Pizza Hut Delivery in Cherwell

Half hour late delivery, amazingly it was burnt and cold. Hardly any toppings, honestly tasted like a value brand frozen pizza. Definitely avoid

Ordered 2 pizzas and when I opened them they were dripping with greace and it was very very doughy with very little toppings absolutely disgusting I won't be ordering from there again

Poor service when chasing my order. Not notified when they knew it would be late. When the pizza did arrive, 1 hour and 30 minutes late it was stone cold. I got worried when they said my order was ready and they had no drivers to bring it. I'm assuming it was sat on the side getting cold by that point.

Placed an order. Waited an hour for it to be delivered. They couldn’t find the address. (Apparently google maps hasn’t made it to Banbury yet). Placed the order again to collect, web page said my order was ready for collection. 20 minutes after it apparently being ready, I’m still waiting!! Absolute joke!!

Ordered food at 5:50 was told a 40 minute wait, 40 minutes gone and no food. The app on justeat changed and said enjoy your food even though we had not been delivered anything! No answer on the phones, shocking service

I ordered my at 17:30 estimated delivery time 20-25 minutes, app said it was delivered at 18:30 did not arrive until 18:45. Pizza Hut you seriously need to get your act together now I see why a 2.4 ✨️ rating.will definitely not you them again.

This is the first time to place a Pizza Hut order. I gave 4 stars only because of the frustration of trying to order using the Pizza Hut app. The app kept showing that it "can't deliver" my order after I went through the process of selecting all the items for my order. The app needs improvements because at the top it says that it can't deliver, but at the bottom section it requests for my address where to deliver my order and to make payment despite not being able to deliver my order. The purpose of ordering pizza was for it to be delivered. I did not want to make payment and then I will have the inconvenience to drive to Pizza Hut and collect my order. Also, the app did not show or allow me to select which Pizza Hut location for my order to be placed at. That's why I used Google Maps to order from Pizza Hut instead of using the useless Pizza Hut app. I watched the animated timer that shows the stages of my order being processed (cooking, delivery, arrived). Overall, it took 40 minutes to get our pizza order. The pizza delivery guy was courteous and had everything we ordered. We were satisfied with the service and the food tasted good. We gave it a try ordering pizza delivery from Pizza Hut and we are glad to have had a good experience despite the trouble with the Pizza Hut app.

Shocking pizza ! I ordered a large pizza and got a large size pizza but a mediums worth of toppings with a 3 inch crust ! What’s all that about? Deffo won’t be ordering again, at least at domino’s you get what you pay for !!

DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!! Flatbread are showed on there website cut into 4 big nice slices ... WEEEELLL let me tell you the hall thing is the side of my flat hand , the side Share Topper the x4 the size of the " pizza " so called flatbread ... i paid 17 pounds for 2 L of pepsi and the equvilant of a slice of bred and a folded regular pizza with some cheese inside ... NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I ODER FROM THEM AND I RECCOMENT DO GUYS LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A PIZZA

Pizzas arrived with peppers (not listed on the ingredients on the website) Manager said we should’ve asked for them to leave off the peppers if we didn’t want them. Couldn’t get him to understand that they weren’t on the list so how could we! Like banging your head against a brick wall but less fun. Also mainly crust and hardly any cheese when supposed to be 3 cheese. Never again. Avoid!

I ordered a pizza. It was supposed to arrive in 25-35 minutes. 1 hour has passed. I didn't get the pizza, no one is answering the phone. I do not recommend.

Awful pizza first arrive until 1 hour 20 mins, I called when it was an hour 10 and they said they couldn't get hold of the driver so didn't know where it was and when I said it won't be cold will it I got a response of I hope not, when it arrived it was cold and soggy very disappointed

Don't order here. They don't keep track of their deliveries so you might order and then not get anything.

Awful. No sauce on the pizza we ordered. Cheese triangles cold and stodgey, nachos all soggy and sauce only on one side. Will not be ordering from here again. Domino's every time from now on

Very mixed results with this takeaway shop. Out of x4 deliveries x2 have been either wrong with things missing or delivered late. When the delivery is correct then its tasty food and reasonably priced. Just a shame on inconsistency. UPDATE last weekend my order arrived 45 minutes late and I had to call to find out where it was. Hardly received an apology and had to ask the man for one and when the food arrived it was reheated. The place gets worse

The pizza we ordered last night was mostly dough barely any toppings. We ordered a supreme a hawaiian and a meat fest. The pizza was so thin that you could actually see through some of the slices. It was awful will never buy from pizza hut again.

Absolute worst pizza we've ever ordered. What a waste of money even at half price. I knew I should of stuck to my usual pizza place at Doms... . Firstly a large is the size of a medium, tiny slices with half the pizza being crust! Cheese doesnt taste like cheese just tastes of tomato sauce. No sauce like the other pizza place. Cold and tasteless. There wasn't enough pizza to go around like there is when I order elsewhere.. In fact we usually have lots left over. Pizza hut used to be so good.. Now they don't even compare to the cheap pizza places in town. I don't recommend ordering from here. You will be disappointed. For the same price order from the blue pizza shop, they have amazing tasting pizzas.. With free sauce and no 5cm crusts wasted. Will never try pizza hut again. Glad I didn't pay full price but shame I can't get a refund.

Not impressed. Delivery time stated to be 30-40 minutes. The last 4 times we've ordered it's been well over an hour. I don't know why you give out such false information. I don't mind If it was to have been an hour and you'd have written that. If you can't keep up with the orders, DON'T GIVE OUT A Time Frame. Also after receiving and eating the pizza it made me violently sick. Not impressed at all. I know i'll just get fobbed off and given some poor excuse to their services as to why its not their fault I got sick.

I am only Giving +1 star because they used to be so good. Having ordered today to use my bonus "slices", I now know why I ordered elsewhere the last time. When I opt for their pizza, it's for the garlic spice on the dough. Well they didn't add any the last couple times, so goodbye lol. When complaining, all they can say is "Sorry ma'am"... (delivery is always on time in my case)

Have been currently waiting about 1.5hrs for our food - pizza, chicken and drink - Not a big order at all, but yet the food isn't here. Tried calling multiple times and they don't pick up or the call is ended from their end. Slow service, no compensation when food is late, wrong or cold and they don't seem to care. I would have much rather collected an order from the restaurant than wait for the incompetent delivery...

Missed a bottle of drink had to wait 30 minutes for it to then find out that they put garlic sprinkles on my pizza when I asked for not sprinkles as I cant eat garlic to send it back and wait longer and got hung up on.

We ordered a pizza for delivery and was informed that it would be 35 to 45 minutes. After an hour and a quarter we phoned to see how much longer it would be and was told its on its way and would be with us in 5 to 10 minutes. Another half an hour later and still no pizza another phone call to the shop and told he is 5 minutes away. 30 minutes later and still no pizza so decided to get a mc Donald's as we have a young child who was hungry. Rang the shop and was given the complaints number sat on the phone for an hour and still no call answered as there is a long queue. 3 hours have passed and no pizza or explanation as to why we have no tea just that it's on its way.

Good and cheap if you collect it in store.

Good food disappointed as this is the second time I have been in a couple of months we have asked for coffee and the machine is broken , said" no coffee" do they not have a kettle and a jar

Pizza arrived nearly 2 hours late, phoned twice and they had no clue when it would have arrived. Eventually it arrived but it was cold and tasted rubber. Money wasted..

Worst pizza delivery ever I had the misfortune of waiting 1 hour 50 minutes for them to deliver a cold and tasteless pizza. During the final 30 minutes or so I phoned them at least six times letting it ring 20 times and not once did they answer. Dreadful.

This place is filthy I used to work there as a driver they don't use gloves or hair nets plus they don't clean behind the unit they prepare food I pulled out food preparation unit and there was lots of moldy cheese stuck on wall and under the unit to so I suggest you don't eat here or u will get food poisoning

Ordered 2 pizzas and was told it will be done in 20 minutes I then arrived after 20 minutes to then wait 5 minutes for someone to come out and see me and then 35 minutes later I got my order and got given a free drink for waiting

Do not waste your time or money ! Delivery an hour and 15mins late ! When contacted the staff were rude and kept hanging up acting as if they couldn't here on the phone ! "Delivery guy rang threw and they could here him perfectly" Would never order from them again and would advise everybody not to bother either ! Absolutely disgusting !

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered for half 5 and it didn't come. Rang them at 6 and they told me it was on the way.. 50 minutes later I rang and the guy said that the delivery person tried ringing the buzzer and ringing my phone and nobody answered.. we tested the buzzer and it's working fine. Not good enough shoddy.

Ordered online, then called to ask for no garlic powder. Food arrived and the pizza was covered in it. Sauce was wrong on one of the pizzas. Food was okay overall but Domino's needs to hurry up and reopen!

Ordered online pizza. I received online confirmation that the order would be ready in 20 min. On arrival I waited in the queue to be served, there was no live update on a TV screen detailing my order like this chain's competitors. When I finally reached the counter my order was not ready within the stipulated time. Staff were polite but no apology was offered and they seemed oblivious to the time given. Pizza was mediocre and dips not included...would avoid unless the price deal is amazing!

Ordered 4 pizzas and were told it would take maximum 35 minutes - 1 hour later they still haven't arrived despite numerous calls to ask on the progress. When they finally arrived 80 minutes later they were cold and the driver said that he left the shop 10 minutes before - someone wasn't telling me the truth. We had no choice but to reheat them in the oven before eating - I will be using Domino pizzas in future !!
