Lunch time buffet was a great winner, £10.99 per person, price includes - Pizza, garlic bread and salad bar all replenished regularly and plenty to choose from, great value for money. Refillable drink £3.99 Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking

We went for an early dinner at about 4pm and it was very quiet. Greeted by a friendly member of staff who quickly told us about ordering via the QR code but I needed help as I hadn't quite heard what she had said and had a discount code that I needed help with so our server assisted. Salad bar was lovely and stocked and looked and tasted fresh and the food was served super quickly and was piping hot. Too full for pudding but would definitely return when we are next in the area.

Great experience, just dropped in after shopping, great service from Grace, and really enjoyed the buffet. Good choice of pizza replenished quickly.

Average to say the least also leaves a bitter taste in my mouth that we can't pay by cash , I like to have that choice , pizza hut certainly isnt what it used to be.

Absolutely awful, pizza was swimming in grease & watery in middle. Cold in middle & 'slightly warm' elsewhere! No 'serving staff', just 'food delivery' staff!! Have to pay by app, no cash! So have to PAY UP FRONT prior to deilvery!! Not good, when as us, we complained and sent food back for refund, as it was via app, refund won't be processed for up to 3 days!! WON'T return and WON'T recommend!

We had a 9th birthday for my daughter booked...we were worried we were running late...but phones ahead and they said they would keep the table...on arrival...the most friendliest, customer focussed girl greeted us and put my daugter at ease whi gets a little nervous eating out...her name was Amelia. The table service was amazing, she made my little girls birthday the best and is a credit to the restaurant....thabk you Amelia and all the staff at pizza hut x

My recent takeaway order from Pizza Hut was marred by an unpleasant discovery: a hair in my garlic bread. However, what truly disappointed me was the inadequate response from the customer service team. Despite highlighting the issue, their handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. It left me feeling unheard and concerned about the seriousness with which such hygiene issues are addressed. Hygiene is paramount in the food industry, and encountering foreign objects in dishes is unacceptable. I hope Pizza Hut takes proactive steps to address these concerns seriously and improve their response to such incidents in the future.

Absolutely fab restaurant. Great staff, friendly to my kids, and service spot on. Everything super clean too. Will be back.

I was very nervous about trying Pizza Hut after many years from the reviews. However it was the best experience, from service, food, toilets everything was 10/10. I can not recommend this Pizza Hut more it obviously has excellent management and staff who really look after the place and want to work. The food was hot, fresh and the pizza was so crispy and just perfect. Everything was so clean including the spotless toilets, salad bar was extremely clean and fresh. So on this occasion I could not fault the place. Highly highly recommend.

Very helpful staff and pizza much nicer than I expected. Staff team coped very well with a large group (15). Dropped a star as pedestrian access is not good - seems to be assumed everyone will arrive by car.

My family has been coming in to eat at this restaurant quite regularly over the last year or so as it’s my son’s favourite. I have to say we have never had a bad meal, the buffet is always re stocked regularly and the desserts are great. Daniel the waiter is fantastic and always goes over and above to make us welcome. He is always courteous and brilliant with my boys.

Came in for buffet Thursday lunch just before Xmas, nice man greeted us on the door, chatty with both my boys went through the steps of ordering on the app with us and nothing was to much trouble, will be back in the new year

It was a usual Pizza Hut with kids running around shouting and screaming, but the thought of a nice pizza helped that. I was wrong breaded onion rings under cooked and tasted cheap! Soggy fries and a sharing pizza apparently loaded with chicken? I had to hunt for it. Couldn’t see or taste cheese in it either. To be honest it was really poor. Our bill for 8 people came to £180! If it was £18 I could understand it. Safe to say bye Pizza Hut never again.

Booked a table on line. Arrived, shown to our table and given menus. We had to scan Pizza Huts QR code on a mobile, order through the App and pay! It was only then did we see any our waitress who delivered glasses for us to queue and fill at the drink machine! Plus help yourself to the salad. Pizzas duly arrived, Not the greatest pizza I have had, let’s be benevolent and say it was ok! Last time I visit a Pizza Hut.

This was terrible we came here for a birthday meal and we pre booked a table when we got there they said there wasn’t a booking , had to ask for menus and drinks then had to tell them that we wanted to order our deserts we looked over at them but no one came the staff were just chatting in the corner then when brought my daughters birthday cake out they didn’t put the candles on that were on top of the cake in the box that we gave them and said oh I didn’t see them and didn’t seem to care and left it they got my sons pizza wrong gave us an extra one and said they would box it up and we would collect it on the way out but never gave it to us and we had to wait ages at the till for someone to see we were there even though it was right in middle of the place with staff surrounding it and wait to pay the bill, we had to ask them to clear the table around twice I would definitely NOT recommend I came here before and the staff were very rude will not be coming here again .

Family meal out ruined by terrible service, long waits between courses and don't care attitude staff! When I arrived I gave the name for the prebooking to be told we hadn't booked! After some humming and harring was shown to a table in a relatively empty restaurant. Staff stood by the door in a little group chatting. Waited a while for the drinks order, same with mains. When pizza came there was a hair in it! In the end had to help ourselves to Dessert menus and then had to return to ask to place our order. Staff just standing around in a group chatting. Orders taken the waitress quickly returned to say no Cheesecake with little apology. To top it off a group came in wearing football shirts. They were quickly seated and served with waiter attending to their every need as they were on a time limit!! Worst but not last when the birthday cake came they had only put the sparkling candles on, one of which wasn't even lit. Very little effort very disappointing. We then stood at the till waiting for ages to pay when all we wanted to do was get out of there and believe me we would of happily not paid. Pizza Hut Longwater you should be thoroughly ashamed!!!!! Will not return!!!!!!

Absolutely atrocious visit this evening! Very bad customer service, took ages to come and then they got the order wrong!! Soggy chips, greasy pizza, flat drinks and then they charge ridiculous amounts! no salad bar and dirty place. WOULD NEVER RETURN.

Visited late evening after a late finish at work. Seated quickly. The service was fab, food really hot and tasty. Finished off with ice cream which had selection of sauces and toppings. Would recommend this pizza hut and will deffo visit again.

What I like about Pizza Hut is they have the buffet the salad bar and their menu plus their new vegan and vegetarian menu so I would say having not had a bad experience the selection of food as I mentioned is suitable for all dietaries aka gluten free and vegan/ vegetarian overall I would say the car parking is minimal and I wouldn't be put off if there wasn't any seats at a Hut!! as I would go to another Pizza Hut plus I think the staff are really helpful and help you when they can.

Called and tried to book told can’t book but not overly busy drove there and told no tables till 8! Why not say that on the phone won’t return stupid system

I visited here with my husband for a mid-week lunch. We have both been before. There is dedicated parking directly outside the restaurant and extra parking in the rest of the retail park car park. We both had the unlimited buffet. As it was mid-week, the buffet is only £7.99 per adult. There is a choice of two hot pasta dishes, about 5 different pizza flavours and the unlimited salad bar. When we were there, the unlimited soft drinks were not available because the gas had ran out. Because of that, they had also sold out of most bottles of soft drink. So the options were alcohol, milkshakes, drinks off the menu (J20 etc and expensive for what they are), unlimited squash or tap water. We both went for tap water, which you get yourself from a machine rather than it being brought to your table warm straight from the tap and this is great. The service was pretty good. Nothing spectacular, but more than good enough. The restaurant is a good size and plenty of seating. The pizzas were tasty and hot. A few of them hadn't been cut all the way through though so trying to pick up a slice proved tricky at times as they were all stuck together. The broccoli pasta was really tasty. The salad bar is a nice addition, but parents allowing their grubby children to grab food from there with their fingers puts me off somewhat. I really dislike parents who, just because a restaurant is family orientated, think this means their children can run around, be noisy and touch food with dirty hands that they have no intention of eating. Look after your children!The toilets were clean and tidy. Our bill was a smidge under £16 for two people for lunch. And we ate until we were full. No, it's not gourmet food. But unlimited food for £7.99 is a great offer and fills a hole with minimal fuss. We'll be back when we want a quick lunch out for a cheap price.

We took the family to this pizza hut for a Christmas get together. The food and service was just perfect as we have come to expect from pizzahut so no complaints at all.....However, very disappointed at the lack of xmas atmosphere, we were expecting decorations, wheres the xmas tree? Why arent the staff in xmas hats or jumpers? What about some christmas music? It was all very normal and we don't want normal at christmas. Come on pizzahut, if people are out celebrating, at least make the effort to spread some christmas cheer!

I came in alone on a day where my van had broke down and was waiting on a mechanic, Dan S greeted me at the door and squeezed me in on a busy lunch day! Donna took care of me throughout was polite and didn’t at all let the busy lunch slow her down. Great stuff guys

Visited with a few friends on our lunch break from work and was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Dan (manager) who sat us down and explained everything in detail regarding the choices we had. After we chose to go with the buffet we had another person come over and served us throughout out stay. Her name was Donna and had a great personality and really made us all feel welcome.

Pizza hut is Pizza hut, always GVFM. What concerns me about this hut on this estate is the parking!!! OMG, with a growing population, hence growing potential visitor base, the developers have gone and built on half the car park, taking away a load of spaces and making the carpark difficult to navigate to the spaces at the rear! Why? Oh yes, the developers only care about rent, not shop sales, I certainly wont be visiting anywhere on this estate in the middle of the day again!

Today me and my partner visited Pizza hut at Long Water Retail Park. Having a food intolerance is very difficult for me and my partner to eat out but when visiting Pizza hut today i am highly satisfied with the outstanding service i reveived from a member of staff. She was so helpful with explaining and showing me the options i had to choose from with being gluten free, offering me the dietry book they have on there premises a numerous of times. Giving me information on what sauces i could have and couldn't have. Out of all the restaurants i have visited, pizza hut by far has topped them by many. Absolutely great service to someone with dietary needs.

I visited the Pizza Hut today with my husband. I was worried as my right arm was in a sling. the waitress reassure me no problem I could use my hand to eat the pizza, she also laughed when I missed my cup when trying to add sugar to my latte and it shot over the table, she said no worries she has more mess sometimes with people who had 2 hands, this made me feel relaxed. The place was very clean and staff constantly cleaning and filling up the food sections. All the staff were super friendly and our waitress Donna was a star. No hesitation in returning.

Excellent pizza’s and great customer service. Everyones favourite was the deep pan Hawaiian, delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back as a group.

I am writing this review as I think it is absolutely necessary to show recognition for the staff that work there. Of all the restaurants I visit, Pizza Hut longwater always makes me feel most welcome. Donna in particular is always very happy and helpful and she is perhaps one of the biggest reasons for my return visits. I hope the staff will read this and know that they stand out from most other restaurants.

Always good service here. We use for take always and eat in. Both have always been exactly as you would expect. Food arrived on time and order was correct. Everywhere appeared clean when we visited.

Came here after my friend gave me a £20 voucher for my birthday, usually come during the day for a buffet but came in the evening for a change. We were served by jacqueli and she was ever so lovely. The food was cooked perfectly and me and my partner finished every bite :)

I am usually not one to write reviews but due to this visit I felt compelled to give credit where due. Me, my wife and my children visited this pizza hut establishment and we're blown away by the exceptional customer service we received. Our waitress Emily went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, this included recommendation off the gluten menu which accomodated my wife's needs. She was nothing but friendly, and made our children's experiences the best they've had at any pizza hut before. Thank you Emily and thank you pizza hut. We will be visiting again.

The service was second to none from a lovely young gentleman called Daniel, he was informative, polite and had some top notch banter. The food was great, and Dan gave us some fab-u-lous recommendations. This guy deserves free pizza for life.

A bunch of us had been at a festival at Norfolk showground. As a team/family- after a long week of camping and lack of hot food we came to Pizza Hut. We were served so diligently by a beautiful and kind waitress named Jackie. We’re a group of 14 people, all paying individually and with very different orders and Jackie got nothing wrong. The payment process was impeccable. The food was amazing and the experience was great.

Definitely would recommend a visit! DanielB was brilliant, helped me get the best deal and was quick and efficient. The food was delicious and hot! Would highly recommend!

I always love to go here as their salad bar is great to accompany the good quality pizza. However what makes my trip is the warm cookie dough, it is amazing!

Not being huge frequenters of fast food restaurants, we decided to give the Pizza Hut a go at Longwater Costessey Norwich. What a very pleasant surprise we had. Food was great, the tables and chairs were very clean, we didn’t have to queue as the staff were very efficient with turning tables. We were greeted and shown to our table, where we were met by the legend that is Ben. Ben just added to the experience with politeness and humour, and without any attitude or negativeness. It added to the experience and we thanked him for his attentiveness once we had finished and were leaving. I am certain that a majority of the staff there were of similar values, but Ben really gave it his all, and to everyone he was attending to. Thanks to Pizza Hut Longwater for a great experience, and especially to Ben who made the evening.

Visited the restaurant last night for my sisters 19th birthday, there was a group of 15 of us. Our waiter Ben was absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond for every single member of the party and was amazing with the children! I cannot praise him enough and have written this review purely so he gets some recognition for how brilliant he was! Went above and beyond and made the whole experience 10x better. Food was also delicious and the restaurant as a whole is clean, welcoming and family friendly with a menu to cover all dietary requirements (my son is lactose intolerant)

We went to Pizza Hut yesterday, we was a party of 15 with ages ranging from 52-1 yrs. Our waiter was called Ben, he was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble, one of our party is a fussy eater and would only eat a certain pasta which Ben arranged for the kitchen to prepare and another is lactose intolerant which again Ben was well informed on what was to offer. Can’t thank him enough for his service and patience! We will be returning to Pizza Hut again!
