Food is great with special and friendly customer service.

I love it. There have pizza, salad, ice cream and drinks. That is it. I am not good at explaining, sorry;; If you like pizza, I recommend you to come tast it. You will love it, if you love pizza.

My teenaged grandsons and I had a buffet lunch today. The pizzas, pastas and salads were very delicious. Thomas was very cordial and professional. My thanks for the excellent food and service.

Very lonely but the service was at best

Out of all the pizzerias I been to, this is BY FAR, the best one. The food if delicious and the salad bar is a good addition. Service is very good. Atmosphere is very chill and calm. Would recommend

Grandkids choice for pizza hut 🛖 yay,but the granny doesn't like cheese but they managed a burger pizza and no cheese . Waiter took our order,no note pad just a good memory 😆. Great service so everyone happy .

Sign says they close at 2300..went in at at 2215 and was asked to leave as they were closing.

My family went to dinner the first night we were in Edinburgh. It was one of the best places we had dinner in the 4 nights we were there. The man who served us, I think he was one of the owners, was very kind and patient since we spoke little English, he treated us and explained everything wonderfully, the place was clean and quiet and we had a very good dinner. While we were waiting for the pizzas we had a salad buffet included in the price. The 2 very good pizzas and the fresh salads.

The manager and staff at the Edinburgh branch on hanover street was fantastic and extremely helpful

The food was really good. All came fast and there was great service. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and all the staff are great.

I visited their buffet and it was excellent and your typical pizza hut food. The bbq pizza was wonderful. The ice cream factory was very good, nice smooth ice cream. The bottomless drinks were good too. I will be visiting again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. I ordered from them twice, and both times were a letdown. The first time, they completely lost my order - or rather, their own courier (not Deliveroo or Just Eat) lost my address and delivered my pizza to the wrong place. Luckily, we received a refund, but the whole situation was frustrating. After that incident, I swore off ordering from Pizza Hut. However, a friend convinced me to give them another chance. So, I decided to order two pizzas over the weekend: one large and one medium. Well, to put it mildly, I was shocked. Their so-called “large” pizza was barely the size of a regular medium, and you can imagine how tiny the actual medium one was. The total cost was over £40—money that could have easily gotten me genuinely large, high-quality pizzas elsewhere. On top of that, the taste was awful. The dough was bland, and the toppings were sparse and unappetizing. I usually have a deep respect for food and hate wasting it, but this time, I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Sorry, but I don’t want to feed my body with something that tastes this bad. We did get a partial refund, so I appreciate that at least. However, I’m not sure if this is an issue with all Pizza Hut franchises or just this specific location, but either way, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Pizzas were fab, downside was the overwhelming smell of body odour from one of the staff.

Food was good, but £48 for 2 pizzas 1 cider and a Coke I thought was a bit expensive 😬 then tip as well.

First time at Pizza Hut. The pizza tastes good and the free salad is a nice change, plus the refillable ice cream if you order it. The price is quite high for the size of the pizza.

Good was delicious and good presented well. Place was clean and the seating was very comfortable. Staff were efficient, but friendliness, but sure he could have been tired. All told it was a very good place to eat.

I asked if they deliver and they had a go at for me no reason

Had 2 slices of pizza in 45 minutes with the buffet. No other pizzas bring cooked for it either. Manager didn't get a toss . Avoid this one if you are hungry

Waited over an hour for cold food

We chose it for lunch with my family. Since we come from Turkey and are picky eaters, it was one of our few alternatives. The employees were very attentive and helpful.

We went to order some pizzas to take away and KieranR treated us very kindly even though he doesn't speak our language

They only accept payment by card and the order is made through a QR that does not work correctly. But the very friendly waitress, after a while, helped us take the order without the website.

Noting bad about this place, but I been to better Pizza huts and this is not one of that.

Standard Pizza Hut, as expected, which can be comforting. It's a large restaurant, and in Oct 2024, it was a good dry and warm spot to take a break from the weather. The salad bar didn't have too many choices, but it was adequate.

Very nice service and delicious food

They closed the dining area an hour before closing time. I arrived there at 20:45 and they only had a takeout service available.

Would like to appreciate staff named Ashish and others for good customer service. Always welcomes with smile. Talking about food. Pizzas were amazing. Salads were sad. The salads in middle-eastern pizza huts are so yumm. This was dissapointing. And dint find the veggies fresh.

A disgraceful restaurant. Spent over 45 pounds for a lousy pizza, tiny serve of lasagna, and garlic bread. With so many people in Edinburgh, I guess they think they can put their prices up. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I'll be reporting this restaurant to their head office. And they refused our cash! Card only.

Locals and Visitors beware!! Do not use this Pizza Hut branch during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, they have pushed their prices up by £7 per large pizza, that's a 32-33% increase! This is shameful, exploiting local and visitors alike, I will never go to this branch again, ever.....

Spectacular server kieranR , explained everything about allergens and meals perfectly...knew menu inside out and got us the best price he could fantastic a credit too himself and the company.

Unlimited buffet for 3, fresh, had pizzas on stand every time we went up with good selection, nice salad, unfortunately no garlic sauce and coleslaw a little watery. Nice, clean restaurant with polite, attentive staff.

The experience was pleasant. The place was empty and the employee's service was quick and friendly. We spent a while talking to him and he was very curious. His name was Alejandros and the boy was very very nice. We took the £22 menu with a drink, pizza, potatoes and salad and the truth is that it was right.

I was greeted, sat, and assisted with great care & attention. I enjoyed that they asked me if I had any food allergies before I ordered. The service was wonderful, the meal was delicious for the value I paid, so overall a great place to dine no matter the occasion. Everyone was kind.

Always enjoyed going to pizza hut since I was young and it's still a fun day out for the family however the prices are too high now. For the same price there's definitely better quality restaurants unfortunately.

Dirty, overpriced, poor service. Don't restock salad bar. I've cream machine is horrible super cold and tasteless, icy Rather than creamy. Kids pizzas tiny with hardy any topping. Pizza Hut has gone massively down hill. Terrible dining experience, will not return.

The pizza is delicious and the service is very fast and excellent. There is a person working named Alex. He is a very helpful person and works very kind and friendly. I loved the place with Alex, a very wonderful person. Thank you, my brother.

I had to catch the spoon out of the cup of coffee by diving my fingers into the coffee after it sank there and was much less than the depth of the cup!! As a result, the sugar could not be placed and it all remained at the bottom of the cup.

The restaurant was pleasant and relaxing and at the time I visited very quiet for a Saturday lunchtime with the waitress being very polite and courteous. Would certainly come back here.

Order is stone cold as it was delivered to the wrong place. Driver did not ring as he said his phone was broken. Ordered at 7.00, got food at 8.10 Missing drink, ice - cream melted. Not good enough for the price of the food. Extremely dissatisfied.

Back in the past at least 30 years🤪. Pizzas as good as ever, a super friendly and professional waiter, a very good time.

Placed an order at 4pm, delivery time was quoted to be 30-45 minutes. It arrived at close to 6:30. No idea if the pizza was any good as I was so hungry I didn’t care at that point.

Items were OK, aside from not being hot on arrival, especially the dessert which was stone cold and the ice cream melted. Delivery took almost 1.5 hours.

OMG strap in for this one. Run from this place. I can not say enough BAD things about this place 1st I understand having to wait for a table if the place is busy but having to wait at the door for about ten min before anyone comes to greet you while there was at least 3 booths empty. 2nd we were encouraged to use the app and use the WiFi to order. The WiFi was non existent and could not order. 3rd When ordering our food there was no fizzy drinks apart from pepsi and not even diet 4th again I expect to have to wait on fresh food. But for only 4 of the 5 to come and tell my son he will need to wait while the rest of us are eating because they did not make is at the same time....them min later after the rest of us are mostly done he gets his and the cherry on the top of that it was burnt Please do not go here

£50 spent on order, the food wasn't even look warm it was absolutely stone cold. Never order from here again

Al entrar nos atendieron rápido, pero luego para apuntar la comanda estuvimos 10 min o más. Pedimos una pizza individual y unos chicken bits que tardaron como 30 min en traer, me imagino que estarían haciendo la masa, porque sólo había 3 mesas y 3 camareros para todos, así que los tiempos de espera me parecieron exagerados. Había una oferta con lo que pedimos, pero no nos dimos cuenta porque no entendemos muy bien el idioma, pero muy feo detalle por parte del camarero no decirlo, y cobrarnos todo separado (24£) cuando la oferta incluía además bebida y buffet de salads por 22£. La comida en sí no estaba mala, pero esos detalles hacen que no vuelva y que no lo recomienda.

Okej pizza, många vegetariska alternativ. Läsken i läskautomaten smakar fruktansvärt pga att man använder kranvatten, som innehåller extremt mycket klor. Tyvärr ser personalen inga som helst problem med det.

Out of season, turned up at tea time and was almost empty, service 10/10. Facilities 09/10 - but very clean, by the way. Left tip as was all round grand service.
