and beyond. The Pizzas arrived quickly and were delicious. Couldn’t fault the service, definitely recommend.

The pizzas themselves were really lovely but whoever owns this place needs to get their act together. 2 members of staff to service the dining area and take away is appalling they looked exhausted!

Ordered a Delivery from Bedford branch. Tracking showed the pizzas were being packed for 20 minutes, in reality they were probably sitting under a hot lamp for 20 minutes waiting for a driver. When we got the pizzas they were like dried up cardboard, lukewarm.

This place needs a serious refurbishment.... I haven't been in over 4 years and there are still the same mould stains on the ceiling... Lucky that the staff is nice

The place is very untidy!!! The waitress was very good and nice! Was another time the staff was very kind! But I think they should clean more properly like for food place.

I am very very disappointed to be honest with the two large pizzas I ordered, both of the pizzas didn't have any flavours or herbs whatsoever, because we have purchased from the Hatfield branch many times and we didn't face such a situation. I am very disappointed that was not even worth what I paid. The counter young lady was very helpful and kind.

We sometimes visit this Pizza Hut after going to the cinema on the same complex. Always had a good experience here. The QR code ordering was very convenient as we could take our time and go back and change the order if needed. Paying whilst ordering was also good as we didn't need to get the attention of staff for the bill. The meals were brought out out in a timely manner too. Staff asked a few times if everything was OK etc. Everyone Was polite and friendly.

Really pleasant experience. Plenty of choice. We opted for the buffet menu meaning pizza salad drinks and ice cream for all. Easier for children to eat what they want. Probably cheaper than ordering specific pizzas for each person and drinks and puddings. Very tasty. Very filling.

Went to a Pizza Hut (in Bedford) after a very very long time. Had a great evening with friends. The restaurant was very large and spacious and service was excellent. The pizzas and salad took me back to when we used to go to a Pizza Hut regularly when they had a large presence.

Went for a buffet lunch. Staff really pleasant but the decor is outdated and lacking. The pizza on the buffet could have been replaced a bit quicker as there seemed to be empty pizza dishes for a while but good tasty pizza and salad

We arrived, and it was fairly quiet with lots of clean tables available. Pizza was outstanding (my sons opinion), salad bar was fully stocked, service was great and the young lady serving us was very helpful. Children enjoyed ice cream factory. The food was tasty and well plated. Great value for money, and a cheeky night out with the family!

We popped in for a quick bite to eat after a busy day at Silverstone, we were shown to a table by Daniel K, he was also our waiter, he was very polite, friendly and helpful, engaging in conversation and making us feel very welcome. Daniel is credit to pizza hut. 😊
