Pizza Hut Restaurant. in Eastbourne

Absolute awful service. Not attentive to customers. Kitchen and servers spend whole time talking to each other. Feel like you're disturbing them asking for something at the salad bar being topped up. Salad bar was a mess. Pizza was good.

The one time messing up an order is good I order an individual. They give me a kid size instead BUT THEY MAKE THE INDIVIDUAL AS WELL AND GIVE ME THE KIDS FOR FREE

DISGUSTING deep pan pizza served in a dish with the biggest puddle of grease in the dish … pizza was soggy and wet !!! (ate some as was starving) garlic bread doesn’t even taste of garlic bread … I was then told by the unprofessional staff who were stood chatting and dancing the whole time we were dining that they would only take half the price of my pizza off the meal ! They even admitted themselves that’s disgusting and still charged me ! Today my guts are destroyed as is my daughters and husbands !!! The only thing we all ate the same was food from this this monstrosity of a food establishment GET ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOOD STANDARDS IN HERE it’s the worst in the country … staff look dirty as well have a bath before you go to work an get dressed properly !!!! After these issues we couldn’t even get service for our bill to be brought over staff are not bothered ..they are about the same quality as the food here SHOCKING

This place is really good for pizza, salad and sides. Probably the best experience I've had in town for this type of food. The staff were polite and not pushy in the slightest. They even booked me a last minute table for 5 people and we only had to wait 30 minutes for it on a Friday afternoon!

They have sent a ham and pineapple pizza out and it has no cheese on it at all. I wish we could upload photos as this is such a basic item that a pizza requires

Had a lovely lunch here the other day food is really good here staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is very clean and so are the facilities definitely recommend for a family night dinner?

It was the first time me not wanting to eat a pizza the sauce was so sweet, it was really sickly. My partner said the same thing about his pizza also ridiculously over price anyways so wont be ordering agian. 2 pizzas and bottle of pepsi and corn on cob £35 with a 50% discount.

All the staff on our visit were very welcoming and friendly and food was lovely. Was surprised to see them lacking in staff on a weekend though. It seems since customers order on phones now that they have really cut back on number of staff working, the poor people are running around like headless chickens trying to do the work load of multiple people. Amy the manager was fantastic and very chatty.

The food was average, which was ameliorated by the sunny disposition and professionalism of Leanna, who was polite and attentive. Thank you, Leanna.

Bland pizza and soggy very overpriced

There was nothing to save this place from a 1-star rating, and we did look quite hard to find something positive about our visit. The salad was limp. The sourdough pizza was edible but I've had far better from the freezer section of most supermarkets. The bill was harder to swallow. No atmosphere.

Just been for meal for Granddaughters birthday. I was so impressed with EVERYTHING, the service was outstanding, excellent food, everything was clean (toilets too!) Well done to Lauren excellent manager and her friendly hard working staff, will definitely be back!

Delivered just in the box wasn’t even in a delivery bag so our pizza was stone cold ,pizza was super thin and hardly any toppings not impressed ! Won’t be returning

Shocking delivery, food stone cold, no dip pizza been thrown around.

Firstly - the positive - the Hawaiian deep pan was delicious - that was my pizza (don’t be a pineapple hater) and the negatives… the margarita and pepperoni were disappointing in that they were dried out and had very little sauce at all. Maybe it was because they went cold or something but I tried a bit of the margarita and it was like cardboard.. so my family weren’t impressed with their pizza but mine was delish.

The buffet deal is very much value for money! But if you are vegan then there is no pizza for you! There was no chiken pizza for those who can’t eat pork. I hope they can improve their pizza selection and we can go more frequently. Salad bar is good. Icecream was amazing.

Food cost £49 and didn’t taste of anything. Tried to get a refund through customer service online but they only offered £15 as a goodwill gesture. Awful.

Wow !!!! £8.50 difference between my first two orders, and they were identical !!! Well…… I won’t be doing that again. Once bitten — twice shy. See ya !!! NOT !!!

food was great and tasty but unfortunately we had a bad experience with 2 staff members who was rude to us over a cup of water. We brought pizzas and the drink refills. My son went to grab a drink of water from the dispenser rather than a refill and One staff member approached us demanding we’d have to pay extra for the cup of water not even a hello or goodbye. We would have been happy to pay otherwise but he was so incredibly rude and just walked off with no explanation. Another staff member in hysterics because we had asked her to explain what the extra charge was as he didn’t use the refill. Not expected for when you’re spending over 100 pounds for pizzas. Luckily the manager was absolutely amazing and tried her absolute best to fix the issue with some free puddings and we felt extremely bad for her as she tried to excuse the staff’s behaviour but tonight unfortunately her staff let her down. Staff looked young and I think it showed tonight with their attitude, probably won’t be back which is sad because the food was good

Food was good and great value, staff friendly, salad & pizza refreshed continually, we had the 'All you can eat Buffet' and would certainly return for more of the same.

Tasty Melts but could do with more filling and less red onion

Got the all you can eat buffet that runs till 3pm. Pizza and pasta selection were nice and there was a variety of salad choices. There's also a variety of soft drink flavours and a soft serve ice cream machine. One thing I wasn't happy with was the bathrooms as there was toilet paper all over the floor, it smelt horrible and the toilet paper holder got stuck every time I tried to use it.

Expensive in the evenings but dead during the day. Turn up at midday dinnertime for all you can eat buffet for just under a tenner Polite and professional lady at the counter makes you feel like you're the only customer in the world.... Because you are 😂😂😋 5* good price and service midday only

Not much selection on the pizza buffet, but it was quiet

Food as expected, but service was incredibly slow. Had to wait 20 mins for glasses and 40 mins after we finished our mains for the table to be cleared and for desserts, and that was only done as I got up and asked for it. 3 staff on the floor, not that busy, and very little attention paid to tables. Kids on the table next to us got very bored due to slow service and started playing up.

Took 1 hour 5 mins to arrive, both items stone cold, driver went the long way to my house, app said driver at restaurant for 40 mins! Expecting a refund

The girl who helped me was very friendly and recommended that I take an offer that they had that was better at the price. Then the girl who gave me the order, also very nice, told me that she had been studying in Almería. I recommend it. Very good pizza

Haven't been here since I was a kid, took my Son and a school mate. Sadly, there was noone else in there. We were greated by a warm welcome and were informed it was a card only restaurant and we were to scan a bar code and select our food on that. Wow! What? I asked if we could have a server, and she was fine with that. Food cam out quickly and was delicious. Salad bar was satisfying, the kids loved the free top up of drinks. Shame noone uses this place anymore....

We went to the restaurant for lunch and chose the buffet. We thought the pizzas were excellent, but the salad buffet didn't impress us that much. Drinks and ice cream were also included in our tariff. The service was very friendly.

To be honest, I stopped using pizza hut because of the greasy pizza dough. But they surpassed themselves. The pizza dough was fresh and not greasy with good toppings it was a pleasure to eat. The website was easy to use for click and collect. Thank you, Pizza Hut 👍👍👍

I left about 2hrs ago. It was filthy. The backs of the seat in the booth were sticky and dirty. The round windows in the doors to the toilets couldn’t have been cleaned for ages. Worry that if they don’t clean the bits that customers can see what’s it like where customers can’t see!!

Order never actually arrived and I’m being refused a refund. It’s not the first time that this has happened. They don’t care about the customers, they only care about stealing your money.

No delivery option, didn't receive any info on when food would be ready unless I used the tracking option. Went at the time the app said it would be ready but still had to wait another 10 mins. Pizzas were overly greasy and therefore a bit limp. The 'spicy' pork topping was disgusting. Rubbery, not spicy at all and had a weird Chinese flavour to it. Husbands pizza was greasy but said the chicken and bacon toppings were nice. Won't be using again

AWFUL TASTLESS FOOD what’s happened to Pizza Hut this was worse than Domino’s …pizza was dry tasteless chips were soggy obviously oven things with kfc seasoning and garlic bread rock hard ….ive been looking forward to a Pizza Hut for ages but never again looks like they have gone down hill big time I wonder if delivery food is different to the restaurant because I feel robbed It was gross

The food was good but it's the most expensive pizza I've ever had. 2x pizzas, garlic bread and bottomless drinks was £60.

Way to expensive now for what you really get , the salad bowl size is a joke and the Pizzas lack enough cheese and toppings . it’s a shame as a Pizza Hut has always been one of my favourite places to eat over the years , but unfortunately they’ve gone the same way as many other places now and making cut backs due to rising costs . Sad times

There was hardly a hint of cheese on the margarita pizza. The manager was apologetic and understanding when we brought it up, and did her best to rectify the situation. But Pizza Hut policy is now apparently to serve pizza without cheese. The meal cost £70 for the meal for four with drinks. The pizza was disgusting. I will never set foot back in any Pizza Hut again. A ludicrous rip off of customers.

Cheesy bites were covered jalapeno peppers literally inedible. Food was pretty much cold and chewy. Still wondering where the stuffed crust filling is. For the price no, no, no. Do not order

My partner had booked for about 15 kids to go here as part of her daughter's birthday party. They do a great kids deal which is £9.99 a head for a drink, salad, side, main and pudding. As you can have an unlimited drink and the ice cream bar this worked really well. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager and a young girl with black hair, who sorted out lighting the candles on the cake we brought with us. The only frustration however was that one of the kids had ordered a pizza. I think from memory you were able to order a pizza with 2 toppings? Whatever it was, they got it wrong or someone else ate his. Anyway as a result, they had to re make his pizza. Which wouldn't have necessarily been a problem except that the manager then had to tell us that the kitchen had made the wrong pizza. By the time this kid had been fed (he probably had to wait about half an hour?) most of the other kids had finished their puddings. This wasnt a busy time (we had booked at 2.30pm, the all you can eat buffet was on until 3 and the kids were probably served their mains a little after 3 and there weren't many other people in the restaurant at this time (apart from a couple of tables of adults, most of whom had ordered pizzas too on separate orders). This was frustrating and I really felt sorry for the kid as he was waiting ages to eat and was famished after a swimming party. Other than this it is a good place to have a kids party.

Driver did great, and everything arrived safe and hot. Great quality food as always.

My normal pizza place was closed so thought I’ll go get a pizza from Pizza Hut for collection, staff are lovely but got home to find a very greasy pizza had two the second one looked and toasted ok but it has left me on the loo best £32 spent on weight loss help ever I do now feel a few pounds lighter now so guess depends what your want I guess…

Great place if you enjoy uncontrolled children running about, putting their hands in the salad bar etc. Service was non existent. Once seated you order online. No need for personal service eh? Pizza took a while as they concentrate on delivery drivers that hog the parking places near.... and when it finally did arrive it was raw in the middle. At the end the manager came and handed us a box to put leftover pizza in... found this slightly rude as we hadn't even finished yet.

Matthew and Luke honestly couldn’t do enough to help. Our youngest was celebrating her birthday and chose Pizza Hut, they made her feel welcome and included from beginning to end, and even brought her cake out and dimmed the lights. Thank you!

Garlic bread was not cooked. Had to cook it at home to deem it edible. Delivery courier walked the food from his vehicle round from the back of the house to the front of the house without it being in a insulated bag meaning when the food got to us it was lukewarm at best.

We went for tea on a Friday afternoon after school. It was very quiet which was perfect for my daughter who has asd / ADHD and anxiety. Great kids menu and food prices . And staff were pleasant and the building was clean

Great atmosphere, food & service.

I haven't visited a pizza hut restaurant in about 20 years. The last one I went to was thorpe park and it was excellent all you can eat pasta pizza buffet... Pizza hut restaurants seem to have fallen as there was no pasta at the salad bar there was no pizza buffet, the food was overpriced and our pizzas were just kinda wet... Sad times, also it sounded like a nursery as there was just millions of children running around screaming and 'eating' all of the dip.

Not bad food but definitely to expensive 30 quite for pizza when proper Italian pizza cost 8/10£ less and is better. Atmosphere like labour Ward or nursery. Also on the place banner you can se ribs they don't do the ribs. Pepperoni pizza size my hand £22 joke.

I had one of the golden stars for the ice cream and I have immense pain in my back tooth from how hard they are. My tooth is now wobbly and will come out, not exactly happy. Overall, yes the food is amazing. Could do with some more cheese and a little less sauce on pizzas though.

The food was mediocre, as expected for this type of place, the thin pizzas were overcooked which made them hard to eat. The service was patchy at best. Main courses were cleared from some parts of the table, but not the other half. Always had to chase for service. Quite expensive for the food and experience you get.

Items missing, reported it to just eat who sent an email saying they were busy but would contact us soon and I'm still waiting

Food was as expected good but not great. Although disappointed with having to scan table order and pay for food without much interaction with a human being. The feeling was I could be at home order a delivery and have a better experience without the inflated price of eating in.... come on guys sort it out.... oh and staff having a meeting and eating on next table is not exactly good practice 🤷‍♂️
