Hi I ordered from Pizza hut Marston and Sherin delivered the order. The delivery was top notch despite the fact that I accidentally left the wrong contact number on the order. And the order came on time as well!

Employee who served me was excellent, very friendly and efficient I ordered a aTexan BBQ large pizza on the any large pizza fur £9.99 deal It is in my opinion the best flavoured pizza I've ever had, a firm favourite of mine. Employee who washed floor was very frriendly too and offered me a suace to go with it. All in all the guys at Pizza Hut Marston provide amazing customer service Highly recommended.

My friend ordered food tonight and she is celiac (gluten free) . The delivery company gave her food that had gluten in it and when we called Pizza Hut to ask for assistance the man that was on the other end was rude, unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do except collect it ourselves. My friend is sick and wouldn't go collect it especially living in cowley and especially because she is sick. Shout out to Deliveroo for being so lovely and helping her through a refund. Never ever will we order here again!!

Just tried to order a gluten free pizza from this place which I spent over £20 on. When it arrives I get the complete wrong orders which are not even gluten free and therefore I can’t eat it. We call Pizza Hut and are met with a rather rude man on the phone who is anything but willing to help. The only option he gave me was to go to Marston and pick it up myself, which is quite far from where I live especially because I don’t own a car, bicycle etc. Besides that I’ve had a fever for the past couple of days and would rather not go that far out of my way just to get a pizza. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, luckily Deliveroo was nice enough and helped me get a refund. Definitely won’t order from here again.

Food was spot on, I ordered a vegan cheese pizza and couldn't have been more satisfied. Just the right amount of vegan cheese, good amount of toppings, well cooked, and our Delivery person Hussain was warm and personable.

Usually good customer care and food being my local/usual Pizza Hut. However, recently felt disappointed twice I was given wrong cookie dough favour in two occasions. Please be honest if you’re out of stock of an item please don’t substitute wrong flavour and don’t say anything/say it’s the same if notified it’s the wrong flavour. I understand you value feedback so I hope this feedback helps.

We got a BBQ meat feast which was £10 if you're collecting. There were two teenagers that were taunting the (Indian) servers, mocking their accent and being racist. It was really very rude. The servers said they're there everyday - I really think something needs to be done about this. My partner spoke to these children but they obviously had no insight. I would strong encourage the staff to report it to the police especially if it's a recurring issue.

Order pizza to our student accommodation for me and my girlfriend using the 50 percent off deal. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of Pepsi and the food was SOO GOOD! All the pizza was juicy and wasn't dry. The wings were juicy and tender and perfectly cooked and the cheese triangles were really flavourful. Thank you so much! Definitely ordering from here again
