Came here for the buffet, the food was nice and while there was a little wait to be seated it was worth it, the staff here I found to also be very friendly despite the huge amount of pressure on them having to deal with so many different customers at once. Will definitely come here again!

One of worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. Had to order scanning qr code then had to wait longer for the 2nd side to arrive , which arrived well after our pizza and first side. Then after waiting for ages and ages after eating we had to ask about our desserts and got told they wait until customer is ready but they don't come check and they don't tell you you need to let them know when you ready for dessert. So very disappointed and unimpressed. Won't come again

Extortionate prices! Server recommended we take the pizza meal deal, didn’t mention that the size of the pizza was literally like a kids size! We were deceived by the size of the box and halloumi sticks (which I normally go crazy for) were so bad, you can honestly get better from the super market!

There wasn't much choice for buffet, only 4 choice of pizza and it was busy so food was going fast. We should of ordered a large pizza for 3 of us and shared this.

I went to BLuewater Pizza Hut on a very busy Saturday late afternoon with my husband and our grandson. We were greeted and served by trainee manager Luke. It was his first night as a manager - short notice ! Luke was absolutely fantastic ! He was friendly and professional and really looked after us on such a busy evening and with such short staff ! He worked so hard and gave up his breaks to ensure the restaurant ran smoothly. I can’t thank him and praise him enough .

Wrong Pizzas were delivered, right toppings but on wrong bases! Ruined our meal.

Friday 10th of Jan went to pizza hut at about half 8 and service was quite good considering they didn't have many staff on shop floor had q lovely young male server who was very polite and down to earth but unfortunately recieved my warm dessert anf it was cold apart from this overall service was very good considering the time and day

Cold food. Driver didn’t have a food storage bag and it’s -5 outside. Food was cold, one item was really poor

Pizza was cold, and we were missing to portions of onion rings. Really disappointed. I tracked the driver too who seemed that have stopped on another road no where near bluewater

Disappointed with our service we had today, usually we love a Pizza Hut but we definetly won’t be coming back to this one. It was busy when we were seated so we expected a long wait for our pizza which was fine. It then took staff 45 minutes to take our plates away and another 30 to bring out our shared pudding, which was lukewarm. I’m pregnant and had made the staff aware of this when they asked about any dietary restrictions, and just asked for everything to be piping hot, so I took it back to the bar and asked if it could be heated up again or remade so that it would be hotter. The waitress we had had an attitude and brought it back to the table and explained that they wouldn’t be making us another one and if they reheated it, it would come out the same temperature??? I explained again that I’m pregnant and just wanted it hotter, especially after we waited over an hour for it, she just said again that they wouldn’t remake or reheat it, and that I could order something else off the menu. I said to her that if it look over an hour to bring out a lukewarm pudding then we didn’t want anything else. Definitely won’t be coming back, don’t recommend at all.

Two Young Indian Girls Made This Visit Unacceptable ⭐ 1/5 I’ve been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut Bluewater for 15 years, knowing their stated closing time to be 10 PM. But on this occasion, when we arrived at 9:05 PM, two young Indian girls working there flat-out refused to let us dine in. This behavior was shocking—it felt like they were more interested in avoiding work than upholding Pizza Hut’s service standards. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it was clear they didn’t want the hassle of accommodating customers. The lack of care and disregard for customers left a terrible impression, and it’s baffling how this level of service could be allowed. If dine-in service ends before 10 PM, it should be clearly stated, as this experience completely undermines trust in the brand.

Micheal the manager was so helpful and kinda stopped me from going to Dartford market street and kicking off. Absolutely useless at Dartford. Bluewater could not do enough for us...so we'll done Micheal 👏🏾👏🏾

Absolutely appalling service. We arrived at 21:05 only to be turned away saying they are only takeaway. The restaurant was almost empty. The website states you are open until 10pm other restaurants within blue water was allowing customers to be seated so there is no reason for you to close early. I then asked a female who stated she was the manager if I could use the toilet I was told in a rude manner the only toilet was the down stairs disabled toilet but it was locked. One of the young members of male staff then kindly directed me to the upstairs toilet. For customers to be treated in a rude manner by the female manager is not acceptable maybe Pizza Hut should look at promoting the the young guy he had much better customer service than the so called manager

Really disappointed with our experience at Blue Water pizza hut. Waited over an hour for food to come, despite waiting staff seeming surprised we hadn't been fed and for some reason finding the delays funny. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have walked out. Salad bar was pretty empty, so was picking at scraps that weren't fresh while waiting an eternity for food to arrive. Pepsi machine worked OK, but that was the only thing that functioned properly at this restaurant. Even managed to forget one of our desserts when they eventually arrived with one of them, which wasn't what we wanted as they let me know I couldn't have apple crumble nearly 2 hours after I ordered it. Food was unimpressive, pizza was mediocre, in honesty on a parr with a supermarket offering when it finally arrived. Sides were OK. Definitely not a meal worth £50 plus, and the customer service was appalling. Very disappointed. The only good thing was having a laugh with the other people waiting for ever for their food. Won't be returning, ever.

Food was average as you'd expect for any pizza hut but the service was pretty much non existent. Pizzas were slow to come out after ordering via the QR code as requested then the wait between finishing the main and the dessert was beyond ridiculous. 45 minutes in total and having to ask 2 staff members for a microwaved cookie and we had to eat them with the main course plates still on the table! Both of the pizzas should have had garlic crust which clearly didn't, when asked, the server replied "do you need it?"

Went here a few weeks ago after a visit to Gravity. We were put upstairs with the kids. Maybe downstairs was better, but upstairs was carnage. Extremely noisy. Salad bar a mess. They basically forgot about us, so the service didn't really exist. Had to chase everything, cutlery and glasses, etc. Had to ask repeatedly for the self-service ice cream machine to be filled out. I think Pizza Huts needs to have an area manager visit here as a mystery shopper.

Delivered the wrong order so refused the order at the door and no way to get my order re delivered and have to wait 7 days for a refund. Customer service is horrible and how is there not an option to send out a replacement order

My server today at bluewater Ronnie went above and beyond and I genuinely do not think I have ever had a happier experience eating at Pizza Hut. Massive hats off to Ronnie.

I had a young gentleman serve me, his name is ronnie. Lovely lad very understanding and patience alsk very professional at what he does. Great food great service!

On arriving the lovely staff member Diane. directed us to the table with a really good atmosphere. On ordering we then went to the salad bar to claim our ‘unlimited’ salad. We usually go for the plate rather than the bowl as this enables me to use my knife and fork without spillage over the bowl. The manager (Allison) clearly didn’t like this and when explained it unlimited she replied ‘it’s not one rule for you and one for another’ I then decided to put my salad in the ‘bowl’ with a plate underneath. When returning to the table I tipped my salad onto the plate.. When ordering the drinks I had ordered 4 drinks two of which were J2O’s and gave me the option to add ice which I did. When they arrived at the table my partner asked the ‘manager’ can I have no ice please to which she replied ‘you asked for ice’ and walked off.. I called her back and explained if she had a problem and that we would now like a glass with no ice.. I don’t always agree with the saying ‘customers are always right’ but in this occasion we are right and you should never argue with a customer.. disgraceful service from someone who is supposed to be the manager. I do not agree with you making sarcastic comments to the table next to us in explaining that ‘salad bowls are under the salad bar’ it’s rude and ignorant.. Thank you Diane you are a lovely addition to Pizza Hut 😊

Luke is a legend, excellent service

Here’s a polished version of your review: We were greeted by the manager upon entry and directed to a booth, where the mobile order system was explained to us. We ordered three buffet lunches and proceeded to the salad bar, which was severely understocked, dirty, and lacked bowls altogether. The pizzas were cold and seemed to be the same types made repeatedly, offering very poor variety. Additionally, the glasses and cutlery provided were dirty, and we had to request replacements. Overall, the experience was far below standard. I would not recommend this restaurant and would actively advise others to avoid it.

The worst order we have received from just eat so far. Terrible service and food from Pizza Hut Bluewater. Driver turned up with both drinks missing. Pizzas were cold and wrong pizzas served. Expecting a full refund.

Terrible delivery.. food finally arrived, but was cold on arrival and also squashed in box due to coke bottle being on top of pizza. Awful experience.

Ordered pizza chips hot honey wings and kitkat cookie pizza was cold chips were cold and some under cooked wings were so small no idea what bird they got it from was laughable when I opened the box and the cookie wasn’t a kitkat one and was burnt all black underneath won’t be having Pizza Hut again specially bluewater who ever works in the kitchen needs to be sacked

Staff nice. Had to wait ages for pudding. I hate all the meal deals, for god's sake keep it simple. Too expensive. There should be a quiet area with no kids or loud music. Never again.

All food stone cold half of the order inedible

2 hours and 10 minutes in Pizza Hut for a simple order in what seemed like we ordered the most difficult item on the menu. Big sharer with Vegan cheese instead of regular cheese. It seems like the Vegan cheese option through the kitchen into meltdown as our order was put in incorrectly (even though we ordered via their preferred method of online ordering) and the kitchen either remade the pizza as a low priority or only remade the pizza after we asked the manager as the original server we asked, said the food was on its way out - 45 mins after ordering. 5 minutes later, our starters come out, barely warm. 5-10 minutes later, our pizza comes out. We flag the original server for our cookie dough to be made as I’m aware this takes time to cook. 10-15 minutes later, I flag the manager to check on the cookie dough and advised that the server told me he already told the kitchen to make it. The manager then proceeds to check on the cookie dough and to our surprise (not) the server never told the kitchen!! Baring in mind, at this point the restaurant is almost empty and is close to closing. Manager was super friendly throughout the interaction but hardly apologetic. Poorly managed staff that didn’t even bother to check how someone can be sat at a table where there is no food for 45 minutes, and that server we flagged twice really was NOT clued on or bothered.

Everything was as expected which is nice when going in to a Pizza hut. Staff nice and friendly and good was great as always. Only issue for us was that where we were sat there was a lack of lighting and felt like we were in the cinema during the trailers...

My friend and I attended Bluewater pizza hut on 5-9-24 we both had the pizza deal for £19.99 this included the free salad bar which we both participated in.within two hours of leaving the restaurant I had an upset stomach. That evening both myself and my friend both had diarrhea throughout the night. I believe it was from the salad bar.i don't know how long the salad is left out for but I saw no documentation of temperatures being taken. Please be aware when visiting the salad bar there in future maybe ask to see their chilled temperature readings and how often it is checked for the salad bar before you consume it.

Terrible service, very bad attention. From the moment we arrived I asked for the cutlery, the food was on the pass for an hour, I can see it from my table and it arrived cold. We never got the dessert and we waited another hour. My children were very unhappy, they were very patient in waiting to not receive the order and attention as we wanted it. I asked 3 times for the order and I did not get an answer. Disappoiment

Advertised one delivery time - then added an hour once order placed. Two bob just eat as usual just said I couldn’t cancel the order as it was being prepared, but they wouldn’t care as they’ve already earned their money. Shambles. These food ordering sites are great when everything goes to plan, but when you need support, you might as well throw your money out the front door

We went because of the variety of food, fresh pizzas were being served all the time we visited and other stations were constantly checked and refilled. Really enjoyed the bottomless drinks. The pasta bar could be labelled better as this was not instantly visible.

I love a pizza hut now and again especially the buffet however we arrived at 1:30 and only had about 30 minutes before option sort of finished and couldn't really enjoy what was there not everyone will/can eat veg pizzas and thought most of the staff were incredible there was one member who made it seem he didn't want to be there.

My friend and I tried the buffet here. We were extremely dissatisfied and found it to be not worth the money. None of the pizzas served had any flavor resembling their usual offerings. They seemed bland, with some even lacking cheese. It's possible they did this intentionally to discourage overeating and maximize profits.

Took my class here for a school social skills trip. Staff were amazing! Kind and helpful. We will be back.

It was busy, it looked clean and the atmosphere for me was great and most of the staff were friendly. Service was a little slow at times but they asked about any allergies. The pizza was good and the salad bar was kept topped up regularly. My daughter LOVED her dessert "It's not cheese cake". However one staff told off a kid for spilling ice cream from the self help ice cream maker. The ice cream did not taste much of anything and was not creamy, not like what you expect ice-cream to taste like.

Bring back my young times as I had in childhood

Had the all you can eat buffet along with the bottomless soft drinks. Welcomed by Shannon who was very friendly and helpful throughout and definitely deserves a mention here. The salad bar was full,clean and had a good range of items. There were several choices for pizza lovers and a choice of two pastas. Veggie options were available. Both thin and crispy and deep pan pizzas were available.

The quality and variety of the food. How quickly and happily staff were to meet our requests. They were super kind to the child in our group. Plenty of options and there was always a lot of food available. Didn’t have to wait for our preferred pizzas as they were always supplying them quickly.

Never been for years and I actually must say the pizzas with thick crust are extremely good! Service is very friendly, especially Luke has been more than accommodating towards our three little devils. Salad selection was good, ice cream could do with a little update though, was bit tasteless. Very good service, will return

It's Sauce and cheese on bread, so how much can you mess up? Well, a fair bit - for a start never enough sauce on a pizza hut pizza, which makes them dry and flavourless. For the most part our bases were cracker thin, only the expensive "cheesy bites" pizza had much of a crust. The cheese layer was distinctly missing that 1990s mozzarella pull, so effectively what we ended up with, was an £18 oven pizza. The salad bar was free but quite open to the elements. Staff were friendly but looked a little overwhelmed and more than once delivered an incorrect plate. They all seemed very young, so I guess potentially quite new? We asked for a garlic dip and, after some confusion, we were delivered a plate of garlic sauce, it sufficed but definitely didn't quite have the same finesse as the small pots of dip handed out. I think pizza hut needs a serious rethink, the entire set up looked tired and at £46 for two pizzas and three soft drinks, why would I ever go back?

food was incredibly late and cold, it had obviously been sitting around for a while before finally delivering. garlic bread and corn on the cob was inedible, pizza was cold and chewy!

Visited here on Friday 15TH December at around 8pm with my family. Served and seated straightaway. All staff members were polite and friendly throughout our visit. Good value for money would happily return. Keep up the good work.

A very good selection that was always filled up. The pizza was good but the stuffed crust was very lacking in a large part of the crust. We compared it against another branch that we went to a few weeks ago and definitely not stuffed . It also wasn't as heavily glazed and garlicky compared to the previous one. Other than that, a good meal and the staff were extremely attentive (possibly it could be said a little over attentive as 3 or 4 staff asked us several times if we were ok or needed help). If you want a hot quick meal with as much salad as you like whilst shopping, this is the place

Kate was excellent and went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. We visited Bluewater for the first time as Gluten free Vegans, this is quite nerve wracking when visiting a place that is essentially chock full of Gluten. Kate ran us through the process and even got us Salad and dips straight from the kitchen to lower the risk of cross contamination further. This was so helpful as we were not going to have any Salad or dips until she heard us mention it and offered. The value of the meal became more reasonable that way. I cant fault the service but I do wish the GFV pizza base was bigger and had more selection of toppings, I also wish they would do an option for soft fizzy drinks that aren't unlimited, the price is too high for one drink. The atmosphere was purely ok but this had nothing to do with the staff or music etc, more to do with the fact that as an autistic person I find loud/busy restaurants unsettling. That's a me thing but I know other ND folks might benefit from that info. I would still visit again. Overall, very happy with our visit.
