Pizza Hut Restaurants in Bedford

As far as I'm concerned, I'm always up for a Pizza Hut pizza. However, the prices now are way beyond a joke, and the prices jump depending on which day you go to eat. The buffet was an extra £5 on a Sunday than compared to a Monday, adding an extra £20 to the bill for apparently no reason at all. It was dead om the Sunday and I'm gunna assume it will be dead on the Monday as well. As far as the food goes, pizza is always good.

Excellent manager making everyone feel welcome today, excellent service and taking care of the place very well.

We had a wonderful time this evening at Pizza Hut; we had a lovely girl called daisy who served us, she was so lovely and really welcoming! She was really interactive with my two little girls We definitely will be coming back!

Daisy is very sweet, give that girl a bonus !!!

Came on a week night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Although was quiet was made to feel very welcome by our waitress Daisy . The Manager and Daisy went the extra mile and brought us out a celebration cake with candle which was very thoughtful and kind , Thanks guys for a nice time

I went in for a takeaway The staff were friendly helped me bit with my voucher as it was on line one problem with takeaways the food gets bit cold when you walk it home obviously not the restaurants fault so when I got home I just heat it up bit in the microwave but the food was lovely even got bit of free salad foods bit pricey but I had a voucher so weren't to bad

A big shout out to Sam the manager at this Pizza Hut. What an amazing chap he is. Super smiley and always greets us well. Really makes me comfortable as I go with my 3 young kids and has a non judgemental way about him. I particularly like his chilled persona.

Went on bank holiday Monday and we ordered 5 buffet meals Mon to Fri 8.99 ,couldn't believe it when the bill came and they charged 21.50 each person, when asked why it was so expensive the waiter said its bank holiday Monday ,didn't see any thing telling us they were going to rip us off. They sould let you know when ordering or not serve the buffet on bank holiday Mondays I have gone to other restaurants on bank holiday Mondays and none of them charge me more . won't be going near a pizza hut ever again and I suggest they make it clear.

Treated us really nicely. The staff were really nice and helpful, which is refreshing given that generally speaking service levels have dramatically decline in most companies over the last couple of years. Would recommend this outlet. The food was bangin'.

Yeah, food was good except they didn't have fries in the afternoon, which I found odd and too much drizzle on the flatbread.

The driver had clearly drove like a maniac on the way here as the pizza had fallen out of the box pretty much. Slices were no longer slices and the toppings had slid off. Awful service.

We took 9 kids here today for my son’s birthday and I have to share how incredible the staff were. I don’t like having to order on an app (and never will - this is stressful with a big group like this) but they were so patient, calm and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I literally can’t fault them. We had some fussy kids with us plus allergies and they were so helpful. Food was great and satisfied some big appetites. Great value too. Staff were excellent and made what could have been a nightmare, a fun experience. Thank you to the team!

Went on buffet, hardly any vegetables on a vegetable pizza

They always forget the ice cream with the cookie dough and when I asked the driver he didn’t speak English. The company Pizza Hut Bedford doesn’t want to know. They said well come and collect it !!!!! I paid for that and delivery. This is the 7th time no ice cream has been delivered. Not ordering again. And the food looked like it was turned on its side. Disgusted with the way we are treated.

Buffet. Speed of food and choice. Friendly staff Drinks machine meant could get your own not having to wait. Sides good choices and all very good.

Not busy, very little attention from staff, rushed food, food very bland or covered in grease and very expensive, will not be using again

Great meal and we were served by Favour, I think that's her name. A lovely and very helpful waitress who was extremely friendly with us all. I would recommend the CE or managers get more staff to serve customers as not enough staff on last night, it put added pressure on those few that were working which is not fair on them. If you value and want to keep your staff I suggest you listen to customers suggestions. Well done to the few staff that were on last night. Another suggestion would be to offer more veggie options with the pasta, veggie lasagne.

No dips and no ice-cream with cookie dough. Spicy fries rather than plain. Not very hot.

buffET midweek so we ordered via the app. Was quiet but staff were friendly. Salad fresh but not allot of deep pan traditional pizza hut bases...lots of thin. Eleven quid for pizza and salad but no drink :) was great to catch up with a friend

Very quiet place due to prices We ended up leaving because of ridiculous overpriced food I never see many people in there as families are getting hit with £70 lunchtime for 2-2childen with is horrendous I would not return here any time soon Much better value for money out there

It's all you want and expect from a pizza hut. Restaurant and staff are ok. No frills but reasonably run. Food was good.

The staff was very good, very attentive of which I was not expecting. Have not been to pizza hut for a while but the two ladies working in front were brilliant they seem to have a good team working there. The reason I gave 4 stars was for something that was beyond their control and thats the cost of the meal. I think the chain must be going to through some kind of "shrinkflation" because £70 for the size of pizzas we received is not good and I can only hold the board of directors responsible for that. The bottomless salad and drinks helped but I think I will probably come back during the buffet times.

The restaurant was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was fresh and tasty and quick to the table. The salad bar was well topped up and fresh, pleasing to the eye.

they made me collect it which i’ve never done then had to wait almost half an hour to actually pick it up from the restaurant

they don't read the notes given: We told them to deliver the food by 6pm it came at 4pm

Ordered for delivery around 3:45pm, online it said my order would be delivered at 4:20-4:30. I work nights, so it was a quick thing to get for the family before my shift. It’s not 4:44pm. I called twice, the guy told me the driver left with our order. He called back to tell me something we ordered was out of stock which meant the order didn’t leave the store. I then called back to ask to speak to the manager which all of a sudden he became the manager and said he didn’t say the driver left on the first call, which 4 other people heard the conversation. Order took over an hour, food was cold. And a waste of money.

Staff were lazy and kept making mistakes. Found the time specific blue light discount insulting. Either have it all the time or don't. Food is okay but very expensive for what you get.

Young lady serving us was very welcoming and particularly kind to my nearly 4 year old granddaughter who was tired.

Having gone out for lunch we found many places closed due to a local power cut. Just happened to pass Pizza Hut and saw the lights on. Had a lovely meal. Staff were great. Maybe we were just very hungry but it was perfect.

It is what it is!!! a last resort place to dine. Poor buffet, poor selection, dry salad bar.

The atmosphere is kind of "Going back in time", but that's not the main issue - if you want to visit this place - don't face the windows as you will see the rats sniffing and looking for food outside the premises and it ain't the best thing to see when you are with a pizza in front of you! The salad bar has plenty of choices, but the cherry tomatoes had a weird unpleasant taste. The other salad options and dressings were delicious! The ice cream factory is also a great idea and has some nice toppings. The only thing that can be improved maybe is to cover the topping, as currently every child can sneeze on them. If you order a pizza - chose one withoit bacon or just skip it, as it taste like an old freezer bacon. It ruined one of our pizzas. The vegan cheesecake was very delicious! The stafd though are amazing! Very friendly, helpful and are able to do their best to give you a pleasant experience! I gave an extra star for their politeness.

Availability of food and drink facilities was good, as it allows a lively family to enjoy lunch without too much wait time. I have 2 autistic sons and they like the independence.

What a depressing place, well in need of re-decoration and face lift to bring it up to date! Show your customers you value them NOT need them! The manager/front of house has face like a smacked a**e, not friendly or approachable at all (maybe having a bad day or perhaps every day is a bad day) service with a smile is left to the young servers who try their best, honestly if it wasn’t for the lunchtime buffet deal would go to this branch at all, but it tied in nicely with a film we were going to see at cineworld next door, c’mon Pizza Hut you can do better

They actually have pizza. Not much of a hut tbh, more a chain restaurant vibe.

Pizzas are tiny and extremely over priced for the size of pizza, feel really let down and don’t have enough food to feed a family. £31 is so overpriced for two tiny pizzas. Will not use Pizza Hut again.

Visited in school holidays. Restaurant was busy but fitted us in. Service was good considering how busy they were and food arrived in good time. Child's menu was good both children enjoyed Pizza , chips and icecream for £7.99. Adults buffet was £12.99 that included as many pieces of pizza as you want and free salad bar but as hubby and I ordered our own pizza to share no salad and no sides it was £30 which I thought was a bit overpriced for what we got. Would probably order buffet next time.

I visited your store in April 2023 Aspects Leisure Park, Bedford MK41 9LN. I was very shocked that you did not cater for gluten free people in the buffet option. I was invited to a birthday party there - and I was then subjected to paying £14 for a pizza and that the size was ridiculously small. I Then had to order a drink separately, so was Total of £17.69 at no point was I informed by my server that I was able to have salad I felt very left out and secluded to just the gluten free pizza I ordered Why was I singled out to pay £17.69 If an Adults buffet with salad and with a drink was £14.99. The adults buffet You could go up as many times as you wanted . I think for gluten free option for £14.00  We should have had option of three different gluten free pizzas and a drink  for the same price as the Buffet at £14.99 I felt very secluded from the funcion your restaurant make me feel unwanted Did not get any responce from store manager or higher management, once they did reply they said : Just to let you know that internal investigations are considered confidential to our business so we would be unable to disclose what feedback we have been sent after this email, Thank You

Fantastic service from ShayneF today. He could not have done more for us to make sure we were enjoying our experience. Will return purely from the service that he provided ... but still worth mentioning that the pizza was great as usual!

I dont normaly leave feedback but I was so desapointed. I havent been pizza hut in 5years+. In comparison to other awailable piza places they are so behind in quality that I would never visit again. Even my local takeaway does better piza and that place is poor also. It was empty on saturday. The quality of piza not great, the dough and cheese used for the piza doesbt go and has funny aftertaste. Its as if piza hut is tuck in time 10+ years ago. They need to re-invent themselves and quickly. On a positive note the ice cream factory kids loves, however on that also its not changed much since i remember being young. Tey should have some more choice of add ons : ) i am not leaving message because I am upset its purely a message to the pizza hut to wake up because you are heading for a crash and I am suprized you guys are still going.. : )

This pizza hut has gone down hill since my last visit which was probably 5 years ago. Gluten free pizza base was dry with very little topping. Grandchildren didn't complain but youngest didn't eat as much as usual. Won't go again, will bring home a Tesco pizza next time.

What made our meal great? Mia B. Was our server. She ensured we didn't want or wait without being overbearing. It really helped us celebrate an early birthday for our grandson.

Well we're do I start ordered a pizza hut website site took my money witch people you know is not cheap any way but lost connection for some reason and didn't get a order number so I'm still down 30 piu d witch still has not been refunded back have come to realise that this company when ordering off line is an absolute joke

Fabulous food and excellent service

The pizza wasn't the best quality, the staff were what could only be described as pretentious and rude, and worst of all, a staff member is the constant subject of mistreatment. I highly suggest against going there.

Food was tasty and plentiful (We needed a doggie bag!) but the standout was the service and attention we received. We will return.

Absolutely disgusting service. Made an order for 2 pizzas, one was forgotten. Called up Pizza Hut to arrange delivery of half of the order, to be told by an incompetent manager they had no just eat delivery drivers and they can’t get the pizza out to use but we were welcome to collect it. Sorry, I don’t care if you don’t have any delivery drivers that’s not my problem. Do not offer a service if you can not do it correctly. I am absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the staff, and would like a full refund for my order as you have ruined my sons birthday celebrations.
