It was very tasty as always at Pizza Hut in the UK. The staff as always very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy eating at Pizza Hut in the UK. Everything is just right there

Expensive in the evenings but dead during the day. Turn up at midday dinnertime for all you can eat buffet for just under a tenner Polite and professional lady at the counter makes you feel like you're the only customer in the world.... Because you are 😂😂😋 5* good price and service midday only

missing the ice-cream for the cookie desert, food was basically cold. cheese was non existent on all 3 pizzas. the vegan pizza was the worst, it's was awful. not remotely worth the price. ☹️

Food as expected, but service was incredibly slow. Had to wait 20 mins for glasses and 40 mins after we finished our mains for the table to be cleared and for desserts, and that was only done as I got up and asked for it. 3 staff on the floor, not that busy, and very little attention paid to tables. Kids on the table next to us got very bored due to slow service and started playing up.

The girl who helped me was very friendly and recommended that I take an offer that they had that was better at the price. Then the girl who gave me the order, also very nice, told me that she had been studying in Almería. I recommend it. Very good pizza

Took 1 hour 5 mins to arrive, both items stone cold, driver went the long way to my house, app said driver at restaurant for 40 mins! Expecting a refund

Haven't been here since I was a kid, took my Son and a school mate. Sadly, there was noone else in there. We were greated by a warm welcome and were informed it was a card only restaurant and we were to scan a bar code and select our food on that. Wow! What? I asked if we could have a server, and she was fine with that. Food cam out quickly and was delicious. Salad bar was satisfying, the kids loved the free top up of drinks. Shame noone uses this place anymore....

We went to the restaurant for lunch and chose the buffet. We thought the pizzas were excellent, but the salad buffet didn't impress us that much. Drinks and ice cream were also included in our tariff. The service was very friendly.

To be honest, I stopped using pizza hut because of the greasy pizza dough. But they surpassed themselves. The pizza dough was fresh and not greasy with good toppings it was a pleasure to eat. The website was easy to use for click and collect. Thank you, Pizza Hut 👍👍👍

I left about 2hrs ago. It was filthy. The backs of the seat in the booth were sticky and dirty. The round windows in the doors to the toilets couldn’t have been cleaned for ages. Worry that if they don’t clean the bits that customers can see what’s it like where customers can’t see!!

Order never actually arrived and I’m being refused a refund. It’s not the first time that this has happened. They don’t care about the customers, they only care about stealing your money.

Cookie was missing ice cream tub !! Only reason I ordered … now they’re closed and can’t get help from the restaurant.. ridiculous

No delivery option, didn't receive any info on when food would be ready unless I used the tracking option. Went at the time the app said it would be ready but still had to wait another 10 mins. Pizzas were overly greasy and therefore a bit limp. The 'spicy' pork topping was disgusting. Rubbery, not spicy at all and had a weird Chinese flavour to it. Husbands pizza was greasy but said the chicken and bacon toppings were nice. Won't be using again

AWFUL TASTLESS FOOD what’s happened to Pizza Hut this was worse than Domino’s …pizza was dry tasteless chips were soggy obviously oven things with kfc seasoning and garlic bread rock hard ….ive been looking forward to a Pizza Hut for ages but never again looks like they have gone down hill big time I wonder if delivery food is different to the restaurant because I feel robbed It was gross

Wonderful atmosphere. Tasty food and great value for money especially if you are on a budget.

The food was good but it's the most expensive pizza I've ever had. 2x pizzas, garlic bread and bottomless drinks was £60.

Way to expensive now for what you really get , the salad bowl size is a joke and the Pizzas lack enough cheese and toppings . it’s a shame as a Pizza Hut has always been one of my favourite places to eat over the years , but unfortunately they’ve gone the same way as many other places now and making cut backs due to rising costs . Sad times

There was hardly a hint of cheese on the margarita pizza. The manager was apologetic and understanding when we brought it up, and did her best to rectify the situation. But Pizza Hut policy is now apparently to serve pizza without cheese. The meal cost £70 for the meal for four with drinks. The pizza was disgusting. I will never set foot back in any Pizza Hut again. A ludicrous rip off of customers.

Cheesy bites were covered jalapeno peppers literally inedible. Food was pretty much cold and chewy. Still wondering where the stuffed crust filling is. For the price no, no, no. Do not order

My partner had booked for about 15 kids to go here as part of her daughter's birthday party. They do a great kids deal which is £9.99 a head for a drink, salad, side, main and pudding. As you can have an unlimited drink and the ice cream bar this worked really well. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager and a young girl with black hair, who sorted out lighting the candles on the cake we brought with us. The only frustration however was that one of the kids had ordered a pizza. I think from memory you were able to order a pizza with 2 toppings? Whatever it was, they got it wrong or someone else ate his. Anyway as a result, they had to re make his pizza. Which wouldn't have necessarily been a problem except that the manager then had to tell us that the kitchen had made the wrong pizza. By the time this kid had been fed (he probably had to wait about half an hour?) most of the other kids had finished their puddings. This wasnt a busy time (we had booked at 2.30pm, the all you can eat buffet was on until 3 and the kids were probably served their mains a little after 3 and there weren't many other people in the restaurant at this time (apart from a couple of tables of adults, most of whom had ordered pizzas too on separate orders). This was frustrating and I really felt sorry for the kid as he was waiting ages to eat and was famished after a swimming party. Other than this it is a good place to have a kids party.

Driver did great, and everything arrived safe and hot. Great quality food as always.

My normal pizza place was closed so thought I’ll go get a pizza from Pizza Hut for collection, staff are lovely but got home to find a very greasy pizza had two the second one looked and toasted ok but it has left me on the loo best £32 spent on weight loss help ever I do now feel a few pounds lighter now so guess depends what your want I guess…

Great place if you enjoy uncontrolled children running about, putting their hands in the salad bar etc. Service was non existent. Once seated you order online. No need for personal service eh? Pizza took a while as they concentrate on delivery drivers that hog the parking places near.... and when it finally did arrive it was raw in the middle. At the end the manager came and handed us a box to put leftover pizza in... found this slightly rude as we hadn't even finished yet.

Matthew and Luke honestly couldn’t do enough to help. Our youngest was celebrating her birthday and chose Pizza Hut, they made her feel welcome and included from beginning to end, and even brought her cake out and dimmed the lights. Thank you!

Garlic bread was not cooked. Had to cook it at home to deem it edible. Delivery courier walked the food from his vehicle round from the back of the house to the front of the house without it being in a insulated bag meaning when the food got to us it was lukewarm at best.

Wasn't great food was mediocre service was pretty much non existent and price was high for what it was .... won't be going back

We went for tea on a Friday afternoon after school. It was very quiet which was perfect for my daughter who has asd / ADHD and anxiety. Great kids menu and food prices . And staff were pleasant and the building was clean

Pizza and chips were nice enough. Could so with more pepperoni though.. Was kinda scant for a relatively small pizza at £18:49 Added bacon as an extra….. Meagre quantity that I barely detected. I haven't visited a pizza hut restaurant in about 20 years. The last one I went to was thorpe park and it was excellent all you can eat pasta pizza buffet... Pizza hut restaurants seem to have fallen as there was no pasta at the salad bar there was no pizza buffet, the food was overpriced and our pizzas were just kinda wet... Sad times, also it sounded like a nursery as there was just millions of children running around screaming and 'eating' all of the dip.

Not bad food but definitely to expensive 30 quite for pizza when proper Italian pizza cost 8/10£ less and is better. Atmosphere like labour Ward or nursery. Also on the place banner you can se ribs they don't do the ribs. Pepperoni pizza size my hand £22 joke.

I had one of the golden stars for the ice cream and I have immense pain in my back tooth from how hard they are. My tooth is now wobbly and will come out, not exactly happy. Overall, yes the food is amazing. Could do with some more cheese and a little less sauce on pizzas though.

The food was mediocre, as expected for this type of place, the thin pizzas were overcooked which made them hard to eat. The service was patchy at best. Main courses were cleared from some parts of the table, but not the other half. Always had to chase for service. Quite expensive for the food and experience you get.

Items missing, reported it to just eat who sent an email saying they were busy but would contact us soon and I'm still waiting

Food was as expected good but not great. Although disappointed with having to scan table order and pay for food without much interaction with a human being. The feeling was I could be at home order a delivery and have a better experience without the inflated price of eating in.... come on guys sort it out.... oh and staff having a meeting and eating on next table is not exactly good practice 🤷‍♂️

My daughter ordered pizza the special offer one 1 supreme, 1 barbecue chicken and spicy one but we got wrong order 2 barbecue and the food was really cold, the order was totally wrong very disappointed.

Order a deal for 4 and was missing items then phoned up to find out where my missing items were and spoke to someone called matt who was very unhelpful and has not customer communication skills what so ever was trying to blame drivers for my missing items will not be ordering again from here

Took are grandchildren for a treat , unfortunately a family of 6 children made it unbelievable noisy and felt sorry for the staff to have to clean up a absolutely mess ,and one child was licking the ice cream as it came out the machine ,and most of the food was on the floor

Buffet was expensive, hardly any pizza in the buffet window, £16.99 per person but pizza not readily available, probably due to how many people were eating, (so not their fault) The pasta was a gloopy mess. Menu wanted even more money for the drinks and ice cream (costs extra on the buffet which I wasnt aware) I think £19.99 per person? Left after a few slices of pizza that we managed to despratley grab. As soon as a new pizza was ready some rather large families just took the lot. Some piled their plates up leaving nothing for everyone else. Have to order from the table QR code as they don't like to serve tables anymore so felt very impersonal and my son really diddn't like it, got thirsty and extra drinks were nearly £4 on top of the buffet price, had about 2 slices of pizza and some gloopy pasta, got tired of waiting for more pizza to come, so left thirsty and hungry and down £25.99.. Son asked me not to take him any more, diddn't like the pizza or waiting for it and it felt like we were eating the larger families leftovers.. It was a bank holiday so not their fault really but just not enough food to go round and the buffet menu is overpriced and misleading.

The food and service are just brilliant. But the Aircon was just too cold and that showed in how quickly the food went cold. Other than that awsum

Always helpful and friendly staff, food is perfect

We were a large group of school children with 2 adults. The person who looked after us, managed this group thoughtfully and was very considerate of some our pupils needs. It was a low stress and very enjoyable meal for all of us- including the adults over seeing the experience. Pre-ordering really made it run smooth and the children were really happy with their meals. They loved all parts of the children's meal: the salad bar, the drinks, the main meal with sides and finally the ice cream factory. It was a wonderful experience for them, as their leaving party meal. Thank you.
