Fantastic food and service from Sanna and her team. We made a £500 order for a work event which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. It arrived a few mins early and was all fresh and tasty. All dietary requirements were also covered making it perfect for a large event.

food was good, Pizza Hut do great, tasty pizzas with crispy base & crust. the ham & mushroom pizza was a little over-done. But overall, thanks for delivering on a rainy Sunday afternoon & arriving on time. Great service. The limited offer on large pizzas with two toppings for £13.99 is good, still ended up being quite pricey, but was worth it for food quality .

Delivery booked for 1.15 arrived about 1.50

I was waiting for 45 minutes for my order to arrive. It was an alright quality but I also had to find my driver instead of him coming to me. I am very disappointed with this order.

Bought 2 large pizzas this evening & never again, very under cooked so completely sloppy - each piece fell apart so literally couldn’t hold a slice, really greasy & tasteless - didn’t even bother eating the other pizza, no wonder dominos have overtaken them - yuk

food missing and because I have to be up early in the morning couldn't bare to wait a minute longer considering I had waited so long for the order to arrive cold. very poor all round. definitely won't be using again especially when you can buy it much cheaper at an independent small business

We ordered it pizza yesterday and got plastic piece in it from this outlet. Guy from restaurant is not worried about the issue and said we will give you refund. My son complained about stomach ache and vomit 2-3 times after dinner today. Worst customer service.

No tracking available, and delivered to the wrong house, despite hours being well lit (still light outside) and clearly marked. the good was givento our neighbours next door who luckily we are friends with so messaged us to check. it is an older lady and apparently the delivery guy just handed her the food and didn't even say anything. absolutely abysmal delivery. we usually order from colton mill but tried this Hunslet branch the quality not the pizza hut quality we normally get.

Shocking service been ordering for a year or more, but never again. Pizza delivered with driver stating "sorry its already opened". called the restaurant to ask them to come and collect it and if I could get a refund as my item was already opened. They stated they would just put credit on my account for NEXT time. I called back to say there was no point as I will not be ordering and a refund requested through Just Eat, got an "okay" and called ended. Clearly they care about their custom.

I was placing an order on the app and we put on a deal, which was £10 off, when we went to checkout it didn't apply any discount. As we was collecting the food anyway we went into the shop and asked the question, the lady was polite but explained they didn't do any discount offers at the branch, so even though we had the deals she couldn't do anything. Bit of a shame and of course no fault to the lady on the desk but very unfortunate.

Very quick delivery, but that's where the fun stuff stops. The pizza looked like it was thrown on the floor and was very bland. We only ate 2 slices and decided we didn't like It. It's such a shame as we regularly eat at pizza hut restaurants and this was terrible compared. Come on pizza hut,just because the customer is not sat in your restaurant, does not mean you can provide poor qulity

App went from Order Confirmed to Enjoy Your Food at the cut off time. I waited 10 minutes after waiting that whole hour. Didn’t show. Called up and lady on the other end told me that the driver was there and be with me in 15 minutes. So I figure they either cancelled the order or forgot thinking I wouldn’t call up.

I ordered a pizza and had a few issues with processing my payment, they called me back and processed my order due issues with the card I ordered one pizza to see if it would go through and they still honoured my orginal order. They came in the timescale advised, delivery man was very polite and surprised me with the additional, which was very kind of them. They are always polite and always give the offer options.

Been waiting outside for over half an hour in the cold and turns out they left my food with security and never telling me it has been delivered. Let alone it was no where near the time they said they would have it delivered here for. Now my food is cold and the pizza is burnt dry.

I would have given 5 stars it the BBQ sauce I ordered had been on the pizza, but it wasn't.

Terrible. Ordered food, said 45 mins then updated time after 40 mins of waiting to 2 hours 15. Another 1 hour 35. This meant delivery was gone 1130pm. Disgrace. Calling them was no use as staff were rude and unhelpful. Would give zero stars if possible.

Shocking order a new. New York pizza very little topping over done no tase to pizza was like cardboard . The cheesy garlic tear and share was only 6 pieces on 2 of them had any cheese in it also seem very small and over cooked. Food went in bin.

Food was fresh and on time but we ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and paid extra for sweetcorn on one that we never got!! Both were just pepperoni which was disappointing for my daughter.

Shocking, rocks up 35 mins late with an item missing and then the driver proceeds to spend the next 20 mins trying to explain to the manager what the problem is. I was stood out in the rain for 20 mins trying to get this rectified. Needless to say the food was clap cold. What a waste of £28.00. Then when i asked for a refund for the missing item i was refunded the monies and £1.11 compensation when the delivery fee was £1.99. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SHOCKING SERVICE, BETTER FOOD AND 100% BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

The lady that currently works there is absolutely amazing at what she does - with both customer service & food expectations. Goes above and beyond every time we order from here.

Just had a great experience with this branch! Used the Meerkat app for a sweet 50% off on two large pizzas. Pizza Hut won over Papa John's because they offered delivery for an extra £2. The pizzas arrived quickly and were delicious. Tried the Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Feast and Stuffed Crust The Meaty One—winners. Franchise takeaways rarely impress, but at the discounted price, these pizzas are definitely worth it. Full price? Not so much. But with the offer, they're a good deal.

Efficient delivery service food was very good would use them again

I wouldn’t order a melt again as wasn’t to my taste but hubby loved his. The food came when promised and was hot and we were satisfied.

Wrong pizza, ordered loaded and got ordinary pepperoni

I got the all for me deal and it was a really good offer. Pizza bigger than expected! Great quality food and service. Lovely patient delivery driver too who waited for me to get downstairs to collect without complaint (I’m disabled so a bit slow). 10/10

Late arrival, not very warm, very poor service

Substandard, £37 for 2 pizzas not pizza hut quality that I used to know, thought I'd ordered it fir my local pizza shop when it arrived, won't use again!

Ordered 2 pizzas and wedges.( pop) Pizzas was meant to be big crust was flat and hard pizzas was over cooked and dark. Wedges was not cooked right through bigger 1s was hard - Very disappointed almost £30 and wastes food as no 1 wanted it. Not a great first order/ impression
