Service, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff.

Tables and floor were dirty, not busy so no excuse. Place your order on a mobile device, waited ages before drinks arrived. Food was nice but not worth the price.

The food is always spot on, the atmosphere is light and breezy and the staff are fantastic.

Been going to different pizza huts for a while but the experience I had at Manchester fort was amazing. All the staff were lovely and accommodating nothing was too much. Shout out to Ebony and melody😊😊😊😊

We love this restaurant. We go at opening time before it gets too busy & get a booth at the back. The buffet is what we usually get so we can just help ourselves at leisure. The food is super tasty but does taste more greasy than other brands. There are toilets plus a disabled toilet. It may possibly be hard to get past the first door that leads to the toilets. Ordering is now encouraged by scanning a QR code on the table. Im a bit scared of new tech so my son did it for me. It means less interaction with humans. U order on your phone and when it goes through staff bring your order (we only do the buffet so staff bring empty glasses and direct us to the drinks machine & buffet) You have to pay upfront for anything now.

Guys, save your money. You might as well just take the apron and card machine and serve yourself. Don’t forget the notepad and pen to take your own orders. The mixed raced girl was nice, the white girl with pony tail, checkered shirt & mahoosive lashes personality of an ice-cube. Save your money. Go for a Nando’s near-by.

Haven't had Pizza Hut for a couple of years. Our server Ebony was really friendly and cheerful, got back to us very quickly with what we needed. We had a wonderful time at Pizza Hut Manchester Fort. We ordered Meat Feast with Stuffed Crust, Hot Honey BBQ Chicken Wings, Hot Honey Chicken Bites, and cheesecake. Most importantly, the deal came along with an unlimited salad bowl, where it can be refilled trips after trips. The food arrived right in time, and it didn't require a long waiting time, which we were totally happy for. Much appreciated for the dinner, Ebony, and Pizza Hut.

Abandoned at a table and instructed to use QR code. No idea what I was doing and my mate couldn't work it out either so unfortunately had to leave as I felt quite stressed, unimportant and the entire experience was unpleasant. Not sure what I'm actually paying for in a hospitality venue when there is no hospitality and I'm expected to look after myself. I can do that at home for a fraction of the price!

Very expensive, £33 for a large margherita and 2 drinks. Good customer service otherwise and very clean.

Very poor experience, my wife wanted to for her birthday lunch ,we arrived and there was on 2 1/2 pizzas on the self help desk ,the waitress was very annoying the atmosphere was terrible, I will never go there again

So after having a bad experience with pizza hut before (pizza hut in Central Manchester) I decided to give it another go by going to this restaurant in Manchester Fort. The service here was horrible, the lady in check shirt, short hair and glasses had the worst attitude. She looked like I've bothered her trying to make an order with her 🤣 Although the other lady that was on shift was actually very nice and caring. (She also had glasses on but long brown hair) The chef (if I can call him that) big guy with no chef uniform on (he had his own clothes on) in the kitchen visible to the customers put me off food. The salad bar was a mess. Cherry tomatoes had mould growing on the stem. Iceberg was brown and soggy. Just bad stale salad. What else can I say. Pizza was average. Only good thing was the cookie dough. Definitely not coming back to ANY pizza hut.

The good was good but ordering is done by app which takes the human element of out the experience.

Came to celebrate my Daughters 5th birthday. Not sure if she was the manager blond hair working late on the 16th of November. Thank you for making my daughter so happy. Small gestures mean alot.

Service was fantastic, food was fresh and tasted fab! Prob one of the best Pizza Hut we have been to.

Just nipped in as needed the toilet before eating..one of the workers shouted and said to my husband "you need to wait back there!" she didn't give him chance to tell her he needed the loo before ordering" he is diabetic and we would have ordered afterwards..as I followed my husband where the toilets were the worker uttered "stupid" I told her that I had heard her say this and she denied it..I felt intimated by her and I felt we were being victimised because of my faith..will not be visiting this complex again..

I ordered a Mac n cheese pizza over Uber and they sent me a pizza with bacon on it. Whoever is reading the orders must be drunk or stupid. I expected better.

Perfect! @ Manchester Fort Julie and Aaron were brilliant, also the other lady that was on shift, all fantastic members of staff. I came in because I had a code that would not work online for a collection, and wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. I walked into the store, Julie very bubbly, helpful lady, greeted me then started to assist me. She couldn't figure it out after attempting to see the issue on my phone so took it over to Aaron who looked into it and started to explain why it wouldn't work. He continued to take my order online, and charged me half price for an item as the voucher credit was for £30.00, and I stated I did not want to spend to much over this. I asked for 5 dips, and he stated he would not charge me for this, that I could take another side but he wouldn't charge me full price. Then started to get my order together, packed up my drink, dips, napkins everything. Such an incredible guy, so helpful. The whole team incredibly friendly and approachable. I couldn't thank them enough. My last interactions with Pizza Hut was so toxic, I stated so many times, I would never use your services again, based on my interactions today, it has totally changed. Lovely team, fantastic service, work well, and a PELASURE TO BE AROUND. I Hope they are sincerely appreciated and advised of how good they are. Pay Rise!!! Even watching their interactions with other customers was a pleasant sight. Top Tier Customer Service. Very memorable. One pleased customer.

We explained to Brook that the chefs simply dont listen and put garlic butter on the stuffed crust EVERY time and have to re-do the pizza every visit (not just this store) so Brook kept an eye on the pizza coming out while she worked,and went over to stop the chef doing it wrong (yet again) so we got the pizza we wanted first time.Nobody has done this before so we were very impressed and thankful to her. :-)

I think Pizza Hut is overrated to be honest! Nothing special about it! Over priced pizzas, mediocre service and loud music.. almost £65 for 1 pizza 2 small sides 2 drinks and 1 brownie and an ice lolly! It’s pizza not gold bricks 🤦🏻‍♀️ iv had better frozen pizzas from tescos.

Great quality food at reasonable prices, 1 larges pizzas with 2 sides fed 3 people without any problems. It is ok because they don’t serve halal chicken we order vegetarian pizza

Pizza , pasta, sides are always of consistent good quality. The 18.99 deal is good for us as a family. I'd give 5 but the salad bar it's declining in quality /bit grim tbh. Staff seem chilled out/laid back helpful and friendly .

Booked in advance for 18 people (plus a baby) for a Saturday evening and they were able to accommodate us all. When we arrived I expected it to be much busier specially for a Saturday evening in a busy retail park but it was pretty much empty apart from maybe a couple of small groups. We were seated, the kids were given a colouring book and some crayons by the staff and then we put in our order online. The service the whole night was great,super quick and very helpful whenever required. I haven't been to 'The Hut' for a while so was disappointed that the pasta in the salad bar had been removed. The 'salad bar' was just that, just salads and some nachos. We didn't really have much time to have salads since the mains were brought out very quickly. The pizzas were decent but the prices are still a ripoff for what you are getting. Paying £23 for a Margherita pizza is way too expensive and whether you buy a bottomless drink or a single drink the prices are pretty much the same. I would suggest ordering for home delivery since there are plenty of 50% discounts that can be found online and then the pizzas are worth it. But we all had a good time so it was a positive experience.

Pricy, but pretty good. Supports Tastecard via the ordering webpage. Don't know why Google thinks this place is a type of pizza, but sure.

Used to get take away from Pizza Hut Prestwich, but now that location is closed down and decided to give a go Manchester Fort location. Seems like that was last pizza hut I had in my life - first of all I been given wrong pizza, with missing ingredients, extremely fat and oily and secondly it is much smaller than the one from Take away point in Prestwich had. Utterly disappointing experience really.

Fairly stocked salad bar which was clean. The lady who was serving me and my Brother was inviting and had offered great customer service. We had ordered a stuffed crust pizza with multiple toppings and had finished off the night with cookie dough.

Gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Pizzen. Man bekommt jede in verschiedenen Größen und verschiedenen Arten z.B. als Pfannenpizza oder mit Käserand. Dazu gibt es ein gratis Salatbuffet wo es sogar Nachos mit Dip gibt. Dieses hätte allerdings etwas sauberer sein können, man hat gesehen das es wohl heute schon länger in Betrieb war. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sachlich freundlich. Die Pizzen kamen schnell. Die Preise sind allerdings zu hoch und es könnte etwas mehr Belag auf der Pizza sein.

Food staff and service all great sadly sincere reopening they have decided to reject cash as a method of payment this excluding a larger proportion of potential clients me included so won't be visiting a pizza hut again if this is the way they are heading

Loads of things wrong today. Asked a staff member where is the thousand island sauce and she said she doesn’t know and to ask someone else as if this is a retail place. I asked someone else who also said they don’t know and said “we probably don’t have it” not good enough response. Then the kids pizza came out very burnt, I had to ask for a new one I can’t believe they tried to serve a burnt pizza. Ordered desert but no sign of it, it was really hard trying to catch someone’s attention, mainly staff are clueless and just walking about not paying attention to service. Finally one came and I asked for desert and was told another 10 minutes as something was wrong with the conveyer belt wasn’t working. Didn’t bother to check whether it was a kids or adults brownie. When I said it’s a kids brownie he said oh I can bring that out right away and took another 5 minutes to bring it out. This branch has gone downhill massively and all the staff need properly training in customer services and in procurement knowledge and to bring a burnt pizza out for customers to eat is a massive no no

I Found that other Pizza Huts restaurants have wider and better variety when it comes to the buffet meals,, I Asked for a cheese and onion pizza, I was told they don’t do it, mean while every other pizza hut in the world does.. The Staff never look happy, always miserable and it’s only 2 in the afternoon very patronising manager who just doesn’t care. It’s a dead restaurant for a reason and the staff prefer it tht way, I guess its less work, it seems they provide poor service on purpose. I was at the Rochdale Pizza Hut and was happy with the service and yes they did the cheese and onion pizza…

Flies were all around the salad bar going onto everything. If the staff bothered to check they would have seen it and should have sorted it out. Made me feel sick.

We took a class of 30 school children, the staff were brilliant especially the manager, she was so helpful. First time I'd been would definitely recommend it.

Took my 8 year for her birthday back in February 2022 staff were fantastic set everything including the Balloons made all the kids and adults feel very welcome nothing was too much trouble, pizza's were nice, service was good, restaurant was clean all in all my little girl was very happy

Pizza hut has brilliant service they have buffet on so you can pick pizza and salad of your choice drinks arent included with the buffet. They have other choices of food dessert drink and pudding on the menu also. Lots of seating too. Lovely restaurant reccomend to anyone going and we will be coming bk😁😁😁

Ordered a vegi pizza on thin bread and i was very impressed about the taste 😋 really really tasty pizza, will definitely come back. Only minus is when pizza hut is full of people it's very noisy and you can't enjoy quite time anymore

Pizza was good but the beef 'meat' looked like rat droppings so not sure what it tasted like.

Although the signs say they were open, and there were staff inside, the doors were locked and you couldn't get in. Staff clearly disinterested in potential customers and too lazy / forgetful to open their doors. Went across the car park to Nandos instead!

Absolutely loved the food here! The price is decent for what you get, the restaurant is pristine, the food is absolutely lush and the customer service from Chelsea in particular was fantastic! My family all enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely return again!

A Fabulous place to eat. The food is delicious and great portions and the fact that you can have salad etc for free, and as much as you want, it brilliant. The drinks are top up as much as you want after you pay for your first glass! The staff are so friendly and make sure you are happy and have everything you need. This pizza hut gets 💯 out if 💯 from me and my family. THANK YOU!!!
